    Entrepreneuriat Feminin Dans Le Secteur De L’artisanat Entre Obstacles Et Desir D’emancipation

    Résumé: L’entrepreneuriat féminin dans le secteur de l’artisanat reste un défi en Algérie. Même si les opinions au sujet de la femme travailleuse ont une tendance changeante et que la femme artisane est aujourd’hui aidée et assistée par la famille. Il reste tout de même des vices sociaux, économiques ou même administratifs qui font obstacles et constituent un réel défi pour la femme artisane. Cette étude porte sur l’entrepreneuriat féminin dans le secteur de l’artisanat et l’objectif est de connaitre les motivations derrières la création des femmes artisanes et les différents obstacles auxquels elles sont confrontées pendant et après leur création et comment elles ont pu les surmonter. Pour se faire, nous avons eu recourt à une étude de profondeur sur les artisanes de Bejaia. Les résultats de cette recherche mettent en exergue le travail artisanal, sur les avantages qu’il procure à ces femmes et au développement économique du pays.

    Le Lien Entre Syndrome De Landau-kleffner Et Les Déficits Du Langage

    Résumé: Cet article vise à aborder les caractéristiques cliniques, diagnostiques, thérapeutiques du syndrome de Landau-Kleffner, ou ce qu'on appelle l'aphasie épileptique acquise, cette dernière comprend une faiblesse neuropsychologique progressive associée à l'apparition d'une activité électrique dans l'EEG, ainsi qu'associée à la physiopathologie et des ondes élevées et continues pendant le sommeil, Outre le syndrome d'épilepsie acquise et même d'épilepsie bénigne de l'enfance accompagnée de mutations temporelles centrales avec des facteurs distincts tels que l'âge de l'enfant lors du début des crises, la zone d'épilepsie et la sévérité de son évolution, il est généralement associé à certains troubles du langage tels que le retard de langage, les difficultés d'apprentissage ou même l'autisme, ce qui rend difficile l’orthophoniste de poser un diagnostic précis des cas dus à des symptômes qui se chevauchent, sa connaissance des caractéristiques associées à ce syndrome facilite donc cette tâche, et ainsi soit orienté les cas selon leurs besoins, ou développer un programme de prise en charge efficace et précis childhood epilepsy accompanied by central temporal mutations with distinct factors such as the age of the child at the onset of the seizures, the area of epilepsy and the severity of its evolution, it is generally associated with certain language disorders such as language delay, learning difficulties or even autism, which makes it difficult for the speech therapist to make an accurate diagnosis of cases due to overlapping symptoms, his knowledge of the characteristics associated with this syndrome therefore facilitates this task, and so either refer cases according to their needs, or develop a program of efficient and precise treatment.

    Les Verbalisations Métagraphiques

    Résumé: La verbalisation métagraphique, inspirée des entretiens d’explicitation de Vermersch (1991) favorise la métacognition. En effet, le scripteur est conduit à réfléchir à la fois sur la langue écrite comme objet d’étude et sur son propre fonctionnement. Ceci nous conduit à nous demander : Quelle méthodologie mettre en place afin d’accompagner les scripteurs, à savoir des étudiants universitaires dans le retour réflexif sur le fonctionnement de la langue ? Partant de l’analyse de verbalisations métagraphiques menées avec lesdits étudiants, nous postulons à ce titre, que l’accent serait mis sur une méthodologie qui pourrait être transposée dans le milieu institutionnel et ce, afin d’aider les scripteurs à expliciter leurs cheminements cognitifs voire, leurs choix orthographiques.university students, in the reflective feedback on the functioning of the language?     Measurement Of Walking Level In Hypertensive Patients

    This study aimed to know the level of walking activity by comparing it with what is recommended by international organizations, as well as knowing the attitudes of patients with high blood pressure towards walking. The research sample consisted of 356 participants between the ages of 62-78 years with high blood pressure from wilaya ''EL OUED''. Materials: The researchers used the questionnaire to collect data, as the questionnaire was prepared by the researchers, verifying its validity and then distributing it to the participants.Results: The study concluded that 20.79% of the participants walk regularly and 79.21% do not walk regularly.77.25% cover a distance of less than 2 km, 22.75% cover a distance of more than 3 km. 62.64% allocate less than 30 minutes to a session, 37.36% allocate more than 30 minutes to a session. conclusion: level of walking among the participants is less than what is recommended by the international organizations, and him attitudes were negative towards walking.

