تحاول هذه الدراسة أن تقدم قراءة لنظام الأسرة الغربية بالتحليل، وبالتركيز على نموذجي الحداثة وما بعدها من خلال الرؤية النسوية التي ترى بأن الأسرة اليوم أصبحت عائقا أمام المرأة يقمع الحريات ويقتل الإبداعات، ومن ثمة كانت دعوتها إلى تفكيكها من أجل الاستفادة من الطاقات الإنسانية والمرأة على الخصوص. وطبعا قامت هذه الدعوة على أساس النظر إلى العناصر المشكلة للنسيج الأسري على أنهم أفراد وليسوا أعضاء، متخطية بل ومتحدية بذلك كل السنن الكونية التي لا يمكن نكرانها وفي مقدمتها تجاهل الفطرة الإنسانية ، والانفصال عن المرجعية الدينية والأخلاقية وإحلال قيم التعاقد والتعاند مكان قيم التراحم والتوادد . Abstract : This study seeks to provide a reading of the Western family system by analyzing the models of modernity and its aftermath through the feminist vision, which believes that the family has become an obstacle in front of women, suppressing freedoms and creativity. Of course, this call was based on looking at the members as individuals, defying all the cosmic norms that cannot be denied, including ignoring human instinct, separating from religious and moral reference, and replacing the values of contract with the values of compassion.
Measurement Of Walking Level In Hypertensive Patients

This study aimed to know the level of walking activity by comparing it with what is recommended by international organizations, as well as knowing the attitudes of patients with high blood pressure towards walking. The research sample consisted of 356 participants between the ages of 62-78 years with high blood pressure from wilaya ''EL OUED''. Materials: The researchers used the questionnaire to collect data, as the questionnaire was prepared by the researchers, verifying its validity and then distributing it to the participants.Results: The study concluded that 20.79% of the participants walk regularly and 79.21% do not walk regularly.77.25% cover a distance of less than 2 km, 22.75% cover a distance of more than 3 km. 62.64% allocate less than 30 minutes to a session, 37.36% allocate more than 30 minutes to a session. conclusion: level of walking among the participants is less than what is recommended by the international organizations, and him attitudes were negative towards walking.
Role Of Non-governmental Organizations In Development Education

Abstract: Education plays a crucial role in the development process. Education contributes to empowering individuals and developing their abilities and skills, thus making better use of resources and achieving personal and community progress. NGOs agree that supporting and developing education is one of the priorities of inclusive development efforts. These organizations finance and implement education projects and provide financial and technical support to Governments with a view to raising the level and quality of education. Through its work at the domestic and international levels, NGOs can identify gaps and weak points in the education system and draw attention to them. Often, these organizations offer an innovative and flexible solution to education problems and fill gaps that governments may not be able to address on their own. In addition, NGOs' cooperation with Governments in the formulation and implementation of educational plans enhances public-private partnership and coordination, contributing to better outcomes and enhancing the effectiveness of educational efforts. The role of non-governmental organizations in promoting and developing education is of great importance and can lead to positive and sustainable change in education and human development.

تهدف الدراسة إلى الكشف عن التشكيل التركيبي والدلالي للعتبات العنوانية في الأعمال الشعرية لصاحبها محمد جربوعة. أُعتمد منهج تحليلي لخمسة دواوين شعرية. جاء البناء التركيبي لمعظم العناوين جمل اسمية متحررة في دلالاتها أبانت أحوال متعددة لذات سوية مسلمة بالفطرة، معتزة بدينها، متحسرة على وضع أمتها، تعيش المجهول وتعانق الحقيقة، متقلبة في أحاسيسها...، فأبدع الشاعر في وصفها معتمدا تشكيلا بصريا غاية في الدقة والإبهام. Abstract: The study aimed to discover the structural and semantic construction of the title thresholds in the poetic works of Mohammed Jarboua. It based analytical approach, where it was taken five Poetry collections. The structural construction of most titles was nominal sentences, that are liberal in their connotations, it demonstrated multiple conditions for the normal self, Muslim instinctive, proud of its religion, bemoans the circumstance of its nation, live in the unknown and embrace the truth, fickle in its feelings..., so the poet excelled in describing it through visually formed extremely accurate and vagueness.
حليات الزليج المعمارية في المباني العثمانية بالقصبة السفلى لمدينة الجزائر

