مستقبل مهنة الصحافة في زمن انتشار التزييف

تهدف هذه الورقة إلى التعرف على كيفيات تصرف الصحفيين أمام الحجم الكبير من المعلومات والأخبار الذي باتت توفره الوسائط الرقمية المعاصرة، حيث تطرح في هذا الصدد مشكلة حادة تتعلق بجودة ونوعية المعلومات التي يمكن اعتمادها كأخبار. وسنركز في هذا الصدد على وظيفة الفحص التي باتت جزء لا يتجزأ من منظومة العمل الإعلامي، وذلك بالاستعانة بأدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي التي بإمكانها حل هذه المشكلة. وسننتهي في آخر هذه الورقة إلى التأكيد على أن الذكاء الاصطناعي لم يعد ينافس وسائل الإعلام في إنتاج المواد الإعلامية فحسب، بل أضحى أداتها للحفاظ على المصداقية والجودة وحاميها من الاندثار أمام زحف الإعلام البديل. Abstract: This study aims to identify journalists’ behaviour in the face of fake news and deepfake materials that has become widely spread on social media. In this regard, a severe problem arises about to the quality and type of information, and about what can be accepted as news. We will focus on the fact-checking function, which has become an innovative tool in the journalism ecosystem, especially whith the increase of the artificial intelligence tools use as a solution to this problem. At the end of this paper, we will conclude an analytical reading about the future of journalism in the shade of the rise of artificial intelligence and fact-checking practices .
لغة الخطاب الإشهاري في ضوء نظرية التواصل لرومان جاكبسون

يهدف هذا المقال إلى دراسة مدى مساهمة نظرية التواصل في محاولة الكشف عن دلالات لغة الخطاب الإشهاري وإيحاءاتها مع استجلاء مقاصد صناع الإشهار، والبحث في الطاقات اللغوية، والتقنيات البصرية والفنية، وكذلك الآليات الإقناعية والجمالية المستثمرة للتأثير في المتلقي المفترض وإغرائه وإغوائه. حتى نقف على ما أنجزه الدرس اللساني من مباحث حول النشاط اللغوي يجب توظيفه في حقول معرفية شتى حينها ندرك البعد النفعي لهذا الدرس، وما قدمه من مفاهيم جديدة من شأنها أن تستثمر وتذلل بعض الصعوبات، وبحثنا هذا يصب في هذا المنحى حيث سنناقش استثمار ما جاء في نظرية التواصل عند رومان جاكبسون في العملية الإشهارية. Abstract: This article aims to study the extent to which communication theory contributes to the attempt to reveal the connotations and implications of the language of advertising discourse, while clarifying the intentions of advertising makers, and researching linguistic energies, visual and artistic techniques, as well as the persuasive and aesthetic mechanisms invested to influence, entice and seduce the supposed recipient. In order for us to understand what the linguistic lesson has accomplished in terms of research on linguistic activity, it must be employed in various fields of knowledge. Then we realize the utilitarian dimension of this lesson, and the new concepts it presented that would exploit and overcome some difficulties. Our research is in this direction, as we will discuss the exploitation of what was stated in Roman Jacobson's communication theory in the advertising process
آليات تحقيق التحول إلى الاقتصاد الأخضر في سياق التنمية المستدامة

الملخص: بالنظر إلى النجاح المحدود الذي تحقق في سياسات النمو الاقتصادي والتنمية الاجتماعية من حيث إيجاد فرص العمل والحد من الفقر وعدم التوازن البيئي في إطار النموذج الاقتصادي الحالي، من جهة أخرى، وتنامي الاهتمام العالمي بالاقتصاد الأخضر كأداة فعالة للتنمية المستدامة، بما يتيح للبلدان الاستفادة المثلى من مواردها وحمايتها من الأزمات الحالية والمقبلة (مثل الأزمات المالية والغذائية والبيئية)، تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى دراسة النموذج الاقتصادي الجزائري الحالي لتحديد مزاياه وعيوبه وفعاليته في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة. وعلاوة على ذلك، كان الهدف هو وضع نموذج اقتصادي أخضر الجزائري يتضمن أساليب وعمليات تنفذ في عدة قطاعات وإشراك مختلف أصحاب المصلحة في التحول إلى الاقتصاد الأخضر. Given the limited success achieved in economic growth and social development policies in terms of job creation, poverty reduction, and environmental imbalance within the current economic model, on the other hand, and the growing interest worldwide in the green economy as an effective tool for sustainable development, allowing countries to optimize the utilization of their resources and protect them from current and future crises (such as financial, food, and environmental crises), this study aimed to examine the current Algerian economic model to identify its advantages and disadvantages and its effectiveness in achieving sustainable development. Furthermore, the aim was to construct an Algerian green economic model incorporating methods and processes to be implemented in several sectors and involving different stakeholders in the shift to a green economy.
مساهمة مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في التعريف بالمقاصد السياحية المحلية في الجزائر

