The Algerian Economy Between The Pandemic And The Outlook

Since November 2019, the world has suffered from the dire consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic. No country has been spared socially or economically. Given the inevitability of this virus to spread, academic studies have been very active in understanding the factors that expect it to spread and how to respond to them. As for this paper, we would like to know more about the economic impacts of this epidemic on the Algerian economy in terms of effective sectors. And by using the scientific material (national statistics and reliable sources) that allow measuring the direct impact of the pandemic and how it will affect the Algerian economy. The paper concluded the necessity of urgent intervention to decree control measures to diversify the economy by supporting small and medium enterprises while preserving the safety of the citizen.
The Financial Consequences Of Adopting An Unconventional Monetary Policy: The Case Of The Euro Area

L’effet De L’interaction De La Perception De Nouveauté Et Les Attributs De L’innovation Sur L’adoption De La Nouveauté, Cas « Aspirateur Roborock S7 »

L’innovation dans l’offre représente un moteur de création de valeur pour les clients et de rentabilité pour l’entreprise en participant au développement de son activité. De ce fait, nous avons essayé d’analyser le comportement des consommateurs des wilayas de Mostaganem, Oran et Alger envers les nouveautés d’aspirateur Roborock S7 et cerner laquelle des variables (la perception de l’innovation et les attributs perçus d’innovation) influence le plus l’adoption de la nouveauté. Les résultats obtenus montrent que les attributs perçus de l’innovation influencent positivement l’adoption du produit nouveau «aspirateur Roborock S7 », sauf le risque perçu, ce dernier l’influence négativement. Quant à la perception de l’innovation, elle influence positivement l’adoption du produit étudie. The innovation in the offer represents an engine of value creation for the customers and profitability for the company by participating in the development of its activity. Therefore, we tried to analyze the behavior of consumers in the wilayas of Mostaganem, Oran and Algiers towards the new Roborock S7 vacuum cleaner and to identify which of the variables (the perception of innovation and the perceived attributes of innovation) has the most influence on the adoption of the novelty. The results obtained show that the perceived attributes of innovation positively influence the adoption of the new product "Roborock S7 vacuum cleaner", except the perceived risk, which influences it negatively. As for the perception of the innovation, it positively influences the adoption of the studied product.
L’impact Du Démantèlement Tarifaire Sur La Diversification De L’économie Algérienne

Avec l’entrée en vigueur de l’accord d’association avec l’Union Européenne en 2005, l’Algérie a entamé un processus de libéralisation accélérée de son commerce extérieur car elle s’est engagée dans un démantèlement tarifaire. Le présent travail a pour objet d’analyser l’impact de ce démantèlement sur la diversification de l’économie algérienne à travers une analyse des données disponibles et la réalisation d’une étude économétrique. Ce travail nous a permis de montrer que cet Accord n’a pas produit les effets escomptés. Au contraire, il s’est répercuté négativement sur création de capacités de développement endogènes. With the entry into force of the association agreement with the European Union in 2005, Algeria began a process of accelerated liberalization of its foreign trade because it engaged in a dismantling of tariffs. The purpose of this work is to analyze the impact of this dismantling on the diversification of the Algerian economy through an analysis of the available data and the realization of an econometric study. This work has enabled us to show that this Agreement has not produced the expected effects. On the contrary, it has had a negative impact on the creation of endogenous development capacities.
L’intelligence économique Comme Vecteur Pour Le Système Lean : Essai De Modélisation

L’entreprise algérienne est soumise à une phase de mutations majeures dont l’objectif se situe dans la recherche d’une amélioration de la performance. C’est la raison pour laquelle de plus en plus d’entreprises adoptent la démarche Lean en vue de la performance selon les critères de Qualité, Coût et Délai. L’objectif de cette recherche est de conduire un examen théorique pour évaluer l’influence du Lean Management sur la performance des organisations. La Crypto Monnaie En Algérie : Entre Les Barrières Et Les Motivations.

