    "هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى استقصاء تأثير الإدارة الرقمية بأبعادها الأربعة، والتي تشمل المقومات البشرية، المعدات التكنولوجية، شبكات الاتصال والبرمجيات، على تحسين جودة الخدمة في جامعة الوادي. لتحقيق هذا الهدف، تناولنا في القسم النظري المفاهيم المحيطة بـالإدارة الرقمية وجودة الخدمة. بينما ركز الفصل التطبيقي على تجربة الإدارة الرقمية وتأثيرها على جودة الخدمات المقدمة للمستفيدين. تم استخدام الاستبيان الرقمي كأداة لجمع البيانات حيث تم توزيعه على عينة من الأساتذة والطلاب في قسم علوم التسيير بكلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير بجامعة الوادي. ثم خضعت البيانات التي تم جمعها للتحليل باستخدام برنامج الرزم الإحصائية للبحوث الاجتماعية SPSS. وقد أظهرت نتائج التحليل أن للإدارة الرقمية بمختلف أبعادها تأثيرا إيجابيا ملموسا على تحسين جودة الخدمات المقدمة في قسم علوم بجامعة الوادي." "This study aimed to investigate the impact of digital management in its four dimensions, which include human resources, technological equipment, communication networks, and software, on improving service quality at El Oued University. To achieve this goal, the theoretical section covered the concepts related to digital management and service quality, while the applied chapter focused on the experience of digital management and its impact on the quality of services provided to beneficiaries. A digital questionnaire was used as a data collection tool, distributed to a sample of professors and students in the Department of Management Sciences at the Faculty of Economic, Commercial, and Management Sciences at El Oued University. The collected data were then analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The analysis results showed that digital management, in its various dimensions, has a tangible positive impact on improving the quality of services provided in the Department of Management at El Oued University."
