الخطاب السردي من التقويض إلى البناء قصاصات قلق للطيفة حرباوي أنموذجا

ملخص: يتناول هذا المقال أسلوبا جديدا في إنتاج الخطاب الروائي، إنه أسلوب التفكيك، والتقويض، حيث يتحول السرد إلى بوح متقطع الأنفاس، بعد أن كان النفس فيه طويلا، بل بعد أن تنافس المتنافسون في طوله وامتداده، ونحن إذ نختار هذا النوع من الكتابات السردية إنما نسعى إلى الكشف عن العلاقة التلازمية بين التقويض والتكثيف، بين التفكيك والتجميع، حيث استطاعت الكاتبة لطيفة حرباوي في قصاصات قلق؛ وهي نموذج الدراسة أن تقوض البناء السردي، وتكثف دلالاته، وأن تفكك لغته وتجمع معانيه. Abstract: This article deals with a new method in the production of the narrative discourse, it is the method of deconstruction and undermining, where the narration turns into a breathless revelation, after the breath was long in it, but after the competitors competed in its length and extension. To reveal the correlative relationship between undermining and condensation, between deconstruction and assembly, where the writer Latifa Herbawi managed in qusasat qalaq; It is the study model that undermines the narrative structure, intensifies its connotations, and is able to deconstruct its language and collect its meanings.

تطورات جهاز المخابرات الجزائرية في ظل الثورة التحريرية

يعد جهاز المخابرات الجزائرية عصب الثورة التحريرية نظرا للدور الفعال الذي لعبه في قلب موازين القوى بين الثورة الجزائرية والاستعمار الفرنسي. وقد سعى هذا الجهاز جاهدا إلى محاربة الجوسسة والجواسيس المنتشرين داخل الوطن وخارجه، وهذا ما ساعد على إحباط معظم محاولات العدو الرامية لاختراق الثورة وإضعافها. ولأجل هذا، عمل عبد الحفيظ بوصوف ورفقائه على تطوير هذا الجهاز وملحقاته وأسندت اليه ثلاث مهام استراتيجية تمثلت في اللوجستيك، المواصلات العامة والاتصالات، وكذا الاستعلامات والمخابرات المضادة. The Algerian intelligence service is considered to be the nerve of the liberation revolution due to the effective role played in overturning the balance of power between the Algerian revolution and French colonialism. This service strived hard to combat espionage and spies deployed inside and outside the country, and this what allowed thwart all the enemy’s attempts to infiltrate the revolution and weakening it. For that, Abdelhafid BOUSSOUF worked to develop this service and its appendices and three strategic tasks were assigned to it: logistics, public transportation and communication as well as information and counterintelligence.
The Multilingual Students' Voyage Towards International Scale Settings: Challenges And Expectations.

The current study aims at tracking the social and academic linguistic performance of international students from three African countries studying in the Algerian universities. The early stage of involvement in a new different multilingual context can affect significantly the academic practices of international students. To get in-depth insights into this area of research a qualitative study during the academic year 2020/2021 was conducted at the universities of El-Oued and Annaba. Two data gathering tools were utilized, a questionnaire as well as a structured interview. The findings reveal that the students’ prior experiences as being members in small-scale multilingualism settings enabled them to adhere quickly to a larger multilingual scale. A cultural openness was also noticed among the host society when peer colleagues’ curiosity to know about the other different led them to be in close contact with international students
المدرسة التَّاشفينية بتلمسان جوهرة الفن الزياني

شهد المغرب الأوسط خلال العهد الزياني ازدهارا للعمارة والفن المغربي الأندلسي، وعرفت مختلف مدن المملكة وبشكل خاص مدينة تلمسان العاصمة، تشييد العديد من المعالم المعمارية من وقصور ومساجد ومدارس وزوايا وحمامات، وتعد المدرسة التَّاشفينية من أشهر العمائر التي شيدها سلاطين بنو زيان في حاضرة ملكهم تلمسان، وإلى جانب كونها منارة للعلوم، فقد كانت نموذجا مميزا للمستوى الراقي للعمارة والفن الزياني. ورغم تدميرها من طرف السلطات الاستعمارية، فقد كان هذا المعلم من أجمل ما شُيد من عمائر في المغرب الإسلامي خلال القرن الرابع عشر، لذلك يجب التعريف بهذا المعلم الذي يعد واحد من أبرز المعالم الحضارية في الجزائر.

Investigating Efl Students’ Perspectives Of Ict Use In Reading And Writing Skills

Modern technologies including Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) have brought profound changes to higher education. Thus, this study investigates EFL students’ perceptions of ICT use in reading and writing. Accordingly, these research questions have been raised: 1) Are EFL students aware of the potentials of ICT use in reading and writing? 2) How do they use ICTs to enhance these literacy skills? Then, an online questionnaire has been administered to 69 master one students from two universities- Annaba and Guelma. The obtained results have showed that these learners are aware of ICTs significance in developing reading and writing skills and they use different applications, sites and platforms to enhance these literacy skills.

