مسألة تمركز القيادة العليا لجيش التحرير الوطني بالخارج 1954-1956

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على أهم المواضيع في تاريخ الثورة التحريرية التي لا تزال محل جدال وخلاف بين قادة الثورة الجزائرية ومجاهديها ، وهي المسألة المتعلقة بوجود القيادة العليا لجيش التحرير الوطني المتمركزة بالخارج ، وبالضبط في طرابلس ، وذلك خلال فترة انطلاق الثورة أي المرحلة الأولى ما بين سنوات 1954-1956 ، وذلك من خلال مجموعة من الوثائق الجديدة التي تحصلنا عليها من أرشيف أكس أن بروفانس(ما وراء البحار) ، وكلها تصب في رأي واحد يتمثل في وجود قيادة عليا لجيش التحرير الوطني على رأسها الثلاثي المتمركز في البداية بالقاهرة: أحمد بن بلة، محمد بوضياف، أحمد مهساس ، مع العلم أنها كانت في تواصل مستمر مع قادة الميدان (قادة المناطق العسكرية ) وعلى رأسها منطقة الأوراس التي يقودها البشير شيحاني وقاعدة تونس التي يديرها عبد الحي السعيد ، ولهذا حاولنا توضيح نتائج تواجد هذه القيادة بالخارج على مسار الثورة التحريرية ، وعلاقتها مع قادة المناطق المحلية خاصة بعد ظهور "عبان رمضان " وقيادته لمنطقة الجزائر العاصمة، مما أدى إلى مهاجمته لهذه القيادة واتهامها بالتقصير ، واعتبرها مجرد مندوبية خارجية مهمتها الدعاية لصالح الثورة فقط .This study aims to shed light on the most Important controversial issues that were between the leadership of the Algerian revolution And its Mujahideen , This is an issue related to the being of the overseas leadership , in With the Supreme Command of the National Liberation Army stationed outside Tripoli, between the years 1954- 1956 , through a group of new documents that we obtained from the Aix-en-Provence Archives -d ‘outer-mer, They all lead to one opinion, which is the presence of a supreme leadership of the Liberation Army national headed by the three commanders : Ahmed Ben bella, Mohamed boudiaf, Ahmed Mahsas , Its communication with field commanders- Military work zones -, especially the Aures region and the Tunis base, And an attempt to clarify the consequences of the presence of this leadership abroad on the path of the revolution, especially after the appearance of “Aban Ramadan” , and how it caused a king of division of opinions and the most Important results reflected from it and the extent of its influence in the revolution