L’objectif de cette étude est de porter un éclairage sur les facteurs d’influence de l’adoption des cryptomonnaies en Algérie, pour ce nous avons mené une enquête au près d’un échantillon de 207 personnes, nous avons appliqué les 5 points de mesure de Likert de (pas du tout d’accord-tout à fait d’accord).SPSS version 23 a été utilisé afin d’appliquer les différentes phases d’analyse des données. Nous sommes parvenu a quelques résultats qui ont démontré que le plus important facteur est l’influence sociale ayant un positif lien avec l’intention d’achat de la cryptomonnaie, ainsi l’utilité perçue représente le deuxième important facteur positif, les barrière dévoilées par l’étude et qui représentent à la fois des facteurs d’influence négatifs sont 4 dont le plus important est la religion ; après le risque perçu et l’interdiction par l’état ; la convertibilité et en dernier par ordre de forte corrélation. The main objective of this study is to shed light on the factors influencing adoption of cryptocurrencies in Algeria. We conducted a survey on a sample of 207 individual, we applied the 5 points of Likert measurement from (totally disagree to totally agree), SPSS version 23 was used to apply the different phases of data analysis. The results demonstrate that the most important factor is social influence having a positive link with intention to purchase cryptocurrency. thus, the perceived usefulness represents the second important positive factor, the barriers of cryptocurrencies adoption revealed by study and that represent negative influencing factors are 4, the most important is religion; perceived risk; state ban; convertibility in last in order of strong correlation.

This article attempts to assess the effectiveness of targeting inflation policy to reduce inflation in Algeria during the period 1990-2020, using annual data. In our research, inflation is represented by the change in the money supply (M) and the gross domestic product (GDP). The obtained results showed the weak effect of monetary policy in influencing inflation rates is due to the lack of complete independence of the Central Bank of Algeria in taking the correct decisions and measures to reduce inflation Rates.

R&d Capacity Of Algeria: Actors And Indicators

This study gives an overview of R&D capacity of Algeria, it examines indicators devoted to evaluating national R&D capacity performance, followed by a series of more detailed reviews of Algerian innovation system through analysis of the key R&D capacity actors. It also includes the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and challenges that Algeria is facing. The research undertaken clearly shows that Algeria poorly performs the R&D capacity indicators and the national innovation system on needs to be improved. The country has been invested in research and related infrastructure. Yet, the returns on these investments have not always yielded the necessary returns on issues including job creation, brain gain, scientific production, sustainable development. Algeria is still experiencing aftereffects from the bloody civil violence of 1992-2002, which caused considerable economic turmoil.
Renewable Energy And Energy Efficiency: Evidence From Tecnalia Company

This study aims to determine the existing synergy among renewable energies and energy efficiency, by identifying their advantages and benefits, to do that evidence is taken from Tecnalia company which is considered as a pioneer and leading company in the field of renewable energies and energy efficiency . The results of the study reveal that: First, Tecnalia company can help organizations to save more energy and achieve the energy efficiency, by providing some innovative products. Second, Tecnalia provides for organization the service to use and adopt the renewable energy sources. Third, Tecnalia provides some efficient renewable products. Finally, energy efficiency and Renewable energy are working in synergy to reach global energy decarbonization. When pursued together, they result in higher shares of renewable energy, a faster reduction in energy intensity, and lower energy system costs. This also brings environmental and social benefits, such as less air pollution. Moreover, all countries can benefit from the important synergies between renewable energies and energy efficiency. Specific technologies enable energy efficiency and renewable energies in the energy and end-use sectors.

This study aims to review the application prospects of activity-based costing system in Algeria, and in order to achieve the objective of the study and answer the following main question “can activity-based costing add value to the company management in Algeria?”, we conducted a study case in an industrial company based in the province of M’sila (Algeria) where we implemented an Activity-based costing system . Based on the results obtained we conclude that Activity-based costing can provide information about the activities that can be a decision-making base for the company management in Algeria, and concluded from the application of activity-based costing that the existence of a transparent business environment is mandatory for the proper application of cost accounting in general.

The results showed several key points, the most important of which is that employees in organizations are distinguished by innovation, competency management has an impact on the organization's innovation. The study made important recommendations, including the need for institutions to pay attention to the management of human competencies and knowledge, as it is the basis of competitive advantage as a strategic approach to improving enterprise innovation
أثر الإبداع التنظيمي على جودة الخدمة المقدمة في (شركة الاتصالات الفلسطينية Pal Tel)

هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد مستوى الإبداع التنظيمي لدى الموظفين الإداريين بشركة الاتصالات الفلسطينية (بال تل) من خلال الوقوف على مستويات الخدمة والكشف عن العلاقة الإحصائية وأثره في تعزيز الإبداع التنظيمي لدى الموظفين الإداريين وبيان أثر الإبداع التنظيمي في تحقيق جودة الخدمة في شركة الاتصالات الفلسطينية (بال تل) وكانت أهم النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطيه ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة ( ) بين الإبداع التنظيمي والطلاقة والمرونة والأصالة وأثره على مستوى جودة الخدمة المقدمة في شركة الاتصالات. The study aimed to determine the level of organizational creativity among administrative employees of the Palestinian Communications Company (Pal Tal) by standing at the levels of service and revealing the statistical relationship between organizational creativity and its impact on promoting organizational creativity among administrative employees and explaining the impact of organizational creativity in achieving the quality of service in the company Palestinian Communications (Pal Tal). The most important results were the existence of a correlation with statistically significant significance at the level of significance (  0.05 ) between organizational creativity, fluency, flexibility and originality and its impact on the level of the quality of the service provided in the telecommunications company.

