يعتبر القصر القديم بمتليلي الشعانبة نموذجا لا يزال يحافظ على وظائفه العمرانية التي قام لأجلها سواء كانت اجتماعية كالسكن والتخزين، أو أمنية كالحماية والتحصين، وبهذه الخصائص يعطينا تلك الصورة للتنظيم الاجتماعي والسياسي والاقتصادي لساكنيه، وبالتالي فهو يعبر على الحياة البسيطة لقاطنيه والتي تتسم بالانسجام والتكتل والتراص وروح الجماعة الذي يتماشى وطبيعة البيئة الصحراوية، كما أنه يمزج بين متطلبات السكان وعاداتهم في الحياة، متماشية مع الشرع الإسلامي.The Ancient Palace of MetliliChaanba is regarded as a model that still maintains the architectural functions for which it was established. The functions can be social such as dwelling andstorage, or for security reasons for protection and fortification. These characteristics exhibit the image of the social, political and economic organization of its inhabitants. Hence, it manifests their simple life that is marked by the harmony, agglomeration and community spirit that are consistent with the character of desert environment. It also blends the requirements of the population and their traditions in accordance with Islamic law.
اهمية نبات البردي في حياة المصريين القدماء

نبات البردي من أقدم النباتات التي تعرض لها الانسان بالتسجيل و الشرح خاصة المصريين القدماء ، و ذلك منذ اكتشافهم مزايا و فوائد هذا النبات و في وقت مبكر من التاريخ، فاستخدموا البردي في أغلب متطلبات حياتهم، فنجدهم قد استخلصوا من الجزء الرخو الموجود في أسفل الساق طعاما شعبيا، و من الجزء الباقي من الساق صنعوا الكثير من الأدوات المتصلة بحياتهم، مثل الصناديق، و المناضد ، و السلال و الحصير و أشرعة الزوارق، كما صنعوا من لبه النعال التي كان الكهان يرتدونها، و من السيقان الجافة التي تربط حزما متجاورة صنعوا المراكب الصغيرة التي استخدموها في صيد الطيور و الأسماك خاصة في مياه المستنقعات و البرك، كما لفوا ألياف البردي لصناعة الحبال المقاومة لتأثير المياه. الواقع أن أهم استخدام لنبات البردي هو صناعة الورق التي استخدمت في الكتابة و التدوين، فدخل مجال الإنتاج و الاحتكار إذ أصبح البردي مادة اقتصادية هائلة. فقاموا بزراعته و الاعتناء به.Papyrus is one of the oldest plants that man has been exposed to through recording and explanation, especially the ancient Egyptians, since they discovered the benefits and benefits of this plant from ancient times , so they used papyrus in most of their vital needs. In fact, the most important use of the papyrus plant is the paper industry, which has been used in writing and inscription. It has entered the field of production and monopoly, as papyrus has become a huge economical material. They planted it and took care of it.
الصدقات وبعدها الاجتماعي بالغرب الإسلامي من خلال نوازل البرزلي

يتباين موضوع الصدقات بين المعطى الاجتماعي والاقتصادي، مما يجعل البحث فيه وتقصي حقائق ممارسته من الصعوبة بمكان، وقد عرفته المجتمعات عبر العالم وفي مختلف الأزمنة. وهذا ما سنعمل عليه في مقالتنا من خلال رصد ظواهر ممارسة الصدقة ببلاد الغرب الإسلامي، انطلاقا من مجموع البرزلي؛ خصوصا الوقفية منها. حيث عالج حسب ما يحتويه من نوازل الفقهاء مغاربة وأندلسيين، كيفية توثيق العقود، أين تطرّق إلى ذكر أهم الشروط التي حدّدها الفقهاء خصوصا فيما يتعلّق بالشهادة، كما تناول أنواع الصدقات الممارسة؛ والتي تعدّدت أنواعها بحسب الممارسين لها والمستفيدين منها. استنادًا إلى نصوص الكتاب، تم استخلاص تسعة أنواع متميزة، وهي: الصدقة بين أفراد العائلة، وعلى المساجد، وعلى الفئات الهشة والمعوزين، وعلى الحصون والقلاع، وعلى المدارس والعاملين بها وطلبة العلم، وعلى المقابر والأضرحة، وصدقة المياه، وصدقة التعبّد والتوبة، وصدقات أهل الذمّة. وقد تناولت الدراسة أيضًا أثر وتأثير ممارسة الصدقة على الرابطة الأسرية والاجتماعية في بلاد الغرب الإسلامي، إضافة إلى الانتهاكات الممارسة في حق الأموال المحبّسة من طرف الفرد والمجتمع.The subject of charity represents a complex socio-economic phenomenon, which poses challenges to its investigation and empirical study due to its multifaceted nature Throughout history. This research delved into the authentication of contracts pertaining to charity, as discussed by Maghrebian and Andalusian jurists. We examined