من الصعب تجاهل أهمية مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في الوقت الراهن لنقل وتبادل المعلومات، وهو ما دفع بالعديد من القطاعات إلى التركيز على تواجدها في هذا العالم الافتراضي والاستفادة من مزاياه، والقطاع السياحي ليس بعيد عن هذا الاستخدام سواء للتعريف بالمقاصد السياحية أو حتى للتسويق والترويج لها، وعليه تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى وصف كيفية استخدام مواقع التوصل الاجتماعي لتعريف بالمقاصد السياحية في الجزائر خلال فترة كورونا، معتمدين على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وعلى أداة تحليل المضمون لعينة من الفيديوهات لناشطين في مجال السياحي على موقع اليوتيوب. وأسفرت الدراسة لجملة نتائج أهمها: أن لمواقع التواصل الاجتماعي دور في التعريف بالسياحة المحلية عبر الشبكات الالكترونية، فقد كان لفيديوهات العينة دور في التعريف بالمقاصد السياحية العديدة في الجزائر وفي إظهار جماليتها وخصائصها، ويتضح ذلك من خلال الطريقة التي تمت معالجتها بها أين استغل المدون خصائص موقع اليوتيوب الفريدة من نوعها والتي تجمع بين الصوت والصورة المتحركة والتفاعل الذي تتيحه للمستخدمين، كما تناول مواضيع تساهم في تنشيط السياحة وتثمينها في الجزائر. Abstract: It is difficult to ignore the importance of social networking sites at the present time in the transmission and exchange of information, which laded many sectors to focus on their presence in this virtual world and benefit from its advantages. The tourism sector is not far from this use, whether to define the purposes, and accordingly the study aims to describe how to use social networking sites to introduce tourist destinations in Algeria during the Corona period, relying on the analytical descriptive approach and on the content analysis tool for a sample of videos by activists on YouTube. The study have yielded a number of results, the most important of which were: social networking sites have a role in introducing local tourism. The sample videos have played a role in publicizing Algeria’s tourist destinations and in demonstrating their aesthetic and characteristics, this is illustrated by the way it is handled where the blogger exploited YouTube’s unique features, which combine sound, motion picture and interaction with users, as well as topics that contribute to the revitalization of tourism in Algeria.
استخدامات شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي ودورها في تزييف الواقع الاجتماعي عند الطفل

أضحت اليوم شبكة الانترنت تشكل هاجسا بحثيا لما أنتجته من ممارسات وأنشطة عبر الفضاءات الرقمية التي تشكلت خلالاها، وتعد شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي أحد أهم الفضاءات الافتراضية لجميع فئات المجتمع، وخاصة منهم فئة الأطفال التي تعتبر كمصدر أساسي لهم يستخدمونها بشكل مكثف، الأمر الذي وَلَدَ مخاطر عديدة باتت تواجههم دون ادراكهم لها، نظرا لطبيعتهم السيكولوجية ومرحلتهم العمرية، والنظر إليهم على أنهم مادة خام يمكن تشكيلها وتكوينها بكل سهولة وبأي طريقة، وعليه فإن تغيير ادراكاتهم وتصوراتهم ورؤيتهم للواقع الاجتماعي الذي لا يعبر عن الواقع الحقيقي تعتبر من أبرز وأعمق المخاطر التي تواجههم، وهذا ما نسعى إلى ابرازه عن طريق استنادنا للمنطلقات الفكرية لنظرية الغرس الثقافي، ومحاولة الاقتراب من خلالها وملامسة استخدامات الطفل لشبكات التواصل الاجتماعي وما ينجر عنها من مخاطر لديه. Abstract: Today, the Internet has become a research concern due to the practices and activities it has produced through the digital spaces in which it has been formed, Social networks are one of the most important virtual spaces for all segments of society, Especially among them, the category of children, which is considered a primary source for them, and they use it extensively, which has generated many risks that they face without realizing it, due to their psychological nature. and their age group, Considering them as a raw material that can be shaped and configured easily and in any way, and therefore changing their perceptions, perceptions and view of social reality that does not reflect real reality is considered one of the most significant and profound risks they face, This is what we seek to highlight by relying on the intellectual premises of the theory of cultural implantation, and by trying to approach it and touch on the uses of social networks by the child and the risks that ensue for him.
التكيف المدرسي في ظل البيئة الرقمية

