A Comparative Analysis of Healthcare Policy and Rhetoric: The Harris Campaign and Obama Campaign in Perspective.

ملخص الدراسة: تُقدم هذه الأطروحة دراسة تحليلية نوعية مقارنة لسياسة الرعاية الصحية وخطابها في الحملات الانتخابية لكل من كامالا هاريس وباراك أوباما. وتهدف الدراسة، بشكل عام، إلى مقارنة استراتيجيات الإقناع لكل من كامالا هاريس وباراك أوباما، ودراسة تأثير خطابهما على الرأي العام ودعم إصلاح الرعاية الصحية. وفي هذا الصدد، تسعى الدراسة إلى تقديم رؤى ثاقبة حول كيفية تشكيل القيادة السياسية لخطاب الرعاية الصحية في الولايات المتحدة، وتأثيرها على كل من الرأي العام وسلوك الناخبين. وتستجيب هذه الدراسة للاهتمام الأكاديمي المتزايد حول كيفية تأثير الخطاب السياسي على سرديات الرعاية الصحية، لا سيما في ضوء الإصلاحات الرئيسية مثل قانون الرعاية الصحية الميسرة والرعاية الطبية للجميع. ومن خلال استخدام نهج التحليل المقارن النوعي، تم تحليل سبعة خطابات لكلا المرشحين للإجابة على سؤال البحث المتعلق بمدى الاختلافات بين هاتين الأجندتين. وبناءً على ذلك، تمت دراسة أساليبهما البلاغية المتعلقة بإصلاحات الرعاية الصحية من خلال نظرية المثلث البلاغي لأرسطو. وقد توصلت هذه الدراسات إلى أن التفكير المنطقي له أهمية أكبر من الإرتباط العاطفي في كسب الدعم للرئاسة في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية. Abstract This dissertation reports an analytical comparative study of healthcare policy and rhetoric in the electoral campaigns of Kamala Harris and Barack Obama. Overall, it seeks to compare the persuasion strategies of Kamala Harris and Barack Obama and to examine the impact of their rhetoric on public perception and support for healthcare reform. In this regard, it attempts to provide insights into how political leadership shapes healthcare discourse in the U.S., influencing both public opinion and voter behaviour. This study responds to the growing academic interest in how political rhetoric influences healthcare narratives, especially in light of major reforms such as the Affordable Care Act and Medicare for All. Via employing a qualitative comparative analysis approach, seven speeches of both candidates were analysed in order to answer the research question regarding the extent of differences between these two agendas. Accordingly, their rhetorical techniques concerning healthcare reforms were examined by Aristotle's rhetorical triangle method. These concluded on the prominent significance of mental reasoning over emotional connection when it comes to gaining presidential support in the United States of America. A Comparative Study of Western and Arabic Media Coverage of the US Invasion of Iraq

