واقع استخدام نموذج الفورمات (mat4) في تدريس مادة الفلسفة لدى اساتذة التعليم الثانوي

تهدف الدراسة إلى تقييم درجة ممارسة استخدام نموذج الفورمات (4mat) في تدريس مادة الفلسفة لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي بمدينة الوادي. يسعى البحث إلى فهم مدى اعتماد وتكامل أساتذة مادة الفلسفة لهذا النموذج التعليمي .ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي ، بتطبيق استبانة تهدف إلى التعرف على درجة الممارسة لنموذج الفورمات (mat4). وقد اختيرت العينة بطريقة الحصر الشامل متكونة من (100) استاذ لمادة الفلسفة يدرسون بثانويات الوادي ، وبعد تطبيق الاستبانة على العينة وتحليل نتائج الدراسة باستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية الآتية (- التكرارات والنسب المئوية - المتوسطات الحسابية، والانحرافات المعيارية، ANOVA، معامل α كرومباخ، قيمة كا2)، وأظهرت النتائج أن : درجة ممارسة اساتذة مادة الفلسفة بالطور الثانوي لمراحل نموذج الفورمات قد بلغ درجة مرتفعة في أغلب ممارسات مراحل نموذج الفورمات(mat4) ،لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة ممارسة أساتذة مادة الفلسفة لنموذج الفورمات (4mat) تبعا لمتغير المؤهل العلمي والخبرة .وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة قدم الباحثان مجموعة من التوصيات.Abstract: The present study aims to investigate the use of the (4mat) model in teaching philosophy at the secondary school level of education. In an attempt to accomplish the study's objective, a descriptive methodology was adopted by applying a questionnaire to a sample of (100) philosophy teachers from several secondary schools in El Oued, Algeria. The data was analyzed using frequencies and percentages, arithmetic means, standard deviations, ANOVA, Cronbach's alpha, and Chi-square values. The findings showed that the level of implementation of the (4mat) model was generally high throughout most stages. Furthermore, there were no statistically significant differences based on academic qualification and experience variables. Thus, the researchers provided a set of recommendations and suggestions for the inquiry's literature.
تقييم الأداء النفسي لأساتذة الطور الابتدائي حديثي التوظيف في ظل بعض المتغيرات

ملخص: هدفت الدراسة الى معرفة الأداء النفسي لأساتذة التعليم الابتدائي حدثي التوظيف، قدر حجم العينة بـ 111 أستاذ(ة) موزعين على تخصص اللغة عربية واللغة الفرنسية، وتتراوح أعمارهم بين 20 الى 30 سنة، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية، تم التحقق من الفرضيات باستخدام مقياس الأداء النفسي والذي تم بنائه من طرف الباحثين، يتكون من ثلاث ابعاد: البعد الأول الفعالية الذاتية التدريسية، البعد الثاني الدافعية للتدريس والبعد الثالث الكفاءة الوجدانية الانفعالية، وبعد معالجة الفرضيات توصلت الدراسة الى النتائج التالية: الأساتذة الإناث لديهم دافعية اقوى من تلك التي عند الذكور، وبالنسبة لمتغيري السن والمادة التدريسية فلا وجود لاختلافات بين الأساتذة، كما توصلنا الى أن الأساتذة الأكبر سنا يتمتعون بفعالية ذاتية وكفاءة وجدانية انفعالية أكثر منها عند الأساتذة الأقل سنا منهم، أما بالنسبة لمتغيري الجنس والمادة التدريسية فلا يوجد اختلاف على مستواهما. الكلمات المفتاحية: الأداء النفسي، الأساتذة حديثي التوظيف، الكفاءة الوجدانية الانفعالية، الدافعية للتدريس، الفعالية الذاتية التدريسية. Abstract: The present study aims to spot the light on the psychological performance of the primary school newly employed teachers.the random sample population reaches 111 teachers of french and english languages between 20 and 30 years.the psychocological performance scale is applied for the validation of the hypotheses which was designed by reaserchers.the scale consists of three main dimensions : the first is concerned with teaching self-efficacy ,the second with teaching motivation,and the last is the emotional competence.after a deep treatment of the hypotheses, the present study reached the following results : Female teachers are highly motivated than males,for age and teaching subject,they show little diffrences.also,the results highlight that elder teachers have greater self-effacacy and emotional competence than the younger ones.no diffrence at the level of gender variables and the teaching subject .
مساهمات نماذج ونظريات علم نفس الصحة في تطوير التدخلات العلاجية في برامج التربية العلاجية

