التوافق المهني لدى المرأة العاملة

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن واقع التوافق المهني لدى المرأة العاملة بالمؤسسة العمومية الإستشفائية، حيث اعتمادنا على الإستمارة كأداة لجمع البيانات،وزعت على عينة قدرت ب (70) امرأة عاملة ومن أهم خصائصها أنها عينة عشوائية طبقية، وبعد معالجة البيانات باستخدام النسخة (22) للبرنامج الإحصائي (spss)،وتوصلت الدراسة الى النتيجة الاتية: توجد توافق مهني لدى المرأة العاملة في مؤسسة البحث.
