استراتيجيات مواجهة الضغوط النفسية

تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية الى مناقشة مفهوم استراتيجيات مواجهة الضغوط النفسية ودورها الحيوي في التعامل مع هذه الضغوط، وتقدم اهم التصنيفات لاستراتيجيات مواجهة الضغوط النفسية . ولقد توصلت الدراسة الى انه يمكن تُصنيف هذه الاستراتيجيات عموما إلى فئتين رئيسيتين ، أولا استراتيجيات التعامل الموجهة نحو المشكلة التي تركز على معالجة المشكلة التي تسبب الضغط مباشرة ، وتهدف الى تغيير أو إزالة مصدر الضغط. ثانيا استراتيجيات التعامل الموجهة نحو الانفعال التي تهدف إلى التحكم في الاستجابة العاطفية للضغط بدلا من محاولة تغيير الموقف نفسه. وتعد استراتيجيات مواجهة الضغوط النفسية أدوات قوية للتكيف مع التحديات الحياتية والتغلب على الضغوطات المختلفة، مما يسهم في تعزيز الصحة النفسية والعامة للفرد وزيادة مستوى الرفاهية الشخصية.This research paper aims to discuss the concept of psychological stress coping strategies and their vital role in dealing with these stresses, and presents the most psychological important classifications of stress coping strategies. The study concluded that these strategies can be generally classified into two main categories, first, problem-focused coping strategies that focus on Addressing the problem that causes the stress directly, and aiming to change or remove the source of the stress. Secondly, emotionfocused coping strategies that aim to control the emotional response to stress instead of trying to change the situation itself. Strategies for coping with psychological stress are powerful tools for adapting to life’s challenges and overcoming them. Various stressors, which contribute to enhancing the individual’s psychological and general health and increasing the level of personal well-being..

تسببت التغيرات التكنولوجية في توسيع المعاملات الرقمية وفتح آفاق جديدة على المنصات الإلكترونية، حيث تجاوز تداول الموسيقى ملايين المشاهدات. لكن، ارتبط هذا الانتشار بجريمة تقليدية تؤثر على الحالة العقلية والمزاجية، وجذبت فئات مختلفة، خاصة المراهقين والشباب. أصبحت الأنغام الموسيقية تحمل طابعًا مخدرًا بسبب تأثيراتها الشبيهة بالمخدرات. ورغم انتشارها الواسع، لا تزال خارج نطاق التشريعات العقابية المتعلقة بتعاطي المخدرات، مما يستدعي وضع أطر تنظيمية وقانونية واضحة لمواجهتها كنوع جديد من الموسيقى المخدرة.Technological changes have expanded digital transactions, opening new horizons on electronic platforms where music circulation exceeds millions of views. However, this is linked to a serious crime affecting mental and emotional states, attracting various segments of society, especially teenagers and youth. Musical tunes have taken on a narcotic character due to their effects similar to real drugs. Despite their widespread presence online, they remain outside current punitive legislation on drug use and prevention. Thus, establishing clear regulatory and legal frameworks for this phenomenon, known as digital drugs, has become essential.
الجريمة السيبرانية وتأثيراتها على الفرد والمجتمع في عصر التكنولوجيا