تقف الرحلة في مواطن كثيرة على أنها مستقلة بشخصيتها الأدبية، متميزة بخصائصها، وهذا ما يجعلها جسدا معترفا به في عرف الثقافة العربية، ومن المعلوم أن العمل الفني الذي يحمل الرحلة موضوعا؛ قائم على خطاب ونص يجليان حدثا أو موضوعا يتعلق بحكاية أو سفر، ويعتبر النص الرحلي بنية تستوعب جل الأشكال والمضامين فيمتزج فيه الفصيح بالعامي، والعلمي بالأدبي والسردي والوصفي؛ ولهذا فإن النص الرحلي لا يخلو من جملة من العناصر وان لم تتوفر جميعها، حيث تُدوّن بأسلوب يغلب عليها الطابع المحدد للرحلة، مُعتمدة على مجموعة من المكونات والعناصر، وفق صياغات أدبية وفنية وجمالية. ولئن آثر جل الرحالين استخدام النثر في وصف رحلاتهم لما له من مميزات لا تتوافر لنظيره الشعر، فإن عددا منهم اعتمد الشعر وسيلة للتعبير عن رحلته، ونحن في هذه الدراسة نسعى للكشف عن العناصر الفنية الأساسية التي تساهم في تشييد معمار الخطاب الرحلي، التي تكفل تماسكها، حيث نحاول كشف وإبراز هذه العناصر والتي تعد مناط الاختلاف والاتفاق بين الرحلتين الشعرية والنثرية، معتمدين على مجموعة من الأدوات الإجرائية منها؛ الوصف والاستقراء والتحليل.

Les Corrélations Entre Le Signe Linguistique Et La Réalité

Dans ce travail, nous avons abordé l’analyse des titres selon trois niveaux différents (syntagmatique, sémantique et sémiotique) : le premier niveau concerne la structure formelle de la phrase composant le titre, alors que les deux autres niveaux étudient le sens. D’après ces analyses, nous somme arrivé, dans un premier temps à ce que la plupart des titres sont des phrases nominales qui se caractérisent par la longueur et par la fréquence des adjectifs. A suivre, dans un deuxième temps, l’analyse sémantique des titres qui nous font découvrir que la polysémie des mots, ne signifie pas que les titres sont polysémiques, Parce que la détermination du contexte du titre montre le sens ciblé.
الانتصار للقرآن الكريم من بطون المؤلّفات إلى واجهات الشّاشات الواقع والمأمول

تعدّدت الطّرق وتنوّعت المجالات التي انتصر من خلالها _العلماء والباحثون _ للقرآن؛ فمنهم من تصدّى للشّبهات المثارة حول القرآن بالقلم، ومنهم من ناظر فأفحم، وحاضر فألجم، ولقد كان للإعلام -باعتباره وسيلة العصر- دور بارز في هذا المجال، وذلك لمميزاته وخصائصه الكثيرة، والتي من أهمّها: سهولة وسرعة إيصال المفاهيم وتقريبها إلى شريحة كبيرة من النّاس من مختلف الفئات والأعمار؛ إلا أنا نجد غيابا ملحوظا لاستثمار عدد من القوالب الإعلامية في هذا المجال؛ كالأفلام التاريخية والوثائقية، والدراما التلفزيونية؛ فيأتي هذا البحث ليدلّل على أهمية تطويع هذه القوالب الإعلامية في الانتصار للقرآن وتعزيزه في نفوس المسلمين من حيث التنظير والتمثيل. There are many ways and fields in which the scholars and researchers have defended the Qur’an; some of them confronted the suspicions raised about the Qur’an with the pen, and others took the role of an observer and became charred. The media, as the tool of the century , had a prominent role in this area, due to its many advantages and characteristics, the most important of which are: the ease and speed of conveying concepts and bringing them closer to a large segment of people of different groups and ages. Nonetheless, we find a noticeable absence of investing a number of media templates in this field. such as historical films, documentaries, and television dramas; This research comes to demonstrate the importance of adapting these media templates to the aim of defending the Qur'an and its strengthening in the hearts of Muslims in terms of theorizing and representation.
الأصوات الوقفيّة بين العربيّة والتّركيّة دراسة لغويّة تقابليّة