شهدت الجزائر في السنوات الأخيرة ظهور وتطبيق برامج التربية العلاجية للمريض (ETP) بشكل ملحوظ بهدف دعم الأشخاص المصابين بأمراض مزمنة في تجربة مرضهم والحد من عدم الالتزام بالعلاجات، والحد من حدوث المضاعفات وتحسين نوعية الحياة للمرضى. ومن بين هذه البرامج تلك الموّجهة لمرضى داء السكري نظرا لتزايد أعدادهم في المجتمع. الهدف منها هو نقل المهارات (مهارات الرعاية الذاتية ومهارات التكيّف) إلى المرضى بداء السكري. ويُعدّ تخصص علم النفس الصحة من أحدث النماذج التي تستجيب للتحديات المجتمعية كونه يسمح بتطوير مختلف التدخلات وتحسين أنظمة الرعاية الصحية، من خلال النماذج والنظريات العلمية التي يزخر بها. يهدف المقال لمعرفة لأهم التقنيات والتدخلات العلاجية من مختلف الأطر النظرية لتخصص علم النفس الصحة في مجال التربية العلاجية الموجهة لمرضى داء السكري, للوصول إلى النتيجة المرغوبة وهي تحسين الحالة النفسية والانفعالية والجسدية للمصاب من أجل التزام أفضل اتجاه المرض.Abstract: In recent years, Algeria has witnessed the emergence and implementation of therapeutic education programs (ETP) significantly with the aim of supporting people with chronic diseases in their disease experience and reducing non-adherence to treatments. Reducing the incidence of complications and improving the quality of life for patients. Among these programs are those directed to patients with diabetes due to their increasing numbers in society. Its aim is to transfer skills (self-care skills and coping skills) to patients with diabetes. This specialty is considered one of the latest models that respond to societal challenges, as it allows the development of various interventions and improvement of health care systems, through the scientific models and theories that it harnesses. The article aims to know the most important techniques and therapeutic interventions from various theoretical frameworks of the specialty of health psychology in the field of therapeutic education directed to patients with diabetes to achieve the desired result, which is to improve the psychological, emotional and physical condition of the infected person in order to better adhere to the disease
العقد الديداكتيكي تحديد الادوار والمسؤوليات لترشيد العلاقة التربوية بين أطراف العملية التعليمية

هدفت هذه الدراسة الى بيان المقصود بالعقد الديداكتيكي، والتحسيس بخطر تأزم العلاقات التربوية بين أطراف العملية التعليمية ،مقتصرة على طرفيها المباشرين المعلم ،المتعلم .وكل ما يميزها من مظاهر العنف والتوتر التي تشكل بذلك تهديدات لمنظومة القيم المجتمعية التربوية، مذكرة بأهم الأسباب المؤدية الى ذلك ،مع التركيز على الزامية مساهمة الجميع في السعي لإيجاد حلول ديداكتيكية من خلال تحديد المسؤوليات والأدوار لكل طرف وما يقتضيه هذا العقد من مبادئ من شانها ضبط العلاقة التربوية والتخفيف من ما يوترها ويحول دون تحقيق غايات ومرامي المنظومة التربوية. وخلصت هذه الورقة البحثية الى ان للعقد الديداكتيكي دورا في ترشيد العلاقة التربوية بين المعلم والمتعلم من خلال اعتماده على مبدأ الشراكة أن التجديد البيداغوجي يفرض نمطا آخر من التعامل مع المتعلم في سيرورته التكوينية من خلال إعطائه الحرية في طريقة التعلم ،و التي تحمل في باطنها أسسا وقواعد يجب احترامها حتى لاتختل عملية التعلم. Abstract: This study aimed to explain the concept of the didactic contract and raise awareness of the danger of the deterioration of educational relationships between the parties of the educational process, focusing on its two direct parties, the teacher and the learner. It also highlighted the manifestations of violence and tension that constitute threats to the system of educational and societal values, mentioning the main reasons leading to this, while emphasizing the necessity of everyone's contribution in seeking didactic solutions by defining the responsibilities and roles of each party and the principles required by this contract to regulate the educational relationship and mitigate what causes tension and hinders the achievement of the goals and objectives of the educational system. The research paper concluded that the didactic contract plays a role in rationalizing the educational relationship between the teacher and the learner by adopting the principle of partnership, and that pedagogical innovation imposes a different pattern of dealing with the learner in their formative process by giving them freedom in the learning method, which inherently carries foundations and rules that must be respected so that the learning process is not disrupted
تقويم أسئلة امتحان تقييم المكتسبات لمادة اللغة العربية في المرحلة الابتدائية وفق تصنيف بلوم المعدل

تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن مدى شمول أسئلة امتحان تقييم المكتسبات لتصنيف بلوم المعدل (2001)، والكشف عن المستويات المعرفية الدنيا والمستويات المعرفية العليا، تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي، حلل الباحثان (18) امتحاناً لمادة اللغة العربية للسنة الدراسية (2023-2024) تضمنت (202) سؤالاً تم اختيارهم بطريقة المعاينة القصدية، ولتحليل النتائج تم استخدام التكرارات والنسب المئوية، توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى احتلال مستوى المعرفة المرتبة الأولى (108 سؤالاً بنسبة 53.46%) وجاء مستوى الفهم في المرتبة الثانية (36 سؤالاً بنسبة17.82%) ومستوى التقويم في المرتبة الثالثة (24 سؤالاً بنسبة11.88% ) ومستوى الابداع في المرتبة الرابعة (15 سؤالاً بنسبة7.42% ) مستوى التطبيق في المرتبة الخامسة (13 سؤالاً بنسبة6.43% ) ومستوى التحليل في المرتبة السادسة والأخيرة (06 أسئلة بنسبة2.97% ).Abstract: The current study aims to reveal the extent of the coverage of the questions of the Arabic language acquisition assessment exam for the state of sidi bel abbes according to the modified Bloom's taxonomy (2001), and to reveal the lower cognitive levels and higher cognitive levels, the descriptive method was utilized, the researchers analyzed (18) exams of the Arabic language exam for the academic year (2023-2024), which included (202) questions that were selected by purposive sampling, and to analyze the results, frequencies and percentages were used, the results of the study found that the knowledge level ranked first (108 questions by 53. 46%). The level of understanding ranked second (36 questions, 17.82%), the level of evaluation ranked third (24 questions, 11.88%), the level of creativity ranked fourth (15 questions, 7.42%), the level of application ranked fifth (13 questions, 6.43%), and the level of analysis ranked sixth and last (06 questions, 2.97%).
تأثير استعمال التكنولوجيات الحديثة على الرضا في العمل

ان استعمال التكنولوجيات الحديثة في مؤسسات العمل الصناعية، كان له تأثير على البيئة النفسية و الاجتماعية للفرد العامل ووجود ضرورة ملحة لدراسة العنصر البشري في مواقع العمل، اين اصبحت هذه التكنولوجيات الحديثة لاسيما في العصر الحالي تفرض عليه نوع من التكيف و التأقلم و الاستيعاب للتحكم فيها لتتحول الى مصدر للرضا او عدم الرضا عن عمله، و قد هدفت الدراسة الحالية الى محاولة الكشف على مدى وجود تأثير بين التكنولوجيات الحديثة المدرجة في مجال العمل على الرضا في العمل، و هذا من خلال اتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي المناسب لوصف الظاهرة و قد طبقت الدراسة الحالية على عينة متكونة من (80) عاملا بالمؤسسة الوطنية لصناعة المواد الكهرو منزلية ENIEM)) بتيزي وزو، أجابوا اعلى استبيان التكنولوجيات الحديثة و الرضا عن العمل، و من أهم النتائج المتوصل اليها يؤثر استعمال التكنولوجيات الحديثة في العمل على رضا العامل من خلال تنمية قدراته و توفير له جو نفسي مريح و تحسين ظروف عمله.Abstract: The use of modern technologies in workplace institutions has significantly impacted the psychological and social well-being of individual workers, necessitating a critical examination of the human element within work environments. Particularly in today's era, these technologies require workers to adapt, acclimate, and assimilate to control them, potentially influencing their satisfaction or dissatisfaction with their jobs. The current study aimed to investigate the influence of modern technologies integrated into the workplace on job satisfaction through a descriptive analytical approach. Conducted on a sample of 80 workers at the National Enterprise for Household Electrical Manufacturing (ENIEM) in Tizi Ouzou, the study found that the use of modern technologies affects the worker satisfaction by developing their skills and providing a comfortable psychological atmosphere, ultimately improving working conditions.