الملخص: تتناول هذه الدراسة "الجريمة الإلكترونية وانعكاساتها على الفرد والمجتمع في الجزائر" التأثيرات المتزايدة للجريمة الإلكترونية على مختلف جوانب الحياة, وسنحاول التعرض لأنواع الجرائم الإلكترونية مثل الاحتيال المالي، وسرقة الهوية، والتجسس الإلكتروني، بالإضافة إلى الجرائم المرتبطة بالتطبيقات الاجتماعية مثل تيك توك, ومن أهداف دراستنا إلى تحليل آثار هذه الجرائم على الأفراد من حيث فقدان الخصوصية والأمان الشخصي، وتأثيراتها على المجتمع من حيث تآكل الثقة بين المواطنين والمؤسسات, ومن بين الأمثلة التي سنتطرق لها حادثة "فيجر" التي توضح كيفية استخدام الجرائم الإلكترونية كأداة للتجسس وتأثيرها على الأمن القومي, من خلال استعراض المعطيات والبيانات المتاحة. وفي خلاصة هذه المداخلة نقدم توصيات لتعزيز الأمن السيبراني ورفع الوعي المجتمعي حول المخاطر المرتبطة بالجريمة الإلكترونية. This study, titled "Cybercrime and Its Impact on Individuals and Society in Algeria," addresses the increasing effects of cybercrime on various aspects of life. We will explore types of cybercrimes such as financial fraud, identity theft, and cyber espionage, in addition to crimes related to social media applications like TikTok. One of the main objectives of our study is to analyze the effects of these crimes on individuals, particularly in terms of loss of privacy and personal security, as well as their impact on society through the erosion of trust between citizens and institutions. Among the examples we will discuss is the "Veger" incident, which demonstrates how cybercrimes can be used as tools for espionage and their impact on national security, using available data and information. In the conclusion of this presentation, we offer recommendations for strengthening cybersecurity and raising public awareness of the risks associated with cybercrime.
Moroccan Leader Allal El Fassi And The Algerian Revolution

Allal Al -Fassi is a unique historical figure who associated the discreet scientific competence and the purposeful theoretical ability. He is a political militant and a prominent official in the national movement, and a historical leader of an ancient party in the Maghreb, the Independence Party 1944. He is the Moroccan statesman who headed the Constituent Assembly after independence 1956, and he was a minister charged with Islamic affairs and endowments. He was also a member of the Arabic Language Academy in Cairo and the Arab Scientific Academy as well. The Algerian issue is considered one of the most important issues that occupied politicians, thinkers, writers, journalists and arab and foreign artists after the Second World War, due to the events and massacres occured before and during the Algerian liberation revolution.. Allal El -Fassi is considered one of the most prominent personalities and thinkers who criticized the unjust and French policy implemented in Algeria since its occupation in 1830. In his books and press books, he explicitly called on for Algeria's complete independence Many historical writings ; mainly : (Hamad Hamani, "Allal El - Fassi", the diligent thinker. Mohammed Abdelhafidh Canon , a struggle in the poetry of Allal El –Fassi, Abdel kader Al -Idrisi, Allal El Fassi, a summit from Morocco,. Abdel -Karim Ghallab, features from the personality of Allal El Fassi. الجيش الفرنسي و مجازر 8ماي 1945 بين الروايات الفرنسية والدراسة التاريخية

يعالج الموضوع محل البحث مجازر الثامن ماي1945 في الجزائر ،من خلال نقد الروايات الفرنسية المتداولة حول ما حدث ،والوقوف عندها وتحديدا الرواية الرسمية للإدارة الفرنسية ، التي تتحدث عن تحركات مشبوهة لبعض زعماء الحركة الوطنية عشية انتهاء الحرب العالمية الثانية ، وكيف حاولت الإدارة الفرنسية استغلالها من أجل دفع الجيش الفرنسي والقوات الأمنية الأخرى إلى القتل المفرط و اللامسؤول، لمتظاهرين جزائريين سلميين حتى قبل بداية المظاهرات، واستمر ذلك حتى بعد توقفها، متهمة حزب الشعب الجزائري بضلوعه فيها، والاتجاه بها نحو المنحى التصعيدي، الذي أصبح يهدد الوجود الفرنسي في الجزائر ،فجاءت هذه الدراسة للكشف عن مدى قصور الإدارة الاستعمارية في معرفة حقيقة هذه المظاهرات ، ومعرفة الثغرات التي كانت موجودة في هرم القيادة السياسية والعسكرية الفرنسية في الجزائر، واستغلالها من طرف المستوطنين لتحقيق مزيدا من الاستعمار ، ولذاك قمنا بعرض الروايات الفرنسية الرسمية المتداولة قبيل نهاية الحرب العالمية الثانية، ثم تحليلها من خلال التحضير العسكري والأمني للمجازر، باتهام حزب الشعب الجزائري بالتمرد للتبرير والشرعنة لعمليات القمع والإبادة، فكانت النتيجة استفزاز للعناصر الوطنية الجزائرية التي أصبحت تدعوا للاقتصاص والانضواء تحت راية الجهاد من أجل تحرير البلاد.The topic under discussion deals with the massacres of May 8, 1945 in Algeria, in terms of criticizing the French narratives circulating about what happened, and examining them, specifically the official narrative of the French administration, which talks about the political movements of some leaders of the National Movement on the eve of the end of World War II, and how the French administration tried to exploit them in order to push The French army and other security forces led to the excessive and irresponsible killing of peaceful Algerian demonstrators even before the demonstrations began. This study came to reveal the extent of the colonial administration’s failure to know the truth about these demonstrations, And the extent to which this was exploited by the settlers to achieve further colonization. Therefore, we presented the official French narratives circulating before the end of World War II, Then how did the military and security prepare for the massacres, by accusing the Algerian People’s Party of justifying and legitimizing the operations of repression and extermination. The result was a provocation to the Algerian national elements who began calling for retaliation and joining under the banner of jihad in order to liberate the country.
خطب الجمعة للشيخ عمار مطاطلة وانعكاساتها على صدى الثورة التحريرية بمنطقة سبدو- تلمسان

