أثر استهلاك الطاقات المتجددة على تنافسية الصادرات في ألمانيا دراسة قياسية خلال الفترة 1995-2019

Through this study, we aim to identify the impact of the consumption of renewable energies on the competitiveness of exports in Germany. Using annual data for the period from 1995 to 2091 derived from the database of the World Bank and UNCTAD and with the help of the Eviews 10 program ,We have estimated the multiple regression model using stepwise least squares method. Among the most important findings of this study is the existence of an inverse and significant relationship between each of carbon dioxide emissions and the exchange rate with the export diversification index, and the existence of a positive and significant relationship between each of renewable energy consumption and non-GDP with the export diversification indicator, and the existence of a direct non-significant relationship. with direct foreign investment

This study aims to highlight the impact of business incubators in supporting and developing the entrepreneurial spirit of university students, the study population was represented by students at the Faculty of Economics at the University of Biskra. Where 175 questionnaires were distributed and a 150 of which were retrieved and considered valid for statistical analysis. SPSS program was used and the study revealed the following set of results: There is an entrepreneurial desire among the students, but this desire lacks some entrepreneurial characteristics necessary to ensure the good conduct of ideas and projects- .There is a relatively weak relationship between the business incubator's activity and the entrepreneurial spirit of the students
دور برامج الحماية الاجتماعية في التخفيف من البطالة في الجزائر منحة البطالة نموذج

This study aims to highlight the role of social protection programs in alleviating the unemployment crisis in Algeria, which led the government to adopt development programs to contain the aftermath of this shock. The government intervened through social protection programs and created new mechanisms, including unemployment benefits resulting from the implementation of a policy to expand public spending. This program was a result of the emergence of signs of economic recovery in Algeria, especially after the significant damage suffered by companies and workers. The study's results showed that newly established social protection programs are an essential necessity to cover the shortage of job opportunities and fill the gap. However, alternative financing sources must be found outside the hydrocarbon sector to expand the circle of economic reforms, enhance growth, and restore balance in the overall economy, including reducing unemployment rates in Alegria.
Organizational Affiliation Of Employees And Reinforcement Mechanisms (algeria Telecom Corporation In El Oued)

This study aims to know the reality of the organizational affiliation of employees and the mechanisms of its support in the Algeria Telecom Corporation in El Oued. A random sample of 46 the employees of this organization was chosen. The study relied on the analytical descriptive approach and the case study approach. The questionnaire was also used as a basic tool in the field. According to the results of the field study, it was concluded that there is an organizational affiliation among the employees in the organization under study, despite the lack of interest of the organization’s management in developing this affiliation, especially in the field of motivation, meeting the needs and wants of the employees, and involving them in decision-making
آليات الحوكمة ومساهمتها في تحسين الأداء المالي للبنوك الجزائرية - دراسة قياسية لعينة من البنوك الجزائرية خلال الفترة (2012 – 2021) –

هدفت هذه الورقة البحثية إلى دراسة أثر الحوكمة البنكية على الأداء المالي قياسا بعائد على الأصول وعائد حقوق الملكية معتمدا على التقارير السنوية لستة بنوك جزائرية خلال 10 سنوات (2012 – 2021)، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن بعض المبادئ ساهمت في تحسين الأداء المالي وبالمقابل عدم وجود عدد مناسب لحجم مجلس الإدارة أثر سلبا على الأداء المالي للبنوك قيد الدراسة، ومن أبرز التوصيات التي خرجت بها هذه الدراسة ضرورة إيجاد حجم مناسب لمجلس الإدارة يُسهم في الرفع من الأداء المالي للبنوك . Based on the annual reports of six Algerian banks over a ten-year period, this research paper seeks to examine the effect of bank governance on financial performance as shown by return on assets and return on equity (2012-2021). While the lack of an adequate number of board members had a detrimental effect on the financial performance of the banks under examination, the study did find that several principles helped to improve financial performance , The urgent need to determine an ideal board of directors size, which improves the financial performance of banks, is one of the key findings drawn from this research.
Measuring The Relationship Between Devaluation And Domestic Inflation In The Short Term- The Case Of Algeria An Econometric Study For The Period (1990-2021)

The aim of this study is to shed light on the measurement of the relationship and determine the direction of causality between the reduction of currency value and short-term local inflation rates. The study draws its importance from evaluating the actual impact on inflation rates as a direct result of currency devaluation. The study used a Vector Autoregression (VAR) model based on annual data for the period from 1990 to 2021. The results of the study showed, through a causality test, that there is a dynamic relationship between the reduction of currency value (exchange rate) and local inflation. By analyzing response functions, a response to local inflation rates was observed due to shocks in the rate of change of the nominal exchange rate and imported inflation rates, and this response decreases over time