the essential conditions outlined by scholars, with special attention to the role of testimony in validating charitable acts. Furthermore, we explored the diverse forms of practical charity, discerning nine distinct types from the revelations contained within the compilation: Charity within familial networks. Contributions to mosques. Support for vulnerable groups and the needy. Assistance to fortifications and citadels. Patronage of educational institutions and scholars. Allocations for cemeteries and sacred sites. Endowments for water resources. Charitable endeavors focused on worship and repentance. Provision of aid to non-Muslim communities (dhimmis) Additionally, our research examined the ramifications of charitable practices on familial and social cohesion, shedding light on the intricate interplay between charity and communal bonds
التعليم ومؤسساته في المغرب الأوسط الزياني

شهدت بلاد المغرب الأوسط خلال العهد الزياني نهضة علمية وفكرية قلّ نظيرها من قبل، كيف لا؟ وأن عاصمتة تلمسان آنذاك، قد صارت مركزاً وحاضرة للإشعاع العلمي والثقافي، ليس في منطقة المغرب الأوسط فحسب، بل في كامل ربوع بلاد الغرب الإسلامي، تشد اليها الرحال من قبل المهتمين وطلبة العلم من مختلف مناطق بلاد المغرب والأندلس، وذلك سواء ًللظفر بعلوم مدارسها والأخذ عن شيوخها وعلمائها، أو حتى لممارسة مهنة التدريس والتعليم بدورها ومؤسساتها، ومن أهم النتائج المتوصل اليها، هو أن نظام التعليم المتبع بالمغرب الأوسط الزياني حينها، هو الذي شكل أهم العوامل الأساسية التي مكنت من إرتقاء العلوم فيها، وفي استمرارية تطورها وترسيخها بما يحقق التولد المعرفي والإبداعي فيها. فما هي إذن طبيعة ومميزات النظام التعليمي الذي كان سائدًا في المغرب الأوسط الزياني؟ وما هي أبرز مراحله ومؤسساته؟ وفيما تتمثل محتواياته وبرامجه؟ وذلك ما سنحاول التطرق اليه من خلال صفحات هذا البحث. السِّجال الفكري بين الزعامات القادرية والتجانية وأثره في احتلال غرب إفريقيا

تعالج هذه الدراسة مسألة الخلاف الفكري الذي وسَم العلاقات بين الزعامات الصوفية القادرية والتجانية في غرب إفريقيا وتداعياته الوخيمة على المنطقة، وذلك من خلال ما جرى بينهم من تواصل عبر المراسلات الخطية، في محاولة كل منهم الدفاع عن طريقته وإقناع الآخر بكل ما أوتي من أدلة وبراهين، تؤكد أصالة طريقته ودحض آراء المخالفين وشُبهات المناوئين، متجاهلين بذلك خطورة الاستعمار المتربص بالمنطقة. أما إشكالية الموضوع فتتمحور حول دور تلك المراسلات في تأجيج الخلاف وأثره في احتلال المنطقة.This study addresses the issue of the intellectual difference that characterized the relations between the Qadiri and Tijani Sufi leaders in West Africa and its impact on the region, through the communication that took place between them through written correspondence, each of them try to defend his method and convince the other by prouving the originality of his method and refuted the opinions of opponents, ignoring the danger of colonialism lurking in the region. يتناول هذا المقال بشيء من التفصيل الصوفية والمتصوفة في مملكة غرناطة في عصر بني الأحمر، ودورهم في مواجهة الممالك النصرانية في شبه الجزيرة الإيبيرية، وهو العصر الذي ازدهرت فيه الصوفية بشكل متزامن مع النكسات التي أصابت الوجود الإسلامي في الأندلس. ومن خلال هذا المقال يتح لنا الدور الكبير الذي لعبة رجال الصوفي في مملكة غرناطة في مقاومة الغزو النصراني المتوال للأندلس، هذا على الرغم من بعض المآخذ التي سجلها العديد من فقهاء غرناطة حول بعض الممارسات التي كان يقوم بها المتصوفة في الأندلسThis article discusses in some detail Sufism and Sufis in the Kingdom of Granada in the era of the Banu al-Ahmar, and their role in confronting the Christian kingdoms in the Iberian Peninsula, an era in which Sufism flourished simultaneously with the setbacks that befell the Islamic presence in Al-andalus. Through this article, we will be able to see the major role played by the Sufi men in the Kingdom of Granada in resisting the successive Christian invasion of Al-andalus. This is despite some of the criticisms recorded by many Granada jurists regarding some of the practices that the Sufis were carrying out in Al-andalus .