ما يلاحظ اليوم أن البحث التاريخي قد ارتكز في مساره وبشكل كبير على الدراسة المحلية، وجعل الاعتماد في ذلك على ما يتوفر من نصوص ومخطوطات وحتى جداريات أو صور، وهذا كله لقيمة وأهمية هذه الوثائق في تدعيم البحث سواء على خطى المواقع أو الوقائع التاريخية التي تزخر بها أي منطقة، وهنا يتجه الباحث إلى ميدان البحث معتمدا على معطيات توثيقية تساعده على تشكيل بيان للدراسة المحلية التاريخية. وبالرجوع إلى أهمية الوثائق وما تحتويه من مادة خبرية ونخص بالذكر هنا النصوص التاريخية، يتبين مقدار الاستعانة بها من أجل التوثيق لفترة الأحداث المدروسة، وهذا طبعا راجع إلى ما يحتويه هذا النص من شواهد لمعطيات تاريخية يمكن من خلالها اعادة تصور الأحداث التاريخية. إذن جاء موضوع دراستنا ليعالج مسألة النص التاريخي المحلي الذي يخص خطبة الجمعة للشيخ عمار مطاطلة، وهي تعتبر من النصوص المحلية الهامة التي بينت ذلك التماسك في وحدة الصف ضد العدو الاستعماري، وقد ألقيت بغرض توسيع نطاق صدى الثورة التحريرية بمنطقة سبدو وباقي المناطق الأخرى وذلك منذ 1955م.What is noticeable today is that historical research has relied in its course and to a large extent on local studies, and made reliance in that on the available texts, manuscripts and even murals or pictures, and all this is due to the value and importance of these documents in supporting the research whether on the footsteps of the sites or historical events that abound in any region, and here the researcher turns to the field of research relying on documentary data that helps him form a statement for the local historical study. By referring to the importance of documents and what they contain of news material, and we mention here in particular historical texts, the extent of their use in documenting the period of the events studied becomes clear, and this is of course due to what this text contains of evidence of historical data through which historical events can be re-imagined. So the subject of our study came to address the issue of the local historical text that concerns the Friday sermon of Sheikh Ammar Metatla, which is considered one of the important local texts that showed that cohesion in the unity of the ranks against the colonial enemy, and it was delivered with the aim of expanding the scope of the resonance of the liberation revolution in the Sebdou region and the rest of the other regions since 1955
مسألة تمركز القيادة العليا لجيش التحرير الوطني بالخارج 1954-1956

