The Role Of Trust Between Partners In The Process Of Knowledge Acquisition Within Interational Joint Ventures

In front ofthe environment disturbances in which firms exercise, and in order to ensure their continuity and competitiveness, managers must reorient their interest towards organizational learning through the accumulation of knowledge. Through the studyof the process of knowledge acquisition with in International Joint Ventures from partners, we try, through an exploratory approach, to discernthe determinants that may influence this process.We focus, in particular, on trust between partners that may havea significant effect on the processof knowledge acquisition and the aboved eterminants. This research producesa set of propositions likely tobe verified in futureexplanatoryresearch.
L’impact Des Dispositifs D’aide à L’emploi Sur Le Taux De Chômage Dans La Wilaya De Bejaia (2005/2020). Cas De L’angem

The purpose of this work is to assess the impact of employment assistance devices, in particular ANGEM, on unemployment in the wilaya of Bejaia over the period 2005-2020. The methodology followed in this evaluation consists of modeling the relationship between the unemployment rate, the number of jobs created by ANGEM and the inflation rate using an autoregressive vector model. Our study shows a significant influence of job creation thanks to microcredits on the drop in the unemployment rate in the wilaya of Bejaia.

Notre contribution se veut être une réflexion sur les modalités de promotion de l’attractivité territoriale sur la base de la valorisation d’une composante de l’identité culturelle, en l’occurrence «le bijou Kabyle» analysé en tant qu’une ressource artisanale traditionnelle. Nous considérons que l’événementiel représente le fondement majeur de ce processus, auquel s’adosse un colossal effort d’organisation pour pouvoir déclencher une image d’une destination territoriale attractive.
Small And Medium Enterprises In The Face Of The Corona Pandemic

الاقتصادية التي خلفتها جائحة كورونا على نشاط المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة بالجزائر باعتبارها الممثل الرئيسي للقطاع الخاص، والعمود الفقري لاقتصاد الدول النامية والمتقدمة.حيث تمحورت الاشكالية الاساسية في : ما هي مخلفات جائحة كورونا على نشاط المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في الجزائر؟ كما هدفت إلى التعرف على خطة الدعم التي وضعتها الحكومة لتخطي المشاكل المالية التي تعرفها هذه المؤسسات وحثها على البقاء ومجابهة هذا الفيروس. This research came to highlight the repercussions of the economic crisis left by the Corona pandemic on the activity of small and medium enterprises in Algeria as the main representative of the private sector, and the backbone of the economy of developing and developed countries. Where the main problem was: what are the remnants of corona pandemic on the activity of small and medium enterprises in Algeria? It also aimed to get acquainted with the support plan set by the government to overcome the financial problems known to these institutions and to urge them to stay and confront this virus.
تحيين النظام المحاسبي المالي في ظل تطوّرات المعايير المحاسبية الدولية وصعوبات تطبيقه - دراسة حالة عينة من المؤسسات

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع تطبيق النظام المحاسبي المالي في مجموعة من المؤسسات الجزائرية، قصد تحديد مجالات تحيينه، حيث تناول الجانب النظري للدراسة تقييم شامل للنظام المحاسبي المالي، بالاضافة إلى تحديد مكانته ضمن المعاييرالمحاسبية الدولية، التي تطورت بشكل كبير منذ تبنيه سنة 2010 ،ومن أجل الوصول إلى تحقيق أهداف البحث تم تدعيم هذه الدراسة بجانب تطبيقي تضمن عينة من المؤسسات تم من خلالها تحديد صعوبات تطبيق النظام المحاسبي المالي وتحديد الإطار المقترح لتحيينه، ولقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن تحيين النظام المحاسبي المالي يجب أن يشمل تعديل جانبيه التقني والنظري. This study aims to identify the reality of the application of the Algerian financial accounting System in a group of Algerian companies to determine the aspects of its update. The theoretical side of this study included a global evaluation of the financial accounting system as well as a determination of its place within the International accounting standards that have evolved since its adoption in 2010. In order to achieve the goals of the research, this study has been reinforced by a practical side includinga sample of companies through which the difficulties in applying the financial accounting system have been determined as well as the suggested framework to update it. The study concluded that the update of the financial accounting system must include a modification of its formal and technical aspects
أثر تمكين المورد البشري على سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية - دراسة حالة المؤسسة العمومية للصحة الجوارية بولاية الأغواط -

