Item Baddeley And Hitch's Multi-component Model Of Working Memory Analytical Study(University of Eloued جامعة الوادي, 2024-06-12) Souliby Assia; Mahammedi Faouzia. الملخـص بالعربية : هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تقديم نظرة واسعة وشاملة لنموذج بادلي للذاكرة العاملة والتي تعتبر حسب بادلي وحسب الدراسات الحديثة أنها الجزء النشط والفعال في الذاكرة وأنها ذات أهمية بالغة في تخزين ومعالجة وتجهيز المعلومات.ويعتبر نموذج بادلي من أهم النماذج التي أعدت في مجال الذاكرة العاملة، ومن النماذج التي لاقت رواجا ونجاحا كبيرين، حيث أعد بادلي وهيتش نموذجا للذاكرة العاملة سنة 1973، ثم قام بادلي بتعديله وتنقيحه سنة1986، حيث أعد بادلي نموذجه الأول سنة 1986 وهو نموذج ثلاثي يتكون من المنفذ المركزي وهو نظام مسؤول عن معالجة المعلومات وتخزينها، ويندرج تحته نظامان فرعيين، النظام الأول يسمى بالحلقة الفونولوجية وهو نظام مسؤول عن تجهيز المعلومات اللفظية، ويتكون من مكونين؛ الحلقة الفونولوجية، وعملية الضبط اللفظية. أم النظام الثاني يسمى بالمكون البصري المكاني، وهو مكون يتعامل مع المعلومات البصرية المكانية. وفي سنة 2000 قام بادلي بإضافة مكون جديد إلى نموذج الذاكرة العاملة أطلق عليه اسم مصد الأحداث أو الحاجز العرضي أو الجسر المرحلي، وبالتالي أصبح نموذج بادلي للذاكرة العاملة نموذج رباعي المكونات. Abstract: The current article seeks to provide a broad and comprehensive view of Baddeley's model of working memory. Baddeley and recent studies consider working memory to be the active and effective part of memory and of great importance in storing, processing, and preparing information .Baddeley's model is one of the most important models developed in the field of working memory, and it has been widely accepted and successful. Baddeley and Hitch developed a model of working memory in 1973, which Baddeley revised and refined in 1986. Baddeley's first model in 1986 was a tripartite model consisting of a central executive system responsible for processing and storing information, with two subsystems under it. The first system is called the phonological loop, which is a system responsible for processing verbal information and consists of two components: the phonological loop and the verbal control process. The second system is called the visuospatial component, which deals with visuospatial information.Item Bec 96 تقييم نفسي عصبي للعمليات المعرفية لدى التلاميذ ذوي العسر القرائي بتطبيق بطارية(University of Eloued جامعة الوادي, 2024-03-26) لوزاعي رزيقةهدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تقييم وتفسير العمليات المعرفية لدى التلاميذ ذوي العسر القرائي في الطور الثاني من التعليم الابتدائي، إضافة إلى معرفة تأثير هذه الاضطرابات على زمن ودقة القراءة لديهم. وتم تبني المنهج الإكلينيكي القائم على دراسة حالة، حيث اخترنا عينة قصدية متكونة من 5 تلاميذ. وقصد الإجابة على الفرضيات المطروحة تم تطبيق بطارية التقييم المعرفي. إضافة إلى اختبار نص العطلة للباحثة غلاب قزادري صليحة، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى مايلي: - تتمثل الاضطرابات المعرفية الأكثر اضطرابا لدى التلاميذ المعسرين قرائيا في الوظائف الذاكرية، ووظائف الإدراك البصري الحركي، ويمكن تفسير هذه الاضطرابات بوجود خلل على مستوى نظام تخزين ومعالجة المعلومات في الذاكرة العاملة. - يؤثر اضطراب هذه العمليات المعرفية على زمن ودقة القراءة لدى التلاميذ المعسرين قرائيا. Abstract: The current study aims to assess and explain the cognitive processes of students with dyslexia in the second phase of primary education, as well as to know the impact of these disorders on their reading time and accuracy. The case study-based clinical curriculum was adopted, where we selected an intentional sample of 5 pupils. For the purpose of answering the hypotheses put forward, the battery of the cognitive assessment was applied BEC 96, in addition to testing the holiday text of researcher Ghalab Qzadri Saliha, and the results of the study came to the following: - The most disruptive cognitive disorders in readily insolvent pupils are memory functions, motor visual cognition functions, and these disorders can be explained by a dysfunction in the storage and processing system of information in working memory. - The disruption of these cognitive processes affects the time and accuracy of reading in readily impaired pupils.Item Burnout And Its Relationship With Emotional Among Nurses In Algeria(University Of Eloued جامعة الوادي, 2024-03-26) Youb MouradThe current study aimed to determine the nature of the relationship between burnout