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على أهم المواضيع في تاريخ الثورة التحريرية التي لا تزال محل جدال وخلاف بين قادة الثورة الجزائرية ومجاهديها ، وهي المسألة المتعلقة بوجود القيادة العليا لجيش التحرير الوطني المتمركزة بالخارج ، وبالضبط في طرابلس ، وذلك خلال فترة انطلاق الثورة أي المرحلة الأولى ما بين سنوات 1954-1956 ، وذلك من خلال مجموعة من الوثائق الجديدة التي تحصلنا عليها من أرشيف أكس أن بروفانس(ما وراء البحار) ، وكلها تصب في رأي واحد يتمثل في وجود قيادة عليا لجيش التحرير الوطني على رأسها الثلاثي المتمركز في البداية بالقاهرة: أحمد بن بلة، محمد بوضياف، أحمد مهساس ، مع العلم أنها كانت في تواصل مستمر مع قادة الميدان (قادة المناطق العسكرية ) وعلى رأسها منطقة الأوراس التي يقودها البشير شيحاني وقاعدة تونس التي يديرها عبد الحي السعيد ، ولهذا حاولنا توضيح نتائج تواجد هذه القيادة بالخارج على مسار الثورة التحريرية ، وعلاقتها مع قادة المناطق المحلية خاصة بعد ظهور "عبان رمضان " وقيادته لمنطقة الجزائر العاصمة، مما أدى إلى مهاجمته لهذه القيادة واتهامها بالتقصير ، واعتبرها مجرد مندوبية خارجية مهمتها الدعاية لصالح الثورة فقط .This study aims to shed light on the most Important controversial issues that were between the leadership of the Algerian revolution And its Mujahideen , This is an issue related to the being of the overseas leadership , in With the Supreme Command of the National Liberation Army stationed outside Tripoli, between the years 1954- 1956 , through a group of new documents that we obtained from the Aix-en-Provence Archives -d ‘outer-mer, They all lead to one opinion, which is the presence of a supreme leadership of the Liberation Army national headed by the three commanders : Ahmed Ben bella, Mohamed boudiaf, Ahmed Mahsas , Its communication with field commanders- Military work zones -, especially the Aures region and the Tunis base, And an attempt to clarify the consequences of the presence of this leadership abroad on the path of the revolution, especially after the appearance of “Aban Ramadan” , and how it caused a king of division of opinions and the most Important results reflected from it and the extent of its influence in the revolution
صورة النّخلة ورمزيتها الثّقافية في الشّعر الشّعبيّ بواحات الجنوب الشرقي الجزائري

إن الاهتمام بالطبيعة والتمسك بعناصرها ومعالمها في منطقة الواحات بالجنوب الجزائري، يعد دون شك تمسكا بتراث المنطقة الحضاري والثقافي، وصيانته من التحديات التي تواجهه -خاصة- في عصرنا الحاضر؛ عصر العولمة والثّورة الاعلامية، التي تسعى دوما لتشويهه وسلخ أصالته، والحطّ من قيمته. ولأن شجرة النّخيل تعد أحد أهم عناصر الطبيعة بالجنوب عامة، اعتمدها سكان الواحات ممثلة تراثهم ودليل ثقافتهم، ورمزا أصالتهم، وسمة انتمائهم وهويتهم، لذلك التزم شعراؤها الشعبيون بتخليدها في الذاكرة الشعبية للمنطقة. من خلال ما جادت به قرائحهم وابدعته مخيلتهم من قصائد، تضمنت صورا ورموزا عديدة ومتنوعة للنخلة، حفّزتنا على محاولة دراستها وتوضيح دلالاتها. واكتشاف أبعادها الثقافية والاجتماعية الدّينية منها والأسطورية، وكذا السياسية، مع الوقوف على علاقة النّخلة بالشّخصية الثّقافية لأهل المنطقة، وتحديد معالم هويتهم. The significance of preserving nature and its elements in the oasis region of southern Algeria is undeniably a commitment to the region's cultural and historical heritage. This preservation is crucial in addressing the challenges it faces, especially in our current era of globalization and media revolution, which constantly seek to distort and erode its authenticity and value. The date palm, being one of the most important elements of nature in the southern region, has been embraced by the inhabitants of the oases as a symbol of their heritage, a testament to their culture, a mark of their authenticity, and an emblem of their identity. Consequently, local poets have committed to immortalizing the date palm in the collective memory of the region through their poetry, which has depicted numerous and diverse images and symbols of the palm. This has motivated us to study and elucidate its meanings and to explore its cultural, social, religious, mythical, and political dimensions, as well as its relationship with the cultural identity of the region's people and its role in defining their identity.
فقـه العمارة الدينيــة بالجـزائر