The study aimed to know the impact of empowering human resources (medical and paramedical staff) on the behavior of organizational citizenship in the public health institution in Laghouat?, The study started from a general question: What is the impact of empowerment on organizational citizenship behavior in the public health institution in the state of Laghouat? , A general hypothesis and a set of sub-hypotheses related to the dimensions of empowerment and its impact on organizational citizenship behavior have been formulated The researchers followed the descriptive approach by addressing the theoretical side as well as the practical side, and they used the questionnaire as a tool for the study containing 36 phrases, 85 forms were distributed, all valid for the study. The researchers also used the spss-22 program to analyze simple linear regression. It was concluded that there is a statistically significant effect at the significance level (α = 0.05) for all dimensions of empowerment on organizational citizenship behavior, and the leadership dimension is considered the least influential dimension on organizational citizenship behavior in the institution under study.
أفاق تطبيق المعايير المحاسبية للقطاع العام في الجزائر (الأثار والتحديات)

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوءعلى أهمية تطبيق معايير المحاسبة الدولية للقطاع العام في الجزائر، وهذا من خلال عرض محتوها وتحليل الاثار المترتبة على اعتمادها وكذا القيود والتحديات الخاصة التي تواجه الجزائر خلال عملية وضعها حيز التطبيق. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن تطبیق المعاییر المحاسبیة الدولیة للقطاع العام في الجزائرتؤدي الى، تحسین جودة المعلومات المالیة وتحسین عملیة صنع القرار فیما یتعلق بتخصیص الموارد كما تضمن المزید من الشفافیة والمساءلة المالية وقابلية للمقارنة، إلا أن عملية التنفيذ قد تكون معقدة وتستغرق وقتا طويلا وتختلف حسب طبيعة البلد والحكومة والقوانين، كما انها تتطلب استثمارا كبيرا لتدريب وتكوين موظفي القطاع العام. This studyaims to highlight the importance of the implementation of International Public SectorAccounting Standards (IPSAS) in Algeria. We discussed the implications of the implementation of IPSAS and the constraints and challenges of applying International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS) in Algeria. The study concluded that the application of international accounting standards for the public sector in Algeria improves the quality of financial information and improves the decision-making processre garding the allocation of resources and ensuresin creased tran sparency, financialaccountability and comparability. The implementation process can be complex and time-consuming and varies depending on the nature of the country, the government and the laws. It also requiressign if Icantin vestments to train and develop public sectoremployees.

This study aims to understand how emotional intelligence contributes to the understanding of the managerial dispute inside (Sonatrach Laghouat)،Using (PLS version 3) to perform structural averages least partial squares tests on the results in order to test the hypotheses and either confirm or deny them. The study found that there is a statistically significant relationship between emotional intelligence and managing organizational conflict among managers in (Sonatrach Laghouat DML)،This relationship is caused by self-motivation (motivation), as the study also found (gender, age group, seniority, educational level)
تأثير الأجهزة الدبلوماسية على صادرات الجزائر للفترة 2009/2018 بإستخدام نموذج الجاذبية

الجزائر دولة كباقي دول العالم تسعى لزيادة صادراتها بإتباع عدة سياسات من بينها المعاهدات و الاتفاقيات الدولية من خلال أجهزتها الدبلوماسية. يهدف هذا إلى معرفة مدى مساهمة الأجهزة الدبلوماسية في زيادة الصادرات الجزائرية مع أهم شركائها التجاريين. وكانت نتيجة الدراسة أنه كلما زاد التمثيل الدبلوماسي للبلدان الشريك ذات الدخل المرتفع في الجزائر بوحدة واحدة كلما زاد حجم الصادرات الجزائرية بـ 1.88 وحدة. أما بالنسبة للتمثيل الدبلوماسي للجزائر في البلدان الشريك ذات الدخل المرتفع لم يكن له أي تأثير. و بالنسبة للدول الشريكة ذات الدخل المتوسط و المنخفض فكلما زاد التمثيل الدبلوماسي للجزائر في هذه الدول بوحدة واحدة كلما زاد حجم الصادرات الجزائرية بـ 1.46 وحدة ؛ أما بالنسبة للتمثيل الدبلوماسي للبلدان الشريك في الجزائر لم يكن لها أي تأثير على صادرات الجزائر. Similar to other countries worldwide, Algeriaseeks to increase its exports and develops its economy by signing newInternational treaties and conventions through its diplomatic agencies and international influence. This research aims to assess the extent of the diplomatic agencies contribution in increasing Algerian exports with its most importantbusiness partners. The result of the study showed that1 unit increase in our high income partner countriesdiplomacy representation leads to an increase in the volume of Algerian exports by 1.88 units whereas, there have been no influence found in the increase of Algerian diplomacy representation in these countries. Further investigation for our partner countries having low and medium incomeshowedthat anincrease by 1.46 units in the volume of Algerian exports results when the Algerian diplomacy representation in these countries increases by 1 unit.
تشخيص المؤسسة الاقتصادية من منظور الكفاءات: دراسة تحليلية