الملخص: نسعى من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية لتقديم قراءة مفاهيمية حول التكيف المدرسي و البيئة الرقمية، و دور التقنيات الرقمية في العملية التعليمية و على صعيد العلاقات الشخصية و الاجتماعية في الوسط التربوي، و الدور الذي قد تلعبه الوسائط الجديدة في التأثير على التوافق النفسي و الاجتماعي للتلاميذ، و التعرف على العلاقة بين الاتجاه نحو رقمنة العملية التعليمية و استخدام التلاميذ للتكنولوجيا الرقمية في حياتهم اليومية من جهة و أثرها على التكيف المدرسي من جهة أخرى، فاستخدام التلاميذ و الطلبة للتقنيات الاتصالية و الوسائط الجديدة أصبح واقعا وتأثيرها شمل مختلف جوانب حياتهم سواء تعلق الأمر بتوظيف هذه التكنولوجيا في العملية التعليمية و اكتساب المعارف أو في التواصل و التفاعل كامتداد للعلاقات الشخصية و الاجتماعية الموجودة بين التلاميذ و الأساتذة مما ينعكس على التكيف التلاميذ مع وسطهم المدرسي، وهذه الدراسة لا تستهدف معرفة الآثار السلبية والايجابية التي أحدثتها البيئة الرقمية في الوسط المدرسي بقدر ما تستعرض الإمكانيات والفرص التي تتيحها. Through this research paper, we seek to provide a conceptual reading about school adaptation and the digital environment, the role of digital technologies in the educational process and at the level of personal and social relations in the educational milieu, and the role that new media may play in influencing the psychological and social adjustment of students, and to identify the relationship between the trend towards digitization of the educational process and school adaptation. And this study does not aim to know the negative and positive effects caused by digital media in the school environment as much as it reviews the possibilities and opportunities it offers.

العوائق الثقافية والاجتماعية وأثرها على فاعلية الاتصال الداخلي

الملخص أن تنجح المؤسسة الاقتصادية يتطلب الأمر توفر العديد من العوامل وتظافرها مثل؛ الموارد البشرية المؤهلة ورأس المال والتكنولوجيا الحديثة والمواد الأولية والسوق المناسبة والتنظيم الجيد للعمل ومنظومة الاتصال بشقيها الخارجي والداخلي،هذا الأخير الذي يعتبر أمرا بالغ الأهمية لضمان سير العمل وداعما أساسيا لأي نشاط في المؤسسة، حيث يسهم في تعزيز التواصل والتعاون بين الأفراد وتحقيق الأهداف المشتركة، غير أن الأمر ليس بالسهولة التي نتصورها فغالبا ما يواجه الاتصال داخل المؤسسات العديد من التحديات والحواجز التي تعيق عملية الاتصال وتحد من فاعليته ومن بين هذه المشكلات؛ العوائق الثقافية والاجتماعية. لذا تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى استكشاف وفهم هذه العوائق وتحليل تأثيراتها على نجاعة وفاعلية الاتصال الداخلي مبينين دوره وأهميته في حياة المؤسسة، بالإضافة إلى استعراض السبل الممكنة للتغلب على هذه العوائق أو على الأقل التقليل من تأثيراتها السلبية . Abstract: For an economic institution to succeed, it requires the presence and alignment of various factors such as qualified human resources, capital, modern technology, raw materials, a suitable market, effective organizational structure, andaneffective externally and internally communication systems ,the latter is crucial for ensuring seamless workflow and acts as a fundamental pillars for all activities within the institution, fostering communication, collaboration, and goal achievement. However, internal communication often faces numerous challenges and barriers, including cultural and social obstacles, which impede its effectiveness. So, this research paper aims to explore and understand these obstacles, analyzing their impact on the effectiveness of internal communication, highlighting its role and importance in the organization's life. Additionally, it reviews possible ways to overcome these barriers or at least mitigate their negative effects."
اليقظة المعلوماتية كآلية لتحسين الصورة الذهنية للمؤسسة