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إعطاء صورة حية عن تطبيقات فقه العمارة الدينية في مساجد القصور الصحراوية، ويعد قصر تماسين بإقليم وادي ريغ أحد نماذج هذه القصور، إذ يضم مجموعة من المساجد المختلفة الأنماط والوظيفة، منها المسجد الجامع، ومساجد الأحياء، والمصليات الصغيرة التي جاءت موزعة داخل القصر وشيدت عبر فترات مختلفة. وقد سلطنا الضوء على أنموذج مسجد عبد الله المغراوي باعتباره أهم مساجد قصر تماسين من الناحية المعمارية والفنية، محاولين إبراز مدى تأثير الضوابط الفقهية في عمارته. لنخلص في الأخير أن تخطيط عمارة المسجد المدروس قد تأثر بضوابط وأحكام فقه العمران الإسلامي، كما أثرت فيه عوامل بيئية واجتماعية واقتصادية. This study aims to provide a vivid depiction of the applications of religious architectural jurisprudence in the desert palatial mosques. Temacin kasr in the Wadi Righ region serves as one such example, housing a variety of mosques with different styles and functions, including congregational mosques, neighborhood mosques, and small prayer halls distributed throughout the palace and constructed over various periods. We shed light on the model of the Abdullah Al-Maghrawi Mosque as one of the most important mosques in Temacin kasr architecturally and artistically, attempting to highlight the extent of the impact of jurisprudential regulations on its architecture. In conclusion, it can be inferred that the careful planning of mosque architecture has been influenced by the regulations and rulings of Islamic urban jurisprudence, as well as environmental, social, and economic factors
مشاريع الإصلاح الضريبي الاستعماري وتأسيس الضريبة العقاريّة في الجزائر

تعالج هذه الدراسة مشاريع اصلاح النظام الضريبي أثناء الحقبة الاستعماريّة في الجزائر، وإلغاء الطابع الضريبي الذي حافظت عليه إدارة الاحتلال منذ سنة 1830م، وذلك بإخضاع الأهالي المسلمين لنظام الضرائب العربيّة (الزكاة، العشور، الحكور واللزمة...) إضافة إلى الضرائب الأوربيّة المختلفة، وكان من أبرز المشاريع الإصلاحيّة التي تقدم بها المسؤولون والموظفين في مصلحة الضرائب مشروع بول فيوليت، الذي أكد على ضرورة تأسيس الضريبة العقاريّة، وتوحيد الطابع الضريبي في المستعمرة، كما سنعالج رد فعل الإدارة الاستعماريّة من هذا المشروع الإصلاحي. This study deals with the projects of reforming the tax system during the colonial era in Algeria, and abolishing the tax character that the occupation administration had maintained since 1830 AD, by subjecting the Muslim population to the Arab tax system (zakat, achour, hockor and lazma...) in addition to the various European taxes. One of the most prominent reform projects presented by officials and employees in the tax service was Paul Violet's project, which stressed the need to establish a real estate tax and unify the tax character in the colony. We will also deal with the reaction of the colonial administration to this reform project.
المسألة الجزائرية بين تعزيز المركز الحقوقي الدولي والإنكار الفرنسي 1954-1962