and emotional maturity and whether levels of burnout differ based on gender and years of experience. The sample included 45 nurses from various hospital departments in the Skikda province. To answer the study's questions, we used two scales: the first was Maslach's Burnout Inventory, and the second was the Emotional Maturity Scale. The results revealed a negative correlation between burnout and emotional maturity, as well as differences in burnout levels attributed to gender and years of professional experience.Item Cognitive-behavioral Guidance Program To Reduce Examination Anxiety At The End Of Primary Education(University of Eloued جامعة الوادي, 2024-06-16) Bassi Baha; Djeloul AhmedAbstract: The study aimed to propose a cognitive-behavioral guidance program to reduce examination anxiety at the end of primary education at Tijini El Taher Elementary School (El oued) during the academic season 2022-2023. This guidance program seeks to alleviate examination anxiety, considering it as a variable that poses a real problem for students that needs adjustment. This is achieved through the utilization of cognitivebehavioral guidance methods and techniques. Using an experimental design with two independent groups (experimental and control), the study involved a sample of 24 students, divided into two groups: an experimental group of 12 students and a control group of 12 students from the fifth grade. The proposed guidance program was applied to the experimental group in this study. After exposing the experimental group to a cognitive-behavioral guidance program aimed at reducing examination anxiety at the end of primary education, the program was conducted over twelve sessions. The control group continued their studies in a regular manner without any intervention. Both groups underwent pre-test and post-test measurements using an examination anxiety scale. The results revealed statistically significant differences between the two groups in favor of the experimental group. The scores of the experimental group in reducing examination anxiety were higher compared to the control group. Furthermore, females showed greater improvement than males after exposure to the cognitive-behavioral guidance program. Thus, the proposed guidance program proved to be effective in reducing examination anxiety at the end of primary education.Item Conception Interculturelle Des Manuels Scolaires Du Français, Enquête Et Réalités(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2023-09) Abed, HassibaRésumé : l’article a pour objectif d’étudier la conception des manuels scolaires du français du moyen algérien de la première et de la deuxième génération d’un point de vue interculturel. L’étude vise de comprendre les réalités et les conditions d’élaboration de ces outils. Elle s’inscrit dans un travail analytique et comparatif dans la mesure où on met en analyse le discours des deux concepteurs des manuels du français et on compare les résultats trouvés. La réalisation des deux entretiens semi-directifs ainsi que les analyses effectuées permettent de déduire que la dimension interculturelle n’est présentée que rarement dans les manuels du français et le passage de la première à la deuxième génération n’apporte en effet aucun changement en termes de l’enseignement interculturel.Abstract: This article has for aim to study the design of middle Algerian French textbooks of the first and second generation from an intercultural viewpoint. The study aims to understand the elaboration’s realities and conditions of these tools. It is an analytical and comparative work insofar as we analyze the discourse of two designers of the French textbooks and we compare the results founded. The realization of the two semi-structured interviews as well as the analyzes carried out allow to deduce that the intercultural dimension is only rarely presented in the French textbooks and the passage from the first to the second generation doesn’t in fact bring any change in terms intercultural education.Item Developing The Communicative Competence Through Critical Thinking Skills(University of Eloued جامعة الوادي, 2024-09-30) Larbes ,Houa; Ait Benali ,Ounissa; Imerzoukene ,SoniaAbstract: Developing the communicative competence in English as a Foreign Language (EFL) requires the use of different strategies including