نهدف من خلال هذا المقال إلى تبيان كيفية استفادة المؤسسة من مخرجات نشاط اليقظة المعلوماتية في تحسين صورتها الذهنية، من خلال رصد وتحليل محتوى معلوماتي متنوع ومتداول عبر شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي. حيث توصلت هذه الورقة البحثية إلى أن نجاح أو فشل المؤسسة في الحفاظ على صورتها أو تحسينها يتوقف على إمكانية تكيفها مع ديناميكية وعناصر البيئة المعلوماتية التي تنشط فيها، وفي مقدمتها المحتوى المتداول عبر شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي وسبيلها لتحقيق ذلك نشاط اليقظة المعلوماتية الذي يمكنها من تحصين نفسها من تغيرات بيئتها بالشكل الذي يضمن استقرار صورتها وتحسينها. الملخص: يهدف هذا المقال إلى معالجة إشكالية دور وسائل الإعلام في تنمية الوعي الأمني لدى الشباب ، و ذلك من خلال الكشف عن ماهية الإعلام الأمني كوسيلة إعلامية ومؤسسة لتنشئة الاجتماعية وأثرها على تثقيف أفراد المجتمع و لاسيما الشباب ، و هذا للحفاظ على أمنهم و سلامتهم نظرا لتنامي أشكال الجريمة و الانحراف، فالإعلام الأمني و محتواه يؤثر على توعية الشباب و مواجهتهم لمختلف مشكلات الحياة .Abstract: This article aims to address the problematic role of the media in developing security awareness among young people by revealing what security media is as a media and institution for socialization and educating community members ,especially young people ,the security media and its content affect the awareness of young people and their response to the various problems of life.
المدرسة بين فلسفة اليومي وخطاب الرّوح

الملخص من المؤكّد أنّ جميع المجتمعات على اختلاف أطوارها الزمكانيّة عرفت علاقات نمطيّة بين الأنا والآخر، ففي غياب أطر الجماعة كان من اللّازم على الذّات أن تتّخذ موقفا ثابتا إزاء مشاكل المعيش اليومي، وسنتّفق هنا إلى حدّ بعيد على أنّ تلك المواقف التي ستؤطّر مواقف الذّات ليست نابعة من آنوية ضرفيّة بقدر ما هي حصيلة مجموعة من السياقات المجتمعيّة، والتي يمكن بدورها تسميتها فيما بعد "الأطر التربويّة" من زاوية كونها أطرا علائقيّة، وتعتبر هذه العلاقات فيما بعد شرطا أساسيا لبناء النظام الاجتماعي في أيّ تواجد إنساني، وحالما تتمأسأ هذه العلاقة تظهر لنا في طابع تكميلي وتكاملي، فمن جهة، غالبا ما اجتمعت صفة التّربية كمطلب تكميلي والمدرسة باعتبارها وظيفة اجتماعيّة تكامليّة من جهة أخرى، فإما أن تتحمّل الذّات مسؤوليات اجتماعية وتقبل بأدوار مؤسّساتيّة، وإمّا أن تكون منقادة وفق منظومات وأطر مسطّرة قبليّا مع الوفاء المطلق لروح الجماعة، وله بالتالي وظائف تكميليّة؛ وهو ما يتجلّى في تأسيس علاقات التعاون والتضامن، وخلق إطارات للتواصل المعنوي والمادي كشرط لازم لقيام كل حياة اجتماعية. وبقدر ما تمّ تجهيز المدرسة لحماية الذّات في النظام الأسري، عن طريق تزويدها بالوعي المشترك، واعتباره عنصرا حاسما لتوليد الاحترام والقدسية لعامل الاختلاف، بالقدر نفسه، يعمل النظام التّربوي في الحالات السويّة على فرض الاحترام لخصوصيّات الذّات التي تنشد الدّرس الاجتماعي، وهو نوع من التّوافق الذي يستلزم على كلّ برنامج ذكيّ وهادف أن يسعى إلى تجسيده؛ فإذا كان الاختلاف شريعة الكون، فعلى أيّ أساس يمكن للمدرسة -التي تتدّعي التّحديث في برامجها التّعليميّة- كونها من منشآت الدّولة أن تتجاوزه أو تحاربه؟. Abstract: It is certain that all societies, regardless of their different temporal phases, have known typical relationships between the self and the other. أثر الخطاب الاشهاري التلفزيوني على الأنماط السلوكية الشرائية للطلبة الجامعيين الجزائريين