تتكون المؤسسة من مجموعة متنوعة من الموارد: بين موارد ملموسة وموارد غير ملموسة ومواد بشرية، حيث ان استغلالها لهذه الموارد هو ما يشكل قدراتها المختلفة، تنقسم القدرات حسب الخبراء الى نوعين؛ قدرات غير مولدة للقيمة وقدرات مولدة للقيمة، هاته الأخيرة هي ما تعرف أيضا بمصطلح كفاءات المؤسسة، وهذا ما حاولت هذه الدراسة التفصيل فيه وتبيان ما يكتنفه من غموض وابهام والتباس، من منظور استراتيجي وخاصة ما تعلق بالتشخص الاستراتيجي. توصلت هذه الدراسة الى العديد من النتائج، لعل أهمها ما يلي: الاهتمام بكفاءات المؤسسة هو المصدر الأساسي لتحقيق ميزة تنافسية؛ كفاءات المؤسسة هي المحدد الأساسي لوحدات الأعمال من خلال المنتجات المحورية؛ تطوير المؤسسة لكفاءاتها يؤدي بها الى التوسع والنمو في نشاطها. The company contains differentres our cessuch as tangible resources, intangible resources, and humanre sources. Thus the capacities of acompany are the result of a combination of those differentresources. These capacities are divided into two main categories. The first category is the capacities with out value, and the second category is the capacities that are creating the value. This later also is so-called by the competencies. For that, this study tried to make some details and clarify theambiguity about the competencies. Also, this study sought to discuss the strategic aspects of competencies, especially what is related to a strategic diagnosis of the company. The most important outcomes of this study are as follows: The competencies are the main source of the competitive advantageK،the competencies are the main determinant to create (the strategic business unit) SBU; the development of competencies is key to growth for the company.

مظاهر الحماية القانونية للغير في الشركات التجارية من منظور المشرع الجزائري

وضع المشرع الكثير من الأحكام القانونية التي تهدف لتعزيز الثقة والإئثمان بالنسبة لمختلف العلاقات القانونية التي تنشأ في الشركة التجارية هذا من جهة . ومن جهة أخرى يتمتع المسيرين بسلطات واسعة في الشركة و تجاه الغير فيحق للمسير أن يبرم كل التصرفات اللازمة لنشاط الشركة من بيع وإستئجار وتأمين مع الإشارة إلى أنه يجب أن يحصل في بعض التصرفات على إذن خاص من الشركاء نظرا للحماية المقررة للغير مع مراعاة مصلحة الشركة في كل الظروف . يكمن الهدف من وراء هذه الدراسة هو ضبط مصطلح الغير كونه متعدد المفاهيم في عقد الشركة وإظهار أساليب حمايته خاصة أنه يعد من الركائز الأساسية، فالمشرع خصه بحماية في جميع مراحل الشركة من تكوينها إلى نهايتها . و لقد تم أخد عينات من أجل دراستها حول مجموعة من الشركات ضمانا لفكرة الحماية الفعلية للغير ، كما تم التوصل إلى عدة نتائج هامة من بينها وجب الموازنة لوسائل الحماية في مختلف مراحل الشركة وتعميمها . The legislator has laid down many legal provisions that aim to enhance confidence and trust with regard to the various legal relations that arise in the commercial company. On the other hand, the managers enjoy wide powers in the company and towards others, so the manager has the right to conclude all the necessary actions for the company’s activity such as selling, leasing and insurance with reference. Yet, in some actions he must obtain a special permission from the partners due to the protection granted to others, taking into account the interest of the company in all circumstances . The goal behind this study is to control the term “others” as it is a multi-concept in the company’s contract and to show the methods of its protection, especially since it is one of the main pillars. Samples were taken for study about a group of companies to ensure the idea of actual protection for others, and several important results were reached, including the need to balance the means of protection in the various stages of the company and circulate it.
التدقيق الداخلي في ظل الرقمنة - تطبيق برنامج Teammate نموذجا في مؤسسة أوريدو -