This dissertation aims to investigate and compare the kind of biases that are displayed in both the Western and the Arabic media regarding the US invasion of Iraq in 2003. Utilizing historical and qualitative methodologies, the study aims at examining the representation of the war and the stories associated with it in the media articles. The study shows that there is some degree of bias in both Western and Arabic media but the findings show that they employ different techniques in their coverage. The invasion was depicted by many western media sources in terms of national security concerns which included Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD), the brutal dictatorship of Saddam Hussein, and toppling the dictatorship and establishing democracy and human rights in Iraq. Moreover, they placed the US within a righteous framework of justice and power in the region. On the other hand, Arabic media mainly concerned itself with reporting the number of losses, tragedies, and the use of images to portray the suffering of the Iraqis. This emphasis was meant to make the audience sympathize as well as illustrate the pain the Iraqis have been forced to go through as a consequence of the said invasion. To summarize, the comparative analysis of Western and Arabic media discourses reveals the more subtle forms of bias in media coverage of the US invasion in Iraq. Overall, this paper has also added to the discourse about media biases, and their related stories, in influencing conflict and international intervention perception among the public. تهدف هذه الأطروحة إلى التحقيق والمقارنة بين أنواع التحيزات التي تظهر في وسائل الإعلام الغربية والعربية بشأن الغزو الأمريكي للعراق عام 2003 باستخدام كل من المنهجيتين التاريخية والنوعية. تظهر الدراسة أن هناك درجة معينة من التحيز في كلا وسائل الإعلام، الغربية والعربية. لكن النتائج تشير أنها تستخدم تقنيات مختلفة في تغطيتها. تم تصوير الغزو من قبل العديد من مصادر وسائل الإعلام الغربية من ناحية مخاوف الأمن القومي التي شملت امتلاك العراق لأسلحة الدمار الشامل، والنظام الوحشي المستخدم من طرف صدام حسين، بالإضافة الى هدف الإطاحة بالديكتاتورية وإقامة الديمقراطية وحقوق الإنسان في العراق. علاوة على ذلك، فقد وضعت هذه الوسائل الاعلامية الولايات المتحدة كبطل جالب للسلام والأمن في المنطقة والعالم بشكل عام. من ناحية أخرى، اهتمت وسائل الإعلام العربية بشكل كبير على نقل أعداد الخسائر والمآسي واستخدام الصور لإظهار معاناة العراقيين. الهدف من هذا التركيز هو ربح تعاطف الجمهور بالإضافة الى توضيح الألم الذي أَجبر العراقيون على تحمله نتيجة للغزو سابق الذكر. بشكل عام، أضافت هذه الورقة إلى الخطاب حول التحيزات الإعلامية، والقصص المرتبطة بها، في التأثير على تصور الصراع والتدخل الدولي بين الجمهور.
A Critical Analysis of the American Immigration Policy and the Erosion of the American Dream

الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة لتحديد العلاقة الكامنة بين تبدد الحلم الأمريكي وسياسات الهجرة في أمريكا ،من خلال تحليل التغييرات الحالية في السياسات حول المفاهيم الاقتصادية الكامنة به بناء على ما استجد من سياساتها. كون هذه الأخيرة تسعى لدحض فرص العديد من المهاجرين في تحقيق رقيهم الاقتصادي والاجتماعي بتهميشهم من أسس وقيم هذا الحلم. غير ان هذه السياسات التقييدية ساهمت في نقص فرص العديد من المهاجرين لتحقيقه، لا سيما اجتماعيا واقتصاديا. تعتمد الدراسة منهجا بحثيا مدمجا لتحليل هذه الظاهرة بشكل نقدي، مع التركيز على تطور سياسات الهجرة خلال الفترة الممتده من عام 2000 الى عام 2022. كما تأخذ الدراسة بعين الاعتبار السياق التاريخي للهجرة الى الولايات المتحدة، بدءا من الهجرات الأوروبية المبكرة وصولا إلى تنوع المجتمعات المهاجرة المعاصرة، بهدف تقديم اعمق لتغير سياسات الهجرة بمرور الزمن. وتظهر النتائج ان السياسات الصارمة قد أثرت بشكل كبير على قدرة المهاجرين في الوصول الى فرص العمل والاستقرار الاقتصادي وتحقيق الحلم الأمريكي، حيث كشفت النتائج النوعية عن صراعات نفسية واجتماعية يعاني منها المهاجرون، بينما أظهرت النتائج الكمية تراجعا ملحوظا في فرص التوظيف والترقي الاجتماعي. وبشكل عام، تسهم هذه الدراسة في تقديم فهم شامل لتأثير هذه السياسات على تقليص قدرة المهاجرين على تحقيق الحلم الأمريكي. Abstruct: This research investigates the relationship between U.S. immigration policies and the erosion of the American Dream. It aims to explore how the current changes in the United States’ foreign policies have affected its ideals, socio-economic opportunities, inclusivity and upward mobility in the light of the restrictiveness of immigration policies. Subsequently, it examines how current political decisions have contributed to the eradication of this symbol. On these premises, a mixed methods approach was employed to critically analyze the development of immigration policies from 2000 to 2022 and their impact on the American Dream. Moreover, the analysis incorporates the historical context of U.S. immigration, from early European migration to today’s diverse immigrant groups, to provide a deeper understanding of how immigration patterns have evolved over time. The study, whose findings reflect immigrants’ personal experiences and challenges as well as their opportunities through highlighting the measurable impact of stricter policies, yielded both qualitative and quantitative results. Subsequently, the former demonstrates how immigrants face emotional and social struggles navigating the system, while the latter shows significant declines in economic opportunities, employment access and upward mobility. Overall, this research contributes a comprehensive understanding of how restrictive immigration policies have significantly limited immigrants’ ability to achieve the American Dream
A Historical Investigation of the Developing Role of the Supreme Court in the USA

