Agrarian Policy, Impact On The Food Offer And Health: Case Of Algeria

Agriculture is a structured set that can serve individuals to satisfy their dietary needs, through a suitable agrarian policy. In Algeria, since the independence to date several reforms have been applied, starting by the self-management and more recently the agricultural development; nonetheless, the country remains depending on the exterior, as food imports went from almost 14% in 1975 to reach 23.54% in 2020 A situation worsened by a demographic transition, in one side, that can be translated in numbers by 44,3 million inhabitants in 2020, in addition to an epidemiologic one, with the increase of nontransmissible diseases, mainly; obesity, high blood pressure, diabetes…, which keep the country in a precarious situation as it faces the price increase of food products on international markets. This is why a review of the agrarian policy should be contemplated in order to overtake these issues. In this context, our article comes within a preventive approach proposing an analysis of the Algerian agrarian policies from the independence until today‟s date, and their effects on both the food model and health, in addition to recommendations
Global Findex 2021رؤية تحليلية لفرص نفاذ الأفراد للخدمات المالية في الجزائر وبعض الدول العربية من خلال المؤشر العالمي

الهدف من الدراسة هو ابراز وتحليل مدى نفاذ الافراد للخدمات المالية والمصرفية ومعرفة مستوى الشمول المالي في الجزائر وبعض الدول العربية وذلك من خلال دراسة وتقييم بعض المؤشرات المختارة وفقا للمؤشر العالمي للشمول المالي 2021. حيث توصلت الدراسة الى أنّ عدم تطور البنية التحتية وانخفاض معدل الانتشار المصرفي (الكثافة المصرفية) وضعف التثقيف المالي لدى الأفراد، عوامل انعكست على تدني مستويات الشمول المالي بالجزائر، وتوصي الدراسة باقتراحات لتوسيع قاعدة الاشتمال المالي وتعزيزها. The aim of the study is to highlight and analyze the extent of individuals for financial and banking services and to know the level of financial inclusion in Algeria and some Arab countries through the study and evaluation of some of the selected indicators in accordance with the global index of financial inclusion 2021. Where the study concluded that the lack of development of infrastructure, low rate of banking (banking density) and weak financial education in individuals, factors that reflected the low levels of financial inclusion in Algeria, and the study recommends suggestions to expand and enhance the base of financial inclusion.
Measuring The Relationship Between Devaluation And Domestic Inflation In The Short Term- The Case Of Algeria An Econometric Study For The Period (1990-2021)

The aim of this study is to shed light on the measurement of the relationship and determine the direction of causality between the reduction of currency value and short-term local inflation rates. The study draws its importance from evaluating the actual impact on inflation rates as a direct result of currency devaluation. The study used a Vector Autoregression (VAR) model based on annual data for the period from 1990 to 2021. The results of the study showed, through a causality test, that there is a dynamic relationship between the reduction of currency value (exchange rate) and local inflation. By analyzing response functions, a response to local inflation rates was observed due to shocks in the rate of change of the nominal exchange rate and imported inflation rates, and this response decreases over time
A New Approach Towards Improving The “growth-oriented” Entrepreneurship Environment, With A Study Of Examples From Some Countries

This study attempts at answering a problem centered on the clarification of the modern approach to growth entrepreneurship, and the question of improving its environment. The growth entrepreneurial ecosystem is discussed through examples of countries that have adopted this new approach. This study concludes that companies that follow the traditional policy, aim at generating and strengthening sources of finance and entrepreneurship that target emerging companies, in particular, in the form of investment capital and seek to finance it, by putting emphasis on the innovation factor,while companies that rely on an entrepreneurial approach are oriented to and emphasize growth work by focusing on high potentials and on entrepreneurs with the greatest economic potential. Among the examples presented, it was noted that, in order to improve the ecosystem of growth-oriented entrepreneurship at the level of the Caribbean island countries, the Program for Innovative Entrepreneurship adopted was established and has two levels: two sector programs targeting climate and mobility innovations, and three non-sector programs targeting growth-oriented entrepreneurship
Organizational Affiliation Of Employees And Reinforcement Mechanisms (algeria Telecom Corporation In El Oued)

This study aims to know the reality of the organizational affiliation of employees and the mechanisms of its support in the Algeria Telecom Corporation in El Oued. A random sample of 46 the employees of this organization was chosen. The study relied on the analytical descriptive approach and the case study approach. The questionnaire was also used as a basic tool in the field. According to the results of the field study, it was concluded that there is an organizational affiliation among the employees in the organization under study, despite the lack of interest of the organization’s management in developing this affiliation, especially in the field of motivation, meeting the needs and wants of the employees, and involving them in decision-making
Performance Evaluation Of Islamic Mutual Funds In Saudi Arabia: A Case Study