In light of the great importance of modern digital technologies in the field of internal auditing, this study aims to present the most important and globally acclaimed electronic program in this field, which is the "TeamMate" program, which helps improve the efficiency and effectiveness of internal auditing. Ooredoo Telecommunications, in particular, the Purchasing Department, took a model through which we presented the stages of the audit process using this program to clarify the extent to which digitization contributes to facilitating the internal audit function in the organization and carrying out the task to the fullest, leading to results that help managers take the right decision at the right time.
دور الوقف في التقليل من البطالة

تسلط الدراسة الضوء على الوقف وسبل تعزيز مساهمته بالحد من مشكلة البطالة وبالتالي الوقوف على الدور البارز للوقف في التنمية المجتمعية، حيث إن الوقف في حالة استغلاله الإستغلال الأمثل يمكن أن يصبح جهة تمويلية مانحة تتحكم بها الجهة القائمة عليه بتوجيهه نحو مشاريع تنموية واستثمارية بما ينعكس إيجابيا على المجتمع. ويناقش البحث ماهية مساهمة الوقف في الحد من البطالة واستطلاع واقع الوقف من حيث حجمه، وإدارته واستثماره والوقوف على المعوقات التي تواجه عمل الوقف. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أهمية الوقف عبر إسهامه بالحد من الفقر وتوفير فرص العمل، فهو مورد تمويلي هام يساهم في إيجاد حل مناسب وطويل المدى لتمويل مختلف أوجه التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية، وله دور فعال في مكافحة البطالة. This study examines the contribution of Islamic endowment (Waqf) in addressing the unemployment problem, and seeks to analyze the role of waqf in the wider context of social development. The ideal use of Waqf could help allocate funds for investment and development projects that result in positive outcomes for the society.The research discusses the contribution of the endowment to reducing unemployment, exploring the reality of the endowment in terms of its size, its management and investment, and standing up to the obstacles facing the endowment's work. The study concluded the importance of the endowment through its contribution to reducing poverty and providing job opportunities, as it is an important financing resource that contributes to finding an appropriate and long-term solution to finance various aspects of economic and social development, and it has an effective role in combating unemployment.
أثر التداول النقدي على مؤشر أسعار الاستهلاك في الجزائر-دراسة قياسية للفترة (2000-2021)-

This study aims to measure and analyze the impact of monetary trading on Algeria's consumer price index over a period of 21 years. It has been addressed by estimating the model and detecting a common complementarity between monetary trading and the consumer price indexaccording to the boundary approach, while estimating that relation ship in the near and long term using the auto-regression approach of the slow down deviations distributed by ARDL. The study concluded that if there is a one-unit monetary shockwave, this impact on consumer priceindex position will last for a maximum period of about 11 monthsuntil it is due to its balanced and normal position. We also concluded that there is a far-reaching balance between monetary trading and the consumer price index at the level of the Algerian economy'senvironment.

All this made the tourism sector a very important sector in the economic policies of these countries, especially countries Which has great natural and historical components. Tourism investment is considered the cornerstone of building an advanced tourism industry, which requires a great sacrifice in terms of its support, organization and management in order to achieve the desired goals. مساهمة التخصص الصناعي للمدقق الخارجي في تحسين جودة خدمات التدقيق الخارجي -دراسة استقصائية لعينة من المدققين الخارجيين بولاية سطيف-

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز مدى مساهمة التخصص الصناعي للمدقق الخارجي في تحسين جودة خدمات التدقيق الخارجي، ومن أجل ذلك تم استخدام استمارة استبيان وزعت على عينة من المدققين الخارجيين بولاية سطيف. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن التخصص الصناعي للمدقق يساهم بشكل كبير في زيادة كفاءة المدقق الخارجي، كما يساهم بشكل فعال في تدنية مخاطر التدقيق الخارجي، بالإضافة إلى مساهمته في اكتشاف الأخطاء والغش في القوائم المالية بشكل كبير. This study aims to determine the extent to which the external auditor industry specialization contributes to improve the quality of external audit services. We used a questionnaire shared with some external auditors in Setif. The study concluded that the auditor's industrial specialization contributes significantly in increasing his efficiency, reducing audit risks, in addition his effective contribution to the detection of manipulations in the financial statements
دور سوق الأوراق المالية الجزائري في تمويل وتحسين الوضعية المالية للشركة الوطنية لإنتاج الأدوية صيدال- الجزائر- الفترة : (2013-2017)