the implementation of critical thinking. However, creating a learning environment that promotes critical thinking and engages the learners in communicative tasks in the EFL classroom is a challenging task for teachers. Accordingly, this article explores the constraints faced by language teachers at Bejaia University when implementing critical thinking skills to develop the communicative competence of their students. To achieve this purpose, an online survey questionnaire was conducted among the EFL teachers. The results showed which constraints do the teachers face to implement critical thinking in their classes namely the lack of a specific coaching about how to teach critical thinking in order to acquire more knowledge and methodology , lack in the materials that support it, in addition to the fact that learners lack critical thinking abilities.Item Didacticization Of Complex Thinking In Language Teaching(University of Eloued جامعة الوادي, 2024-12-31) Laadjal ,SalahIn our study, we have delved into the integration of complex*thinking within language education, drawing from the perspective of Edgar Morin. We have explored various facets of this integration, elucidating pedagogical approaches, instructional methods, learner assessment, and teacher training. Focusing on the theoretical underpinnings, we have elucidated the pivotal tenets of Edgar Morin's complexity theory, notably multidimensionality, recursion, and interaction. We have probed how complex*thinking can be operationalized in language instruction to engender a more profound comprehension of languages and the processes of learning. Furthermore, we have engaged in discourse concerning formative and reflective evaluation, a practice fostering metacognition among learners. The thorough examination of teacher training has also been undertaken, encompassing the presentation of training programs centered around complex* thinking. Keywords: ; ; ; ; pedagogical approachesItem The Effect Of Psychological Support On Psychological Security, Marital Compatibility And Hardiness Of The Newly Married Women(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2023-09) Ahmedi, Khaoula; Mezaini, Djilaliتهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى التحقق من أثر المرافقة النفسية في تحقيق الأمن النفسي والتوافق الزواجي والصلابة النفسية للمرأة حديثة الزواج، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم استخدام المنهج التجريبي تصميم مجموعة واحدة قياس قبلي وبعدي، وطبقت الدراسة على عينة قوامها (15) زوجة، وتم التوصل من خلال استخدام مقياس الأمن النفسي، ومقياس التوافق الزواجي، ومقياس الصلابة النفسية، وباستخدام الأساليب الإحصـائية المتمثلة فـي اختبار T للفروق بين متوسطين إلى ما يلي: 1. توجد فروق في درجات مقياس الأمن النفسي بين القياس القبلي والبعدي. 2. توجد فروق في درجات مقياس التوافق الزواجي بين القياس القبلي والبعدي. 3. توجد فروق في درجات مقياس الصلابة النفسية بين القياس القبلي والبعدي. واعتمادا على النتائج المتوصل إليها تبين الأثر الايجابي لاستخدام المرافقة النفسية، وذلك من خلال تأثيرها إيجابا بكل من الأمن النفسي، التوافق الزواجي، والصلابة النفسية، الأمر يبين ضرورة استخدام المرافقة النفسية من قبل المختصين للمساعدة في حل المشكلات المختلفة. Abstract: The present study aims to examine the effect of the psychological support on the psychological security, marital compatibility and hardinessness of newly married women. In orderto conduct this research, a repeated measures ( pre-post) design was used. The study sample consisted of (15) newly married wives.And to gather data,three different instruments were used (Psychological Security, the Marital Compatibility , and Hardiness scales).The study results revealed that there was significant mean differences in the study variables. Through a postcolonial lens, we examine how Emecheta's work offers a fresh outlook on the challenges of displacement, belonging, and selfformation in the postcolonial world highlighting the significance of Emecheta's contributions to the study of diaspora and alienation, offering insights into cultural assimilation and navigating diverse societies.Item Investigating Self-efficacy Levels Among The Teaching Staff Members At The Faculty Of Arts And Languages At Laghouat University(University of Eloued جامعة الوادي, 2024-09-30) Guelila ,Salima; Kaddouri ,ElhadjAbstract: The present study aims to investigate the level of self-efficacy