الملخص اهتمت الدراسة بالبحث في أثر الخطاب الاشهاري التلفزيوني على الأنماط السلوكية الشرائية للطلبة الجامعيين الجزائريين، خصوصا مع التطوّرات الهائلة التي حدثت على مستوى الصورة والصوت والديكور والتي تعتبر العناصر الأساسية للخطاب الإشهاري، إذ تساهم من خلاله في التأثير على السلوكيات والانماط الاستهلاكية للمستهلكين، وبالتالي توجيه تفكيرهم نحو الشراء وتشجيعهم على اتخاذ إجراءات معينة نحو المنتج المعلن عنه. اتبع الباحث المنهج المسحي من خلال استخدام أداة الاستبيان في جمع المعلومات من عينة الدراسة المكوّنة من الطلبة الجامعيين في كلية علوم الاعلام والاتصال بجامعة الجزائر 3، ولقد توصلت الدّراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج من أهمها أن الخطاب الإشهاري التلفزيوني يعتبر مصدرًا مهمًا للمعلومات حول المنتجات والخدمات لدى غالبية الطلبة الجامعيين المبحوثين، كما توصّلت الدراسة أن الخطاب الاشهاري التلفزيوني يلعب دورًا مهمًا في توجيه قرارات الشراء لدى أفراد العينة المدروسة، حيث الأغلبية منهم يشترون المنتجات التي يعلن عنها في الخطاب الإشهاري التلفزيوني بانتظام أو بشكل متقطع. Abstract The study focused on examining how television advertising discourse impacts the buying behavior of the Algerian university students. This is especially relevant in light of the significant advancements in visuals, audio, and decor, which are key elements of advertising discourse. The latter contribute to impacting the consumers’ consumption behaviors and patterns; thus, guiding their thoughts towards purchasing and prompting them to take certain actions regarding the advertised product. The researcher adopted a survey approach, using a questionnaire to collect data from the study sample consisting of university students at the Faculty of Media and Communication Sciences at the University of Algiers 3. The study yielded several findings, chiefly is that television advertising discourse is considered an important source of information about products and services for the majority of the surveyed university students. Additionally, the study indicated that television advertising discourse plays a crucial role in guiding buying decisions among the studied sample, since the majority of them reported regularly or intermittently buying products advertised through television advertising discourse.

انتشار ظاهرة العنف وتزايد حدتها يوما عن يوم لم يأت من فراغ، بل هو نتيجة عقائد وافكار تغذت من خطابات دينية ومظهر من مظاهر السيطرة على الآخر ،واستعباده فبقدر ما تحمله الخطابات الدينية من كراهية وحقد وعنصرية بقدر ما يغيب التسامح وتشتعل نيران العنف في العالم ،و في هذا المقال المتواضع نتناول موضوع العنف والتسامح في اليهودية والإسلام وتحديد نظرة كل من الديانتين للآخر. Abstract: The wide spread of the phenonmenon of violence. and the increasing of its intensity in the world doesn't come from nothingness, but, it is the result of different thoughts and ideologies nourished by relegious discourses and a manifestation of over control and enslaving of others . So, the more relegious discourses carry hate, hatred and racism , the more tolerance is absent and violence flames are broken out . تهدف هذه الدراسة للوقوف على دور مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في تسويق الخدمات السياحية من وجهة نظر عينة من مسيري الوكالات السياحية العاملة بولاية عنابة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي، كما تم الاعتماد على استمارة الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات والتي وزعت على عينة مكونة من 17 مسير لوكالة سياحية. وعلى الرغم من وجود بعض العوائق والعقبات التي تعترض استخدام مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في تسويق الخدمات السياحية للوكالات المدروسة، إلا أن الدراسة أكدت على الاهمية والدور الهام الذي تلعبه هذه المواقع في تسويق الخدمات السياحية للوكالات العاملة في اقليم ولاية عنابة. Abstract: This study will shed light on the role of social media in the marketing of tourism services from the perspective of 17 tourism agency managers in the wilaya of Annaba. To achieve the objectives of this study, we relied on the descriptive method with a questionnaire to collect data. Finally, and despite the existing obstacles to the use of social media in tourism, they still play a capital and primordial role in the marketing of tourist services of tourist agencies in the wilaya of Annaba.