الملخص: يتناول هذا البحث تطور الدور الذي لعبته المحكمة العليا في الولايات المتحدة على مرّ التاريخ الأمريكي. في البداية، كان من الصعب تصور وجود هيئة تحفظ حقوق المستعمرات، فقد بدا ذلك هدفًا بعيد المنال. لكن إصرار المستعمرين على نيل الاستقلال والانفصال عن الحكومة البريطانية مهّد الطريق لتأسيس دولة جديدة تقوم على مبدأ فصل السلطات في نظامها السياسي. وفي هذا الإطار، تسعى الدراسة إلى فهم الدور الذي تؤديه المحكمة العليا الأمريكية في حل النزاعات، والدفاع عن الأفراد في وجه الظلم، وتفسير القوانين، وضمان احترام الدستور الأمريكي. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهجالتاريخي، حيث جُمعت البيانات من مصادر وثائقية مهمة مثل إعلان الاستقلال، مواد الاتحاد، الدستور الأمريكي، إضافة إلى القضايا التي نظرت فيها المحكمة نفسها. وأظهرت النتائج أن المحكمة العليا تقوم بدور أساسي في الحياة السياسية والاجتماعية في الولايات المتحدة. فهي تمثل السلطة القضائية، وتراجع مدى توافق القوانين مع الدستور، وتحسم الخلافات بين الولايات أو بينها وبين الحكومة الفيدرالية، والأهم من ذلك، تضمن أن يتمتع جميع المواطنين بالمساواة في ظل القانون. Drawing on key postcolonial theories—including Edward Said’s Orientalism, Homi Bhabha’s concepts of hybridity and the “third space,” and Frantz Fanon’s psychological analysis of decolonization—the study explores the ways in which Hamid’s work challenges Western hegemony and reconfigures narratives of the global South. The analysis is structured in three parts. First, it contextualizes the novel within postcolonial discourse, focusing on the deconstruction of East-West binaries, the role of mimicry and ambivalence, and the psychological dimensions of decolonization. Second, it investigates the post-9/11 ideological shifts that shape the novel’s backdrop, particularly the institutionalization of Islamophobia, surveillance, and the marginalization of Muslim identities. Finally, it examines the novel’s formal and thematic strategies, including its use of an unreliable narrator, open-ended conclusion, and counter-discursive resistance to dominant narratives. Central to this study is the protagonist Changez, whose transformation from a Princeton-educated capitalist to a “reluctant fundamentalist” embodies the tensions between assimilation and resistance. The title’s irony underscores the novel’s critique of neoliberal capitalism and reductive stereotypes, reframing “fundamentalism” as a rejection of Western ideological dominance rather than religious extremism. By situating Hamid’s work within postcolonial and post-9/11 frameworks, this dissertation argues that The Reluctant Fundamentalist not only exposes the fractures in multicultural idealism but also reimagines identity as a fluid, transnational construct shaped by historical and political forces.
Absurdism in Postmodern Theatre: A Case Study Of Waiting for Godot by Samuel Beckett

Postmodern theatre is characterized by specific themes and techniques. Samuel Beckett as one of the most brilliant playwrights in this era contributes to make the theatre of absurd one of the most significant ways of human existentialist expressions. Therefore, this study makes use of the descriptive analytical type of research. It examines the play Waiting for Godot in the level of its novelty in both thematic concern (meaninglessness, isolation, and doubt) as well as techniques (plotless story, devaluated language, and strange characters). The study focuses on the philosophy of Albert Camus, Frederick Nietzsche, Jean Paul Starter and others and the impact of these philosophies in understanding and interpreting Beckett’s play. Thus, the study reveals that Samuel Beckett succeeded in introducing a very special reflection of absurdity and meaninglessness in the level of language, plot and characters.
Adam Smith's Economic Liberalism Theories and their Implications on Protectionism and Financial Regulations Policy in the US.