Abstract: Electronic human resources management works mainly to manage all jobs via Internet applications as it is a topic that imposes digital transformation to all institutions. Whether related to special or general security, to achieve effectiveness and then keep rapidity with global transformations in the domain. Its appear in the field of reforms introduced by the Algerian state on the level of public and regional administrations in addition to all their roles, especially those related to the management of personnel affairs at the municipal level. This study addresses its concept how it developed its various determinants, and the employees’ outlook, also discusses the various aspects of it. The survey tackled the fundamental role of electronic management of human resources and developing its contemporary duties in its different dimensions. With the necessity of continuing the investigating process for policies. It also detected the existence of a linkage between electronic management and the indicator of personnel management municipal; the study aimed to clarify the importance of applying electronic management at the level of human resources management in municipalities, between the standards for generalizing electronic performance for all jobs and what the requirements of novelty require.
أساليب التسويق الإعلامي للمشاريع التنموية بإذاعة الوادي الجهوية من وجهة نظر الأستاذ الجامعي

هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن أساليب التسويق الإعلامي للمشاريع التنموية من وجهة نظر الأستاذ الجامعي في الجزائر وكذا الكشف عن مدى جدارة ونجاعة هذه الأساليب الإعلامية في تسويق فكرة المشاريع التنموية والإقناع بها والتفاعل معها، فتم الاستخدام المنهج الوصفي، وأداة بحث تمثلت في الاستمارة التي وزعت على عينة مقصودة من أساتذة بكليتي العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير وكلية العلوم الاجتماعية والإنسانية قدرتب50 مفردة، وتوصلت الدراسة لجملة من النتائج كان منها: - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية من استخدام الأسلوب الإعلامي المكتوب في التسويق للمشاريع التنموية بإذاعة الوادي الجهوية تعزى لمتغير (الجنس - السن -الدرجة العلمية) عند مستوى الدلالة 5%. - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية من استخدام الأسلوب الإعلامي المسموع في التسويق للمشاريع التنموية بإذاعة الوادي الجهوية تعزى لمتغير (الجنس-السن- الدرجة العلمية) عند مستوى الدلالة 5%. - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية من استخدام الأسلوب الإعلامي الالكتروني في التسويق للمشاريع التنموية بإذاعة الوادي الجهوية تعزى لمتغير (الجنس- السن -الدرجة العلمية) عند مستوى الدلالة 5%. - يعد الأسلوب الإعلامي المكتوب هو الأفضل في التسويق للمشاريع التنموية بإذاعة الوادي الجهوية حسب وجهة نظر أفراد العينة.Abstract: The study aimed to reveal the media marketing methods for development projects from the point of view of university professors in Algeria, and thus reveal the extent of the worthiness and effectiveness of these media methods in marketing the idea of development projects, convincing them of them, and interacting with them.The descriptive approach was used, and the research tool was a questionnaire that was distributed to a targeted sample of professors at the Faculties of Economics, Business and Management Sciences and the Faculty of Social and Human Sciences, estimated at 50 individuals.The data obtained from the questionnaire were also processed statistically using the SPSS program.The study reached a number of results, including: - There are no statistically significant differences in the use of the written media style for marketing developmental projects on Radio El Oued attributable to the variables of gender, age, or educational level at the 5% significance level. - There are no statistically significant differences in the use of the audio media style for marketing developmental projects on Radio El Oued attributable to the variables of gender, age, or educational level at the 5% significance level. - There are no statistically significant differences in the use of the electronic media style for marketing developmental projects on Radio El Oued attributable to the variables of gender, age, or educational level at the 5% significance level. - The written media style is the best for marketing development projects on the regional radio of El Oued, according to the point of view of the sample members.
الخطابات الاستشراقية كآلية لصناعة الكراهية بين الشرق والغرب قراءة في موقف إدوارد سعيد