تندرج هاته الدراسة ضمن الحديث حول المركز الحقوقي الدولي الذي تحتله القضية الجزائرية خلال الفترة الاستعمارية، على اعتبار أن الحكومة الفرنسية كانت تدّعي أن المسألة الجزائرية هي قضية داخلية، على أن تكون دراستنا منصبة حول فترة الثورة الجزائرية، وضمن إطار منهجي يعتمد على أسلوب البحث الوصفي التاريخي، تتوصّل الدراسة إلى أن المسألة الجزائرية لم تظل مسألة فرنسية أهلية، وأن حالة الحرب قائمة في الجزائر، كما تهدف الدراسة إلى إبراز أن الحكومة الفرنسية لم تستطع أن تعصم نفسها من قبول، بل من مباشرة تصرّفات أفضت إلى تعزيز المركز الحقوقي الدولي الذي تحتله القضية الجزائرية، وذلك هو غرض التفاصيل التي ستلي.
رُوّادُ علماء المدرسة النقلية العرب وأثرهم في الدّراسات الصوتيّة الحديثة

عرفت البحوث الصوتية عند العرب القدامى تطورا كبيرا منذ الخليل بن أحمد الفراهيدي وسيبويه إلى غاية ابن جنيّ . فهم اللذين أسّسوا لهذا العلم وتفننوا فيه؛ حيث درسوه من عدّة زوايا، وقد كان هدف هؤلاء البحث عن طبيعة العمليّة الصوتيّة وكيفية حدوثها، فقد كانت لهم مصطلحات صوتيّة خاصّة بهم تتماشى مع طبيعة تفكيرهم وعملهم واتجاهاتهم، كما أنّ تحريهم الدّقة العلميّة كان سبب اهتمامهم بهذا العلم . فبعدما وضع العلامة الخليل كتابه" العين"، وجاء سيبويه وألّف "الكتاب" ، ثمّ اتىبعه اللّغوي ابن جنيّ وألف أوّل كتاب مستقل في الأصوات، هو "سرّ صناعة الإعراب. تسعى هذه الورقة البحثية المتواضعة تناوَل أشهرِ العلماءِ المدرسة النقليّة الذين ساهموا في المعارفِ الصَّوتيَّة، مُظْهِراً فيها المعلومات الجليلة التي توصَّلوا إليها، ومن أشهرهم الخليلُ بن أحمد الفَراهيديُّ(100 - 170 هـ)، وإمام النّحاة سيبويه(148 - 180 هـ)، والإمام اللّغوي ابنُ جنيّ (321 - 392 هـ) .Phonological research among the ancient Arabs witnessed great development from the time of Al-Khalil bin Ahmed AlFarahidi and Sibawayh until Ibn Jinni. They are the ones who founded this science and mastered it. They studied it from several angles, and their goal was to research the nature of the vocal process and how it occurs. They had their own vocal terminology that was in line with the nature of their thinking, work, and tendencies, and their investigation of scientific accuracy was the reason for their interest in this science. After the scholar Al-Khalil wrote his book “Al-Ain,” Sibawayh came and wrote “The Book,” then the linguist Ibn Jinni followed him and wrote the first independent book on sounds, which is “The Secret of Syntax Industry.” This modest research paper seeks to address the most famous scholars of the transmission school who contributed to phonetic knowledge. Showing in it the great information they have achieved, the most famous of whom are Al-Khalil bin Ahmad Al-Farahidi (100 - 170 AH), the imam of the grammarians Sibawayh (148 - 180 AH), and the linguist imam Ibn Jinni (321 - 392 AH).