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى ابراز دور الاستثمارات العمومية في المشاريع الانشائية، التي تشمل الطرق والجسور والموانئ والسدود وشبكة السكة الحديدية ومشاريع التطهير وغيرها، في تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة، وتعتبر الاستثمارات العمومية أحد أهم أوجه تدخل الدولة في الحياة الاقتصادية. وتشير الدراسات إلى أن المشاريع الانشائية مسؤولة عن تحقيق 90% من أهداف التنمية المستدامة. ويتم تمويل الاستثمارات العمومية في الجزائر بصفة كلية من خلال الميزانية العامة للدولة، أين يجب على الدولة البحث عن طرق تمويل بديلة، خاصة تطوير الشراكة العمومية – الخاصة، وتحسين كفاءة نطام إدارة الاستثمارات العمومية. ويمثل ادماج الأبعاد البيئية في المشاريع الانشائية تحديا حقيقيا من أجل ضمان استدامتها وقدرتها على الصمود مع مرور الزمن. This study aims to highlight the role of public investment in infrastructure projects, which include roads, bridges, ports, dams, rail, sanitation and other projects, in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals. Public investment is considered one of the most important aspects of state intervention in economic life. Studies show that infrastructure projects are responsible for achieving 90% of the SDGs. Investments in Algeria are entirely financed from the general state budget, where the state must seek alternative modes of financing, including the development of public-private partnerships and improving the efficiency of the public investment management system. The integration of environmental dimensions in infrastructure projects is a real challenge in order to ensure their sustainability and resilience over time
الاستبعاد الاجتماعي و النظام الاقتصادي في الجزائر: أية علاقة؟

يعتبر مفهوم الاستبعاد الاجتماعي (الاقصاء الاجتماعي) من المفاهيم التي يتم تناولها بالدراسة والتحليل من قبل العديد من المختصين في الاقتصاد، الاجتماع، القانون، السياسة وغيرها من التخصصات التي تستعى لتبيان أبعاده المختلفة وانطلاقا من كون الشق الاقتصادي بعدا أساسيا في توضيح وفهم الاستبعاد الاجتماعي فإننا ارتأينا أن نتناوله بالدراسة والتحليل بغية تقديم رؤية عن مكنوناته ومحاولين إسقاطها على الحالة الجزائرية وتوضيح المجهودات التي تبذل في سبيل التخفيف من حدته. مع التأكيد بأن هذا البعد يقترن بأبعاد أخرى اجتماعية وثقافية وقانونية لا يمكن إغفالها حتى يتم التمكن من استيعاب مختلف مظاهره.

The study aimed to highlight the contribution of knowledge sharing by faculty members at Tahri Mohammed University to the development of the human capital of the local community. The study used (SPSS) and structural equation modeling (SEM) using the partial least squares (PLS) to analyze the responses of a sample of The 142 faculty members of Tahri Mohammed University from the Faculty of Economics, Commercial Sciences, and Management Sciences and the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences. The study found several findings, most notably a strong and positive correlation between knowledge sharing and the development of the community's human capital, valued at 0.79, and that the educational, research, and knowledge roles of the faculty are at the core of its responsibility to serve the community.

This study seeks to highlight the role of the board of directors and the extent of its contribution as an effective oversight mechanism to establish the rules of corporate governance in light of the efforts aimed at raising and improving the efficiency of the management of national companies, and limiting creative accounting methods. On the reality of Algerian companies with a case study of the Saidal complex, using the questionnaire, and the results were analyzed by the statistical program (SPSSv26). The study concluded that the mechanism of the board of directors has an effective role in improving the quality of financial information and limiting creative accounting methods

نمذجة العلاقة بين الفائدة المدركة ونية الشراء عبر مواقع التسوق الإلكترونية

This study aims to model the relationship between the perceived interest and the intention to buy from electronic markets in Algeria through the mediation of the opinion of the community, after setting the theoretical framework and by conducting a literary survey of many previous studies related to the subject, a theoretical model was developed, and relying on the questionnaire as a tool for the study, it was analyzed statistically using structural equations modeling (SEM). The results showed that the perceived interest directly affects the online purchase intention, and that the community's opinion affects the online purchase intention. The study also confirmed that the perceived interest indirectly affects the intention to purchase from websites, through the community opinion variable, which is a mediator between the perceived interest and the intention to purchase
إعادة التأمين كآلية لإدارة المخاطر في شركات التأمين الجزائرية (دراسة تحليلية للفترة 2016-2021)

نهدف من خلال الدراسة إلى تبيان دور وأهمية عملية إعادة التأمين في إدارة المخاطر التي تواجه شركات التأمين نظرا لفعالية هذه العملية كوسيلة معتمدة في نقل الخطر وأهميتها في رفع القدرة الاستيعابية للاكتتاب لدى شركات التأمين من جهة وتحملها جزء من أخطار الشركات من جهة أخرى، كل هذا يساهم في تحقيق الاستقرار المالي ويزيد من هامش ملاءتها المالية. توصلنا من خلال الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها أن عملية إعادة التأمين ألية فعالة في تشتيت وتوزيع أخطار شركات التأمين وهي بمثابة دعامة تحفزها على الزيادة في طاقتها الاكتتابية خاصة وأنها عادة ما تعترضها أخطار تفوق قدرتها حيث لا يمكنها ضمان تغطيتها وتحمل تبعاتها لوحدها Through the study, we aim to demonstrate the role and importance of the reinsurance process in managing the risks facing the insurance companies due to the effectiveness of this process as an approved means in transferring the risk and its importance in raising the absorption capacity of the insurance companies on the one hand and bearing part of the risks of the companies on the other hand, all of this contributes In achieving financial stabilité and increases the margin of its financial solvency. واقع وأفاق التهيئة السياحية في الجزائر -ولاية الشلف نموذجا