Social transfers in Algeria are an important part of its government Support policy. Accounting for more than 20% of budget expenditures, and about 9% of Gross Domestic Product the rich and the poor. This study aims to analyze and measure the Impact of social transfers on economic growth in Algeria during the period (2000-2020) using the Autoregressive Distributed Time-Lapse (ARDL) approach. The study found that each 1% increase in social transfers results in a 3.55% increase in economic growth, and the positive and moral milestone indicates the role of social transfers in improving Algeria's economic growth and not merely social.
أثر الذكاء الاستراتيجي على أداء العاملين في شركات الاتصالات الأردنية

The study aimed to figure out the impact of the strategic intelligence on the performance of the employees in the Jordanian telecommunications companies through the dimensions of the strategic intelligence (foresight, system thinking, and partnership) and their impact on the performance of employees. The study adopted the descriptive, analytical approach as well as the questionnaire as a tool for data collection. (75) questionnaires were distributed to the members of the study sample, and they were analyzed through the (SPSS). The study concluded that the level of applying the strategic intelligence dimensions in the telecommunications companies was high where the foresight dimension ranked first followed by the partnership dimension in the second place and the dimension of the system thinking in the third and final dimension. The results also showed that the level of the performance of the employees in the Jordanian telecommunications companies was medium, and a statistically significant impact at sig. (α≤0.05) for the dimensions of the strategic intelligence on the performance of the employees in the telecommunications companies. The study recommends the need to adopt and deepen the concept of the strategic intelligence among the departments of organizations due to its great importance in facing changes and developments in the surrounding environment to help them make the right decisions in addition to pay attention to training the employees and adopt their new and creative ideas in line with the current and future situation.

This study aims to test the effect of adopting internal marketing on the quality of health service in Algerian health institutions, the impact of the internal marketing elements of employee selection, training, motivation, empowerment and internal communications on health service quality was tested, the study sample consisted of 100 employees of the Ibrahim Trichin Public Hospital Corporation in Blida, The questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection and included three parts, The data was analyzed using the SPSS statistical program, The study concluded that internal marketing with its combined dimensions does not have a positive impact on the quality of the health service provided in the institution.
إختبار كفاءة سوق إندونيسيا للأوراق المالية عند المستوى الضعيف

This study aims to test the efficiency of the Indonesian stock market at the weak level, on the basis of the daily data of the closing prices of the IDX index of the Indonesian stock market, during the period between 01/01/2017 and 31/12/2021, by testing the random walk hypothesis of the time series using unitary root tests: Dickey Fuller Expanded ADF, Phillips-Peron PP test, autocorrelation test and normal distribution test. The study concluded that the IDX composite index series is characterized by instability and does not follow a normal distribution, as it is characterized by random movement during the study period, meaning that the Indonesian stock market is an efficient market at the weak level, which means that it responds quickly and to a high degree to the information received by the market.
أزمة كوفيد-19 بين محرك وعائق للمقاولاتية

يهدف هذا البحث لإبراز مدى تأثير أزمة كوفيد-19 على الحياة الاقتصادية والمقاولاتية بمختلف أنواعها ونشاطاتها وخاصة المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة والمؤسسات الناشئة، ومدى تأثيرها على بعض القطاعات واقتصاديات مختلف الدول. من خلال هذا البحث تبين أن أزمة كوفيد-19، رغم أنها كانت السبب في تعثر العديد من القطاعات وأثرت سلبا على المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في جميع أنحاء العالم، كانت محرك ربح لقطاعات أخرى، وخاصة قطاع الصناعة الصيدلانية، وأعطت دفعا قوي للمؤسسات الناشئة وللمؤسسات الناشطة في مجال التكنولوجيا والرقمنة. في الجزائر، عانت المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة كثيرا من الأزمة، رغم أن هذه الأخيرة كانت سببا في ظهور العديد من المقاولين والمؤسسات الناشئة. This research aims to highlight the extent to which the COVID-19 crisis affects all different types and activities of economic life and entrepreneurship, especially small and medium enterprises (SME) and start-ups, and its impact on the economies of various countries. This research shows that, despite the fact that Covid-19 crisis was the cause of the faltering of many sectors and negatively affected small and medium enterprises around the world, it was a profit engine for other sectors, especially the pharmaceutical industry, and gave a strong boost to enterprises active in technology, digitization and start-up. In Algeria, small and medium enterprises have suffered a lot from the crisis. On the other side, this crisis has caused the emergence of many entrepreneurs and start-ups.
اشكالية استغلال الذهب الازرق كاستراتيجية للتنمية المستدامة بالجزائر