تبرز الدراسة الحالية دور المختص النفساني العيادي في الوسط المدرسي كمرافق حياة مدرسية لطفل التوحد بولاية بلعباس نموذجا، حيث تعرض الدراسة حالة طفل توحد مدمج في الوسط المدرسي بالطور الابتدائي مع المرافقة المدرسية لمدة سنتين، من خلال عرض وصفي لنتائج تقييم اختبار CARS لشدة التوحد والتواصل والتفاعل الاجتماعي، بالإضافة إلى عرض نتائج تحصيله الدراسي من خلال تحليل لمحتوى الدفتر المدرسي الخاص بالتلميذ وكل ذلك في فترتين: قبل حضور مرافقة الحياة المدرسية، ثم بعد تدخل مرافقة الحياة المدرسية. أظهرت النتائج تحسنا ملحوظا سواء في شدة التوحد للطفل أو في مختلف جوانب النمو كالتواصل والتفاعل الاجتماعي كما شهد التلميذ تحسنا في تحصليه الدراسي بعد تدخل مرافقة الحياة المدرسية. أما عن تحليل محتوى الدفتر المدرسي للتلميذ فقد أقرت المعلمات تكيف التلميذ مع العملية التعليمية وتحسن سلوك التلميذ بناءا على ملاحظات الأساتذة ومديرة المدرسة وولي الأمر.The current study highlights the role of the clinical psychologist in the school environment as a support for the school life of a child with autism, using a case from the state of Bel-Abbes as a model. The study presents the case of an integrated autistic child in a primary school setting, receiving school support for two years. It describes the results of the CARS assessment regarding the severity of autism, communication, and social interaction, in addition to analyzing the child's academic performance based on the content of their school notebook. This was examined in two phases: before the school support intervention and after its implementation. The results indicated significant improvements in both the child's autism severity and various areas of development, such as communication and social interaction. The student also showed better academic performance following the intervention. As for the analysis of the student's school notebook, teachers confirmed the child’s adaptation to the educational process and noted improvements in behavior, as observed by the teachers, the school principal, and the parent.
أخلاقيات العناية بالاخر من منظور النسوية البيئية

ازدهرت مؤخرا البحوث الأخلاقية ذات التوجه البيئي لاتخاذها من الأخلاق ركيزة لتنظيم العلاقة بين الإنسان والبيئة بهدف خلق توازن ايكولوجي وتجنب مُعيقات العلاقات البيئية، خصوصا مع تدهور النُظم البيئية التي أفرزها المجتمع الأبوي، وهو ما تَكشف عنه النسوية البيئية بتنوع نظرياتها وتصوراتها، فهي تركز على النسوية والقضايا البيئية وتقاطعاتها، وبهذا فهي تهدف إلى مشروع تكاملي يسعى إلى إعادة تشكيل جذري للعلاقات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والقيم المُبَطنة لهذا المجتمع الصناعي، وذلك من خلال استبدال بنيات الهيمنة بممارسات عادلة تضمن مستقبل الأجيال القادمة، فالنسوية البيئية على حد تعبير عميدتها (فرانسواز دي أبون) هي: " مسألة انتزاع الكوكب من ذكر اليوم لإعادته إلى إنسانية الغد"، فالمشروع التكاملي للنسويات البيئيات تتفقن فيه على أنه لن يكون إلا بالتحرّر من أخلاقيات الاستغلال الرأسمالي للبيئة، ويقدمن رُؤى ومقترحات اتيقية (أخلاقية) بديلة تهدف إلى إعادة التوازن المنشود بين الإنسان والبيئة:إحياء الرؤية الأخلاقية العضوية القديمة عند (فاندانا شيفا) والرؤية التعاونية وأخلاق الشراكة عند (كارولين ميرشنت) والرؤية التعاطفية وأخلاق المحبة والرعاية والتضامن عند (كارين وارين) و (فال بلموود). This is particularly true given that, as ecofeminism's various theories and viewpoints demonstrate, patriarchal (paternalistic) social structures have weakened natural systems. الأسس المنهجية ودورها في جودة البحوث العلمية في العلوم الاجتماعية

