    The Economics Of Higher Education Investment And Graduate Earnings: The Mediating Effect Of Skill Acquisition

    This investigation looks into how gaining skills links higher education investments to future earnings for postgraduate individuals in Saudi Arabia. Analyzing the mechanisms through which educational investments yield economic returns is imperative for synchronizing educational methodologies with labour market requirements, particularly as Saudi Arabia transitions toward a knowledge-oriented economy. This inquiry aims to delineate the determinants of graduate earnings and elucidate the manner in which skill acquisition enhances employability and the potential for increased income. For this investigation, a meticulously structured survey was administered to a cohort of 176 recent graduates from Al-Jouf, Hail, and Northern Border Universities. The survey scrutinized the influences of tuition fees, governmental subsidies, parental financial assistance, scholarships, and vocational training initiatives on the processes of skill acquisition and the resultant earnings of graduates. The research utilized Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to explore how higher education investments correlate with skill improvement and economic achievements. The SEM framework assessed both direct and indirect effects, thereby underscoring the role of skill acquisition as a crucial mediating factor in the relationship between educational investment and earnings. A positive correlation exists between educational investments and graduate earnings, mainly when skill acquisition is considered. Programs focused on practical, technical, and soft skills have been shown to enhance employability and income levels. These findings underscore the necessity for educational reforms emphasizing skill development, aligning with the demands of the Saudi labour market by Vision 2030

    This paper aims to illustrate how the implementation of Network Technologies (Net-Techs) impact the effectiveness of small and medium enterprises in Algeria. It examines the way Net-Techs allow small and medium enterprises to enhance their productivity, reorganize human resources management and information systems, regulate competitive forces, lower expenses, effectively manage information and knowledge, enhance internal and external communication, facilitate decision-making, enter new markets, and boost their revenue. For small and medium-sized enterprises to effectively utilize network technology, several prerequisites must be fulfilled. The prime requirement is the integration of information technology and communications as a fundamental part of their overall strategy. Additionally, it is crucial to cultivate experts in information technology and communications, consistently enhance and modernize their applications, ensure accessibility for all members of the enterprise, and implement organizational adjustments and changes that align with the enterprise's new position.

India was studied as a racing model for the application of financial technology, through the number of companies active in it and the volume of investments pumped by India in order to promote financial services and enhance financial inclusion. The study concluded that the Indian experience was successful to a large extent,as financial technology contributed to providing more efficient and comprehensive business models and expanding the group of financial services suppliers, especially lending, which reduced the negative effects of traditional financial services, despite India facing many challenges

    The aim of our research is to analyse pharmaceutical marketing in new product launches and to look at the problems in applying the marketing mix for new medicines, as well as the effectiveness of B-to-B communication in the context of a new product launch. We used a qualitative approach, conducting semi-structured interviews with key opinion leaders and board members such as heads of marketing departments. The results show the importance of the relationship between the organisation and these professionals, as well as the relationship between the marketing department and healthcare professionals: doctors and pharmacists

    Dans le but de comprendre l'adoption du commerce électronique en Algérie et l'acceptation des consommateurs à cette nouvelle technologie, cette étude identifie les facteurs ayant un impact sur le processus d'adoption des nouvelles technologies, et d'assimiler l'importance et le rôle clé de chaque facteur sur l'adoption du commerce électronique en Algérie. Les facteurs ayant une influence sur l'adoption du commerce électronique en Algérie représentent le sujet de plusieurs études. Cependant, un nombre infime d'auteurs ont abordé ce sujet dans les pays en voie de développement. Une étude a été élaboré afin de recueillir les données qui détermine l’influence des caractéristiques sociologiques sur l'intention d'adopter le commerce électronique en Algérie. In order to understand the adoption of e-commerce in Algeria and the acceptance of consumers to this new technology, this study identifies the factors having an impact on the process of adoption of new technologies, and to assimilate the importance and the key role of each factor on the adoption of e-commerce in Algeria. The factors influencing the adoption of e-commerce in Algeria represent the subject of several studies. However, a tiny number of authors have addressed this subject in developing countries. A study was developed to collect data that determines the influence of sociological characteristics on the intention to adopt e-commerce in Algeria