t: This research paper aimed to address disability as a social and cultural phenomenon and not just a medical neurological problem requiring psychological and mental support, highlighting the problem of social stigma towards disability in general and cerebral palsy in particular. beyond the stigmatization of the affected individual, to the stigmatization of his family and the influence on the rest of its members as a form of social pressure resulting from the presence of an individual with cerebral palsy, which leads to a kind of isolation and social withdrawal, as well as various social activities with the aim of avoiding feelings of discomfort, shame or exclusion. Social stigma is a description of the individual and family in such a way that differences and strangeness affect that family's relationships and social status, that is, the presence of a disability causes a stigmatization of the individual in the family and a stigmatization of the family in society, which has various short and long-term effects on the affected individual and on the rest of the population. family members, and these effects vary: academic delays, school dropouts and problems succeeding in singlehood or divorce. الملخص هدفت هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تناول الإعاقة كظاهرة إجتماعية و ثقافية و ليس فقط كمشكلة عصبية طبية تستدعي تكفل نفسي و أرطفوني , و ذلك عن طريق تسليط الضوء على إشكالية الوصم الإجتماعي تجاه الإعاقة بشكل عام و الشلل الدماغي بشكل خاص إذ أنه يتعدى وصم الفرد المصاب إلى وصم أسرته و التأثير على بقية أفرادها كشكل من أشكال الضغط الإجتماعي المترتب عن وجود فرد مصاب بالشلل الدماغي مما يؤدي إلى نوع من العزلة و الإنسحاب عن بقية أفراد الأسرة الممتدة و كذا مختلف النشاطات الإجتماعية بهدف تفادي مشاعر عدم الراحة أو الخجل أو الإستبعاد فالوصم الإجتماعي بكونه توصيفا للفرد و للأسرة بصفة تفيد الإختلاف و الغرابة يؤثر على توظيف و أداء و علاقات هذه الأسرة و مكانتها الإجتماعية أي أن وجود الإعاقة يؤدي إلى وصم الفرد داخل الأسرة و توصم الأسرة داخل المجتمع و هذا له آثار متنوعة قريبة و بعيدة المدى على الفرد المصاب و على بقية أفراد أسرته السليمين و كافة الإخوة و تتفاوت هذه الآثار من التأخر الدراسي و التسرب و مشاكل التحصيل وصولا إلى العنوسة أو الطلاق .
المنصات الرقمية الاعلامية الجزائرية بين تحدي الواقع والتطلع نحو المستقبل

الملخص: عالجت هذه الورقة البحثية موضوع المنصات الرقمية الاعلامية في الجزائر، وهدفت الى الوقوف على واقعها من خلال عرض تجربة منصة مكافحة الإشاعات الإلكترونية، مؤشرات انتشارها، والتحديات التي تواجهها، بالإضافة الى اعطاء نظرة مستقبلية بعدية لمألات المنصات الرقمية الاعلامية في ظل الواقع المدروس. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تناولت هذه الورقة في جزئها الأول، ماهية المنصات الرقمية من خلال تحديد نشأتها، تعريفها، انواعها، خصائصها، أهميتها، والمصطلحات المشابهة لها. وتناولت في جزئها الثاني واقع المنصات الرقمية الاعلامية في الجزائر، وخصص جزئها الثالث لمستقبل المنصات الرقمية الاعلامية في الجزائر، وتم التوصل الى ضرورة الاستثمار في هذا النوع من المنصات لنهوض بالاقتصاد الرقمي الجزائري، وخرجنا بعدة توصيات من شأنها النهوض بهذا النوع الجديد الذي يدعمه التحول الرقمي. Abstract: This research paper addressed the topic of digital media platforms in Algeria. It aimed to shed light on their reality by presenting the experience of the platform for combating electronic rumors, its spread indicators, and the challenges it faces, in addition to providing a futuristic perspective on the future of digital media platforms in light of the studied reality. To achieve this goal, the paper in its first part dealt with the concept of digital platforms by identifying their origins, definition, types, characteristics, importance, and similar terms. In its second part, it dealt with the reality of digital media platforms in Algeria. The third part was devoted to the future of these digital media platforms in Algeria, where the need to invest in this type of platform to boost the Algerian digital economy was reached, and we came up with several recommendations that would help to promote this new type supported by the digital transformation.

