Abstract

This study came to the industrial establishment of BATIMETTAL "Structures of the West" in Ain Defla State to demonstrate the extent to which this institution relies on training programmes and their impact on the performance of its employees; Through the provision of supportive training programmes for the worker and the institution to reach the established goals in theory to publicize training and the extent to which it affects workers' performance, In practice, the subject is an institution similar to Algeria's active institutions that works to meet the needs of its clients, upgrade them and keep pace with development.
