    Investigating Efl Students’ Perspectives Of Ict Use In Reading And Writing Skills

    Modern technologies including Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) have brought profound changes to higher education. Thus, this study investigates EFL students’ perceptions of ICT use in reading and writing. Accordingly, these research questions have been raised: 1) Are EFL students aware of the potentials of ICT use in reading and writing? 2) How do they use ICTs to enhance these literacy skills? Then, an online questionnaire has been administered to 69 master one students from two universities- Annaba and Guelma. The obtained results have showed that these learners are aware of ICTs significance in developing reading and writing skills and they use different applications, sites and platforms to enhance these literacy skills.

    Les Corrélations Entre Le Signe Linguistique Et La Réalité

    Dans ce travail, nous avons abordé l’analyse des titres selon trois niveaux différents (syntagmatique, sémantique et sémiotique) : le premier niveau concerne la structure formelle de la phrase composant le titre, alors que les deux autres niveaux étudient le sens. D’après ces analyses, nous somme arrivé, dans un premier temps à ce que la plupart des titres sont des phrases nominales qui se caractérisent par la longueur et par la fréquence des adjectifs. A suivre, dans un deuxième temps, l’analyse sémantique des titres qui nous font découvrir que la polysémie des mots, ne signifie pas que les titres sont polysémiques, Parce que la détermination du contexte du titre montre le sens ciblé.

    The Multilingual Students' Voyage Towards International Scale Settings: Challenges And Expectations.

    The current study aims at tracking the social and academic linguistic performance of international students from three African countries studying in the Algerian universities. The early stage of involvement in a new different multilingual context can affect significantly the academic practices of international students. To get in-depth insights into this area of research a qualitative study during the academic year 2020/2021 was conducted at the universities of El-Oued and Annaba. Two data gathering tools were utilized, a questionnaire as well as a structured interview. The findings reveal that the students’ prior experiences as being members in small-scale multilingualism settings enabled them to adhere quickly to a larger multilingual scale. A cultural openness was also noticed among the host society when peer colleagues’ curiosity to know about the other different led them to be in close contact with international students

    لم تزل الكتابة الصوفية منبعا ثرّا لكل من يروم ترتيب الفكر الإسلامي طوال قرونه التي استقر بها حتى غدا أحد العقول العالمية، حيث سعى الصوفية مثل غيرهم من العلماء ذوي الحقول المعرفية الأخرى إلى تدوين فكرهم وتاريخهم، ولم يخرج هذا الأخير شكلا عما عهدته الكتابة التاريخية عند غيرهم، بيد أنهم مزجوا السرد الصرف للواقع بلمسة ذوقية تشحذ همم السالكين، فذكروا مناقب الأشياخ وبينوا منازلهم، ودرجاتهم، وديدنهم الذي به ارتقوا، ولم تخل الترجمات من بيان ما أخذوا من المناهج العلمية، مما يضع القارئ ـ لو جزئيا ـ في المشهد الثقافي المراد رصده والبحث عنه. Sufi writing is still a rich source for anyone who seeks to arrange Islamic thought throughout its centuries in which it settled until it became one of the world minds, as Sufism, like other scholars with other fields of knowledge, sought to write down their thought and history, and the latter did not come out of what was entrusted to historical writing by others. However, they mixed the pure narration of reality with a tasteful touch that sharpens the minds of the walkers, so they mentioned the virtues of the sheikhs and indicated their homes, their ranks, and the worms by which they ascended about him.

    أدوات استعباد المجتمعات من خلال تفسير (في ظلال القرآن) لسيد قطب

    ملخص يعالج هذه الدراسة موضوع أدوات استعباد المجتمعات من خلال تفسير (في ظلال القرآن) لسيد قطب، وعلاقتها بالواقع وخطورتها على الأمة، متبعا المنهج الوصفي والمنهج التحليلي. وجاءت الدراسة في تسع مباحث، أولها التعريف بالاستعباد، ثم كانت بقية المباحث في بيان أدوات الاستعباد الثمانية التي بينها سيد قطب في تفسيره. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن تفسير سيد قطب أولى قضايا المجتمع أهمية كبيرة، وبذل وسعه لربط تفسير القرآن بقضايا الأمة، وأن قضية تحرير الشعوب من الاستعباد كانت من المحاور البارزة في تفسيره، وأن من أخطر أدوات استعباد الشعوب: تغييب الوعي، وتوظيف علماء السلاطين، وإشاعة الفاحشة، واستخدام المال والإعلام، ونشر الخرافات والشركيات، وغيرها. Tools of dominating societies through Tafsir “Fi Zilal Al-qur'an” by Sayyid Qutb Abstract The purpose of this study is to discuss the issue of dominating (enslaving) societies through Fi Zilal Al-Qur'an interpretation by Sayyid Qutb, and its relationship to reality and danger to the nation, following the descriptive and analytical method. This research came in nine sections, the first of which was the definition of enslavement, then the rest of the sections dealt with the eight tools of enslavement that Sayyid Qutb explained in his Tafsir. The study concluded that Sayyid Qutb’s interpretation of the issues of society is of great importance, and he exerted his effort to link the interpretation of the Qur’an with the issues of the nation and that the issue of liberating people from enslavement was one of the prominent axes in its interpretation. The most important tools of enslavement of people are lack of awareness, corrupt scholars, the spread of obscenity, the use of money and the media, the dissemination of myths and polytheism, and others