among faculty members at the College of Arts and Languages, University of Laghouat. In pursuit of this goal, rigorous descriptive data collection methods were employed to ensure accuracy and reliability in the findings. Additionally, thorough validation procedures were implemented to ensure the reliability and validity of the Self-Efficacy Scale developed by Wala Yousef (2016) for data collection. After confirming the psychometric properties and their application to a sample of 80 male and female teachers, statistical analysis revealed several key findings. The study found a high level of self-efficacy among participants, and no statistically significant differences in its levels were attributed to gender or specialization.Item L’enseignement à Distance Dans L’université Algérienne à L’ère De La Covid-19(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2023-06) Beyat, AsmaRésumé : Cette étude s’intéresse aux difficultés rencontrées lors de l'expérience de l'enseignement du FLE à distance assuré par les enseignants de français à l'ENS de Ouargla durant le confinement. Adopter l'enseignement à distance comme une solution définitive pour achever l'année universitaire ne parait pas aisé pour les enseignants puisque ce mode d'enseignement nécessite une réflexion réelle autour de l’intégration des TICE dans les pratiques enseignantes afin de surmonter les contraintes lors de cette opération. Pour bien mener notre étude sur l'enseignement du FLE à distance durant le confinement, nous avons opté, dans la présente recherche, pour une enquête par questionnaire. Abstract: This research paper aims to point out the difficulties encountered and the results throughout the experience of teaching French as a Foreign Language online provided by French teachers at the ENS at Ouargla during confinement. Adopting distance education as a definitive solution to complete the academic year does not seem easy for teachers since this mode of teaching requires real reflection around the extension of the ICT in teaching practices and availability of materials with a good internet connection to overcome the constraints during this operation. To carry out our study on the teaching of FFL at a distance during confinement, we have opted, in this research, for a questionnaire survey.Item La Gestion De La Discipline En Contexte Scolaire Algérien(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2023-03) بن عباس, سعادRésumé : L’article rend compte des résultats partiels d’une enquête par questionnaire menée conjointement auprès d’enseignants et d’élèves de secondaire portant sur les formes de violences exercées et subies par les uns et les autres, ainsi que les différentes causes et solutions proposées pour y palier. Il ressort de l’analyse quantitative que nous avons effectuée que la violence physique et psychologique est très répandue. Il convient d’outiller les acteurs du milieu scolaire pour comprendre les diverses formes de violence, en identifier les causes et intervenir efficacement. Il importe de promouvoir des conduites favorisant le développement social et la résolution des conflits.Item Le Décrochage Scolaire En Algérie(University of Eloued جامعة الوادي, 2024-09-30) Zergui ,AichaRésumé : La présente étude vise à élucider un phénomène socio-éducatif d'ampleur croissante ces dernières années : le décrochage scolaire. Cette recherche ambitionne d'identifier les facteurs psychologiques, éducatifs et sociaux qui concourent à l'émergence de cette problématique dans l'environnement scolaire. À travers une analyse méthodique, l'article se propose d'examiner les indicateurs du décrochage scolaire et les signaux précurseurs qui peuvent suggérer un risque imminent de décrochage chez les apprenants. En outre, l'étude entend proposer un plan de prévention stratégique pour contrecarrer ce phénomène dans le cadre éducatif. S'inscrivant dans une démarche scientifique rigoureuse, cette recherche aspire à offrir une analyse approfondie et des recommandations pragmatiques en vue d'une compréhension et gestion efficaces de cette question complexe. Abstract: Through this research, our objective is to highlight a socio-educational phenomenon that has seen a substantial increase in recent years, namely school dropout. This involves identifying the psychological, educational, and social