الملخص يهدف البحث إلى الوقوف على تسمية الأصوات الوقفيـة بمسـميات عديـدة عنـد العلمـاء القـدماء والمعاصـرين والمحدثين، إذ تظهر لنا تلك المسميات مقدار التقارب والتباعد، أو التوافق والاختلاف بّين هذه المسميات ومراحل إنتاج الصوت الوقفي. ولا بد من تحديد معالم الصوت الوقفي ووصفه وتصنيفه بالمقارنة بالصوت المستمر؛ لأن الشيء لا يبدو وضوحه وكماله إلا بضده. ويهتم البحث كذلك بدراسة الأصوات الوقفية بّين العربية والتركية، وبيان أوجه الشبه والاختلاف بّين الأصوات الوقفية في كلتا اللغتّين. Abstract The research aims to stand on the label stop sounds. The scientists called this sounds several titles. As it appears to us that the amount of titles convergence and divergence or compatibility and differences between these names sound stages and production stop sound. It must identify the stop sound landmarks and described and compared continuous sound. Find cares as well as studying the stop sounds between Arabic and Turkish and the statement of the similarities and differences between stop sounds in both languages
أدوات استعباد المجتمعات من خلال تفسير (في ظلال القرآن) لسيد قطب

ملخص يعالج هذه الدراسة موضوع أدوات استعباد المجتمعات من خلال تفسير (في ظلال القرآن) لسيد قطب، وعلاقتها بالواقع وخطورتها على الأمة، متبعا المنهج الوصفي والمنهج التحليلي. وجاءت الدراسة في تسع مباحث، أولها التعريف بالاستعباد، ثم كانت بقية المباحث في بيان أدوات الاستعباد الثمانية التي بينها سيد قطب في تفسيره. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن تفسير سيد قطب أولى قضايا المجتمع أهمية كبيرة، وبذل وسعه لربط تفسير القرآن بقضايا الأمة، وأن قضية تحرير الشعوب من الاستعباد كانت من المحاور البارزة في تفسيره، وأن من أخطر أدوات استعباد الشعوب: تغييب الوعي، وتوظيف علماء السلاطين، وإشاعة الفاحشة، واستخدام المال والإعلام، ونشر الخرافات والشركيات، وغيرها. Tools of dominating societies through Tafsir “Fi Zilal Al-qur'an” by Sayyid Qutb Abstract The purpose of this study is to discuss the issue of dominating (enslaving) societies through Fi Zilal Al-Qur'an interpretation by Sayyid Qutb, and its relationship to reality and danger to the nation, following the descriptive and analytical method. This research came in nine sections, the first of which was the definition of enslavement, then the rest of the sections dealt with the eight tools of enslavement that Sayyid Qutb explained in his Tafsir. The study concluded that Sayyid Qutb’s interpretation of the issues of society is of great importance, and he exerted his effort to link the interpretation of the Qur’an with the issues of the nation and that the issue of liberating people from enslavement was one of the prominent axes in its interpretation. The most important tools of enslavement of people are lack of awareness, corrupt scholars, the spread of obscenity, the use of money and the media, the dissemination of myths and polytheism, and others

ملخص: منذ منتصف القرن السابع الميلادي ، عرف العالم سلسلة القوى الدولية ، وذلك بفعل الفتوحات الاسلامية شرقا وغربا ، وكانس منطقه ؆ كبرى "آسيا الوسطى" تابعة لإمبراطوريتين عتيدة ؛ شرقها تحت هيمنة الصين وغربها للفرس الساسانيين. فكيف نجح المسلمون في فرض سيطرتهم على هذا الاقليم بيزا اقتصاديا وصع خارجية وانقسامهم ، اشتهروا بقوتهم العسكرية ، وشدة بأسهذ ما تعالجه هذه الدراسة. الملخص: في النصف الأول من القرن السابع ، شهد العالم سلسلة من التحولات في موازين القوى العالمية بسبب الفتوحات الإسلامية شرقاً وغرباً. كانت منطقة تركستان الكبرى (آسيا الوسطى) تحت سيطرة إمبراطوريتين: يحكم الجزء الشرقي من الصين والجزء الغربي يحكمه الساسانيون الفارسيون. تدرس إشكالية هذه الورقة البحثية الطريقة التي يمكن للمسلمين أن يمارسوا هيمنتهم على مثل هذه المنطقة الحيوية اقتصاديًا والتي أثبتت قوتها سياسياً وعسكرياً أيضاً ، مع العلم أن الأتراك (سكان المنطقة) ، وعلى الرغم من انقسامهم ، اشتهروا بشجاعتهم بجيشهم القوي. .
تأثير تطبيق بعض مبادئ نظرية الحل الابتكاري للمشكلا

