واقع وأفاق التهيئة السياحية في الجزائر -ولاية الشلف نموذجا

Abstract

تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية الى تسليط الضوء على واقع التهيئة السياحية في الجزائر والتطرق الى مختلف النقائص والصعوبات التي تقف في وجه تحقيق صناعة سياحة حقيقية قادرة على المساهمة في تنمية وتدعيم الاقتصاد الوطني وجعله ينافس دول المنطقة وفرض مكانة للمنتج السياحي الجزائري في الأسواق الدولية وخلصت الدراسة الى أن التهيئة السياحية اليوم في الجزائر لاتزال ضعيفة مقارنة بما تتوفر عليه الجزائر من مقومات سياحية مختلفة، لذلك بادرت الجزائر الى المضي قدما في تطوير وتحسين القطاع من خلال انتهاج سياسات ناجحة تجسدت في مختلف الاستثمارات السياحية، ولاسيما عرض واقع التهيئة السياحية في ولاية الشلف التي تعتبر نموذجا لنهوض بالقطاع السياحي في الجزائر. This research paper aims to shed light on the reality of tourism development in Algeria and to address the various shortcomings and difficulties that stand in the way of achieving a real tourism industry capable of contributing to the development and strengthening of the national economy and making it compete with the countries of the region and imposing a position for the Algerian tourism product in the international markets. The study concluded that Tourism development today in Algeria is still weak compared to what Algeria has of various tourism potentials. Therefore, Algeria took the initiative to move forward in developing and improving the sector by pursuing successful policies embodied in various tourism investments, especially presenting the reality of tourism development in the state of Chlef, which is considered a model.