غالبا ما كانت الخطابات الاستشراقية تخفي أغراضا سياسية وثقافية وتعكس ايديولوجيات معينة، وهو ما عمل المفكر والناقد الفلسطيني إدوارد سعيد على كشفه من خلال تفكيكه للكتابات الاستشراقية الحاملة لغايات ليس هدفها التعرف على الشرق بل الاستحواذ عليه، عن طريق بث الكراهية بين الثقافات أو داخل الثقافة الواحدة، وبالتالي منح الاستعمار السياسي الشرعية في اتخاذ الشرق الذي قوامه السحر والخرافة والعنف والتخلف -كما يراه المستشرق- وجهة استعمارية، من خلال مقولات قائمة على العنصرية والامبريالية. لقد جاءت هذه الدراسة المهمة بمنهجها التحليلي لتسلط الضوء على الاستشراق باعتباره آلية لصناعة الكراهية بين الثقافات، وذلك بعرض الموقف النقدي لإدوارد سعيد من الكتابات الاستشراقية المشبعة بخطاب الكراهية تجاه الشرق، كاشفا عن نواياها الحقيقة في الدعوة للاستعمار وزعزعة استقرار الشرق، في الوقت الذي كان يمكن أن تكون هذه الدراسات الاستشراقية جسرا رابطا بين الحضارتين الشرقية والغربية مفسحا المجال لكل مظاهر الانفتاح والتعاون والصداقة.Abstract: Orientalist discourses have often concealed political and cultural purposes and reflected certain ideologies. This is what Palestinian thinker and critic Edward Said worked to reveal by deconstructing Orientalist writings that carry goals whose purpose is not to understand the East but to possess it, by spreading hatred between cultures or within a single culture, and thus granting political colonialism the legitimacy to take the East, which is based on magic, myth, violence, and backwardness as seen by the Orientalist, as a destination, through propositions based on racism and imperialism. This important study, with its analytical approach, came to shed light on Orientalism as a mechanism for manufacturing hatred, by presenting Edward Said's critical stance on Orientalist writings saturated with a discourse of hatred towards the East, revealing its true intentions in calling for colonialism and destabilizing the East.

ملخص: سعت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن الأخطاء الشائعة في مادة الرياضيات لدى تلاميذ سنة الثالثة إبتدائي ومعرفة طبيعة هذه الأخطاء، لذلك تم الإعتماد على نتائج التلاميذ في اختبار التحصيلي لثلاثي الأول في مادة الرياضيات وكذلك اختبار تشخيصي للأخطاء في الرياضيات من إعداد الباحثة. وقد دلت عملية تحليل النتائج باستخدام أسلوب الوصفي التحليلي لرصد الأخطاء الشائعة في الرياضيات لدى تلاميذ سنة الثالثة إبتدائي وأن هؤلاء التلاميذ يرتكبون أخطاء في الرياضيات متنوعة والتي تمحورت في: أخطاء شائعة في المسائل الحسابية ومتمثلة في (عدم فهم المطلوب من الوضعية طرح بالاستعانة، الجمع، التحويلات خاصة في السعات وحساب الأطوال، علاوة عن الأخطاء في المقارنة بين المسافات). والأخطاء الشائعة في المفاهيم الهندسية تمثلت في:(عدم القدرة التلميذ على رسم قطعة مستقيمة مع تحديد منتصفها، عدم قدرتهم على تميز بين التعامد والتوازي إلى جانب أخطاء في فهم المفاهيم الرياضية. الهندسية واستخدام الوسائل الهندسية).Abstract: This study sought to detect common errors in mathematics among students of the third year of primary school and to know the nature of these errors, so the results of students were relied on in the achievement test for the first triple in mathematics as well as the diagnostic test for errors in mathematics prepared by the researcher. The process of analyzing the results was indicated by the use of the descriptive analytical method to monitor common errors in mathematics among students of the third year of primary school and that these students commit various errors in mathematics, which centered on: common errors in arithmetic problems represented in (lack of understanding of the required position subtraction by help, addition, transformations, especially in amplitudes and calculating lengths, in addition to errors in comparing distances). The common mistakes in geometric concepts were: (the student's inability to draw a straight segment with the middle determined, their inability to distinguish between orthogonality and parallelism, as well as errors in understanding mathematical concepts
التربية الإسلامية والتكوين الديني "الإسلامي" لدى التلميذ الجزائري

نهدف من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى ربط ماتم تسطيره من أهداف تربوية وقيمية دينية بالمحتوى التعليمي الإسلامي المقدم في المدرسة الجزائرية، إذ ينبغي أن يشكل المحتوى الكتبي ذلك المضمون الذي يساهم في نقل وترسيخ القيم الدينية التي ينبغي على المتعلم إكتسابها خلال مرحلة تعليمية معينة، لضمان تنشئة إسلامية صحيحة وبناء هوية دينية متكاملة في أبعادها الثلاثة عقيدة وعبادة وثقافة دينية، وللتأكد من ذلك توجهنا إلى الكتب المدرسية وبالتحديد كتاب التربية الإسلامية للسنة الرابعة إبتدائي مستخدمين تقنية تحليل المضمون، للتعرف على مدى مساهمة الكتاب المحلل في إنتاج تلميذ متمسك بقيمه وهويته الدينية الأصيلة.Abstract: Through this study, we aim to identify the extent to which the educational objectives and religious values that have been outlined are linked to the Islamic educational content provided in the Algerian school, as the written content should constitute the content that contributes to transmitting and consolidating the religious values that the learner must acquire during a specific educational stage. To ensure a correct Islamic upbringing and build an integrated religious identity in its three dimensions: belief, worship, and religious culture, and to ensure this, we turned to school textbooks, specifically the Islamic Education book for the fourth year of elementary school, using the content analysis technique, to identify the extent to which the analyzed book contributed to producing a student who adhered to his values and authentic religious identity.
إستراتيجية تجسيد المواطنة الإجتماعية بواسطة المجال العام الهبرماسي

