أثر الذكاء الاستراتيجي على أداء العاملين في شركات الاتصالات الأردنية

The study aimed to figure out the impact of the strategic intelligence on the performance of the employees in the Jordanian telecommunications companies through the dimensions of the strategic intelligence (foresight, system thinking, and partnership) and their impact on the performance of employees. The study adopted the descriptive, analytical approach as well as the questionnaire as a tool for data collection. (75) questionnaires were distributed to the members of the study sample, and they were analyzed through the (SPSS). The study concluded that the level of applying the strategic intelligence dimensions in the telecommunications companies was high where the foresight dimension ranked first followed by the partnership dimension in the second place and the dimension of the system thinking in the third and final dimension. The results also showed that the level of the performance of the employees in the Jordanian telecommunications companies was medium, and a statistically significant impact at sig. (α≤0.05) for the dimensions of the strategic intelligence on the performance of the employees in the telecommunications companies. The study recommends the need to adopt and deepen the concept of the strategic intelligence among the departments of organizations due to its great importance in facing changes and developments in the surrounding environment to help them make the right decisions in addition to pay attention to training the employees and adopt their new and creative ideas in line with the current and future situation.

The research aims to highlight Algeria's position in global and regional energy chains and to study and analyze its potential for renewable energy to take advantage of the opportunities available along the solar energy value chain. The study concluded that despite the availability of the potentials related to the development of solar energy and the opportunities available to bring about an energy transition in Algeria that would allow it to remain one of the main actors in the international (renewable) energy market, the goals of the Energy Transition and Solar Energy Development Program (2015-2030) did not Embodied in light of the accumulation of many financial, technical, legal and organizational obstacles, which calls for the need to expedite their treatment and adopt a real strategy for developing the sector and valuing the competitive advantages available to the Algerian economy in it.

This study aims to demonstrate the role of competency management in improving innovation in the organization. The researchers used a questionnaire and processed it using the spss v21 program. The study made important recommendations, including the need for institutions to pay attention to the management of human competencies and knowledge, as it is the basis of competitive advantage as a strategic approach to improving enterprise innovation
أزمة كوفيد-19 بين محرك وعائق للمقاولاتية

يهدف هذا البحث لإبراز مدى تأثير أزمة كوفيد-19 على الحياة الاقتصادية والمقاولاتية بمختلف أنواعها ونشاطاتها وخاصة المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة والمؤسسات الناشئة، ومدى تأثيرها على بعض القطاعات واقتصاديات مختلف الدول. من خلال هذا البحث تبين أن أزمة كوفيد-19، رغم أنها كانت السبب في تعثر العديد من القطاعات وأثرت سلبا على المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في جميع أنحاء العالم، كانت محرك ربح لقطاعات أخرى، وخاصة قطاع الصناعة الصيدلانية، وأعطت دفعا قوي للمؤسسات الناشئة وللمؤسسات الناشطة في مجال التكنولوجيا والرقمنة. في الجزائر، عانت المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة كثيرا من الأزمة، رغم أن هذه الأخيرة كانت سببا في ظهور العديد من المقاولين والمؤسسات الناشئة. This research aims to highlight the extent to which the COVID-19 crisis affects all different types and activities of economic life and entrepreneurship, especially small and medium enterprises (SME) and start-ups, and its impact on the economies of various countries. This research shows that, despite the fact that Covid-19 crisis was the cause of the faltering of many sectors and negatively affected small and medium enterprises around the world, it was a profit engine for other sectors, especially the pharmaceutical industry, and gave a strong boost to enterprises active in technology, digitization and start-up. In Algeria, small and medium enterprises have suffered a lot from the crisis. On the other side, this crisis has caused the emergence of many entrepreneurs and start-ups.
التكنولوجيا المالية كبديل تمويلي مستحدث لإرساء الشمول المالي للمشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة

هدفت هذه الدراسة لمعرفة مساهمة التكنولوجيا المالية على اعتبارها بديلا تمويليا مستحدثا في إرسائها الشمول المالي للمشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، عن طريق تزويدها بالموارد المالية التي تحتاجها لتمويل استثماراتها في ظل عزوف البنوك التقليدية، تم استخدام المنهجين الوصفي والتحليلي تماشيا مع طبيعة الموضوع. هذا وتوصل الباحثان لمجموعة من النتائج والاستنتاجات أهمها أن التكنولوجيا المالية تلعب دورا فعالا في تعزيز الشمول المالي الرقمي لكافة شرائح المجتمع وتسهل عليهم الوصول الآمن والسريع للخدمات المالية والمصرفية، من جهة أخرى تعمل مختلف تقنياتها المبتكرة كالبيانات الضخمة والحوسبة السحابية إلى جانب منصات الائتمان الرقمية على تقليص الفجوة التمويلية للمشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة ومساعدتها على تجاوز القصور المالي الذي يكون عائقا رئيسيا أمام تقدمها وتوسعها. This Study aimed at identifying the contribution of Financial Technology as a novel financing alternative in establishing Financial Inclusion of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises, by providing them with Financial Resources they need to finance its investments under the reluctance of traditional Banks, The Descriptive and Analytical methodologies were used according with the nature of the topic. The Researchers reached to a set of results and conclusions, the most important of which is that Financial Technology plays an effective role in promoting Digital Financial Inclusion for all segments of society and facilitating safe and rapid access to Financial and Banking Services, On the other hand its various innovative technologies such as Big Data, Cloud Computing and Digital Credit Platforms are reducing the Financing Gap for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises and helping them overcome the financial deficit that’s a major impediment to their progress and expansion .
تأثير تموقع السلعة على سلوك المستهلك ( دراسة حالة شركة"samsung")

The aim of this research is to find out what the consumer desires in terms of advantages to achieve a good positioning of the commodity, and to achieve this, we chose a random sample (100) from the study population consisting of consumers of products with the Samsung brand, during the month of November 2022, where a questionnaire was distributed to collect data. The most important results The study concluded that the basic hypothesis was accepted, that is, there is a significant relationship between the positioning of the commodity and consumer behavior, and that the opinions of the sample about the items of the questionnaire were mostly positive. اشكالية استغلال الذهب الازرق كاستراتيجية للتنمية المستدامة بالجزائر

الجزائر تملك مؤهلات كبيرة من الثروات الطبيعية وخاصة الثروة المائية، لكن للأسف ضعف الاستغلال الامثل لها ، فالجزائر تمتلك في شكل مخزون من الثروة المائية، وبالتحديد في الجنوب الجزائري، كما ان الصحراء الجزائرية تنام على مخزون مائي هام جدا، يجعلها قادرة على النهوض بالمنطقة لتكون وجهة جذب استثماري وسياحي وتجاري هام. تهدف هذه الدراسة تقدير مستوى استغلال الثروة المائية كموارد متجددة من خلال اعتماد المنهج الوصفي واستخدام تحليل المحتوى كأداة للدراسة. وقد توصلنا الى ان الجزائر رغم الخطة الاستراتيجية اتجاه الذهب الازرق، لم يستغل بشكل الامثل، لابد من توفير امكانيات اكثر لاستغلال هاته الثروة، نظرا للأهمية الاقتصادية في استثمار الثروة المائية. Algeria possesses great qualifications of natural resources, especially water wealth, but unfortunately, the optimum exploitation of it is weak. This study aims to estimate the level of exploitation of water resources as a renewable resource by adopting the descriptive approach and using content analysis as a tool for the study. We have concluded that Algeria, despite the strategic plan towards blue gold, has not been optimally exploited. More possibilities must be provided to exploit this wealth, given the economic importance of investing in water wealth.
دراسة العلاقة السببية طويلة الأجل بين التنويع الاقتصادي والنمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر للفترة (1990-2019)