ملخص: يعتبر الموروث المعماري من اهم المقومات الأساسية التي تعبر عن أصالة حضارة معينة، والرمز الروحي المعبر عن الهوية والمؤشر الحضاري لما وصلت له أمة معينة ليكون شاهداً على مدى تطورها، فغالباً ما تكون هذه المباني المعمارية الموروثة تعبر عن الوضع الاقتصادي أو الاجتماعي لتلك الأمة، ففي البداية انصب اهتمام الإنسان في إيجاد مسكن يأويه، وبعد استقراره عبر التاريخ أصبح يهتم بالناحية الجمالية لمسكنة، فأصبح يزخرف جدران مسكنه بأشكال زخرفية ثم تطورت هذه الحليات الزخرفية من حضارة الى أخرى ومن مبنى لآخر .فكانت المباني من دور وقصور ومساجد وحمامات هي انعكاس لطبيعة حياة السكان بأكملها، فهذا الإرث نسيج متكامل لا بد من الحفاظ عليه والقيام بتوثيقه . تكمن أهمية هذا الموضوع بأنها دراسة أثرية توثيقية لحليات الزليج المعمارية التي تزين قصور مدينة الجزائر التي ترجع للفترة العثمانية، خاصة أن بعض هذه الحليات بدأت تتآكل وتمحى تفاصيلها وبعضها في طريق الاندثار، فكان لا بد من وجود مرجع يوثق لمثل هذه النماذج الحاملة للزخارف وتحليلها. يكتسي موضوع هذه المداخلة أهمية بالغة بالنسبة لوطننا العزيز لما له من ارتباط وطيد بالعمارة واشكالها الزخرفية، وبشكل خاص في قصور الفترة العثمانية، وقد استقينا كحالة للدراسة نموذجين للدراسة هما " دار عزيزة والدار الحمراء" المميزان بتشكيلة زخرفية من الزليج رائعة الجمال. والمعلمان الواقعان بالقصبة السفلى لمدينة الجزائر يعتبران من الشواهد المادية التي تؤرخ للتطور المعماري لمرحلة الحكم العثماني بمدينة الجزائر والتي ارتبطت بشكل وثيق بالعمارة الإسلامية عامة بما تحمله في طياتها من رموز تعبر عنها. ولم تكن الحليات عشوائية في اشكالها أو في أماكن تواجدها، حيث يلاحظ أن بعض حليات الزليج يتكرر استعمالها في بعض القصور من نفس النمط. Résumé: Le patrimoine architectural est un des déterminants fondamentaux qui expriment l'originalité d’une civilisation et le symbole spirituel dans l’expression de l’identité des nations témoignant ainsi de l’étendue de leur évolution et du degré de leur épanouissement car il reflète le statut économique et social de ces nations. En effet, l’homme a commencé à chercher un abri pour se loger puis après s’être sédentarisé il a commencé à s’intéresser à l’esthétique de son habitation. Il s’est mis donc à décorer les murs de son habitation en utilisant des formes décoratives diverses qui se sont développés d’une civilisation à une autre et d’une habitation à une autre et se sont manifestées notamment dans les grandes demeures, palais, mosquées et hammams. Ces ornements étaient alors le reflet du mode de vie des habitants et représentent de ce fait un héritage culturel important qui doit être documenté et préservé. C’est dans cet objectif que vient s’insérer la présente recherche qui concerne une étude archéologique et descriptive des ornements architecturaux en carreaux de zellidj de l’époque ottomane et qui abondent dans l’architecture du vieil Alger surtout que cet héritage se détériore de plus en plus et que certains décors commencent à s’effacer et donc à se perdre. Ceci nous interpelle pour dresser une documentation de l’ensemble des modèles des carreaux de zellidj de cette période en vue de les analyser. La présente étude revêt ainsi une importance primordiale dans la sauvegarde et mise en valeur de notre patrimoine culturel puisqu’elle est en étroite relation avec l’étude des monuments historiques et les formes décoratives des décors qui revêtent leurs murs notamment de la période ottomane. Nous avons choisi comme cas d’étude deux exemples significatifs : Dar Aziza et Dar El Hamra situées dans la basse Casbah d’Alger qui sont très riches en matière de décor en zellidj d’une très bonne facture et qui forment des témoignages de l’architecture de l’époque qui s’inspirait de l’architecture islamique puisque on retrouve les mêmes décors et formes ornementales dans les maisons de même style.
معالم السياحة الدينية بولاية تيبازة بين المزار والطقوس