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the performance of Islamic mutual funds in Saudi Arabia by comparing their risk-return behavior with Tadawul All Share Index during the period from January 2018 to December 2021. we examine their performance by employing several measures such as Sharpe, Treynor, Jensen Alpha and their variants. Our results show that the performance evaluation is sensitive to the benchmark and the performance measures used for comparison. Furthermore, the selection of performance measurement methods depends on the investor's investment objectives, risk tolerance and personal preferences. Moreover, we found that the average returns and volatility of Islamic mutual funds are consistent with the performance of Tadawul All Share Index. This study is important to contribute positively to the development of the Islamic fund management by exploring and employing econometrics modelling to evaluate the investment portfolios
أثر إدارة علاقات الزبائن على السلوك الشرائي لعملاء شركات الإتصال الجزائرية

تسعى هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تحديد أثر إدارة علاقات الزبائن على السلوك الشرائي لعملاء شركات الإتصال الجزائرية، وقد تحددت الدراسة بمتغير مستقل تمثل في (إدارة علاقات الزبائن)، ومتغير تابع تمثل في (السلوك الشرائي)، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج كان من أبرزها أن هناك أثر لبُعدي إدارة علاقات الزبائن (إدارة معرفة الزبون، إدارة علاقات الزبائن التابعة للتكنولوجيا) على السلوك الشرائي. و أنه لا يوجد أثر لبُعدي إدارة علاقات الزبائن (التركيز على الزبون، تنظيم علاقات الزبون) على السلوك الشرائي. This paper seeks to determine the impact of customer relationship management on the purchasing behaviour of customers of Algerian telecommunications companies. The study was determined by an independent variable represented by (customer relationship management), and a dependent variable defined by (purchasing behaviour). That there is an effect of the two dimensions of customer relationship management (customer knowledge management, and customer relationship management related to technology) on purchasing behaviour. And there is no effect of the two dimensions of customer relationship management (focusing on the customer, and organizing customer relations) on buying behaviour
أثر استهلاك الطاقات المتجددة على تنافسية الصادرات في ألمانيا دراسة قياسية خلال الفترة 1995-2019

Through this study, we aim to identify the impact of the consumption of renewable energies on the competitiveness of exports in Germany. Using annual data for the period from 1995 to 2091 derived from the database of the World Bank and UNCTAD and with the help of the Eviews 10 program ,We have estimated the multiple regression model using stepwise least squares method. Among the most important findings of this study is the existence of an inverse and significant relationship between each of carbon dioxide emissions and the exchange rate with the export diversification index, and the existence of a positive and significant relationship between each of renewable energy consumption and non-GDP with the export diversification indicator, and the existence of a direct non-significant relationship. with direct foreign investment

The purpose of this study is to determine how E-accounting affects audit quality from the perspective of auditors in Batna State. To this end, we produced a questionnaire using the analysisdescription method, distributed it to a sample of internal and external reviewers, and then analyzed the data using the SPSS 26 program.The research concluded that the use of IT in the accounting field has an impact on audit quality, and the auditor's scientific and practical qualifications have an impact on the quality of the final audit because Eaccounting saves time and effort and reduces costs and facilitates information gathering It has qualitative features that support and enhance the quality of the audit

This study aims to identify the impact of quality of work life on organizational citizenship behavior. Data was collected in a survey of 143 employees of Parfums Wouroud company in El-Oued, and was later processed using the smart-PLS program. The results of this study showed a statistically significant effect of the quality of work life on citizenship behavior, it was found that the model has an acceptable predictive ability within the sample estimated at 51.2%, and a predictive ability outside the sample estimated at Q2 = 34.6

This study aims to highlight the impact of business incubators in supporting and developing the entrepreneurial spirit of university students, the study population was represented by students at the Faculty of Economics at the University of Biskra. Where 175 questionnaires were distributed and a 150 of which were retrieved and considered valid for statistical analysis. SPSS program was used and the study revealed the following set of results: There is an entrepreneurial desire among the students, but this desire lacks some entrepreneurial characteristics necessary to ensure the good conduct of ideas and projects- .There is a relatively weak relationship between the business incubator's activity and the entrepreneurial spirit of the students

This study aims to measure the impact of the exchange rate and the interest rate on non-hydrocarbon exports in Algeria during the period 1995-2020 using the Autoregressive Distributed Deceleration (ARDL) model and based on the eviews12 program, The results of this study concluded that the exchange rate and the interest rate have a positive and significant impact on non-hydrocarbon exports in Algeria in the long term.
أثر صيغة المرابحة على النمو الإقتصادي: دراسة قياسية على عينة من الدول ذات التمويل الإسلامي (2013 – 2020)

الغرض من هذه الدراسة هو تحليل تأثير صيغة المرابحة على النمو الإقتصادي لعينة من الدول ذات التمويل الإسلامي وشملت 10 دول، من خلال تحليل مخرجات البانل الساكن. إعتمادا على بيانات ربع سنوية من 2013 إلى 2020، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة موجبة بين صيغة المرابحة والنمو الإقتصادي، وإتضح أن صيغ المرابحة من أكثر الصيغ إستحواذا على حجم التمويل الإسلامي من عام 1975 إلى غاية 2021، وأن تأثيرها على النمو الإقتصادي يختلف من بلد إلى آخر بسبب إختلاف الأوضاع والظروف الاقتصادية والاجتماعية Murabaha formula on the economic growth of a sample of Islamic-financed countries and included 10 countries, by analysing the output of the residential panel. Based on quarterly data from 2013 to 2020. The results of the study show a positive correlation between the Murabaha formula and economic growth. It shows that the Murabaha formula is one of the most capturing forms of Islamic finance from 1975 to 2021, and its impact on economic growth varies from country to country due to different economic and social conditions.