قانون الاستثمار الجديد و المراسيم المنظمة له

يعد الاستثمار أهم عامل في التنمية ،حيث ظل السعي وراء تحقيق مناخ اقتصادي أكثر ملائمة من بين اهم المقتضيات في هذا المجال، مما أدى الى استدراك النقائص والوصول إلى نظام قانوني متكامل، يتواكب مع وضعية الاقتصاد الجزائري، حيث عزز القانون رقم 22- 18 المتعلق بالاستثمار أهم المبادئ التي تسهل الاستثمار ، مع سد النقائص والثغرات التي جاءت بها القوانين السابقة ،إذ يعتبر هذا القانون يتوافق في شكله العام مع مبادئ الاستثمار الدولي و المحلي، ويوفر بيئة استثمارية ملائمة، إلا أن تطبيقه يستلزم مراسيم تنظيمية مصاحبة له تشرح مختلف مواده ،فالقانون الخاص بالاستثمار الجديد يعكس النية الحسنة للنهوض بهذا القطاع الحساس الذي يعطي قيمة مضافة للاقتصاد الوطني في ظل استقرار الإطار القانوني والتشريعي والتنظيمي للاستثمارات .
أثر صيغة المرابحة على النمو الإقتصادي: دراسة قياسية على عينة من الدول ذات التمويل الإسلامي (2013 – 2020)

الغرض من هذه الدراسة هو تحليل تأثير صيغة المرابحة على النمو الإقتصادي لعينة من الدول ذات التمويل الإسلامي وشملت 10 دول، من خلال تحليل مخرجات البانل الساكن. إعتمادا على بيانات ربع سنوية من 2013 إلى 2020، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة موجبة بين صيغة المرابحة والنمو الإقتصادي، وإتضح أن صيغ المرابحة من أكثر الصيغ إستحواذا على حجم التمويل الإسلامي من عام 1975 إلى غاية 2021، وأن تأثيرها على النمو الإقتصادي يختلف من بلد إلى آخر بسبب إختلاف الأوضاع والظروف الاقتصادية والاجتماعية Murabaha formula on the economic growth of a sample of Islamic-financed countries and included 10 countries, by analysing the output of the residential panel. Based on quarterly data from 2013 to 2020. The results of the study show a positive correlation between the Murabaha formula and economic growth. It shows that the Murabaha formula is one of the most capturing forms of Islamic finance from 1975 to 2021, and its impact on economic growth varies from country to country due to different economic and social conditions.
معضلة البطالة و إنعكاساتها على قطاع التأمين الجزائري …تحليل للظاهرة و قياس للأثر

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقديم قراءة تحليلية كرونولوجية لظاهرة البطالة في الجزائر ومن تم قياس أثر هذه الظاهرة على المتغيرات التي تعكس خصوصية النشاط التأميني بالإعتماد على البيانات المتوفرة خلال الفترة (2000-2017)، خلصت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أبرزها أن ظاهرة البطالة تؤثر على معظم المتغيرات المرتبطة بالنشاط التأميني بإستثناء حجم أصول شركات التأمين و تعويضات التأمين لفروع الأضرار و الأشخاص حيث تراوحت قيم معاملات التحديد للنماذج المدروسة بين 12 و 51 في المئة مما يدل على وجود تأثير ضعيف إلى متوسط نسبيا. This study aims to provide an analytical reading of the phenomenon of unemployment in Algeria and the impact of this phenomenon on the variables that reflect the specificity of insurance activity based on the data available during the period (2000-2017), the study concluded several results, most notably that the phenomenon of unemployment affects most of the variables associated with insurance activity, with the exception of the size of the assets of insurance companies and insurance payout for the branches of damages and persons, where the values of the determination coefficients for the studied models ranged between 12 and 51 percent, which indicates a weak to relatively medium effect.
أثر المحاسبة الالكترونية على جودة المراجعة من وجهة نظر المراجعين

The purpose of this study is to determine how E-accounting affects audit quality from the perspective of auditors in Batna State. To this end, we produced a questionnaire using the analysisdescription method, distributed it to a sample of internal and external reviewers, and then analyzed the data using the SPSS 26 program.The research concluded that the use of IT in the accounting field has an impact on audit quality, and the auditor's scientific and practical qualifications have an impact on the quality of the final audit because Eaccounting saves time and effort and reduces costs and facilitates information gathering It has qualitative features that support and enhance the quality of the audit