مصادر بلاد الرافدين المادية ودورها في إثراء الكتابات التاريخية المشرقية والاستشراقية

بقدر ما يهدف بحثنا إلى توضيح محاولات المؤرخين الغربيين كيفية إثراء كتاباتهم التاريخية بالاستناد إلى مصادر بلاد النهرين المادية، فهو يبحث في سبب غياب الرؤية المشرقية لدى معظم المتخصصين من الباحثين العرب والمسلمين خلال عصرنا، ولِكون أهم نتائج بحثنا توضيح ما حظيت به المنطقة من أثار مادية في غاية الأهمية باعتبار أنّ مؤرخي الغرب وعلماء الآثار والحضارات قد تمكنوا من وضع منظور تاريخي لها و وفق رؤية استشراقية، فالنتيجة الأخرى توضيح بل وفضح محاولة دعاتها أساليب إثراء كتابتهم الرّامية لتوجيه وتغيير حركة التاريخ و إلى فصل تاريخ بلاد النهرين عن باقي الجوار الحضاري للشرق الأدنى القديم .As far as our research aims to illustrate Western historians' attempts to enrich their historical writings based on Mesopotamian material sources "It examines why most Arab and Muslim researchers have no oriental vision during our time. The most important findings of our research illustrate the region's material implications, given that West historians, archaeologists and civilizations have been able to develop a historical perspective and a forward-looking vision. The other conclusion is to clarify and even expose their propaganda methods of enriching their throwaway writing to guide and change the movement of history and to separate the history of Mesopotamia from the rest of the civilized neighbourhood of the ancient Near East.
مساهمة أعلام ورجال الفكر من الجنوب الجزائري في إحياء نشاط الصحافة الإصلاحية

أنّ الصحافة الجزائرية (الأهالية) في الجنوب كان لها دور ريادي في الحركة الوطنية (1926 -1938) إذ تعدّ أحد السبل التعبير عن معالم الأمة ؛ التي تعرضت إلى الطمس والمسخ في فترة الاحتلال؛ ولعل من بين هذه الشخصيات نذكر الشيخ العلامة إبراهيم أبي اليقظان، إذ يعد هذا الأخير من بين أهم الأعلام البارزة في تاريخ الجزائر المعاصر . وشخصيتهِ الإصلاحية لعبت دورا بارزا في سبيل نصرة القضية الوطنية، و يُعدّ من أبرز ممن واجهوا السياسة الفرنسية،حيث عمد على ترسيخ الإصلاح في العمل الصحفي بالتعبير عن هموم الأمة الجزائرية والإفصاح عن اهتمـــــــــاماتها. ونشـــــــــــر الشيخ أبو اليقظان مقالات وبحوث في جرائد ومجلات عــربية سواء في الجزائر أو تونس؛ نذكر على سبيل المثال: الفاروق، الإقدام، الشهاب،الزهراء ، النديم . وحاول من خلالها نشر الوعي بين سكان الجزائر عموما ووادي مزاب على وجه الخصوص .والغرض من هذه الدراسة هو الوقوف على مآثر الشخصيات التي أسهمت في المجال الصحـفي في الفترة المهمة من تاريخ الحركة الوطنية (1926 -1938) والتي كانت أحد السبل لإعادة الأمل في نفوس، فكانت صحف الشيخ أبي اليقظان مجالا مفتوحا أمام نشاط مجموعة المثقفين الجزائريين الذين كان يُرتقب من خلال إسهاماتهم في الرفع من إدراك والإمساك بزمام القضية الوطنية.The Algerian press (Al-Ahali) in the south had a leading role in the national movement (1926-1938), as it is one of the ways to express the features of the nation, which was obliterated and deformed during the period of occupation, and perhaps among these personalities we mention Sheikh Ibrahim Abi Al-Yakdhan, as the latter is among the most important prominent figures in the