ان الهدف الأساسي والجوهري من هذه الدراسة تحديد العلاقة بين سوق الأوراق المالية وتمويل المؤسسات الاقتصادية عن طريق طرحها لعدد من الأوراق : (أسهم أو سندات) ، وقد جزئنا هذه الورقة البحثية الى ثلاث أجزاء، فقد تناولنا في الجزئين الأولين الجانب النظري لمفاهيم عامة حول سوق الأوراق المالية الجزائري (بورصة الجزائر)وكذا لمحة حول مجمع صيدال،أما بالنسبة للجزء الثالث فقد حاولنا اسقاط الدراسة النظرية على مؤسسة اقتصادية (مجمع صيدال) للفترة الممتدة بين 2013 الى 2017، واخيرا نستنتج ان سوق الأوراق المالية الجزائري يقوم بتمويل مؤسسة صيدال بشكل نسبي والمقدر بــ 20%، وليس كلي عن طريق طرح أسهم عادية في هذا السوق ، أما باقي التمويل الخارجي عن طريق البنوك في شكل قروض. The main objective of thisstudyis to determine the relationshipbetween the stock market and the financing of economic institutions by offeringthem a number of papers: (stocks or bonds), and we have dividedthisresearchpaperintothree parts. Algerian Finance (Algeria Stock Exchange) as well as an overview of Saidal Complex, as for the third part, we have tried to drop the theoretical study on an economic institution (Saidal Complex) for the period from 2013 to 2017, and finally we conclude that the Algerian stock market is relatively financing Saidal institution, estimated at 20%, and not entirely by offering common shares in this market, and the rest of the external financing through banks in the form of loans

تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية الى الكشف عن الدور الذي تلعبه الفنادق والنقل البري في تطوير السياحة في الجزائر. وقد توصلت الدراسة الى ان مؤشر الاداء السياحي في الجزائر ضعيف، حيث ان جل المؤشرات الفرعية المكونة لمؤشر الاداء السياحي تتذيل الترتيب، وهناك نقص في الفنادق كما ونوعا وكذا نقص في شبكة السكك الحديدية وعدم توفر البنية التحتية للنقل بالشكل الكافي لتطوير السياحة، وذلك كله يؤدي الى ضآلة عدد السياح القادمين الى الجزائر ومن ثم ضآلة مداخيل السياحة في الجزائر. This research paper aims to uncover the role that hotels and land transport play in developing tourism in Algeria,So that when a tourist wants to visit any country, the first thing he looks for are hotels and transport, and our objective in this research was to alert on the need to provide hotels in Algeria in quantity and quality, as well as providing transport land, in particular rail transport, to facilitate the movement of tourists. The study found that the tourism performance index in Algeria is weak, As most of the sub-indicators that make up the tourism performance index are at the bottom of the ranking, There is a shortage of hotels in quantity and quality, This leads to a small number of tourists in Algeria.

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد أثر السياسة النقدية على متغيرات المربع السحري لكالدور و إبراز مدى مساهمتها في ضبط تلك المتغيرات في الجزائر خلال الفترة (2000 ــ 2020). وخلصت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج أهمها أن السياسة النقدية في الجزائر خلال الفترة (2000 ــ2020) كانت فعالة في تحقيق هدف الاستقرار في المستوى العام للأسعار في حين بقيت عاجزة عن تحقيق هدف الرفع من معدل النمو الاقتصادي، تخفيض معدلات البطالة وتحقيق التوازن في ميزان المدفوعات، والتي تبقى مرتبطة بتغيرات الوضع الدولي ولا سيما تقلبات أسعار البترول في الأسواق العالمية. The aim of this study is to determinethe effects monetary policy on the Kaldor magic square variables, as wellas to highlight theextent to which itcontributes to thecontrol ofthesevariables in Algeria duringthe period (2000-2020). Thestudyconcluded with manyresults, the most important of them is that the monetary policy in algeria during the period (2000-2020) was onlyEffectivein reachingthegoalof stabilityin thegeneral, pricelevel, whileit remained unableto achievethegoal of raisingtherate ofeconomicgrowth, reducing unemployment ratesand a hieving, balance of payments, which remains linked to changes in the international situation, especiallythe fluctuations in oil prices in world markets.