causes underlying this problem within the school environment. The article will also examine indicators of early school leaving, early warning signs that learners are at risk of dropping out, and propose a preventive plan to mitigate this phenomenon in the educational context. This approach, anchored in a scientific perspective, aspires to provide in-depth analysis and informed recommendations for the understanding and effective management of this complex issue.Item Les Interférences Interlinguales Chez Les étudiants Algériens En Contexte Plurilingue(University of Eloued جامعة الوادي, 2024-06-12) Medjdoub Hynd; Reggad FouziaRésumé: Cette étude s’intéresse aux influences de la langue arabe chez les étudiants algériens apprenant le français comme langue étrangère dans un contexte plurilingue. Elle se penche sur les difficultés interlinguales dont souffrent ces apprenants. L’objectif de cette étude est d’identifier et de classer les erreurs interférentielles commises par ces étudiants dans leurs productions écrites, puis d’étudier et d’analyser les causes de celles-ci, afin de chercher des procédures pour y remédier. A cet effet, une analyse contrastive des systèmes des deux langues en question : l’arabe et le français est appliquée à un corpus de 42 copies et qui a révélé que l’interférence interlinguistique morphosyntaxique constitue l’obstacle le plus flagrant au cours de l’apprentissage du français chez ces étudiants. Abstract: This study investigates the influence of the Arabic language among Algerian students learning French as a foreign language in a multilingual context. It mainly focuses on the interlingual difficulties faced by those students. The aim of this study is to identify and classify the interferential errors committed by these students in their written productions, and then analyze the causes of those errors, to look at some ways to remedy them. Therefore, a contrastive analysis of the systems composing the two languages under scrutiny: Arabic and French is applied to a corpus of 42 copies of students’ written production. The results reveal that the most obvious obstacle faced by these students during the French language learning process is morphosyntactic interlinguistic interference.Item Les Représentations Des Parents Sur L’intégration De Leurs Enfants Autistes Dans Les Classes Ordinaires(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2023-06) Boulahouat, DjaziaRésumé : La scolarisation des enfants en situation d’handicape atteints d’autisme, constitue un long parcours de combat, mais commence à se procurer une place dans le système scolaire algérien. Le présent travail a pour objectif de mettre en lumière le facteur qui permit l’intégration scolaire des autistes dans les classes ordinaires. Notre population s’est portée sur tous les parents des enfants autistes scolarisés dans l’école « les martyrs Challal –Targaouzemour- Bejaia » qui sont au nombre de sept, et l’analyse des données obtenues par le biais d’entretiens nous révèlent que les parents des autistes partagent le désir que le potentiel de leurs enfants soit développé grâce à un climat scolaire favorable, dont certains on relatés leur insatisfaction quant à la prise en charge de leurs enfants ce qui a influencé négativement sur l’intégration. Abstract : The schooling of children with disabilities suffering from autism is a long struggle, but is beginning to secure a place in the Algerian school system. The present study, we will try to highlight the factor that enabled the school integration of autistic ; Our population focused on all the parents of autistic children attending school "les martyrs Challal -Targa ouzemour-Bejaia" who number seven, and the analysis of the data obtained from the respondents through interviews reveal us some parents expressed their dissatisfaction with the teachers regarding the care of their children, noting the lack of technical means and mastery of methods appropriate to their cases, which has negatively influenced the integration of some children, according to the testimonies.Item Level Of Psychological Resilience Of Nurses In The Multi-services Clinic In Rouissat(University Of Eloued جامعة الوادي, 2024-03-26) Maache,salmaAbstract: The current study aims to identify the level of psychological resilience of nurses working in the multi-services