history of contemporary Algeria. These are related to the organization of the Knights of Malta and the organization of Saint Stephen. The emergence of these two organizations was initially linked to the military conflict during the tenth century AH/ sixteenth century AD, between the Islamic powers, led by the Ottoman states and their provinces in the eastern and western Mediterranean on the one hand, and the Christian forces led by the Spanish Empire and its allies, especially the Persian organizations and the political procuratorates in the Italian peninsula. ...etc., on the other hand. لانجاز البحوث العلمية لا بدّ من الالتزام بخطوات منهجية محددة كلما التزم بها الباحث كلما اكتسب بحثه وزنا علميا ثقيلا. لذلك فقد اجتهد الباحثون في ضبط هذه الخطوات، ووضعوا لأجل ذلك قواعدا صارمة. في هذا الإطار أقام باحثون كنديون من جامعة كيبيك ( Québec) تكتلا علميا سموه "خدمة المساعدة على كتابة المقالات/ Service d’Aide à la Rédaction d’Articles ) بهدف تقديم خدمات منهجية للباحثين في مختلف التخصصات تساعدهم في انجاز بحوثهم العلمية المختلفة( مقالات، مذكرات، أطروحات). نظرا للقيمة المنهجية الكبيرة لما ينشره هذا الفريق من الباحثين، فقد اخترنا للنشر في هذه الورقة البحثية ترجمة لأحد انجازاتهم المنشورة باللغتين الفرنسية والانجليزية على موقعهم الالكتروني (SARA)، وهو دليل منهجي لكتابة المقالات العلمية حسب نموذج اِمْراد IMRAD عنوانه:" اكتب مقالك/rédiger son article". تهدف هذه الترجمة إلى نقل نموذج من الخبرات المنهجية الكندية في مجال كتابة المقالات للباحثين العرب من مختلف التخصصات، خصوصا المبتدئين منهم، تساعدهم في كتابة مقالاتهم، وتلافي الأخطاء التي قد يقعوا فيها في مختلف المراحل، خصوصا وأنّ هذا الدليل المنهجي يفصل في خطوات انجاز كل قسم من أقسام المقال ويدعم ذلك بالأمثلة.Abstract: to write scientific researches, it is necessary to respect specific methodological steps. Therefore, researchers have worked hard to control these stages and have established strict rules for this. In this context, Canadian researchers from the University of Quebec have set up a scientific conglomerate called "Service d'Aide à la Rédaction d'Articles" with the aim of offering methodological services to researchers from various specialties. to help them complete their various specialties scientific research (articles, thesis…) Due to the great methodological value of what these researchers publish through their consortium, we have chosen to publish in this article a translation of one of their achievements published in French and in English on their website (SARA), a methodological guide for writing scientific articles entitled: "rédiger son article/ write your article". This translation aims to transmit Canadian methodological experiences to Arab researchers of various specialties, especially novices, to help them in the writing of their articles, and to avoid the errors they could make in the different stages of production of their articles, d especially since this methodological guide details the stages of realization of each section of the article and supports it with examples.