Adam Smith economic Liberalism theories are considered as the foundations for Capitalism which has inevitably impacted so many nations on the globe. Smith theories were compiled in his book "The Wealth of Nations" in which he strongly advocated open market and competitive economies. The current study takes the US into account aiming at clarifying the effect of those theories on the United States financial regulations and Protectionism policy. A descriptive analytical method as well as historical method are used to answer the questions of the research. The study sheds light on the US economy during the Great Depression and after the Second World War area. As a result of this research, the study has proven the failure of Protectionism policy and the effectiveness of trade Liberalization as the United States faced the biggest crisis in its history by adopting free market policies and eliminating trade restrictions policies, which stand as the main cause behind the Wall Street stock market crash and the Great Depression. Allegory in The Black Ball: A Literary Analysis of Cultural Representation of African Americans in US

يهدف البحث الحالي إلى التحقق من استخدام الاستعارة في قصة رالف والدو إليسون القصيرة "الكرة السوداء" لتعكس الخلفية الثقافية للأمريكيين من أصل أفريقي في الولايات المتحدة. يشتهر إليسون باستخدامه المكثف للغة التصويرية وطريقة التمثيل الرمزية. ونجح من خلال هذه الحرفة الماهرة في إبراز الجوانب الثقافية الرئيسية وإبراز القضايا الحساسة التي كانت تضطهد الأمريكيين من أصل أفريقي بشدة أثناء إقامتهم في الولايات المتحدة في ظل قوانين جيم كرو. في "الكرة السوداء"، يركز إليسون في المقام الأول على موضوعات العنصرية والتمييز والقمع والتهجير والاستغلال والتهميش، التي عاشها الشعب الأمريكي الأفريقي في منتصف القرن العشرين. تمت ملاحظة اللغة التصويرية منذ بداية القصة والرموز موجودة في كل مشهد، مما يساعد الكاتب على تحدي المعايير الثقافية والوفاء بواجبه بطريقة مثالية. وبالتالي سيتم تحليل هذا الموضوع باستخدام نظريتي التحليل الأدبي والرمزية لدراسة التمثيلات المجازية الرئيسية للقصة. The present research aims to investigate the use of allegory in Ralph Waldo Ellison's short story “The Black Ball” to mirror the cultural background of Afro-Americans in the United States. Ellison is best known for his extensive use of figurative language and symbolic way of representation. Through this skilful craft, he succeeded to project the main cultural aspects and highlight the sensitive issues that used to heavily oppress the African Americans while living in the US under Jim Crow laws. In "The Black Ball", Ellison concentrates primarily on themes of racism, discrimination, oppression, displacement, exploitation and marginalization, which the African American people have experienced in the mid of the twentieth century. Figurative language is observed from the very beginning of the story and allegories are present in each scene, assisting the writer to challenge the cultural norms and fulfil his duty in a perfect manner. Thus, this topic will be analysed by using the theories of literary analysis and symbolism to investigate the key allegorical representations of the story.
Allusion in Steinbeck’s The Grapes of Wrath