نحاول في هذه الدراسة المتواضعة البحث في المقومات السياحية التي تزخر بها إحدى أهم مدن البحر الأبيض المتوسط - منطقة تيبازة - تاريخيا واثريا وطبيعيا، و ذلك من خلال توفرها على معالم دينية قائمة إلى اليوم ، تعود إلى حقب حضارات مختلفة عرفتها منطقة شمال إفريقيا، والمتوزعة عبر إقليم ولاية تيبازة . كما سنحاول إبراز أهمية أهم المزارات التي ما زالت إلى اليوم تستقطب السواح الأجانب بصفة خاصة والمحلية بصفة عامة، وكذا الطقوس التي تمارس في هذه المعالم خفية في ظل سكوت وغياب النصوص التشريعية عنها ، والتي ساهمت بشكل كبير في عزوف السواح الاجانب عن التوجه الى الجزائر . Abstract: Through this research, we aim to highlight the tourist potential which constitutes an important asset, placing the region among the most famous cities in the mediterranean. The city and its region, thanks to both its history and archeological sites, trace the experience of different civilizations which succeeded one another on a thousand-year-old territory. Our interest will target the religious monuments that swarm over its urban network, these sanctuaries attracting foreign and local tourists every year where rituals are discreetly practiced in their ceans, thus perpetuating certain religious practices in the absence of the legislative texts. This situation penalizes tourists, especially foreigners, who often hesitate to go to Algeria.
أيديولوجية فرحات عباس في التحري عن كينونة الجزائر أمة ووطن بتحليل دوره في انتخابات 1946م- 1948 م أنموذجين

ملخص: كشفت فرنسا عن بغضها، وأن تصريحاتها مجرد وبال أوهام، في حين اعتدلت نفسية زعماء الحركة الوطنية بمراوغة فرنسا في أساليبها ومحاولة التضليل لإعادة إحياء النضال السياسي من جديد، لافتقار الحياة السياسية للنشاط، فقد تمخض عن الظروف السائدة قوانين سمحت بالنهوض بعد الركود للقادة وفي مقدمتهم فرحات عباس، بسيكولوجية أكثر مرونة في استيعاب طموح الشعب الجزائري لمطلب الهوية الجزائرية وأبلغ شدة في خطاب اللسان الاستعماري ببرنامج أكثر وضوحا والخوض في محطات الانتخابات. ففي الدراسة سنسلط الضوء على المشوار السياسي لفرحات عباس، بتفسير سيكولوجية هذا القائد ودوره في انتخابات المجلس التأسيسي الثاني جوان 1946م و انتخابات المجلس الجزائري أفريل 1948م.Abstract: France has revealed its hatred for its usual approach to the peoples of its colonies, as its statements have shown that its intentions with Algerians to reform are mere delusions, In contrast, it became clear that the psyche of the leaders of the National Movement was accustomed to evading France and its methods and attempting to pretend to allow them to resume the formation of political parties. and participation in the socalled elections at the 1946-1948 stations of an electoral college for Muslims, This motivated party leaders to relaunch the struggle in Algeria, led by Farhat Abbas aspiration to the Algerian identity demand and conveyed the intensity of the colonial rhetoric with a clearer programme and delving into the election stations. In the study, we will highlight Farhat Abbas's political career, explaining the psychology of this leader through his role in the elections for the Second Constituent Assembly of June 1946 and the elections for the Algerian Council of April 1948.
دور المواقع الأثرية الصحراوية في التنمية السياحية