حملتا الدون أنطونيو الأولى والثانية ( 1783 – 1784م) من خلال مصدرين محلي وأجنبي 1783

يؤرخ المصدر الذي بين أيدينا لآخر فصول الصراع الجزائري - الإسباني، المتمثل في حملتي الدون أنطونيو برسلو الأولى والثانية Barcelo) Antonio) سنة 1197هـ/1783م و 1198هـ/1784م على مدينة الجزائر؛ إذ يمنحنا هذا المصدر المخطوط فرصة دراسة الحملتين من خلال الرواية المحلية بوصف المؤلف شاهد عيان جزائري عايش أحداث الحملتين. يسلط المقال الضوء على أحداث الحملتين بدايةً باستعدادات الجانبين قبيل انطلاق الصدامات البحرية المباشرة، مرورًا بالتطورات العسكرية التي عرفتها، وصولاً إلى النتائج التي تمخضت عنها وما خلفتها من خسائر بشرية ومادية على الجانب الجزائري والإسباني، وقد حافظنا على المنهجية المتبعة في المخطوط المذكور، الذي تطرق لكل حملة على حدا بشكل مختصر ومفصل حسب التسلسل الزمني؛ بداية من اليوم الأول لكل حملة إلى آخر يوم لها، وحاولنا مقارنة هذه المعلومات مع بعض المصادر الأجنبية التي عايشت الحملتين، و أرخت للفشل الذريع الذي لاقته الحملتان، وانتهت بذلك حالة الصدام العسكري البحري التي طبعت العلاقات بين البلدين طوال ثلاثة قرون من الزمن.The source hands chronicles for the last chapter of the Algerian –Spanich conflicts that of Don Antonio Barcelo’s first and second campaigns In(1197AH/1783AD and 1198A/1784 AD) against the city of Algiers This manuscript source provided us with the opportunity to study both campaigns through the local novel, as described by the author an Algerian eyewitness who lived through the events of the two campaigns. The article further shed lights on the events starting with the two sides pre-direct naval clashes preparations, passing through the military developments that they witnessed, up to campaigns’ consequences, besides the humane as well as material losses they caused on both Algerian and Spanish side. لازالت مؤلفات، وآثار علماء الجزائر مجهولة، بل مهملة بين رفوف ومخازن دور الأرشيف والمخطوطات، تنتظر نفض غبار النسيان عنها. ولعلّ هذا التقريظ الذي ننشره اليوم لأحد علماء، وأدباء الجزائر خلال الفترة الحديثة من قبيل ذلك. فهذه الرسالة هي تقريظ للشيخ أحمد بن عمار الجزائر لرسالة أجاب فيها صديقه الشيخ حمودة بن عبد العزيز التونسي عن أسئلة ثلاث في علم الكلام بعث بها علماء مدينة قسنطينة. يظهر من خلالها الأديب الشاعر البلاغي أحمد بن عمار بأسلوب رائق، وراق لا يشق له في هذا الميدان غبار. فهو – التقريظ- يعطينا صورة عن التواصل الثقافي في العهد العثماني بين الجزائر وتونس من خلال الرسالة التي أرسلت من قبل علماء حاضرة قسنطينة أولا، ومن خلال تقريظ أحمد بن عمار للشيخ الوزير حمودة بن عبد العزيز ثانيا. تظهر القيمة التاريخية لهذا التقريظ من خلال تأكيد تواجد الشيخ أحمد بن عمار في تونس سنة 1196ه/1782م، وعلاقته بالعائلة الحاكمة.The works of Algerian scholars are still unknown, and even neglected among the shelves and stores of archives and manuscripts, waiting to be dusted off from oblivion. Perhaps this report that we are publishing today by one of the Algerian scholars and writers during the modern period is like that. This letter is Sheikh Ahmed bin Ammar acknowledgment of a letter in which his friend Hamouda bin Abd al-Aziz answered three questions of the city of Constantine. Through it, the literary poet and rhetorician Ahmed bin Ammar appears in an elegant and sophisticated style that is unparalleled in this field. It - the report - gives us a picture of the cultural communication in the Ottoman era between Algeria and Tunisia, first, and through Ahmed bin Ammar’s report to Sheikh Hamouda bin Abdul Aziz.
رواية كريمة المروزية لصحيح البخاري بالغرب الإسلامي