الجزائر تملك مؤهلات كبيرة من الثروات الطبيعية وخاصة الثروة المائية، لكن للأسف ضعف الاستغلال الامثل لها ، فالجزائر تمتلك في شكل مخزون من الثروة المائية، وبالتحديد في الجنوب الجزائري، كما ان الصحراء الجزائرية تنام على مخزون مائي هام جدا، يجعلها قادرة على النهوض بالمنطقة لتكون وجهة جذب استثماري وسياحي وتجاري هام. تهدف هذه الدراسة تقدير مستوى استغلال الثروة المائية كموارد متجددة من خلال اعتماد المنهج الوصفي واستخدام تحليل المحتوى كأداة للدراسة. وقد توصلنا الى ان الجزائر رغم الخطة الاستراتيجية اتجاه الذهب الازرق، لم يستغل بشكل الامثل، لابد من توفير امكانيات اكثر لاستغلال هاته الثروة، نظرا للأهمية الاقتصادية في استثمار الثروة المائية. Algeria possesses great qualifications of natural resources, especially water wealth, but unfortunately, the optimum exploitation of it is weak. An important investment, tourist and commercial attraction. This study aims to estimate the level of exploitation of water resources as a renewable resource by adopting the descriptive approach and using content analysis as a tool for the study. We have concluded that Algeria, despite the strategic plan towards blue gold, has not been optimally exploited. More possibilities must be provided to exploit this wealth, given the economic importance of investing in water wealth.
الازمة الروسية الاوكرانية وتداعياتها على الامن الغذائي العربي

لقد كشفت الحرب الروسية – الاوكرانية عن هشاشة العلاقة بين النظام الغذائي العالمي ، وعواقبها الكبيرة على الامن الغذائي ، اذ عَرضت هذه الحرب الامن الغذائي في العالم للخطر ، ويعود ذلك الى الدور الكبير الذي تؤديه اوكرانيا كونها تعد مورد عالمي للأغذية ، وذلك لان قطاع الزراعة والانشطة المتعلقة بها تساهم بشكل كبير في اقتصاد العربي ، وتشكل كل من روسيا واوكرانيا معا 25% من صادرات العالم من الحبوب ، وان الحرب بين البلدين افقدت اوكرانيا السيطرة في التصدير الغذاء مما تسبب بإضرار جسيمة في تجارة وانتاج الغذاء في العالم ، فضلا عن قيام البلدان في المبالغة في زيادة حجم مخزونها من المنتجات الغذائية تحسبا للتقلبات المحتملة في الانتاج والتصدير وارتفاع الاسعار ، تقوم الفرضية على ان الازمة بين روسيا واوكرانيا لها تأثير سلبي على الامن الغذائي العالمي والعربي وذلك نتيجة النقص الذي يحصل سلسلة القيمة الغذائية والمعوقات التي تعرقل شبكة الامداد العالمية من الغذاء واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لمعرفة تداعيات الحرب على الامن الغذائي ،وتوصلت الدراسة ان الحرب تؤشر سلبا على الامن الغذائي بسبب النقص في الامدادات الغذائية في اغلب البلدان العربية The Russian-Ukrainian war revealed the fragility of the relationship between the global food system, and its great consequences for food security, as this war jeopardized food security in the world, due to the great role that Ukraine plays as it is a global supplier of food, because the agricultural sector and related activities It contributes significantly to the economy of this country, and together, Russia and Ukraine constitute 25% of the world’s exports of grain, and that the war between the two countries lost control of Ukraine from the regions, causing severe damage to trade and food production in the world, as well as the countries exaggerating in Increasing the volume of its stock of food products in anticipation of possible fluctuations in production and export and price hikes. The study used the descriptive analytical method to know the repercussions of the war on food security. The study concluded that the war negatively affects food security due to the shortage of food supplies.
