Dans la littérature économique peu d’études rendent une importance au sujet de l’impact des technologies de l’information de la communication sur la création de l’emploi. L’objectif principal recherché à travers cette étude consiste en une contribution à la compréhension de l’impact de l’utilisation des technologies de l’information et de communication sur la création de l’emploi. Dans ce cadre nous avons effectué une enquête auprès d’un nombre d’entreprises en Algérie. Nous avons aboutis à des résultats pertinents : Il y a une création indirecte à partir de l’appropriation et l’utilisation des TIC dans les entreprises de l’échantillon. La création d’emploi des TIC est très importante dans le cas des qualifications informatiques par toutes les entreprises sans prise en compte du domaine d’activité.
Provisions Techniques Des Sociétés D’assurance -cas D’algérie

L’objectif de ce travail est de présenter la notion de provision technique dans les sociétés d’assurance et ces méthodologies au calcule stochastique, pour les garanties en prévoyance particulièrement pour les garanties d’incapacité et l’invalidité, aussi présenter l’application de cette notion en Algérie. Et à la fin de cet article on a constaté que Dans le calcul de la provision il est tenu compte des frais de gestion des sinistres (Chargements de gestion), quelle que soit leur origine. Ces frais doivent être évalués sur la base des frais réels de gestion des sinistres à condition de justifier de la méthode adoptée dans les notes aux états financiers. A défaut, les entreprises d'assurancedoivent utiliser des taux qui ne peuvent être inférieurs à ceux prévus par laRéglementation en vigueur.

The objective of this paper is to examine the reality of creative leadership in the milk production sector in Ghardaia SME, this study included managers category which represents 14 enterprises, there was 11 questionnaire and they were divided into two parts, first contains the personal data and the second creative leadership ( Sensitivity to problems, perseverance, initiative, Originality), and job satisfaction. The findings non indicate that these Dimensions have effect for Job satisfaction, Exception the initiative have height effect for Job satisfaction.

This research work is, on the one hand, a study about the problematic of contradicting the commercial practice (marketing’s practice) with the ethics as a point of view.i.e., in agreement with the researchers’ opinions and, on the other hand, according to the Algerian customer’s view considered as exposed to the neuromarketing’s practices from different regions that are all the inhabitants of the globe. The Neuromarketing’s practices are based on two tenets:(1) the identification of the target individuals’ ideas and perceptions by displaying some advertisements and images in front of certain individuals and filming the target individuals’ brain activities by sophisticated medical devices. This practice is done for the purpose of evaluating the enterprises which have conducted studies for their successfulimage andtesting their new products. (2) The activation of the brain site that directs the individuals through purchasing by means of communication that addresses the subconscious.

The aim of this study is to identify The role of the principles of corporate governance in reducing corrupt practices in Algerian public shareholding companies. . For achieving this, the tow researchers have selected a random sample of 120 workers among the community of study ,represented by internal auditors ,external auditors and managers in Biskra public shareholding companies that are 13 companies as a whole. The study found the following: Algerian public shareholding companies apply the principles of corporate governance which are: ensuring the existence of a basis for an effective framework for corporate governance, the role of stakeholders in corporate governance, disclosure and transparency and equal treatment of shareholders. From the perspective of internal auditors ,external auditors and managers ,there is a relationship between the application of the principles of corporate governance and reducing corrupt practices in Algerian public shareholding companies.

This studyaimed to investigate the impact of the fluctuations of the Algerian dinar exchange rate against the euro on the Algerian trade balance. Yet, in light of the continuousreduction of the Algerian dinar against the euro in order to encourage exports and reduce imports. Especiallythosebroughtfrom European Union,takingintoconsiderationAlgeria'sforeigntradesector, which accounts for more than 97% of its exportson fuel and denominated in US dollars and about two-thirds of imports come from the European Union and priced in euros.Therefore,the state chargedthe cost of differencesbetweencurrencies.Theco-integration test wasemployed to examine the relationshipbetween the Algerian trade balance and the Algerian dinar exchange rateagainst the euro. The studyconcludedthatthereis no long-termrelationshipbetween the Algerian trade balance and the dollar exchange rate for the euro,thisis due to the nature of Algeria'sforeigntrade, which relies mainly on the hydrocarbonsector.

The purpose of this paper is to study the general equilibrium of the Algerian economy by finding equilibrium values of national income, interest rates and the general price level that achieve simultaneously internal and external balance, through estimating IS-LM-BP model, one of the models inspired by the Keynesian economic theory, which addressed the issue of the macroeconomic equilibrium. The research concluded that macroeconomic equilibrium in national economy can be achieved at a high level of GDP and low levels of interest rates and inflation
دراسة العلاقة بين عرض النقود و التضخم في الجزائر ( 2000-2016 )

Cette étude visait à déterminer la relation entre la masse monétaire et les taux d'inflation en Algérie au cours de la période (2000-2016), à travers l'analyse de l'évolution de la masse monétaire au cours de la période étudiée, connue de plus en plus , et également analysé pour la même période, les taux d'inflation, largement connus pour atteindre pic en 2012 de 8,9%, ce qui est considéré comme très élevé, ce qui est renvoyée par le gouverneur de la Banque d'Algérie à la hausse des prix des biens importés, ainsi que des produits frais, et la théorie de la relation entre les deux variables, nous avons calculé le coefficient de corrélation était égal r=0.569, et nous a sauvés dans le dernier à la nécessité de déterminer la croissance de la masse monétaire, y compris conformément aux besoins du Prospectus Cadre économique et de l'inflation de contrôle.

Bouira city occupies a strategic position being mediating the province and is considered its capital .The possession of many touristic sites such as Djurjura mountain and Feathers forest gives it the character of tourism and makes of it a center of attraction to many pepole from all over the country . And after that was a small town, Bouira province has witnessed significant development in terms of urbanism, basal facilities ,educational, health and even services infrastructures; this is thanks to development programs assigned from the state and commandment authorities. Among the infrastructures that figure out Bouira is the commercial center UNO which is widely known .This latter has become a destination to citizens from Bouira province and even outside to shop and relax, due to its vastness and the presence of all life requirements that citizens may need and even entertainment places for children. Therefore, the commercial center has increased the region's importance which has led to the expension of residential construction and thus the various public facilities. As such, the authorities care about the urbanisation of the region on agricultural lands expended throughout the city.