الملخص: رواية "عِنَبُ الغَضَبِ" (1939) لجون ستاينبك تستند إلى مرجعية نصية ثرية لبحث الظلم الاجتماعي، وتسعى من وجْهٍ ما إلى إضفاء الطابع الإنساني على محنَةِ أتباعِ حقبة "الغُبار". تبحث هذه الدراسة كيف تُستحضَرُ الإشاراتُ إلى الكتاب المقدس، والتاريخ، والأساطير كأدوات سردية وفكرية تُعزِّزُ موضوعات القهر، والنضال، والتعاون في الرواية. اعتمد هذا البحث منهجَ التحليل النصي النوعي مسترشدًا بتصنيف "ليبيهالم" (1997)، حيث تم تحديد الاستراتيجية التلميحية وتفسيرها عبر القراءة المتأنية.كشفت الدراسة أن التلميحات الكتابية ترفع رحلة عائلة "جود" إلى مستوى الامتحان الروحي، بينما تغرِسُ التلميحات التاريخية معاناةَ العائلة بقوة في سياق الكساد العظيم الاجتماعي-الاقتصادي، في حين تعكسُ الثيماتُ الأسطوريةُ محنتَهم كأنماطٍ بدئيةٍ للمقاومة. فضلًا عن ذلك، وظّفَ ستاينبك التلميحَ عمدًا لتعزيز الأثر العاطفي للرواية، وشحذِ نقده لرأسمالية عبر تحويل الإيمان من صبرٍ إلى نداءٍ للتضامن. من محدوديات البحث ذاتيةُ تحديد التلميحات المحتملة الغموض، وتباينُ معرفة القارئ بالسياقات الثقافية المرجعية. تؤكد هذه الدراسة الأهمية الخالدة لـ"عِنَبِ الغضب"، وتكشف كيف يستخدم الأدبُ التناصَّ والعدسةَ النصيةَ لربط النضالات التاريخية والمعاصرة من أجل العدالة. Summary: John Steinbeck's The Grapes of Wrath (1939) draws on rich intertextual reference to discuss social injustice and in some way to humanize the plight of devotees of the Dust Bowl. This research examines how allusions to the Bible, history, and myth are used as narrative and ideological devices that augment the themes of oppression, struggle and cooperation in the novel. This research employs a qualitative textual analysis approach that uses Leppihalme's (1997) classification as guidance and close reading as an illusive strategy for identification and interpretation of allusion . This study discovered that biblical allusions elevates Joads’ journey to spiritual trial, whereas historical allusions firmly embed the Joads’ suffering within the socioeconomic context of the Great Depression, while the use of mythological motifs universally reflects their plight as archetypes of resistance. In addition, Steinbeck purposefully used allusion to heighten emotional impact of the novel, and sharpen the critique of capitalism by reframing faith from endurance to plea for solidarity. The potential limitations of this analysis are the subjective nature of identifying potentially ambiguous allusion, and the varied contextual knowledge of the readers’ cultural references. This investigation emphasizes the lasting significance of The Grapes of Wrath, and demonstrates how literature uses intertextuality and intertextual lens to create links between historical and contemporary struggles for justice.
America–China Trade War during the Trump Administration: A Confrontation between Strategic Superpowers

Increasing economic power of the People’s Republic of China in the course of the recent years alongside the United States’ declining share within the global production, as well as international trade within the start of the 21st C, has resulted in a change within the world's geopolitical landscape and the springing up of the "Group of Two", which can simply be referred to as G2. In 2015, China emerged as the leader within commodity exports thereby becoming a principal player in global trade. As a result, U.S came up with policies that were aimed at slowing down China’s drastic economic growth in the fear that it may overtake it and become the economic giant globally. It is in that line that the U.S has introduced protectionist policies. China was also compelled to come up with its counter policies in response to the American policies that targeted it. The present situation of the America-China trade relations is what is commonly termed as Cold Trade War. In this paper, we take a look at the causes of the Cold Trade War and the possible consequences. All in all, it will be illustrated that in every trade war, there are neither winners nor losers as the countries involved end up losing as it will be outlined in this paper.
American Cultural Imperialism: Hollywood as an Instrument of American Soft Power

L’étude examine les stratégies employées pour exporter la culture américaine. Au-delà de sa large portée, Hollywood a profondément marqué le cinéma international, notamment au sein des industries cinématographiques du Moyen-Orient, du monde arabe et de l’Asie. Cette étude adopte une méthode descriptive, car le manuscrit est essentiellement une recherche documentaire s’appuyant sur la littérature pertinente relative à l’impérialisme culturel américain et à l’usage du soft power à travers l’industrie cinématographique. Des études de cas illustrent comment Hollywood a établi des normes mondiales en matière de narration et de production, tout en contribuant à l’uniformisation des récits culturels. The American Emprie The Quest for Global Domination