This study aimed to try to highlight the importance of economic diversification and its impact on economic growth by finding the long-term causal relationship between the two variables in Algeria for the period (1990-2019) using the Toda and Yamamoto 1995 methodology to test causality, which is based on the VAR autoregressive vector model. The results of this study showed the absence of a causal relationship between the independent variable, the value added of medium and high-tech industries, which expresses economic diversification, and per capita GDP, which expresses economic growth, with a causal relationship between each of the two independent variables, oil resource revenues as a percentage of gross domestic product and value Additives in the agricultural sector (a percentage of GDP) as expressive of economic diversification and economic growth
Renewable Energy And Energy Efficiency: Evidence From Tecnalia Company

This study aims to determine the existing synergy among renewable energies and energy efficiency, by identifying their advantages and benefits, to do that evidence is taken from Tecnalia company which is considered as a pioneer and leading company in the field of renewable energies and energy efficiency . The results of the study reveal that: First, Tecnalia company can help organizations to save more energy and achieve the energy efficiency, by providing some innovative products. Second, Tecnalia provides for organization the service to use and adopt the renewable energy sources. Third, Tecnalia provides some efficient renewable products. Finally, energy efficiency and Renewable energy are working in synergy to reach global energy decarbonization. When pursued together, they result in higher shares of renewable energy, a faster reduction in energy intensity, and lower energy system costs. This also brings environmental and social benefits, such as less air pollution. Moreover, all countries can benefit from the important synergies between renewable energies and energy efficiency. Specific technologies enable energy efficiency and renewable energies in the energy and end-use sectors.

تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى إبراز أهمية التسويق الالكتروني داخل المنظمات الخيرية من أجل تعزيز مسؤولياتها الاجتماعية الملقاة على عاتقها، وقد تم اختيار جمعية كافل اليتيم بريكة لإجراء الدراسة الميدانية نظرا لطبيعة نشاطها الاجتماعي والموجه أساسا لخدمة فئة معينة من المجتمع وهي الأرملة واليتيم، حيث تم توزيع استبيان الكتروني على عينة من جمهور الجمعية (محسنين، أعضاء، مستفيدين، متابعين) والذين يمثلون عملاء بالنسبة لها، وقد بلغت عينة الدراسة 96 مفردة. تم التوصل إلى ضرورة انتهاج أسلوب التسويق الالكتروني من خلال جذب العملاء وتعريفهم بمختلف المشاريع الخيرية، مع خلق تواصل دائم ومستمر معهم، ثم مشاركتهم لمعرفة رغباتهم وتفضيلاتهم، إضافة إلى جمع معلوماتهم الشخصية لمعرفة مواقفهم وسلوكياتهم، وفي الأخير الاحتفاظ بهم ودفعهم إلى تكرار المساهمة في المشاريع الخيرية وهذا لضمان الاستمرارية في تبني هاته المشاريع ذات الأبعاد الاجتماعية، والصحية، والتربوية، والتكوينية. This paper aims to explore the importance of e-marketing within charitable organizations to strengthen their social responsibilities. The Bail Orphan Association Barika was selected to conduct the field study due to the nature of its social activity, which is primarily directed at serving a particular category of society, the widow and orphan. An electronic questionnaire was distributed to a sample of the society's audience. (Enhancers, members, beneficiaries, followers) who represent clients for them, with a sample study of 96 individuals. The need to adopt an electronic marketing approach by attracting clients and introducing them to various charitable projects, creating constant and continuous communication with them, then sharing their desires and preferences, as well as collecting their personal information to know their attitudes and behaviors, and finally retaining them and prompting them to repeat contributions to charitable projects to ensure continuity in adopting these projects with social, health, educational and formative dimensions.

