Item مدى توفر المهارات الأساسية لدى مدير المشروع(جامعة الوادي University of Eloued, 2024-12-26) سليماني ،منيرةThe research paper purpose to reveal the availability of the basic skills of the project manager, namely time management, cost management, and scope management. To achieve the aim of the study, a questionnaire was developed and distributed to the study sample, which consisted of 37 individuals, at the ELPI Foundation in the state of Annaba - Algeria, which is a construction institution specialized in the completion of residential projects. The data will be processed based on the SPSSV23 program and the appropriate statistical tests will be carried out (Cronbach’s alpha coefficient, arithmetic mean, standard deviation and coefficient of relative variation, t-test for one sample). The results resulted in the availability of basic skills for the project manager in the institution under study, most notably scope management. The study also suggests enhancing project management skills through training and participation in consultations to refine them and gain more experience.Item دور المؤسسات والهيئات الداعمة للصادرات خارج المحروقات(جامعة الوادي University of Eloued, 2024-12-26) لعمالسة ،حاجتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور المؤسسات التي أنشأتها الدولة الجزائرية لدعم الصادرات خارج المحروقات وترقية تجارتها الخارجية، و تنويع اقتصادها الذي يعتمد أساسا على الإيرادات النفطية، في ظل مخطط الإنعاش الاقتصادي 2020/2024 الذي أطلقه رئيس الجمهورية بعد الركود الذي شهده الاقتصاد الجزائري جراء جائحة كورونا (كوفيد 19)، وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن هناك حدوث انتعاش في نمو الاقتصاد الجزائري الذي بلغ 4.1 % سنة 2023 ، مع تسجيل فائض في الميزان التجاري بلغ أكثر من 18 مليار دولار لنفس السنة، وذلك لتحسن ظروف التصدير وكذا الدور الفعال الذي تلعبه هذه الهيئات والمؤسسات على غرار الصندوق الخاص لترقية الصادرات والشركة الوطنية للمعارض والتصدير "صافكس"؛ This study aims to highlight the role of the institutions established by the Algerian state to support non-hydrocarbon exports, promote its foreign trade, and diversify its economy, which depends mainly on oil revenues, in light of the 2020/2024 economic recovery plan; Which was launched by the President of the Republic after the recession that the Algerian economy witnessed as a result of the Corona pandemic (Covid 19). The sample of the study was the managers and heads of departments of the hotel group of the state of Béjaia. The questionnaire was used as a method of collecting primary data by distributing a total of 40 questionnaires, of which 32 questionnaires were retrieved. The results were analyzed using the statistical program SPSS V26. We reached the conclusion that there is a positive impact of the application of the concept of internal communication on the competitive advantage of tourism organizations, the study sample. The study seeks to explore frameworks in the institution under study on the extent to which the institution adopts and applies training dimensions. To achieve the study's objectives, 95 questionnaires were distributed and processed using the SPSS statistical programme. training ", where the study demonstrated that training had a significant impact on the performance of its personnel.Item أثر القيادة التحويلية على ديناميكية الجماعة في المؤسسة(جامعة الوادي University of Eloued, 2024-12-26) هارون ،سميرة; عرابي ،محفوظThis study aimed to analyze the relationship and clarify the impact of transformational leadership in its basic dimensions on group dynamics in the economic institution, with a case study of a sample of economic institutions in the state of Bouira. The descriptive analytical approach was relied upon for its suitability to the objectives of the study, with the help of the statistical program "SPSS" in order to analyze the data and information collected through the questionnaire distributed to a sample of 250 workers. The study concluded that the correlation coefficient (R) between transformational leadership and group dynamics reached 0.897 at a significance level (α≤ 0.05), and with a coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.805. The study also concluded that the level of significance for the functional and personal variables is greater than the significance level (α≤ 0.05), which indicates the absence of statistically significant differences in the answers of the study sample members about group dynamics in the institutions under study attributed to personal and functional variables.Item استخدام التقنيات الحديثة للذكاء الاصطناعي في الدول العربية(جامعة الوادي University of Eloued, 2024-12-26) دقعة، أحمد; حنيش ،أحمدتهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى إبراز الجهود المبذولة من طرف الدولة الجزائرية من اجل الاعتماد على تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي في مجال تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية، وكذلك إبراز أهم التحديات التي يواجهها تطبيق الذكاء الاصطناعي في الجزائر، خاصة الصعوبات المتمثلة في البنية التحتية في مجال حصر البيانات الضخمة التي يحتاجها الذكاء الاصطناعي، وأيضا إلى التشريعات والقوانين المنظمة إلى هذه التقنية، كما تتناول هذه الدراسة إلى تقديم أهم الجهود التي تبذلها الجزائر من اجل تذليل الصعوبات والعراقيل من اجل تطبيق الذكاء الاصطناعي في مجال التنمية الاقتصادية، وقد خلصت الدراسة الى انه بإمكان الجزائر الدخول الى عالم التكنولوجيا من بابها الواسع اذا عرفت كيف توظف تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي، والاهتمام بالمعرفة والبحث العلمي، والاستغلال الأمثل لمواردها البشرية. This research paper aims to highlight the efforts made by the Algerian state to rely on artificial intelligence technologies in the field of achieving economic development, as well as highlighting the most important challenges facing the application of artificial intelligence in Algeria, especially the difficulties represented in the infrastructure in the field of limiting the big data needed by artificial intelligence, and also the legislation and laws regulating this technology. This study also addresses the most important efforts made by Algeria to overcome the difficulties and obstacles in order to apply artificial intelligence in the field of economic development. The study concluded that Algeria can enter the world of technology through its wide door if it knows how to employ artificial intelligence