The fall of the Communist quarters in 1991opened the door for a unipolar world led by the United States as the sole global dominant power. This new role made of the US a distinctive country compared to the rest of the other world countries in terms of global politics. The present paper attemptes to study the major historical rationales and policies which contributed to the emergence of the U.S as a dominating superpower. Meanwhile, it aims to shed light on the different aspects of U.S hegemony overseas including military, political, economic and even cultural dimensions. In doing so, a descriptive analytical method has been adopted in order to trace the different historical events that contributed to building what is called today the US hyperpower. This will be backed by statistics, maps and diagrams in order to demonstrate the US hegemonic nature with proven evidence. The findings show that America is actually in a quest to maintain its position as superpower and “world leader” underpinned by its historical and ideological legacies that helped to shape the American domination over the international order and its institutions.
American Exceptionalism in Foreign Policy between Myth and Reality

What makes any country in the world worth to learn about it is its long, varied, unique history, rich legacy, prominent events, developed civilization, powerful economic and effective policy. It is recognized that the United States of America fulfills all these requirements and that it is an exceptional country. American exceptionalism is a term that defines the United States of America as a nation different from the rest of the world, which is distinguished by the mission of world leadership and takes upon itself the responsibility of spreading democracy and freedom around the world. The term was first created by the French writer Alexis de Tocqueville in 1835. This present dissertation is intended to examine the concept of American Exceptionalism, explain the impact of the American exceptionalism on the United States foreign policy and verify the credibility of the American exceptionalism during the war in Afghanistan under the title «AmericanExceptionalisminForeignPolicybetweenMythandReality».The present study utilizes the qualitative approach that employs the descriptive analytical and historical method. The study findings revealed the myth of American exceptionalism as a consequence of the failure of the American war in Afghanistan. American Oil Strategy and its Impact on American-Gulf Relations

This study examines the evolution of the US oil industry from the beginning of drilling in the oil fields of Pennsylvania to the modern era and its profound impact on US-Gulf relations. The study aims to explore the historical development of the US oil strategy in the Gulf region, through the study of critical diplomatic maneuvers, strategic alliances, and economic dependencies. The primary objective is to analyze how U.S. oil policies affect bilateral and multilateral engagements with the Gulf states and to assess the role of U.S. oil strategy in enhancing or challenging the energy security of both the U.S. and the Gulf by identifying environmental dimensions taking into account factors such as energy diversification. Geopolitical risks and socio-economic development. The research follows a descriptive and analytical approach. Historical descriptions of archival policy documents, government reports, and existing academic literature that provide insight into the evolution of U.S. oil strategy. American Policy of Pre-emptive War: Motives and Legal Legitimacy

This study traces the history of the American defense policies and strategies. In United States foreign policy, in the light of examining different presidents` defense doctrines. The study focuses on George W. Bush defense policy. A significant element in Bush defense strategy is the utilization of the preemptive war to defend the national interests. This research work asserts that any country has the right to defend its territories with all legitimate and legal means. However, the study also questions the legitimacy and legality of using pre-emptive strikes to neutralize dangers and enemies threatening the security of America . this study aims to investigate the motives behind using preemptive wars as a defense strategy during Bush administration. It attempts to bridge the gap between what is purely military and what is legal in essence, to check the legitimacy of these military actions adopted by the political and military decision-makers, mainly in Afghanistan and Iraq. This study is qualitative where the descriptive- analytical approach to data gathering, analyzing, and interpreting are used as research methods. In the theoretical section of the study, various data relevant to the United states defense strategy and preemptive war were reviewed, analyzed, and interpreted. Then, the defense issue, preemptive war, was evaluated for its violation to the international and humanitarian law(s) and legislation(s). The findings revealed that the preemptive strikes conducted by the United States were a violation of the international laws and the simplest humanitarian rights for the victims of these military actions.
American Press Framing of the Palestinian-Israeli War: A Content Analysis

The present research examines how the American press represents one of the most recent conflicts, the Palestinian-Israeli war. It aims to identify the dominant themes and to examine the framing techniques employed by Cable News Network and The New York Times in their coverage. This study employs a qualitative content analysis to examine both visual and textual data. Additionally, the framing method is utilized to investigate how the press frames the war and to analyze how language and imagery shape perspectives and interpretations of the information. A total of 12 multimedia items are collected from two news outlets: Cable News Network and The New York Times. The analysis reveals numerous dominant conflict themes, such as territorial disputes, violence, security concerns, peace efforts, human rights violations, and devastation. Based on the themes, it can be concluded that the 2023-2024 Palestinian Israeli war is portrayed in the American press through four frames: humanitarian and rights perspective frame, conflict dynamics and military strategy frame, communication and narrative frame, and political and diplomatic frame. This study contributes to gain an in-depth understanding of how the framing of this war evolves in the press. American Social Welfare Policy: Current Issues and Future Perspectives