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على الدور الذي يقوم به محافظ الحسابات في سبيل تدقيق حسابات الجمعيات الخيرية، وفي هذا الصدد فقد قمنا بدراسة حالة جمعية سنابل الخير بالدبيلة وهذا من خلال عرض التقرير الذي أعده محافظ الحسابات القائم بمراجعة حساباتها،والذي على أساسه استخلاصنا الدور الذي يلعبه محافظ الحسابات في تدقيق حسابات هذا النوع من الجمعيات والمتمثل أساسا في توضيح مواضع استخدام الإعانات المالية التي تتحصل عليه هذه الجمعيات،إضافة إلى التأكد من سلامة الآليات القانونية لصرفها،وأيضا إبراز مصادر الموارد المالية المختلفة التي تتحصل عليها تلك الجمعيات. تحليل أثر السياسات الاقتصادية على ميزان المدفوعات في الدول النامية "دراسة قياسية للفترة 2000-2018"

The study attempts to analyze the impact of economic policies on the balance of payments during the period from (2000-2018) using cross-sectional data models (Panel Data Models). And Oceania, and they are among the countries classified in the lower bracket of middle-income countries according to the classification of the World Bank, and this was done by testing a standard model related to the coordination of economic policies and their impact resulting from the interaction and integration of policies in the balance of payments. Relationship, And that the balance of payments balance is positively affected by each of the following variables: the general government debt, the official exchange rate and the index of economic freedom, while it is negatively affected by each of the following variables: government spending, the tax burden index, and the real effective exchange rate had no effect on the balance of payments during the study period.
آليات نجاح تطبيق الحوكمة في الجامعة الجزائرية: أنموذج مقترح

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على واقع الحوكمة في الجامعات الجزائرية، من خلال البحث في الآليات التي يمكن أن تساهم في نجاح تطبيق هذا الأسلوب الإداري الحديث، بغية معالجة الاختلالات التي تعاني منها المؤسسات الجامعية الجزائرية في هياكلها وبرامجها التعليمية ومختلف عملياتها الإدارية، مقترحين من أجل ذلك أنموذجا للحوكمة، وقد اعتمدنا من أجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن نجاح تطبيق الحوكمة في الجامعة الجزائرية، يتطلب ضرورة توفير كافة الوسائل والظروف والتشريعات القانونية اللازمة لنجاح الممارسات المرتبطة بهذا الأسلوب، في صورة: تدعيم الاستقلالية المالية والإدارية للجامعات، تدعيم الحرية الاكاديمية، الاعتماد على الشفافية في جميع المجالات، تثمين نظام الجودة وتحسينه، التقييم الذاتي المستمر، الاعتماد على مبدأ المساءلة...وغيرها من المبادئ الضرورية، كما يعد إنشاء مجلس لحوكمة الجامعات على مستوى الوزارة الوصية، توكل له مهمة إرساء هذا النظام، وفق مقاربة زمنية محددة ومدروسة، أمرا ذو أهمية بالغة. This study focused on the reality of governance in Algerian universities, by researching the mechanisms that can contribute to the success of the application of this modern administrative method, in order to address the imbalances that Algerian university institutions suffer from in their structures, educational programs and various administrative processes. For this purpose, a model of governance has been proposed., In order to achieve the objectives of the study, we relied on the descriptive analytical method. This study aimed to test the effect of organizational trust on organizational commitment among workers in the Textile and Equipment Corporation - Biskra. In order to ascertain the existence of the effect, a questionnaire consisting of (26) items was developed as a tool for data collection, and it was distributed to (70) workers, and (65) valid questionnaires were retrieved for analysis. After testing the validity and reliability of the questionnaire, the data were statistically processed using (spss). The results revealed a statistically significant effect of organizational trust on organizational commitment. In addition, there is a statistically significant effect of each dimension of organizational trust (trust in management, supervisors and colleagues) on organizational commitment

Unconventional monetary policies are measures implemented by central banks to stem financial and banking crises. The objective of adopting unconventional monetary policies is to make up for the failure and inadequacies of conventional monetary policies, by exercising control over the money supply, interest rates, market liquidity and economic growth. The purpose of this article is to analyze the financial consequences of adopting an unconventional monetary policy.