يسلط هذا المقال الضوء على المواقع الأثرية الصحراوية باعتبارها داعم مهم لتنمية السياحة التاريخية وما يترتب عن هذه الأخيرة من مداخيل تساهم بصفة مباشرة في التنمية المحلية والوطنية بل وتعرف وتثمن التراث المادي واللامادي وطنيا ودوليا وتستقطب الباحثين الأكاديميين لتعميق بحوثهم .ولهذا أصبح من الضروري اليوم ايلاء الأهمية المستحقة لمثل هكذا مواقع أثرية المترامية الأطراف والسهر على حمايتها والحفاظ عليها بشتى الوسائل التكنولوجية المتاحة من أجل استغلالها في مجال السياحة العامة و العلمية. نتطرق في هذه المقال إلى المواقع الأثرية بالطاسيلي اناجر الذي صنفته منظمة اليونيسكو سنة 1982 ضمن أهم مواقع التراث العالمي المحمي ،من حيث طبيعته الجيولوجية،ولما يحمله من نقوش صخرية ومشاهد ودلالات حضارية ،نحاول تعريف مضامينها واقتراح السبل والاليات الواجب اتباعها لإبراز قيمتها الحضارية وترسيخها في الذاكرة الوطنية بأبعادها الحضارية والتاريخية لنبرز مدى قدم الحضارة الانسانية في الجنوب الشرقي الجزائري. Abstract: This paper observes the impact of the Saharan archaeological sites on the development of historical tourism and its revenue, which contributes to local and national development. In addition, it draws academic researchers to further their studies. Also, it recognizes and appreciates the national and international tangible and intangible heritage. As a result, in order to utilize these dispersed archaeological sites for both research and public purposes, it is now essential to give them the respect they deserve and to take all reasonable technological precautions to preserve and maintain them. The present work discusses the Tassili N'Ajjer archaeological sites, which were recognized by UNESCO in 1982 as among the most significant protected world heritage sites due to their geological significance, rock inscriptions, scenes, and cultural meanings they bear. A great effort has been made to characterize Tassili N'Ajjer's contents and provide the approaches and methods that should be used to emphasize its cultural significance and solidify its memory and its cultural and historical dimensions to demonstrate the antiquity of human civilization in southeastern Algeria.
مفهوم الاجتهاد وحتميته عند وحيد الدين خان

الاجتهاد في الإسلام هو الدليل القويّ على قابلية وصلاحية أحكام الشريعة الإسلامية لمواجهة جميع التحدّيات والأحداث والوقائع المستجدّة، وهو دليل كذلك على شمول الإسلام وصلاحيته لكلّ زمان ومكان. ولقد أرسى الإسلام أصولا ومبادئ وكلّيات تضبط حركة الاجتهاد لتلبية جميع الحاجيات، ولقد بيّن العلماء الأصوليون أحكام الاجتهاد وفصّلوا فيها ودعوا إليه. وفي العصر الحديث زادت الحاجة إلى الاجتهاد نظرا للتغيّر الهائل الذي شمل جميع مناحي الحياة، حيث عرف عدّة نوازل ووقائع احتيج فيها إلى اجتهادات جديدة، ولقد دعا العلماء المعاصرون إلى ضرورة الاجتهاد في مثل هذه الوقائع، ومن هؤلاء المفكّر الهندي وحيد الدين خان. تتناول هذه الدراسة مفهوم الاجتهاد ( تعريفه وشروطه وأحكامه )، وتقف على تأكيد وحيد الدين خان على أهمية الاجتهاد وضرورته في العصر الحديث، مع تسليط الضوء على مجالات ومواضيع وجب مراجعتها وإعادة الاجتهاد فيها . Abstract: Search in Islam is the strong evidence of the viability and validity of the rules of Islamic law to face all challenges, events and emerging realities, and it is also evidence of the comprehensiveness of Islam and its validity for every time and place. Islam established fundamentals, principles, and colleges that organise the movement of search to achieve all requirements, and fundamentalist scholars have clarified the rulings of search, elaborated on them, and did it. In the modern era, the need for search increased due to the tremendous change that included all aspects of life, as it witnessed several calamities and incidents in which new search was needed. Contemporary scholars must seek for the necessity of search on such facts, such as the Indian scientist Wahiduddin Khan. This study deals with the concept of search (definition, terms and conditions), and the study stands on Wahiduddin Khan's emphasis on the importance of search and its necessity in the modern era, while highlighting areas and topics that must be reviewed and re-search in it, following to the renewable human needs.
وأهميته في التعليم الرقمي الموسيقي Earmaster دراسات حول