    Role Of Non-governmental Organizations In Development Education

    Abstract: Education plays a crucial role in the development process. Education contributes to empowering individuals and developing their abilities and skills, thus making better use of resources and achieving personal and community progress. NGOs agree that supporting and developing education is one of the priorities of inclusive development efforts. These organizations finance and implement education projects and provide financial and technical support to Governments with a view to raising the level and quality of education. Through its work at the domestic and international levels, NGOs can identify gaps and weak points in the education system and draw attention to them. Often, these organizations offer an innovative and flexible solution to education problems and fill gaps that governments may not be able to address on their own. In addition, NGOs' cooperation with Governments in the formulation and implementation of educational plans enhances public-private partnership and coordination, contributing to better outcomes and enhancing the effectiveness of educational efforts. The role of non-governmental organizations in promoting and developing education is of great importance and can lead to positive and sustainable change in education and human development.

This article explores the differences and the intricate task of translating prepositions between English and Arabic, two languages from different language families – Germanic and Semitic, respectively. Through an indepth analysis of the linguistic and cultural factors that influence preposition translation, this article sheds light on the complexities faced by translators. It examines the varying syntactic and semantic functions of prepositions, as well as the cultural nuances that affect their usage. By delving into these challenges, this article aims to provide a comparative study of the use of prepositions in the Quranic context between the Arabic and English languages as contribution to the field of translation studies.

    Abstract: The objective of this study is to estimate and test the impact of Islamic finance on economic growth case of the Malaysian economy using quarterly data during the period Q1 2014 to Q4 2018.The variables included in this study are GDP, Islamic gross finance The least squares method is used to estimate the VAR model, the results obtained confirmed that Gross Islamic Finance have a significant effect on the GDP; therefore, we conclude the positive impact Islamic banking in increasing economic growth for Malaysia's economy. الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو تقدير واختبار تأثير التمويل الإسلامي على حالة النمو الاقتصادي للاقتصاد الماليزي باستخدام البيانات ربع السنوية خلال الفترة من Q1-2014 إلى -Q42018، والمتغيرات المدرجة في هذه الدراسة هي الناتج المحلي الإجمالي والتمويل الإسلامي الإجمالي تم استخدام طريقة المربعات الصغرى لتقدير نموذج الانحدار الذاتي VAR، حيث أكدت النتائج المتحصل عليها أن التمويل الإسلامي له تأثير كبير على الناتج المحلي الإجمالي، وبالتالي نستنتج الأثر الإيجابي للصيرفة الإسلامية في زيادة النمو الاقتصادي للاقتصاد الماليزي.

    أثر التوجهات الإستراتيجية الاستباقية في تعزيز الميزة التنافسية لمنظمات الأعمال

    هدفت هذه الدراسة لمعرفة تصورات المبحوثين في منظمات الأعمال بمؤسسة البسكرية للاسمنت حول أثر التوجهات الإستراتيجية الاستباقية ببعديها -استطلاع المستقبل؛ البحث عن الفرص- في تعزيز الميزة التنافسية، حيث تم الاعتماد على الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات من العينة المقدرة بـ (38) إطارا في الإدارة العليا. وتم التوصل إلى نتائج مفادها وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية للتوجهات الإستراتيجية الاستباقية في تعزيز الميزة التنافسية للبسكرية للاسمنت عند مستوى دلالة (0.05=α)، وأن مستوى انتهاج توجه إستراتيجي استباقي ومستوى الميزة التنافسية بالبسكرية للاسمنت جاء "عاليا"، إذ وجدنا أن (89.30%) من التغيرات الحاصلة في الميزة التنافسية لمنظمات الأعمال سببها انتهاج توجهات إستراتيجية استباقية مناسبة. Abstract: The aim of this study is to identify the researchers perceptions of business organizations at elbiskria cement company about the impact of proactive strategic orientations from two dimensions - foresight future, opportunities-seeking- in enhancing the competitive advantage, and we used the questionnaire as a main tool to collect data from a sample survey of (38) staff workers. the study brought about several implications, including the existence of an effect of statistical significance for proactive strategic orientations in it’s various dimensions at the strengthen competitive advantage in business organizations at significant level of (α=...0). In this regard, we found that there are high level of proactive strategic orientations and competitive advantage in elbiskria cement, and )%03.9.( of the change occurred in competitive advantage caused by appropriate proactive strategic orientations.