This study aims to present the current state and future prospects of social welfare policy in the United States with a focus on pressing issues and possible paths forward. It sheds light on the opportunities and challenges associated with changing American social welfare policy to promote a more equitable and inclusive society. The study employs documentary research design to explore and analyze data within official documents and utilizes historical research design to provide a historical account of past events and changes within American society. The main findings of the study include that Inequality persists across economic, racial, and gender lines despite efforts to address it. The housing crisis needs long-term solutions. Discrimination impacts social welfare access, requiring comprehensive strategies. Poverty, driven by inadequate wages and unemployment, demands effective policies. Healthcare reform is needed for accessibility and affordability. The American Strategy of Proxy War: The Case of Russian-Ukrainian War

The purpose of this study is to determine if the United States of America is using Russia as a pawn in its proxy conflict with Ukraine. Additionally, it makes an effort to pinpoint the driving forces behind America's decision to use this defensive tactic against its key adversary, Russia. Additionally, one of the main goals of this research project is to look into the US's employment of proxy warfare in this global fight. The final goal and aim of this study is to examine the effects of this global conflict on America, Russia, and the rest of the globe. The researcher uses a qualitative research approach inside an analytical framework in an effort to close the gap between military and political concerns. By using this research design, the researcher hopes to demonstrate that the US is engaging in proxy warfare against Russia. The findings of the study revealed that the US is waging a proxy warfare against Russia in the Russian-Ukrainian War. The study findings demonstrated that Russia is fighting America together with its western allies in this international conflict in Ukraine. Major powers frequently start proxy wars because they feel extremely vulnerable to the activities of other states. As their powers grow, they typically start taking part in more proxy battles. This proxy competition runs the risk of developing a positive feedback loop. This research work findings also showed that the economic factors usually play a more restraining role, especially for those powers whose trade and investment relationships might be harmed by such conflicts. American intervention in Ukraine is not an exception in this regard.
American vs. British Voting Systems: Comparative Study

The aim of the current study is to explain the structure of the political system and the process of election in the United States of America (USA) and the United Kingdom (UK), and to examine the similarities and differences between them. The UK and the USA are known for their interesting political structures which are considered to be sophisticated. Elections in both sides of the equation are the pillars of their strength and authority over the world. Britain at the first hand, is a parliamentary democracy under the umbrella of a constitutional monarchy system. In Britain, the Monarch who belongs to the English church serves as the head of the nation; while the real authority is in the hand of the parliament. The role of the monarch is merely ceremonial; it undertakes constitutional and representational duties. It cannot make or pass legislations but to represent the nation in international forums. America in the other hand is Federal Constitutional Republic. In America, the highest authority belongs to the president and the congress who works separately from the executive and judiciary. The president in America serves as the head of the head of and state and the head of government; He is elected through a process called "Electoral College". The method adopted to conduct this research and achieve its objectives is descriptive analytical that depends on a qualitative research since it is based on colleting data via reviewing book, articles and surfing websites; meanwhile, it attempts to analyze and interpret constitutions` clauses that are associated with the political and electoral systems in both countries. The study intends to describe the political and electoral system of the USA and the UK and depicts the differences and similarities between them. The findings of the study revealed that the United Kingdom and the United States of America share numerous common features as well as distinctive ones in terms of political and electoral systems.