ملخص: نتناول في هذه المقالة موضوع دراسات حول EarMaster وأهميته في التعليم الرقمي الموسيقي (الصولفيج أنموذجاً)، نتطرق في البداية لتعريف البرنامج ومؤسسه، و مراحل تطوره، الدول التي استخدمته، ثم نتطرق إلى أهميته وكيفية استخدامه، واللغات التي تُرجم لها، وأهم منافسات الجوائز التي شارك فيها، والدروس والدعم التي يقدمه من خلال الاتصال بموقع الشركة. وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي. ومن أهم ما توصلت إليه الدراسة: الاستخدام المتكرر للبرنامج يحسِّن من مهارات الصولفيج وتدريب السمع وفق الانتقادات التي يوجهها البرنامج.أهم ما توصي به الدراسة: التأكيد على استخدام برنامج الكمبيوتر EarMaster من طرف المعاهد والمؤسسات والجامعات المتخصصة في تدريس الموسيقى. Abstract: In this article, we discuss the topic of studies on EarMaster and its importance in digital music education (Solfege as a model)., Lessons and support provided by contacting the company's website. The descriptive method was used. Among the most important findings of the study: The frequent use of the program improves solfege skills and training of hearing, according to the criticisms directed by the program. The most important recommendations of the study: Emphasizing the use of the EarMaster computer program by institutes, institutions and universities specialized in teaching music.

Le Lien Entre Syndrome De Landau-kleffner Et Les Déficits Du Langage

Résumé: Cet article vise à aborder les caractéristiques cliniques, diagnostiques, thérapeutiques du syndrome de Landau-Kleffner, ou ce qu'on appelle l'aphasie épileptique acquise, cette dernière comprend une faiblesse neuropsychologique progressive associée à l'apparition d'une activité électrique dans l'EEG, ainsi qu'associée à la physiopathologie et des ondes élevées et continues pendant le sommeil, Outre le syndrome d'épilepsie acquise et même d'épilepsie bénigne de l'enfance accompagnée de mutations temporelles centrales avec des facteurs distincts tels que l'âge de l'enfant lors du début des crises, la zone d'épilepsie et la sévérité de son évolution, il est généralement associé à certains troubles du langage tels que le retard de langage, les difficultés d'apprentissage ou même l'autisme, ce qui rend difficile l’orthophoniste de poser un diagnostic précis des cas dus à des symptômes qui se chevauchent, sa connaissance des caractéristiques associées à ce syndrome facilite donc cette tâche, et ainsi soit orienté les cas selon leurs besoins, ou développer un programme de prise en charge efficace et précis childhood epilepsy accompanied by central temporal mutations with distinct factors such as the age of the child at the onset of the seizures, the area of epilepsy and the severity of its evolution, it is generally associated with certain language disorders such as language delay, learning difficulties or even autism, which makes it difficult for the speech therapist to make an accurate diagnosis of cases due to overlapping symptoms, his knowledge of the characteristics associated with this syndrome therefore facilitates this task, and so either refer cases according to their needs, or develop a program of efficient and precise treatment.
استيحاء أقنعة الاغتراب في الشعر العراقي المعاصر بين جماليات الحضور وخصوصيات الاستدعاء