    الأصوات الوقفيّة بين العربيّة والتّركيّة دراسة لغويّة تقابليّة

    الملخص يهدف البحث إلى الوقوف على تسمية الأصوات الوقفيـة بمسـميات عديـدة عنـد العلمـاء القـدماء والمعاصـرين والمحدثين، إذ تظهر لنا تلك المسميات مقدار التقارب والتباعد، أو التوافق والاختلاف بّين هذه المسميات ومراحل إنتاج الصوت الوقفي. ولا بد من تحديد معالم الصوت الوقفي ووصفه وتصنيفه بالمقارنة بالصوت المستمر؛ لأن الشيء لا يبدو وضوحه وكماله إلا بضده. ويهتم البحث كذلك بدراسة الأصوات الوقفية بّين العربية والتركية، وبيان أوجه الشبه والاختلاف بّين الأصوات الوقفية في كلتا اللغتّين. Abstract The research aims to stand on the label stop sounds. The scientists called this sounds several titles. As it appears to us that the amount of titles convergence and divergence or compatibility and differences between these names sound stages and production stop sound. It must identify the stop sound landmarks and described and compared continuous sound.     الانتصار للقرآن الكريم من بطون المؤلّفات إلى واجهات الشّاشات الواقع والمأمول

    تعدّدت الطّرق وتنوّعت المجالات التي انتصر من خلالها _العلماء والباحثون _ للقرآن؛ فمنهم من تصدّى للشّبهات المثارة حول القرآن بالقلم، ومنهم من ناظر فأفحم، وحاضر فألجم، ولقد كان للإعلام -باعتباره وسيلة العصر- دور بارز في هذا المجال، وذلك لمميزاته وخصائصه الكثيرة، والتي من أهمّها: سهولة وسرعة إيصال المفاهيم وتقريبها إلى شريحة كبيرة من النّاس من مختلف الفئات والأعمار؛ إلا أنا نجد غيابا ملحوظا لاستثمار عدد من القوالب الإعلامية في هذا المجال؛ كالأفلام التاريخية والوثائقية، والدراما التلفزيونية؛ فيأتي هذا البحث ليدلّل على أهمية تطويع هذه القوالب الإعلامية في الانتصار للقرآن وتعزيزه في نفوس المسلمين من حيث التنظير والتمثيل. There are many ways and fields in which the scholars and researchers have defended the Qur’an; some of them confronted the suspicions raised about the Qur’an with the pen, and others took the role of an observer and became charred. The media, as the tool of the century , had a prominent role in this area, due to its many advantages and characteristics, the most important of which are: the ease and speed of conveying concepts and bringing them closer to a large segment of people of different groups and ages. Nonetheless, we find a noticeable absence of investing a number of media templates in this field. such as historical films, documentaries, and television dramas; This research comes to demonstrate the importance of adapting these media templates to the aim of defending the Qur'an and its strengthening in the hearts of Muslims in terms of theorizing and representation.

    التحرش الجنسي في الوسط المدرسي الرياضي (اشكاله واثاره)

    ملخص تهدف الدراسة إلى الكشف عن اشكال التحرش الجنسي في الوسط المدرسي الرياضي وتأثيراته على المتحرش بها من طرف استاذ حصة التربية البدنية والرياضية،وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب المسحي، مستعملا الاستبيان كوسيلة لجمع البيانات،وبعد التحقق من صدق الأداة وثباتها تم توزيعه على عينة بلغت (27) طالبة من جامعة باتنة 2 وجامعة ميلة تم التحرش بهن في مرحلة التعليم الثانوي، وبعد المعالجة الإحصائية باستخدام الرزمة الإحصائية SPSS.من اهم النتائج المتوصل اليها هي انه توجد نسبة معتبرة تحرش بها جسديا،بينما كانت الاثار مدمرة مع تشوه نفسي عميق. وقد اوصى الباحث بضرورة توعية الطالبات و التبليغ عن المعتدي للهيئات الادارية والقضائية. Abstract: The current study aims to reveal the forms of sexual harassment in the sports school community and its effects on the harasser by the Professor of Physical Education and Sports Education. The researcher used the descriptive survey method, using the questionnaire as a means to collect data, and after checking the validity of the tool and its stability, it was distributed to a sample that reached (27) A student from Batna University 2 and Mila University were harassed in the high school, and after statistical treatment using the SPSS statistical package, and one of the most important findings is that there is a significant percentage physically harassed while the effects were devastating with deep psychological deformation, and he recommended The need to educate the students and reporting the administrative board and judicial authorities.