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى تأثير تطبيق بعض مبادئ نظرية الحل الابتكاري للمشكلات –triz- في تنمية التفكير الابتكاري لدى متربصي التكوين المهني، وللتأكد من صحة فرضيات الدراسة، تم تطبيق اختبار القدرة على التفكير الابتكاري للسيد خير الله على عينة قصدية تتكون من (15) متربصا من المعهد الوطني للتكوين المهني ببلدية جامعة ولاية المغير، وكانت نتائج الدراسة كالآتي: -وجود فروق دالة احصائيا في متوسطات درجات أداء المتربصين في التطبيق القبلي والبعدي لصالح التطبيق البعدي في بعد المرونة والاصالة والدرجة الكلية من التفكير الابتكاري. –لا توجد فروق دالة في متوسطات أداء المتربصين بين التطبيق القبلي والبعدي في بعد الطلاقة. Abstract: This study aimed to know the extent to which some principles of the theory of creative problem solving - triz - are reflected in the development of creative thinking among vocational training trainees. Of (15) trainees from the National Institute of Vocational Training in the municipality of djamaa in Al-Mughir State, and the results of the study were as follows: - There are significant differences in the average scores of the trainees' performance in the dimension of flexibility, originality and the total degree of creative thinking. - There are no significant differences in the average performance of the trainees between the pre- and post-application in the fluency dimension.
سوق العقار في وادي سوف في الفترة (1884-1915)م من خلال عقود المحاكم الشرعية

ترتكز هذه الورقة البحثية على الوثائق الأرشيفية، التي تعالج إحدى مظاهر الوضع الاقتصادي في وادي سوف بالجنوب الجزائري زمن المستعمر الفرنسي، وتحديدا من نهاية القرن التاسع عشر إلى بداية القرن الموالي، ونوع تلك الوثائق في الأساس هي العقود المسجلة في أرشيف المحاكم الشرعية الرسمية، والتي بدأ نشاطها منذ أن حلّ المستعمر بالمنطقة. يزخر أرشيف المحاكم بمعلومات فريدة ومادة دسمة حول سوق العقارات في المجال المذكور والفترة المحددة، ونهدف من خلال تفحص ودراسة واستنطاق عقود هذا النوع من التجارة، إلى تجلي واقع سوق العقار بأنواعه المبني وغير المبني، بالتعرف على نوع العقار وأشكاله وأسعاره والشروط المتعلقة بذلك في البيع والشراء. This research paper is based on archival documents, which deal with one of the manifestations of the economic situation in Oued Souf in southern Algeria, the time of the French colonizer, from the end of the 19th century to the beginning of the next century. The archives of the courts are rich in unique information and material about the real estate market in this area and the specified period. We aim, through the examination, examination and questioning of contracts of this type of trade, to illustrate the reality of the market for real estate, both built and unbuilt, by identifying the type of property, its forms and prices and the related conditions of sale and purchase.
تجليات التحليل البنيوي للسرد عند "رولان بارت"

ملخص: يعتبر السّرد من أبرز المفاهيم التي جذبت انتباه النّقاد، لما فيه من صعوبة وتكنيك في صياغة النّصوص السّردية، وقد ركّزت هذه الدّراسة على التّحليل البنيوي للسّرد عند رولان بارت، الذي جاء بمراحل تحليلية تجسدت في الوظائف السّردية، مستوى الأفعال ومستوى السّرد، وقد تم تطبيق هذه المستويات على نص من نصوص كليلة ودمنة، اعتمادا على المنهج التّحليلي البنيوي لبارت، وقد خلصنا إلى أنّ هذا التّحليل السّردي يتطلب من محلّله الإحاطة بخلفيات المنهج البنيوي، وأسسه قصد تفكيك النّص وإبراز أهم البنى التي يقوم عليها. Abstract: Narration has become one of the most prominent concepts that attracted the attention of critics, because of the difficulty and technique in formulating narrative texts. Narrative functions, the level of actions and the level of narration, and these levels have been applied to one of the texts of Kalila and Dimna, depending on the structural analytical method of Bart, and we concluded that this narrative analysis requires its analyst to take note of the background of the structural method, and its foundations in order to deconstruct the text and highlight the most important structures that based on it.
المجتمع الرقمي و اشكالية الهوية الوطنية

ركز هذا المقال على موضوع الهوية الوطنية في ظل انفتاح العالم إعلاميا وثقافيا بحيث يظل التساؤل المطروح دائما هو شكل الهويات الوطنية في المستقبل بعد أن تحولت المعارف إلى سلع ثقافية تشكل تهديدا مباشرا، إذ نحاول معالجة أزمة الهوية وذلك من خلال شقين متوازيين إما انفتاحها أو اختراقها إلى هوية ثقافية موحدة في ظل تمازج الثقافات المختلفة والمشبعة بالقيم الدخيلة على مجتمعنا في ظل غزو الإعلام الجديد، بما يملكه من تقنيات الاستحواذ على الفرد بفعل قدرة التكنولوجيا على فصل المكان عن الهوية، فقد شغلت قضية الهوية الوطنية بال المفكرين والعلماء والمثقفين والقادة في دول العالم، خاصة في عصر العولمة الذي ترك أثارا نفسية نتج عنها تحول في الهوية.