لا يرعوي الاغتراب عن كونه من أبرز التيمات التي شُيدت عليها القصائد القِناعيّة، نظراً لتوازي طبيعتها الرامزة مع هذه القضايا الحساسة، التي يتبدّى من خلال مُساءلتها الهم الفردي والجمعي المعاصر، وتنكشف تطوحات الشاعر بين حالتي الأمل والألم، نظير سعيه الجاد لإحداث تغيير في الأمم الموبوءة، التي أضحت مجرد سبايا ممزقة ومتناحرة بسبب عشوائية المنطق العقيم المتفشي فيها، وبما أن القناع الفني يحمل ما هو حقيقي وما هو غير حقيقي، فقد حرّر بهذا المبدأ الشاعر المعاصر من حالة التوجس والخوف التي حدّت من صوته، ليمهد له سُبل الكشف عما يعتريه من ضغوط، بلغة موغلة في الدلالة الرامزة. Abstract: Alienation remains one of the most prominent themes upon which persuasive poems are constructed, considering its symbolic nature which is evident by means of questioning the contemporary person and collective concern, as well as the poet's aspirations of hope and pain, juxtaposed to his dedicated endeavor toward change to the nations that became captives, torn due to the common mindset. subsequently released the contemporary poet from the state of trepidation and fear that constrained his voice, paving the way to expose the stresses in a deep symbolic importance, because the artistic mask bears authenticity and realness.

التطوعي في ظل جائحة كورونا، جمعية أنت الخير بلدية المزرعة – أنموذجا-، الى محاولة التعرف عن العمل التطوعي الذي تقوم به جمعية أنت الخير ببلدية المزرعة في ظل جائحة كورونا، وفيما تتمثل علاقته بالنشاط الاتصالي الجمعوي. كان ولا يزال العمل التطوعي هو الدعامة الأساسية في بناء المجتمع ونشر الود والتراحم ،وتحقيق التعاون بين أفراد المجتمع، حيث بات اليوم من بين الضروريات الملحة ،كما كانت للجمعية الخيرية دلالات ايجابية من ناحية بث روح الأخوة والتعاون بين أفراد المجتمع ولها دور واضح في التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية للمجتمع ويكون ذلك بالاتصال الذي يسهل عملية التواصل بين أفراد المجتمع، ويلعب دورا في تعزيز العمل الجمعوي مع التعريف بمختلف نشاطات الجمعية وسهولة الوصول الى الفئات المستهدفة.Abstract: This study, titled: Collective Communication and its Relationship to Voluntary Work, aimed In light of the Corona pandemic, You are the Good Association in the municipality of Al-Mazraa - a model -, to try to identify the volunteer work carried out by the Association You are the Good in the municipality of Al-Mazraa in light of the Corona pandemic, and its relationship to the collective communication activity. الوقاية من المخدرات بالمؤسسات التعليمية

استهدف البحث التعرف على دور المدرسة في الوقاية من آفة المخدرات لدي التلاميذ واستخدم الباحث المنهج التجريبي وأنشأ نادي بالمتوسطة سمي نادي الوقاية من الآفات الاجتماعية متكون من 30 تلميذا ولغرض تحقيق أهداف البحث قدم الباحث برنامجا تعليميا متكاملا لمدة ستة اشهر , حيث قدم دروسا للتلاميذ, وعرض أشرطة وثائقية حول المخدرات والوقاية منها ,كما زار مركز معالجة الإدمان, ثم طلب من التلاميذ تقديم بحوث حول المخدرات, والقيام بحملات تحسيسية بالمؤسسة وتنشيط عرض مسرحي وورشة حول المخدرات وتقييم التلاميذ من خلال تقويم نهائي, حيث قدم التلاميذ اقتراحاتهم للوقاية من المخدرات, وتبين أنهم تبنوا فكرة الوقاية وأصبحوا أكثر وعيا من زملائهم الاخرين. abstract The research aimed to identify the role of the school in the prevention of drug pest among students and the researcher used the experimental approach and established a club in the middle called the club for the prevention of social pests consisting of 30 students For the purpose of achieving the objectives of the research, the researcher provided an integrated educational program of six months, where he provided lessons for students and presented documentaries about drugs and their prevention and visited the addiction treatment center and then asked the students to provide researches on drugs and carry out awareness campaigns in the school and do a theatrical show and a workshop on drugs and evaluate students through a final evaluation where students may suggest drug prevention and show that they adopted the idea of prevention and became more aware than their other colleagues.