clinic in Rouissat. It was conducted on a sample of 30 (male and female) nurses in order to achieve the study's objectives; we adopted the the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (20003) translated to Arabic by el kalali .As we followed the exploratory descriptive approach which is mostly convenient in such studies.. The results of the study found a high level of psychological resilience among sample members, with no statistically significant differences in sample members' scores according to the following variables: sex and years of experienceItem Life Orientation For Teenagers(University of Eloued جامعة الوادي, 2024-12-31) Rahmani, Selma; Elgues ,SalihaAbstract: The current study aimed at identifying the orientation level towards life among adolescents in general and based on their gender, age, and academic level (middle, high, schools or graduated from vocational training institutes) (Carver & Scheier, 1985). To achieve the study objectives, the researchers utilized a descriptive research design applying the orientation scale prepared, translated, and used on Arab environment by Al Ansari (1998). This latter was applied by the researchers on a sample comprised of 180 teens who were selected randomly. They came up with the following results : -Life orientation level among the sample members was high. -There were no statistically significant differences among the sample members caused by gender, age, or academic level (middle, high schools or trained in vocational training centers).Item Making British And American Culture And Civilization Classes Engaging And Enjoyable(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2023-12) Raouti, Rabhaملخص يتناول هذا المقال التحديات التي تواجه طلاب السنة الأولى في جامعة سعيدة الذين يدرسون الثقافة والحضارة البريطانية والأمريكية لأول مرة. وتتعرض الورقة للموقف السلبي الذي يتبناه الطلاب تجاه هذه الدورة، وكيف يمكن للمدرسين تخفيف الضغط النفسي الذي يعاني منه الطلاب في هذه الفصول، بالإضافة إلى الطرق التي يمكن استخدامها لجعل الحصة أكثر جاذبية ومتعة. تم الاعتماد في هذا البحث على خبرة الباحث في تدريس الثقافة والحضارة في قسم اللغة الإنجليزية، وقد كشفت النتائج عن عدة عوامل متعددة الأوجه ترتبط بفشل هذه الوحدة، بعضها يتعلق بالموضوع نفسه، والبعض الآخر يعود إلى نقص المعرفة الخلفية للطلاب القادمين من المدارس الثانوية. وخلص الباحث إلى توصيات تؤكد على استخدام التعلم النشط لتوليد الحماس داخل الفصل من خلال استخدام أساليب التدريس المختلفة ودمج التكنولوجيا، والابتعاد عن الأساليب التقليدية التي تعتمد على الحفظ والأساليب التدريسية القديمة . Abstract: The purpose of this article is to highlight the challenges encountered by L1 EFL students at the University of Saida who encounter British and American culture and civilization for the first time. It delves into the negative attitude that students have towards this course and examines the teacher’s role in alleviating the stress experienced by students in these classes. Furthermore, it investigates ways to make the course more engaging and enjoyable. In this work, I draw on my teaching experience in culture and civilization at the department of English which spans over from 2007 to this time. The results revealed several multifaceted factors associated with the failure of this module. Some of these factors pertain to the subject matter itself, while others are due to the inadequate background knowledge of students who come from high school. The researcher concluded this study by proposing recommendations that emphasize active learning to generate enthusiasm in the classroom. The current study aimed to investigate the correlational relationship between organizational commitment and locus of control among midwives, conducted on a sample of 105 midwives working in public healthcare institutions in the city of Biskra. The study employed a descriptive approach with a correlational design. Data collection utilized the Meyer, Allen, and Smith Organizational Commitment Scale, as well as the Rotter Locus of Control Scale. The study yielded the following results: ✓ The level of organizational commitment was found to be moderate, with an average score of 59.65. ✓ Internal locus of control was predominant among midwives, accounting for 67.62%. ✓ There was a statistically significant correlational relationship between organizational commitment and locus of control among midwives.