إعادة التأمين كآلية لإدارة المخاطر في شركات التأمين الجزائرية (دراسة تحليلية للفترة 2016-2021)

نهدف من خلال الدراسة إلى تبيان دور وأهمية عملية إعادة التأمين في إدارة المخاطر التي تواجه شركات التأمين نظرا لفعالية هذه العملية كوسيلة معتمدة في نقل الخطر وأهميتها في رفع القدرة الاستيعابية للاكتتاب لدى شركات التأمين من جهة وتحملها جزء من أخطار الشركات من جهة أخرى، كل هذا يساهم في تحقيق الاستقرار المالي ويزيد من هامش ملاءتها المالية. توصلنا من خلال الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها أن عملية إعادة التأمين ألية فعالة في تشتيت وتوزيع أخطار شركات التأمين وهي بمثابة دعامة تحفزها على الزيادة في طاقتها الاكتتابية خاصة وأنها عادة ما تعترضها أخطار تفوق قدرتها حيث لا يمكنها ضمان تغطيتها وتحمل تبعاتها لوحدها Through the study, we aim to demonstrate the role and importance of the reinsurance process in managing the risks facing the insurance companies due to the effectiveness of this process as an approved means in transferring the risk and its importance in raising the absorption capacity of the insurance companies on the one hand and bearing part of the risks of the companies on the other hand, all of this contributes In achieving financial stabilité and increases the margin of its financial solvency. Through the study, we reached a set of results, the most important of which is that the reinsurance process is an effective mechanism in dispersing and distributing the risks of insurance companies.

This study aims to shed light on the various major paths and procedures available for managing public transactions under Presidential Decree No. 15-247, dated 2 Dhu al-Hijjah 1436 (corresponding to September 16, 2015). The decree includes regulations governing public transactions and mandates for public utilities currently in effect. The application of these procedures is essential in meeting the public needs of the contracting interest while ensuring legal safety. This study also examines the fundamental procedural requirements for each path and emphasizes their relevance in managing and equipping public utilities. The implications of adopting these procedures extend to developmental, financial, and social aspects, significantly affecting the overall public interest
الاستبعاد الاجتماعي و النظام الاقتصادي في الجزائر: أية علاقة؟

يعتبر مفهوم الاستبعاد الاجتماعي (الاقصاء الاجتماعي) من المفاهيم التي يتم تناولها بالدراسة والتحليل من قبل العديد من المختصين في الاقتصاد، الاجتماع، القانون، السياسة وغيرها من التخصصات التي تستعى لتبيان أبعاده المختلفة وانطلاقا من كون الشق الاقتصادي بعدا أساسيا في توضيح وفهم الاستبعاد الاجتماعي فإننا ارتأينا أن نتناوله بالدراسة والتحليل بغية تقديم رؤية عن مكنوناته ومحاولين إسقاطها على الحالة الجزائرية وتوضيح المجهودات التي تبذل في سبيل التخفيف من حدته. مع التأكيد بأن هذا البعد يقترن بأبعاد أخرى اجتماعية وثقافية وقانونية لا يمكن إغفالها حتى يتم التمكن من استيعاب مختلف مظاهره.

This study aimed to examine the relationship among investment, institutional quality and environmental degradation in the Arab oil-producing countries during the period 2002-2019. In order to achieve its objective, the study adopted FGLS method. The main findings of the study indicated a positive relationship between investment and environmental degradation. However, a negative relationship between institutional quality and environmental degradation was captured. Furthermore, the study found that interaction between investment and institutional quality impacts environmental degradation
التجارة الإلكترونية بواسطة تطبيقات الهواتف الذكية: تجربة شركة علي بابا الصينية

نسعى من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى تناول أداة مبتكرة ممارسة التجارة الإلكترونية تتمثل في تطبيقات الهواتف الذكية، مع تسليط الضوء على تجربة شركة علي بابا الصينية، لاسيما بعد تزايد استعمال الهواتف الذكية في جميع مناحي الحياة. حيث توصلنا إلى أن شركة علي بابا الصينية تحل موقع ريادي عالمي في التجارة الإلكترونية، وعلى ضوء النتائج المتوصل إليها اقترحت الدراسة ضرورة لحاق الدول النامية بركب الدول المتقدمة، من خلال توفير الشروط الأساسية من بنبة تحتية ملائمة ومنظومة قانونية محفزة لممارسة التجارة الالكترونية، بالإضافة إلى ضرورة الاقتداء بالشركات الرائدة في هذا المجال على الشركة محل الدراسة.