technologies, pay attention to knowledge and scientific research, and make optimal use of its human resources.Item الأمن الغذائي في الجزائر الأبعاد والمؤشرات(جامعة الوادي University of Eloued, 2024-12-26) حفظ الله، عبد الحكيم; الحمزة ،عبد الحليمThe study aimed to estimate the relationship between food security indicators and their determinants in Algeria during the period (1990-2022). The Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) model was applied to study the cointegration relationship and determine the extent of this relationship. The estimation results revealed that the error correction term was negative and significant at the 5% level, confirming the existence of a long-term equilibrium relationship between the study variables. Through diagnostic tests, it was found that the model is significant and there is no autocorrelation of errors or heteroscedasticity. The analysis results showed a positive relationship between the dependent variable, the food security index, and the explanatory variables, namely the cultivated area, gross domestic product, and wheat production.Item التسيير المالي العمومي في ظل تبني الجزائر معايير المحاسبة الدولية للقطاع العام(جامعة الوادي University of Eloued, 2024-12-26) طالبي، فاطمة الزهراء; بوطلاعة ،محمدتهدف هذه الدراسة الى ابراز الانعكاسات التي أحدثتها ثورة الإصلاحات المحاسبية والميزانياتية على الإدارة العمومية والتسيير المالي، بعد تطبيق الجزائر لمشروع تبني معايير المحاسبة الدولية للقطاع العام، وكذا إظهار أثر هذا التبني على كيفية تسيير المالية العمومية وما ورد من تغيرات ضمن القوانين المصدرة في الآونة الأخيرة وبالأخص تحديد علاقة القانون العضوي 18-15 المتعلق بقوانين المالية بالمعايير المحاسبية الدولية للقطاع العام. وعليه فقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي والمنهج التحليلي باعتبارهما الأنسب لهذا الموضوع. وقد توصلت الدراسة الى أن هناك علاقة بين القانون العضوي 18-15 ومعايير القطاع العام حيث تم ادراج مبادئ هذه الأخيرة ضمن بعض مواد القانون العضوي وكذا في التصنيف المحاسبي لنفقات وايرادات الدولة من اجل التطبيق الفعلي لها. This study aims to highlight the implications of the accounting and budgetary reform revolution on public administration and financial management following Algeria's implementation of the IPSAS adoption project, It also demonstrates the impact of such adoption on the functioning of public finances and the changes in recent laws, in particular the determination of the relationship of Organic Act 18-15 on finance laws to IPSAS. Accordingly, descriptive and analytical approaches have been used as the best fit for the topic. The study found that there is a relationship between Organic Law 18- 15 and public sector standards. The latter's principles were included in some articles of organic law as well as in the accounting classification of state expenditures and revenues for their effective application.Item دراسة مساهمة بنك البركة الجزائر(جامعة الوادي University of Eloued, 2024-12-26) بلعابد، سيف الإسلام النوي; لفايدة ،عبد الله; مزنر، نسرينهدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى مساهمة بنك البركة الجزائر - وكالة قسنطينة - في تطوير المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة خلال الفترة (2019-2023) من خلال التمويل الإسلامي (المرابحة، المضاربة، الإيجار، السلم ...إلخ)، وذلك باعتماد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وإجراء دراسة ميدانية باستخدام أداة استبيان موجهة لعينة من 20 موظف من إجمالي 27 موظفًا في البنك المحل للدراسة. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن بنك البركة الجزائر - وكالة قسنطينة - يساهم بشكل فعال في تطوير المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، من خلال توفيره لصيغ تمويلية متنوعة تلبي احتياجاتها، وبفضل اهتمامه بتسهيل إجراءات التمويل الإسلامي. The study aimed to assess the contribution of alBaraka Bank - Agency of Constantine - in the development of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) during the period (2019-2023) through Islamic financing modes (Murabaha, Musharaka, Ijarah, Salam, etc.), using a descriptive-analytical approach and conducting a field study based on a questionnaire administered to a sample of 20 out of 27 employees at the bank under study. This study investigates Islamic securitization, focusing on the pioneering Saudi Arabian model. It analyzes the potential of the Algerian financial market to adopt Islamic sukuk, identifying key challenges and opportunities. The study concludes that Saudi Arabia's successful implementation of Islamic securitization is due to its comprehensive regulatory framework. By emulating this framework, Algeria can foster the growth of its Islamic finance sector. This research paper aims to identify E-commerce and digital supply chains by analyzing the relationship between expatriates in Shein. This leading fashion company has used digitalization in all its dealings. A descriptive methodology was adopted to define the variables and study the relationship between them in Shein. We reached a set of results, including There is a positive, complementary relationship between e-commerce and digital supply chains, as the former is the basis. The survey was used as a data collection tool with a sample size of 386 subscribers. Data analysis was performed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS V26). To accomplish this, we defined internal auditing, outlined its scope, and examined the latest internal audit standards issued in 2024. We also provided a definition of digital technology and its key branches. Additionally, we explored potential developments in the internal audit profession and anticipated challenges stemming from digital technology adoption. Our findings highlight that digital technology significantly reduces auditors' time investment and enhances performance quality. Participants were recruited through targeted outreach and selfselection, resulting in a diverse sample of aspiring entrepreneurs with varied backgrounds and experiences. Data was collected through a combination of surveys, interviews, and observations conducted throughout the duration of the program. This multimodal approach allowed us to gather both quantitative and qualitative insights into the participants' skill acquisition, mindset shifts, and overall learning journey as they navigated the challenges and opportunities of the digital entrepreneurship landscape.