    الحديث النبوي كبرنامج إرشادي علاجي وأثره في الصحة النفسية

    هدف البحث إلى تبيين المنهج الشرعي في الصحة النفسية وذلك من خلال احد شقي العقيدة وهى السنة النبوية الشريفة ، عن طريق تفعيل الأحاديث النبوية المخصوصة بهذا الأمر في برنامج إرشادي وعظي معتمداُ على ذلك بالمنهج التجريبي لهدف الوصول إلى علاج اضطرابات النفس الإنسانية والرسو بها إلى شواطئ النفس المطمئنة، فتم انشاء الجانب النظري للبحث وتبيين أدبيات مجال الحديث النبوي ومجال الصحة النفسية ثم تم الاستشهاد بالخلفية التاريخية للموضوع إلى أن حط بنا البحث إلى التطبيق التجريبي على عينة عشوائية طُبق عليها مقياس مكون من أربعة أبعاد بصفة (قبلية وبعدية) تخدم الموضوع، وإنشاء برنامج وعظي يهتم بشرح الأحاديث المنتخبة على العينة التجريبية،من عشرين جلسة، وبعد التطبيق والمعاملات الإحصائية ببرنامج (spss)، تم التحقق من فروض البحث عند مستوى دلالة (0.00)، لصالح المجموعة التجريبية بوجود أثر إيجابي وفعال للحديث النبوي في شفاء النفس وخلوصها من ضلالها وسوئها، وكذلك تمت الاجابة على التساؤل الرئيس للبحث.

    ملخص: يتناول هذا المقال أسلوبا جديدا في إنتاج الخطاب الروائي، إنه أسلوب التفكيك، والتقويض، حيث يتحول السرد إلى بوح متقطع الأنفاس، بعد أن كان النفس فيه طويلا، بل بعد أن تنافس المتنافسون في طوله وامتداده، ونحن إذ نختار هذا النوع من الكتابات السردية إنما نسعى إلى الكشف عن العلاقة التلازمية بين التقويض والتكثيف، بين التفكيك والتجميع، حيث استطاعت الكاتبة لطيفة حرباوي في قصاصات قلق؛ وهي نموذج الدراسة أن تقوض البناء السردي، وتكثف دلالاته، وأن تفكك لغته وتجمع معانيه. Abstract: This article deals with a new method in the production of the narrative discourse, it is the method of deconstruction and undermining, where the narration turns into a breathless revelation, after the breath was long in it, but after the competitors competed in its length and extension.     التطرف ظاهرة ممتدة لا تنحصر في الزمان والمكان، ومن ذلك تكفير عموم المسلمين، وباعتبار الظاهرة خطر من الأخطار الفكرية، تصدى لها علماء المسلمين، ومن هؤلاء الشيخ محمد شقرون العالم والفقيه الوهراني من خلال تأليفه لكتاب يرد فيه على المخالفين بالدليل والبراهين، كما تناولنا في هذا البحث جذور التطرف وظهور الاختلاف خاصة بعد ظهور الفرق الكلامية كالمعتزلة الأشاعرة حول مسألة إيمان العوام من المسلمين، فمنهم من حكم بالتكفير والبعض من حكم بصحة الإيمان، كما تعرضنا إلى منهجه في الردّ على المتطرفين وترتيبه للأدلة وفق ما يستوعبه عموم المسلمين وسبل إزالة اللبس، فلهذه القضية تداعيات لا تزال مستمرة حتّى عصرنا.     القارئ رافِعًا رأسه (كيليطو والقراءة الجامحة لأسرار الجرجاني)

    ضمن مشروع كيليطو في قراءة التراث السّردي العربي، يُشكّل تحليله لنّص من نصوص أسرار البلاغة للجرجاني موضع المُفارقة من منطلقِ اعتباره نصّا سرديًّا، باحثًا عن عناصر القصّة المحكيّة فيه، من خلال تحليله، والاستغراق في تأويله. ونحاول من خلال هذا البحث رصد آليات اشتغال قراءته بدءًا من الإطلّاع على نظرته للنّوع الأدبي، وتصوّره للأدب،لاسعيًا لتحقيق وحدةٍ في الثقافة العربيّة الكلاسيكيّة كيفما كانت الأنواع، والكشف عن الدّور الذي يعنيه السّرد له كمجالٍ للدّراسة وللإبداع، من دون أن نُفوّت وعيه بالمنهج، ومنزلة التّأويل عنده، للوصول إلى هذا النّوع القرائيّ الموصوف في العنوان بـ: «القراءة رافعة رأسها» هذه الفكرة ذات المرجع البارتي والتي تعني تدفّق الأفكار والإثارات والتّداعيات، أكثر من كونها قراءة عاديّة ومألوفة. Abstract: Within the Kilito project on reading the Arab narrative heritage, his analysis of a text from the secrets of the rhetoric of al-Jarjani constitutes a paradox in the sense that it is a narrative text, searching for the elements of the narrative story in it, through its analysis, and its extensive interpretation.     القضية العرقية والأمن المجتمعي في رواندا