Abstract: Critics use semiotic methodology to analyze and interpret meanings in literary heritage texts. This research paper focuses on the literary and cultural structures explored by Abdul Malik Mourtadh and Youssef Alimat as models for reading. Specifically, it examines the significance of the rain symbol in Imru' al-Qais's poem. Additionally, the analysis incorporates metacriticism, which studies and analyzes critical discourse. اعتمد النّقاد على المنهج السّيميائي في نقد النّص التّراثي لإظهار المعاني في النّصوص الأدبية. وقد تعدّدت مستويات التّناول السّيميائي، تبعا لتعدد الأنساق وطبيعة العلامات، فنجد النّسق الأدبي و الذي اشتغل به عبد الملك مرتاض، والنّسق الثّقافي الذي اشتغل عليه يوسف عليمات، وهما نموذجا القراءة في هذه الورقة البحثيّة التي يُعنى حديثها على علامة المطر في معلقة امرئ القيس، وتستند هذه الدّراسة بحقل نقد النّقد الذي يجعل من الخطاب النّقدي مادة للدراسة والوصف والتّحليل

This study sheds light on the philosopher Martianus and his era, as well as his achievements that extended beyond Africa to neighboring nations. ملخص: عرف الشمال الإفريقي إنتاجا فكريا وفلسفيا كغيره من الأمم، طبع مختلف مراحله التاريخية وكشف عن مكانته في مجال الإبداع والإنتاج الفكري، فكان له مفكروه الذين انشغلوا بقضايا وهموم عصرهم وكانت لهم إضافتهم الخاصة والمتميزة في هذا المجال. ولا نستثني من ذلك الحقبة الممتدة من القرن الخامس قبل الميلاد إلى القرن السادس الميلادي وهو جدير بأن يسمى عصر التنوير، لما عُرف فيه من حركية ثقافية متميزة تكاد تضاهي مثيلاتها في ذلك العصر. فجاء هذا العمل ليسلط الضوء على الفيلسوف مارسيانوس وعصره وكذا إنجازاته وقد جاوز فكره إفريقيا إلى الأمم المجاورة.

Abstract: The objective of this study is to estimate and test the impact of Islamic finance on economic growth case of the Malaysian economy using quarterly data during the period Q1 2014 to Q4 2018.The variables included in this study are GDP, Islamic gross finance The least squares method is used to estimate the VAR model, the results obtained confirmed that Gross Islamic Finance have a significant effect on the GDP; therefore, we conclude the positive impact Islamic banking in increasing economic growth for Malaysia's economy. الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو تقدير واختبار تأثير التمويل الإسلامي على حالة النمو الاقتصادي للاقتصاد الماليزي باستخدام البيانات ربع السنوية خلال الفترة من Q1-2014 إلى -Q42018، والمتغيرات المدرجة في هذه الدراسة هي الناتج المحلي الإجمالي والتمويل الإسلامي الإجمالي تم استخدام طريقة المربعات الصغرى لتقدير نموذج الانحدار الذاتي VAR، حيث أكدت النتائج المتحصل عليها أن التمويل الإسلامي له تأثير كبير على الناتج المحلي الإجمالي، وبالتالي نستنتج الأثر الإيجابي للصيرفة الإسلامية في زيادة النمو الاقتصادي للاقتصاد الماليزي.