Abstract: In this research paper, we will address the topic of the emergence of citizenship in the Algerian virtual space, and we will try to explain the growing phenomenon of digital citizenship in light of the development witnessed by communication technology, which has become a feature of the new media, by highlighting the concept of both citizenship and citizenship in the virtual space, with a focus on The degree of citizenship’s presence in this space, by analyzing the content of some of the official pages of Algerian institutions on social media platforms, to understand the role that citizenship plays in this space.

الملخص : بعد استقلال الجزائر و استرجاع السيادة الوطنية من فرنسا الاحتلالية الاستيطانية ، ظهرت تيارات فكرية عديدة ، تبنت الإسلام قيما و أحكاما و تعاليم ، فكان منها ما هو مرتبط بالجزائر تنظيميا و ممارسة ، و لم ير مطلقا أن يتدخل آخرون في شأنه الإداري و الهيكلي ، بل عمل على بلورة أفكاره وفق الشأن الجزائري فقط . كما كان هناك تيارات أخرى تأثرت بتوجهات فكرية من عموم العالم الإسلامي ، سواء من مصر أو من الخليج ، بل و حتى من الشرق الإسلامي ، و كان عملها في بيئة جزائرية بكل ما فيها من أعراف و تقاليد وخصوصيات. Abstract After the independence of Algeria and the restoration of national sovereignty from colonialist France, many intellectual currents emerged that adopted Islam’s values, rulings and teachings. Some of them were linked to Algeria in terms of organization and practice. He never saw others interfering in its administrative and structural affairs, but rather worked. To formulate his ideas according to the Algerian issue only. There were also other trends that were influenced by intellectual trends from throughout the Islamic world, whether from Egypt or the Gulf, and even from the Islamic East, and their work was in an Algerian environment with all its customs, traditions, and peculiarities.

الذوق الجمالي في الثقافة الاسلامية

يظهر الاهتمام بالذوق الجمالي جليا في ثقافتنا الإسلامية ، سواء من خلال تتبعنا لما جاء في القرآن الكريم أو السنة النبوية الشريفة، فقد ارتبطت العبادات بالطهارة من خلال وجوب الغسل و الوضوء، و الطهارة ترمز للجمال و النظافة في البدن و الرائحة الطيبة التي تتحقق بفضلهما، و ارتبطت العبادات بنظافة و طهارة المكان و التحرز من كل نجس، و ارتبطت الصلاة بالمساجد التي يلبس المسلم لها أجمل الثياب ، وارتبط جمال المسلم بجمال روحه و تطهيرها من كل أمراض القلوب ، كما ارتبط المسلم في علاقاته بإخوانه بجميل الأخلاق ، و يحرص المسلم على البيئة النظيفة و الاعتناء بالطبيعة، و في الإسلام نهي عن الخيلاء في المشي و نهي عن رفع الأصوات و غيرها من مظاهر اهتمام الإسلام بوجود الذوق الجمالي في كل مجالات حياتنا ، و هذا البحث يسعى لإظهار هذا الاهتمام بجميل المظهر و السلوك و التفكير في الإنسان المسلم . Abstract: The interest in aesthetic taste appears clearly in our Islamic culture, whether by following what is stated in the Holy Qur’an or the Noble Prophet’s Sunnah. Worship has been linked to purity through the necessity of washing and ablution, and purity symbolizes beauty and cleanliness in the body and the pleasant smell that is achieved thanks to them. Worship was linked to the cleanliness and purity of the place and avoiding every impurity. Praying in mosques was linked to wearing the most beautiful clothes. The beauty of a Muslim was linked to the beauty of his soul and its cleansing of all diseases of the heart. The Muslim was also linked in his relationships with his brothers to beautiful morals, and he was keen on a clean environment and taking care of nature. In Islam, it is forbidden to show off when walking and to raise one’s voice.