    تحاول هذه الورقة أن تتوجه بالبحث صوب إحدى أهم مناطق إفريقيا اضطرابا وصناعة للأحداث، وهي منطقة البحيرات الكبرى، وبالضبط ستبحث جانبا من القضية الإثنية في دولة رواندا. وهي إذ تقوم بذلك تلتزم بالتقيد قدر المستطاع بمقتضيات منهجية علم الإيثنولوجيا الذي يهتم بدراسة الإثنيات والعرقيات من جهة، ومنهجية التحليل في الدراسات التوسيعية لمفهوم الأمن من جهة أخرى وذلك من خلال البحث في العلاقة بين جماعات مختلفة عرقيا وتعيش في مجتمع واحد، وعلاقة النظام السياسي بها، وتأثير تلك العلاقة متعددة المستويات - سواء كانت من طبيعة تعاونية أو تنازعية- على أمن واستقرار الأفراد والجماعات أولا ثم على الدولة. كما سيكون هدف الورقة في ذلك هو الوصول إلى فهم جيد لسيرورة الجماعات والثقافات داخل المجتمعات التعددية ومعرفة مهددات الأمن فيها بالتركيز على مقاربة الأمن المجتمعي والمعضلة الأمنية الإثنية منها بالأساس. The current research paper tries to shed light on one of the most turbulent and teeming regions of Africa, which is the Great Lakes region. It examines an aspect of the ethnic question in Rwanda. In doing so, it is committed to comply as much as possible with the requirements of ethnology method, which is particularly concerned with the study of ethnicities and ethnics on the one hand, and the analysis methodology in the broadening studies of the security concept on the other hand. To achieve the latter an investigation has been conducted to clarify the relation between different societal ethnic groups, their relation with the political system, and the impact of that multi-levels relation whether of a cooperative or conflictual nature, on the security and the stability of individuals and groups at first and then on the state. This research paper aims to reach a better understanding of the process of groups and cultures within pluralistic societies, and to know the security threats in them by focusing mainly on the societal security approach and the ethnic security dilemma.

    المجتمع الرقمي و اشكالية الهوية الوطنية

    ركز هذا المقال على موضوع الهوية الوطنية في ظل انفتاح العالم إعلاميا وثقافيا بحيث يظل التساؤل المطروح دائما هو شكل الهويات الوطنية في المستقبل بعد أن تحولت المعارف إلى سلع ثقافية تشكل تهديدا مباشرا، إذ نحاول معالجة أزمة الهوية وذلك من خلال شقين متوازيين إما انفتاحها أو اختراقها إلى هوية ثقافية موحدة في ظل تمازج الثقافات المختلفة والمشبعة بالقيم الدخيلة على مجتمعنا في ظل غزو الإعلام الجديد، بما يملكه من تقنيات الاستحواذ على الفرد بفعل قدرة التكنولوجيا على فصل المكان عن الهوية، فقد شغلت قضية الهوية الوطنية بال المفكرين والعلماء والمثقفين والقادة في دول العالم، خاصة في عصر العولمة الذي ترك أثارا نفسية نتج عنها تحول في الهوية.

    المدرسة التَّاشفينية بتلمسان جوهرة الفن الزياني

    شهد المغرب الأوسط خلال العهد الزياني ازدهارا للعمارة والفن المغربي الأندلسي، وعرفت مختلف مدن المملكة وبشكل خاص مدينة تلمسان العاصمة، تشييد العديد من المعالم المعمارية من وقصور ومساجد ومدارس وزوايا وحمامات، وتعد المدرسة التَّاشفينية من أشهر العمائر التي شيدها سلاطين بنو زيان في حاضرة ملكهم تلمسان، وإلى جانب كونها منارة للعلوم، فقد كانت نموذجا مميزا للمستوى الراقي للعمارة والفن الزياني. ورغم تدميرها من طرف السلطات الاستعمارية، فقد كان هذا المعلم من أجمل ما شُيد من عمائر في المغرب الإسلامي خلال القرن الرابع عشر، لذلك يجب التعريف بهذا المعلم الذي يعد واحد من أبرز المعالم الحضارية في الجزائر.