من خلال هذه المقالة سوف نسلط الضوء على مفهوم المجال العام الهبرماسي، و الذي سوف ينحلنا إلى فهم فيبري لعالم الأفكار الخاص بأفراد المجتمع من خلال فتح المجال العام لهم و الذي يكون مرتبط مباشرة بصناع القرار، قصد فهم جميع أفكارهم و استخلاص مشاكلهم بدون وساطة لتؤخذ بعين الإعتبار و ترسم لها إستراتيجيات يضعها صناع القرار، و كل هذا من أجل بناء و تحقيق الثقة الكونفورشيوسية بين جميع أبنية المجتمع، و من خلالها نصل إلى بناء و تجسيد المعنى الحقيقي للمواطنة الإجتماعية، و ما نريده في الأخير هو رسم إستراتيجية واضحة مبنية بلغة علمية و منهج نظري متعدد المداخل بين نظرية هبرماس و نظرية كونفورشيوس .Abstract: Through this article, we will shed light on the concept of Habermasian public space, which will lead us to a Weberian understanding of the world of ideas of the members of society by opening the public space to them, which is directly related to decision-makers , with the aim of understanding all their ideas and extracting their problems without mediation to take them into consideration and strategies are developed by decision-makers, and all this with the aim of building and achieving Confucian trust between them, and through it we achieve the construction and embodiment of the true meaning of Social citizenship, and what we want in the end is to draw a clear strategy built in a scientific language and a theoretical approach with multiple approaches between Habermas’s theory and Confucius’s theory.
الذكاء الانفعالي وعلاقته بأعراض الضغط النفسي لدى الطلبة الملتحقين حديثا بالجامعة

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين الذكاء الانفعالي وأعراض الضغط النفسي (المعرفية والانفعالية والسلوكية) لدى عينة من الطلبة الملتحقين حديثا بالجامعة. ومن أجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم المنهج الوصفي، وتم تطبيق مقياس الذكاء الانفعالي المعد من قبل "بن عمور جميلة" ومقياس أعراض الضغط النفسي المعد من قبل الباحثة على عينة استطلاعية مكونة من (40) طالب و ذلك بغرض التأكد من خصائص السيكومترية لمقياس أعراض الضغط النفسي، ثم طبق المقياسين على عينة عشوائية بسيطة مكونة من (94) طالب، حيث تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية: توجد علاقة ارتباطية عكسية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الذكاء الانفعالي وأعراض الضغط النفسي لدى الطلبة الملتحقين حديثا بالجامعة. توجد علاقة ارتباطية عكسية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الذكاء الانفعالي والأعراض المعرفية للضغط النفسي. توجد علاقة ارتباطية عكسية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الذكاء الانفعالي والأعراض الانفعالية للضغط النفسي. توجد علاقة ارتباطية عكسية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الذكاء الانفعالي والأعراض السلوكية للضغط النفسي.

هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين اخلاقيات العمل والصراع التنظيمي لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي بثانوية قندوز علي بسطيف، تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي كونه يتلاءم مع طبيعة الدراسة التي اجريت على عينة قدرها 30 عامل، وتمثلت أداة جمع البيانات في الاستبيان موزع على محورين: (اخلاقيات العمل، الصراع التنظيمي)، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أنه توجد علاقة ارتباطية بين اخلاقيات العمل والصراع التنظيمي لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي بثانوية قندوز علي لولاية سطيف ومن هنا قمنا بتقديم مجموعة من التوصيات والاقتراحات للمسيرين محل الدراسة ومسيري المؤسسات التربوية بشكل عام بضرورة التوجه بشكل أكبر نحو توفير مفهوم اخلاقيات العمل في المؤسسات التربوية والتعريف بحدة الصراع التنظيمي اذا مس العاملين بالمؤسسات التربوية مما يعود بالنفع و الفائدة على جميع الأطراف.