    لا يرعوي الاغتراب عن كونه من أبرز التيمات التي شُيدت عليها القصائد القِناعيّة، نظراً لتوازي طبيعتها الرامزة مع هذه القضايا الحساسة، التي يتبدّى من خلال مُساءلتها الهم الفردي والجمعي المعاصر، وتنكشف تطوحات الشاعر بين حالتي الأمل والألم، نظير سعيه الجاد لإحداث تغيير في الأمم الموبوءة، التي أضحت مجرد سبايا ممزقة ومتناحرة بسبب عشوائية المنطق العقيم المتفشي فيها، وبما أن القناع الفني يحمل ما هو حقيقي وما هو غير حقيقي، فقد حرّر بهذا المبدأ الشاعر المعاصر من حالة التوجس والخوف التي حدّت من صوته، ليمهد له سُبل الكشف عما يعتريه من ضغوط، بلغة موغلة في الدلالة الرامزة. Abstract: Alienation remains one of the most prominent themes upon which persuasive poems are constructed, considering its symbolic nature which is evident by means of questioning the contemporary person and collective concern, as well as the poet's aspirations of hope and pain, juxtaposed to his dedicated endeavor toward change to the nations that became captives, torn due to the common mindset. subsequently released the contemporary poet from the state of trepidation and fear that constrained his voice, paving the way to expose the stresses in a deep symbolic importance, because the artistic mask bears authenticity and realness.

    التطوعي في ظل جائحة كورونا، جمعية أنت الخير بلدية المزرعة – أنموذجا-، الى محاولة التعرف عن العمل التطوعي الذي تقوم به جمعية أنت الخير ببلدية المزرعة في ظل جائحة كورونا، وفيما تتمثل علاقته بالنشاط الاتصالي الجمعوي. كان ولا يزال العمل التطوعي هو الدعامة الأساسية في بناء المجتمع ونشر الود والتراحم ،وتحقيق التعاون بين أفراد المجتمع، حيث بات اليوم من بين الضروريات الملحة ،كما كانت للجمعية الخيرية دلالات ايجابية من ناحية بث روح الأخوة والتعاون بين أفراد المجتمع ولها دور واضح في التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية للمجتمع ويكون ذلك بالاتصال الذي يسهل عملية التواصل بين أفراد المجتمع، ويلعب دورا في تعزيز العمل الجمعوي مع التعريف بمختلف نشاطات الجمعية وسهولة الوصول الى الفئات المستهدفة.Abstract: This study, titled: Collective Communication and its Relationship to Voluntary Work, aimed In light of the Corona pandemic, You are the Good Association in the municipality of Al-Mazraa - a model -, to try to identify the volunteer work carried out by the Association You are the Good in the municipality of Al-Mazraa in light of the Corona pandemic, and its relationship to the collective communication activity. In no case can we say that there is a particular approach to the right of access to information, because the protection of archives is essential, and archival practice is also the same, so the possibility of consulting the public archives in Algeria, for example. it is governed by political and legal traditions, so it is difficult for archives services to deal with the so-called protection of the rights of individuals on the one hand, and the confidentiality of archival documents. إنّ النظر إلى قابلية الإطلاع على الوثائق الأرشيفية المحفوظة مرهون بالتقاليد السياسية والإدارية والقانونية والثقافية السائدة في كل بلد فلا يمكن في حال من الأحوال أن نقول هناك مقاربة خاصة في حق الحصول على المعلومة فحماية الأرشيف تفرض نفسها والممارسة الأرشيفية كذلك فقابلية الإطلاع على الأرشيف العمومي في الجزائر مثلا تحكمه تقاليد سياسية وقانونية فيصعب على مصالح الأرشيف سماح المستعملين الوثائق كالأشخاص مثلا الإطلاع عليها رغم ما ينص عليه القانون من آجال المحددة واطلاع بحرية على بعض الوثائق دون تحديد المدة إلاّ أنّ المصالح الأرشيف نجد نفسها أمام ما يسمى حماية حقوق الأفراد من جهة وسرية وخصوصية الوثائق الأرشيفية.