It attempts to reveal some of the strategies and policies that USA adopts in its relations with the Arab world. The research aims to show the real nature of these relations, whether they reflect collaboration or hegemony. The method that has been followed in this research is descriptive-analytical through which a comparison between two variables which are cooperation and domination relationships is held, and analysing some historical events in order to find answers for the research questions and confirm or disconfirm the hypotheses. This research project is very susceptible, and important, because this issue has concerned the public opinion for many decades. ﺗﺘﺠﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻌﻼﻗﺎﺕ ﺍﻷﻣﺮﻳﻜﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﻌﺮﺑﻴﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻌﺪﻳﺪ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻤﺠﺎﻻﺕ ﻣﺜﻞ: ﺍﻻﻗﺘﺼﺎﺩﻳﺔ ، ﺍﻟﺴﻴﺎﺳﻴﺔ، ﺍﻟﺜﻘﺎﻓﻴﺔ، ﺇﻟﺦ. ﻳﻠﻘﻲ ﻫﺬﺍ ﺍﻟﺒﺤﺚ ﻧﻈﺮﺓ ﺛﺎﻗﺒﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻌﻼﻗﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺴﻴﺎﺳﻴﺔ ﺑﻴﻦ ﺍﻟﻌﺮﺏ ﻭﺃﻣﺮﻳﻜﺎ، ﻭﺗﺤﺎﻭﻝ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﺪﺭﺍﺳﺔ ﺍﻟﻜﺸﻒ ﻋﻦ ﺑﻌﺾ ﺍﻻﺳﺘﺮﺍﺗﻴﺠﻴﺎﺕ ﻭﺍﻟﺴﻴﺎﺳﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﺗﺘﺒﻨﺎﻫﺎ ﺍﻟﻮﻻﻳﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻤﺘﺤﺪﺓ ﻓﻲ ﻋﻼﻗﺎﺗﻬﺎ ﻣﻊ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻟﻢ ﺍﻟﻌﺮﺑﻲ. ﻭﻳﻬﺪﻑ ﺍﻟﺒﺤﺚ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺎ ﺃﻭ ﻫﻴﻤﻨﺔ. ﺍﻟﻤﻨﻬﺞ ﺍﻟ ﺬﻱ ﺍﺗﺒﻊ ﻓﻲ ﻫﺬﺍ ﺍﻟﺒﺤﺚ ﻫ ﻮ ًﺇﻅﻬﺎﺭ ﺍﻟﻄﺒﻴﻌﺔ ﺍﻟﺤﻘﻴﻘﻴﺔ ﻟﻬﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﻌﻼﻗﺎﺕ ﺳﻮﺍء ﻛﺎﻧﺖ ﺗﻌﺎﻭﻧ ﺗﺤﻠﻴﻠﻲ ﻭﺻﻔﻲ ﺗﺤﺎﻭﻝ ﺍﻟﺪﺭﺍﺳﺔ ﻣﻦ ﺧﻼﻟﻪ ﺍﻟﻤﻘﺎﺭﻧﺔ ﺑﻴﻦ ﻣﺘﻐﻴﺮﻳﻦ ﻭﻫﻤﺎ ﻋﻼﻗﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺘﻌﺎﻭﻥ ﻭﺍﻟﺴﻴﻄﺮﺓ ﻣﻦ ﺃﺟﻞ ﺍﺳﺘﺨﻼﺹ ﻧﺘﻴﺠﺔ ﻧﻬﺎﺋﻴﺔ، ﻭﻛﺬﻟﻚ ﺇﻳﺠﺎﺩ ﺇﺟﺎﺑﺎﺕ ﻷﺳﺌﻠﺔ ﺍﻟﺒﺤﺚ ﻟﻠﺤﺼﻮﻝ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻨﺘﺎﺋﺞ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻷﻁﺮﻭﺣﺔ ﻭﻣﻌﺮﻓﺔ ﺃﻱ ﺍﻟﻔﺮﺿﻴ ﺘﻴﻦ ﺻﺤﻴﺤﺔ. ﻭﺧﻼﺻﺔ ﺍﻟﻘﻮﻝ ﺇﻥ ﻫﺬﺍ ﺍﻟﺒﺤﺚ ﺣﺴﺎﺱ ﻟﻠﻐﺎﻳﺔ ﻭﻣﻬﻢ ﻷﻥ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﺄﻟﺔ ﺗﻤﺲ ﺍﻟﺮﺃﻱ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻡ ﻟﻌﻘﻮﺩ ﻋﺪﻳﺪﺓ