حرص علماء الغرب الإسلامي على طلب الرواية بسندها العالي في شتى الحديث النبوي، فكان اهتمامهم بداية بموطأ الإمام مالك بن أنس، صاحب مذهبهم، وبظهور كتاب الجامع الصحيح لأبي عبد الله البخاري بعلوّ سنده وحرصه في الرواية عن الثقات، أقبل العلماء عليه رواية وشرحا، فكانت أولى الروايات لأبي محمد الأصيلي عن أبي زيد المروزي بطريق أبي عبد الله الفربري، وهذا السماع يشترك معه فيه أبو الحسن القابسي، وقد كانت هذه الرواية هي المنتشرة حتى منتصف القرن الخامس الهجري، ثم دخلت عليها رواية أم الكرام كريمة بنت أحمد المروزي التي كان لها انتشارا كبيرا خلال القرنين الخامس والسادس الهجريين. في هذا المقال نتتبع انتشار هذه الرواية بالغرب الإسلامي عن طريق تلاميذ أم الكرام والسند الذي رووا به عنها.Occidental Islamic scholars were keen on seeking narrations with high chains of transmission in various Hadiths. Initially, their focus was on "Al-Muwatta" by Imam Malik ibn Anas, the founder of their school of thought. With the appearance of "Al-Jami' Al-Sahih" by Abu Abdullah Al-Bukhari, known for its high chain of transmission and his diligence in narrating from trustworthy sources. Scholars embraced it for narration and explanation. The first narrations were by Abu Muhammad Al-Asili from Abu Zaid Al-Marwazi through Abu Abdullah Al-Farberi. This narration was prevalent until the mid-5th century AH. Then, the narration of Umou al-Kiram Karima B Ahmad al-Marwazi gained widespread popularity during the 5th and 6th centuries AH. تمثيل الطيور على الفن المنقول في الثقافة القفصية

نتناول في هذا المقال تمثيلات الطيور على صفيحات من الحجارة المنقوشة، كفن تصويري منقول خلال الثقافة القفصية، التي هي إحدى ثقافات العصر الحجري القديم المتأخر لشمال فريقيا، وقد تم العثور على تلك التمثيلات حتى الآن في مواقع وادي منقوب، عين بحير وعين دكارة وكاف زورة د. بالجزائر، وموقع حمدة بغرب تونس، وفي كهف هوأفتيح بليبيا. نهدف من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى التعرّف على أنواع الطيور التي تم تمثيلها، واستعراض ومناقشة الدراسات السابقة التي تناولتها، إلى جانب محاولة التعرف على تقنيات إنجازها، وتوزيعها الجغرافي، وصلتها بالإطار البيئي الذي كان سائدا، فضلا عن محاولة وضعها في سياقها الكرونولوجي – الثقافي.In this article, we discuss representations of birds on engraved stone slabs, as pictorial art during the Capsian culture, which is one of the cultures of the epipaleolithic period of North Africa. These evidences have been found in the sites of Wadi Mengoub, Ain Bahir, Ain Dakkara, and Kef Zoura D, In Algeria, and Hamda site in western Tunisia, in the Haua Fteah cave in Libya. Through this study, we aim to identify the types of birds that were represented, by reviewing and discussing previous studies that dealt with them, in addition to trying to identify the techniques of their creation, their geographical distribution, and their connection to the environmental framework that was prevalent, as well as trying to place them in their chronological – Cultural context.

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إلقاء الضوء على قضية هامة تتعلق بنظام الحكم في الإسلام، وترتبط ارتباطاً وثيقاً بمستقبل الحكم واستمراره في الدولة الإسلامية، وهي قضية ولاية العهد التي أثارت جدلاً واسعاً بين العلماء والفقهاء حول مشروعيتها وصحتها، وقد تبيّن من خلال هذا البحث مدى اجتهاد فقهاء السياسة الشرعية في هذه المسألة ومحاولة تكييف الواقع التاريخي وتطورات النظام السياسي وفق الفقه الإسلامي، وقد أقرّ غالبية هؤلاء الفقهاء على جوازها إذا استوفت جميع شروط صحتها، كما أجمعوا على عدم جواز التوريث في منصب الخلافة.This study aims to shed light on an important issue related to the system of governance in Islam, which is closely linked to the future and continuity of governance in the Islamic state. It revolves around the issue of the "Wilayat al-Ahd" (succession) that has sparked wide-ranging debates among scholars and jurists regarding its legitimacy and validity. Through this issue, it becomes apparent the extent of the exertion by scholars of political jurisprudence in this matter and their attempt to adapt historical realities and political system developments in accordance with Islamic jurisprudence. These scholars have unanimously agreed on the permissibility of establishing the caliphate through succession if all the necessary conditions are met, while also acknowledging the impermissibility of hereditary succession in the position of the caliphate.