    تحاول هذه الدراسة أن تقدم قراءة لنظام الأسرة الغربية بالتحليل، وبالتركيز على نموذجي الحداثة وما بعدها من خلال الرؤية النسوية التي ترى بأن الأسرة اليوم أصبحت عائقا أمام المرأة يقمع الحريات ويقتل الإبداعات، ومن ثمة كانت دعوتها إلى تفكيكها من أجل الاستفادة من الطاقات الإنسانية والمرأة على الخصوص. وطبعا قامت هذه الدعوة على أساس النظر إلى العناصر المشكلة للنسيج الأسري على أنهم أفراد وليسوا أعضاء، متخطية بل ومتحدية بذلك كل السنن الكونية التي لا يمكن نكرانها وفي مقدمتها تجاهل الفطرة الإنسانية ، والانفصال عن المرجعية الدينية والأخلاقية وإحلال قيم التعاقد والتعاند مكان قيم التراحم والتوادد . Abstract : This study seeks to provide a reading of the Western family system by analyzing the models of modernity and its aftermath through the feminist vision, which believes that the family has become an obstacle in front of women, suppressing freedoms and creativity. Of course, this call was based on looking at the members as individuals, defying all the cosmic norms that cannot be denied, including ignoring human instinct, separating from religious and moral reference, and replacing the values of contract with the values of compassion.

    Abstract: Institutions and archive centers seek to provide services to beneficiaries within the framework of the task of making available and valuing their archival assets, Where it has achieved, through website services, access to the beneficiaries as widely as possible, and has put in their hands the archival and paper stocks that have been digitized and made available by default. Through this study, we shed light on the experience of the Qatar Digital Library in providing and valuing archival assets via the web, to introduce this experience to the public of researchers and those interested, and Trying to rate the site based on website evaluation criteria, and analysis of available services aimed at valuation of digitized stocks, We have come to the great development of the Qatar Digital Library website, which has effectively contributed to the process of availability and valuation, The impact of the cooperation agreement with the British Library on the success of this project. ملخص: تسعى المؤسسات ومراكز الأرشيف لتقديم خدماتها للمستفيدين في إطار مهمة إتاحة وتثمين أرصدتها الأرشيفية، حيث حققت من خلال خدمات مواقع الويب الوصول للمستفيدين على أوسع نطاق ممكن ووضعت بين أيديهم ما تكتتنزه من أرصدة أرشيفية ورقية تمت عملية رقمنتها واتاحتها بصورة افتراضية. من خلال هذه الدراسة قمنا بتسليط الضوء على تجربة مكتبة قطر الرقمية في اتاحة وتثمين الارصدة الأرشيفية عبر الويب، للتعريف بهذه التجربة لدى جمهور الباحثين والمهتمين، محاولين تقييم الموقع بناء على معايير تقييم مواقع الويب، وتحليل الخدمات المتاحة الرامية لتثمين الأرصدة المرقمنة، وقد توصلنا إلى التطور الكبير لموقع ويب مكتبة قطر الرقمية الذي ساهم مساهمة فعالة في عملية الاتاحة والتثمين، وتأثير اتفاق التعاون والشراكة مع المكتبة البريطانية في نجاح هذا المشروع.