إن البحوث السوسيولوجي الرصينة تستوجب إتباع خطوات علمية ومنهجية دقيقة تساعد الطالب على رسم الإطار النظري والميداني الذي يسير وفقه موضوع البحث، انطلاقا من اختيار الموضوع وصولا إلى تحليل النتائج وتفسيرها تفسيرا علميا، غير أننا سجلنا قصورا في كفاءة الطلبة وقدرتهم على معالجة الظواهر الاجتماعية معالجة سوسيولوجية وفقا للأسس المنهجية ومتطلبات البحث العلمي، وعليه تم تناول (100) مذكرة تخرج بالدراسة والتحليل للوقوف على مدى توظيف الخطوات المنهجية في معالجة الظواهر الاجتماعية، حيث خلصت نتائج الدراسة إلى ضعف التحكم في أدوات البحث العلمي وطرق جمع البيانات وتحليلها بالاضافة إلى القصور في اتباع الخطوات المنهجية للبحث.The sober sociological research requires following accurate scientific and methodological steps that help the student to draw the theoretical and field framework according to which the subject of the research proceeds, starting from the selection of the subject to the analysis of the results and their scientific interpretation, but we recorded deficiencies in the efficiency of students and their ability to address social phenomena sociologically in accordance with the methodological foundations and the requirements of scientific research, and accordingly we have been dealing with (100) graduation notes with study and analysis to determine the extent to which the methodological steps are employed in addressing social phenomena, where the results of the study concluded To the weak control of scientific research tools and methods of data collection and analysis, in addition to the lack of following the methodological steps of the research(.
أسباب حوادث المرور على الطريق السيار شرق – غرب

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على ظاهرة خطيرة تحصد سنويا عبر التراب الوطني ارواح عشرات المئات و تخلف عشرات الالاف من الجرحى الذين تستمر معاناة الكثير منهم طويلا و تستدعي حالاتهم متابعة و تكفل علاجي متعدد و ينظم الكثير منهم لفئة المعاقين ، انها ظاهرة حوادث المرور التي نسعى الى معرفة أسباب حدوثها في الطريق السيار ( شرق – غرب) من وجهة نظر سائقي: الحافلات و شاحنات الوزن الثقيل لنقل البضائع لتبيان و تحديد مسببات وقوع هذه الحوادث هل المسؤولية تقع على عاتق السائق أم المركبة أم نوعية الطريق ومحيطه؟ . Abstract: The purpose of this study is to bring to light a hazardous phenomenon that's happening all over the national territory, and which claims the lives of hundreds of people every year, leaving thousands more injured. The majority of these individuals suffer for a long period of time, necessitating various treatments and follow-ups. As a result, a significant number become disabled. The focus of this study is on understanding why road accidents occur on the east-west highway, specifically with regard to bus and truck drivers. The aim is to determine as follows: What are the causes? Is it the driver's responsibility, the vehicle, or the quality of the road and its surroundings?

تهدف هذه الدراسة لتسليط الضوء على ظاهرة أطفال الشوارع من خلال تحليل الأبعاد الاقتصادية والاجتماعية التي تؤدي إلى نشوء هذه الظاهرة وتأثيراتها على الأطفال والمجتمع على حد سواء، ومن خلال فهم عميق وشامل لهذه العوامل والتداعيات الناجمة عنها، يمكن أن تقدم الدراسة رؤى محددة تساعد في تطوير سياسات وبرامج فعالة لمواجهة هذه المشكلة الاجتماعية المعقدة، وتحليل الأسباب التي تقف وراء ظاهرة أطفال الشوارع، مثل الفقر والبطالة والتفكك الأسري، يساعد في تحديد العوامل الرئيسية التي يمكن التركيز عليها في تصميم السياسات العامة والبرامج الاجتماعية. في النهاية تسعى الدراسة إلى تقديم توصيات قائمة على أسس علمية تسهم في تحسين الأوضاع الاقتصادية والاجتماعية لأطفال الشوارع وتعزز استقرار وتنمية المجتمعات التي ينتمون إليها. The aim of this study is to shed light on the phenomenon of street children by analyzing the economic and social dimensions that lead to its emergence and its impacts on both the children and society. Through a deep and comprehensive understanding of these factors and their consequences, the study can offer specific insights to help develop effective policies and programs to address this complex social issue. Analyzing the causes behind the phenomenon of street children, such as poverty, unemployment, and family disintegration, helps in identifying the main factors that can be focused on in the design of public policies and social programs. Ultimately, the study seeks to provide scientifically-based recommendations that contribute to improving the economic and social conditions of street children and enhance the stability and development of the communities they belong to.