موقف اليسار الفرنسي من أحكام الإعدام الفرنسية في الجزائر خلال الثورة التحريرية

دل سبض شهور قليلة على انطالقتها يف الفاتح من نوفمرب 1954 ،حىت سبكنت الثورة اعبزائرية، من كسب تعاطف ومؤازرة الشعوب احملبة للحرية والسالم، واستطاعت مع مرور األعوام، خلخلة اؼبنظومة االستعمارية برمتها، وأحدثت شرخا واضحا يف مواقف الرأي العام الفرنسي، ويف أوساط النخب خباصة، وال أدل على ذلك، من االنقالب الواضح للكثَت من مناضلي اليسار الفرنسي احملافظ الذين ظلوا إذل وقت طويل، على مسافة قريبة من طروحات ابريس واإلدارة االستعمارية الفرنسية يف اعبزائر، وتقرب الكثَت منهم)من أمثال: فرانند إفتون، جورج أكومبورا، موريس أودان، ىنري مايو وغَتىم كثَت( مع بداية العام 1957 ،والبرطوا يف دعم القضية اعبزائرية)معنواي وماداي( فبا سبب حرجا كبَتا لفرنسا يف الداخل واػبارج، وكان مصَت الكثَت منهم، السجن والتعذيب بل وحكم على البعض منهم ابإلعدام) ونفذ حكم اإلعدام يف حق فرانند إفتون، فيما قبت جاكلُت فروج من اإلعدام(. ورغم حالة الوىن اليت كانت عليها لبب اليسار) الناشطة خارج دائرة األحزاب(، إال أهنا استطاعت أن ربدث جدال واسعا داخل الرأي العام الفرنسي، حىت وإن دل تكن كافية للتأثَت بشكل عملي، على مواقف ابريس يف قضااي أحكام اإلعدام بشكل خاص والتعذيب بشكل عام، نظرا لبعد النخب اليسارية اؼبثقفة، عن مراكز صناعة القرار السياسي يف فرنسا ويف اعبزائر، واليت يسيطر عليها اؼبتطرفون من أنصار "اعبزائر الفرنسية. وقد جاءت ىذه الدراسة، كمحاولة لبحث وربليل مسار تطور مواقف اليسار الفرنسي ولببو من قضية أحكام اإلعدم اليت شرع فيها القضاء العسكري الفرنسي ضد الوطنيُت اعبزائريُت اؼبتعاطفُت معهم من اليسار نفسو، منذ بداية الثورة التحريرية يف الفاتح نوفمرب 1954 ،ومستوايت تفاعل اليسار مع ىذه األحكام، وحدود أتثَتىا يف مواقف ابريس خبصوص قضية أحكام اإلعدام وتنفيذىا ضد الوطنيُت اعبزائريُت؟. A few months after its outbreak, the Algerian liberation revolution was able to win the support of many peoples of the world who love freedom and peace, and it was able with the longevity of the war to shake up the colonial system as a whole, and it caused a great rift within French public opinion, perhaps the most prominent of which was the clear coup of many of the French left activists and many of them, got close and even got involved with the beginning of 1957 with the revolution such as Fernand Iveton, Georges Acampora, Maurice Audin, Henri Maillot, and many others. Despite the weakness of the left, it was able to create a wide debate about death sentences and torture, although it was able to influence Paris' position on death sentences and stop their execution, because of its distance (the left) from the centers of power in Paris and in colonial Algeria, with is what this research paper, tried to analyze and discuss in order to find out the causes of weakness the voice of the left despite the status of many of its scientific and intellectual activists
نظام إدارة البلديات المختلطة في الجزائر خلال العهد الاستعماري وانعكاساته على بعض بلديات الجنوب القسنطيني

الملخص تناولنا في ثنايا هذا المقال الهياكل التنظيمية الفرنسية في البلديات المختلطة في الجنوب القسنطينيّ بلديتي المسيلة وأريس" خلال الفترة 1947- 1870 ، والذي مرّ بثلاث مراحل وفق التنظير الإداري الاستعمار الفرنسي الذي لم يجد من حيلة إدارية إلاّ وحاول اسقاطها على الحقل التجريبي له والمتمثل في المجتمع الجزائري، فمن مفهوم العرش والقبيلة إلى الدواوير وصولا إلى الخرائط الجغرافية والإدارية المركزية كلها تجليات للمفهوم الإداري الذي سلط لغاية دقيقة مراقبة الأهالي والتحكم في تنقلاتهم ظاهريا، والهدف المحوري التحكم في جباية الضرائب من هؤلاء المقهورين من الجزائريين خدمة لسياسة الاستيطاني والفصل العنصري، وهذا ما جاد به صاحبا المقال في مستواه الأول، وفي النسق الثاني له حاولا فيه سرد ونقد الانعكاسات السلبية المترتبة عن تلك السياسة على سكان الجنوب القسنطيني في البلديات محل الدراسة، خاصة مع كثرة التأويلات الإدارية في إقرار المنظومة القانونية العنصرية الفرنسية، والممارسات التعسفية، واستغلال كل ما يملكه الجزائري لصالح المشروع الاستيطاني الفرنسي " إدارة، ومعمرين". This article deals with the French organisational structures in the mixed municipalities of southern Constantine, Msila and Arris, during the period 1947-1947, which went through three stages according to the administrative theorisation of French colonialism, which did not find any administrative trick but trying to project it onto its experimental field, namely Algerian society, from the concept of the throne and the tribe to the rural villages to the geographical and central administrative maps, all of which are manifestations of the administrative concept that was used for the precise purpose of monitoring the population and controlling their movements, ostensibly with the central objective of controlling the collection of taxes from these oppressed Algerians in order to serve the policy of settlement. This is what the authors argued in the first level of the article, and in the second, they tried to list and criticise the negative repercussions of this policy on the inhabitants of southern Constantine in the municipalities studied, especially with the many administrative interpretations of the French racist legal system, arbitrary practices, and the exploitation of everything owned by Algerian citizen in favour of the French settlement project (administration and colonisers).