    ملخص: الأزمة التربوية من بين عديد الأزمات العالقة والتي هي حيز الطرح و المعالجة في الفكر العربي المعاصر، لأهميتها المنبثقة من الموضوع الذي تتناوله و الوظيفة التي تؤديها وتكمن في إعداد الناشئة و تحقيق نمائها عبر العضوية الإجتماعية التي تختص بالتميز بالماهية الثقافية، ولأن هذا الفرد هو العنصر الأساسي في تطور المجتمعات وبناء الحضارات وصنعها بفاعلة الذات، بات من الضروري بمكان الإهتمام به في الدراسات التربوية والأطاريح الفلسفية ،وعليه فإن الإشكالية التي يترتب علنا إثارتها كيف يمكن التكامل الوظيفي بين الفعل الفلسفي و الفعل التربوي في عملية تأهيل الفرد والإرتقاء به لصفة المواطنة ولإكتمال بنيته الإجتماعية؟ و ماهي السبل التربوية والفلسفية الكفيلة بتحقيق تجاوز الفرد لذاته و لآليات عجزه أمام عديد العوائق الإبستيمية التي تعترض مساره أثناء قيامه بوظيفته الإجتماعية؟ و ما قيمة فلسفة الفعل في العملية التربوية؟ . Abstract: he educational crisis is one of many pressing issues that are the subject of discussion and examination in contemporary Arab thought. Its importance arises from the topic it addresses and the role it plays, which lies in preparing and nurturing the younger generation through the social organicity specialized in cultural excellence. Since the individual is the fundamental element in the development of societies, the construction of civilizations, and their self-empowerment, it has become imperative to focus on this individual in educational studies and philosophical frameworks. Therefore, the fundamental question that needs to be addressed is how functional integration can be achieved between philosophical action and educational action in the process of individual development and the enhancement of their citizenship and social structure. What are the educational and philosophical means capable of enabling the individual to surpass themselves and the mechanisms of their inadequacy in the face of numerous systemic obstacles encountered during the fulfillment of their social role? What is the value of the philosophy of action in the educational process?

    إنّ الاستقلال القطري يفرض بذل المجهود الأكبر للاهتمامات الوطنية وتركيز المؤسسات السّياسية، وفي الحالة التونسية كان الارتباط بالقضيّة الجزائرية يفرض حضوره القوي ويخلف تبعات خطيرة على استقرار النظام في تونس الناشئ خاصة بعد اتفاقيات منح الاستقلال لتونس، سيما مواقف وإجراءات رجال الساسة على وجه التحديد، وهو ما جعل المتتبعين للشأن المغاربي يتساءلون عن حقيقة التضامن التونسي الذي تكرس مع الثورة الجزائرية، ومآل آمال وحدة الكفاح المغاربي المشترك التي فجرتها هذه الثورة الجزائرية. Abstract: Qatari independence necessitates making the greatest effort for national interests and the concentration of political institutions. In the Tunisian case, the association with the Algerian cause imposed its strong presence and left serious consequences for the stability of the emerging regime in Tunisia, especially after the agreements granting independence to Tunisia, especially the positions and actions of politicians in particular, which is what It made observers of Maghreb affairs question the reality of the Tunisian solidarity that was established with the Algerian revolution, and the fate of the hopes and unity of the joint Maghreb struggle that this Algerian revolution sparked.

    التوافق المهني لدى المرأة العاملة

    هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن واقع التوافق المهني لدى المرأة العاملة بالمؤسسة العمومية الإستشفائية، حيث اعتمادنا على الإستمارة كأداة لجمع البيانات،وزعت على عينة قدرت ب (70) امرأة عاملة ومن أهم خصائصها أنها عينة عشوائية طبقية، وبعد معالجة البيانات باستخدام النسخة (22) للبرنامج الإحصائي (spss)،وتوصلت الدراسة الى النتيجة الاتية: توجد توافق مهني لدى المرأة العاملة في مؤسسة البحث. Abstract: This study aimed to reveal the reality the vocational adjustment among the working woman in the public hospital institution we adopted a questionnaire as a tool to collect the data, it was distributed to a stratified random sample of (70) women and after processing the data using version (22) of the statistical program (spss),the research led to the following result: - there is a vocational adjustment among the working woman in institution of question