نظام السقي "الفَـقَّـارَة" وآلية توزيع مياهها بمنطقة توات بالجنوب الجزائري

Al-Fuggara is an irrigation system found in the Tuat region in southern Algeria, it is unique in its organization and water distribution. Unlike anywhere else in the world, it operates without the need for power, tools to move or measure water, functioning naturally and automatically throughout the year. Al-Fuggara is not just an irrigation system; it is an integrated economic and social system upon which life in Tuat area has historically depended. In 2018, the UNESCO recognized "Kiyyal al-Ma’" – the person responsible for measuring and distributing water in Al-Fuggara – as an intangible cultural heritage, reflecting the cultural and heritage significance of the system. This article aims to highlight the creative and organizational aspects of the Zenati Amazigh man, in his quest for water in the Sahara. الفقارة نظامُ للسقي موجود في منطقة توات بالجنوب الجزائري، ولا وجود لها اليوم بهذا الشكل من حيث التنظيم وتوزيع الماء في أي مكان آخر من العالم، والفقارة لا تحتاج إلى طاقة لتشغيلها، ولا لأدوات لدفع الماء وتوزيعه وقياسه، بل يتم كل ذلك بطريقة طبيعية وآلية على مدار السنة، وهي ليست نظام لسقي فقط بل هي نظام اقتصادي واجتماعي متكامل قامت على أساسه الحياة في منطقة توات الكبرى، ولهذا سنة 2018 صنفت اليونسكو. "كيال الماء" وهو الشخص الذي يقوم بحساب الماء في الفقارة ويقوم بتوزيعه على العاملين فيها كتراث لا مادي إنساني، مما يعكس الأهمية الثقافية والتراثية للفقارة, وسنحاول من خلال هذا المقال إبراز الجانب الإبداعي والتنظيمي للإنسان الأمازيغي الزناتي في رحلة بحثه عن الماء في الصحراء.
مظاهر التواصل العلمي والثقافي بين الجزائر وتونس خلال العهد العثماني

يُبرز هذا المقال بعضا من مظاهر التواصل العلمي والثقافي بين إيالتي الجزائر وتونس خلال العهد العثماني، ويتناول بالدراسة هجرة علماء تونس نحو الجزائر والدور الثقافي والعلمي الذي قاموا به والوقوف على أهم الدوافع والأسباب التي أدّت بهؤلاء العلماء بالهجرة والرحلة نحو الجزائر رغم توفّر المراكز العلمية في تونس أكثر من الجزائر، والحظوة العلمية التي يتمتّع بها هؤلاء العلماء في بلدهم الأصلي ــ تونس ــ والتعريف بهم وبنشاطهم العلمي والثقافي الذي قاموا به في الجزائر وما نقلوه من علوم ومعارف للديار الجزائرية. وقد استخلصنا مدى التقارب بين هذين الايالتين في مختلف الجوانب العلمية من خلال الحصول أو تبادل الإجازات العلمية بين علمائها. cultural aspects of communication between the provinces of Algeria and Tunisia during the ottoman era. It tackles the migration of Tunisia's scholars towards Algeria and the cultural and scientific role that they played. It also identifies the main reasons that led them to leave their hometown despite the huge difference in the availability of the scientific centers in Tunisia compared to Algeria and the appreciation that these scholars had in their country. Not only, but this report also highlights the scientific and cultural activities made by these scholars in Algeria. We have concluded that similarities between these two provinces in the scientific aspects through exchanging scientific licenses between their scholars