    The study examines Palestine's financial challenges and the critical need for stability, addressing both theoretical frameworks and practical applications. It underscores the economy's heavy reliance on foreign aid, budget deficits, and a vulnerable financial infrastructure due to political restrictions. The goal is to analyze these issues and propose recommendations aimed at enhancing financial stability. Achieving stability is crucial for fostering economic confidence, attracting foreign investments, and sustaining long-term growth. Using a descriptive-analytical approach drawing from economic reports and studies, the study identifies challenges such as public deficits, financial system weaknesses, and political constraints on economic activity. Recommendations include strengthening fiscal and monetary policies, reducing dependency on foreign aid, fortifying financial institutions, and improving public financial management to stimulate comprehensive economic development

    The Impact Of Content Marketing On Customer Retention: A Study Of Ncr-rouiba Company

    This study investigates the impact of content marketing on customer retention within the context of NCR-Rouiba Company. Building upon existing literature, five key dimensions of content marketing were identified: relevance, credibility, attractiveness, value, and emotional impact. A sample of 267 customers from NCR Rouiba Company participated in the study. Data analysis employed descriptive statistics (frequencies, percentages) and simple linear regression analysis to test the hypotheses. The findings demonstrate a significant positive impact of content marketing on customer retention. Furthermore, all five dimensions of content marketing were found to individually contribute to customer retention.

    This study aimed to investigate the extent to which social auditing contributes to improve human resource performance. The study relied on both the descriptive analytical approach to address the theoretical frameworks, and the case study method for the Sigus Cement Company. The study concluded that social auditing greatly contributes to improve human resource performance by auditing human resource management processes, which enables them to discover social risks and resolve them as soon as possible, thereby increasing employee satisfaction.

Adopting a mixed-method approach, we conducted a thorough literature review to establish the theoretical foundation, and empirical data from the Global Innovation Index was collected to assess Algeria's performance in innovation dimensions and indicators. Our findings underscore the significance of human capital and research as Algeria's strengths, while market sophistication emerged as a key area for improvement. This research contributes to a deeper understanding of the factors influencing competitive advantage through innovation.

    This study aimed to know the impact of electronic management applications as a mechanism for developing the tourism sector in light of digital transformations and to know the changes that have been made in the modern tourism industry .The concluded that in modern technologies in the field of providing tourism services have become an urgent necessity for the tourism sectors, which forces them to adapt these services in order to provide high-quality electronic services, and to benefit from electronic applications due to their significant contribution to improving the provision of services to tangible benefits on the ground. We find that the United Arab Emirates model is a successful experience that could be emulated if the necessary infrastructure is available and then be adopted on the ground in expanding the use of information and communication technology.

    In Algeria, it is widely accepted today that there is an urgent need to diversify the economy to move from exogenous growth based on hydrocarbon revenues to endogenous growth based on a supply of various products and Services. By positioning ourselves on this axis, our work analyzes the role of the reformed banking system in the Algerian economy In this present work, we have to detect a possible impact of banking activities on economic growth in Algeria. To do this, we calculated a range of ratios, then we used the VECM technique, for the period 1990/2021, using banking variables in this case quasi-money and credits to the economy. Our study reveals a weak involvement of the banking system in the economy compared to certain strategic activities such as exports

    Enhancing Job Stability In Organizations Through Talent Management Practices

    In today's era, talent management has emerged as a pivotal functional strategy for organizations. It focuses on unique competencies and exceptional individuals, regarded as the cornerstone of excellence and innovation. Hence, we have undertaken a study to examine this matter and explore the implementation of talent management within Algerian organizations. This includes elucidating the connection between talent management and the job stability of the workforce, following the identification of job stability indicators for Algerian employees. The findings of this study reveal that talent management practices need to be improved within Algerian organizations. Furthermore, they suggest a correlation between talent management and job stability from the employees' perspective. This correlation is observed through guiding and developing employees, as well as creating a conducive environment that fosters job retention and continuous performance enhancement.

    This study aims to know the contribution of administrative empowerment in improving the performance of the Faculty of Economics, Commerce and Management Sciences in Khenchela, where the questionnaire was used as a tool for collecting information, where the distribution process was limited to a random sample, and the population numbered 104 professors and administrators, and the study sample was 51 individuals. The descriptive and analytical approaches were used, and the data were analyzed by relying on the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) program to process the data by calculating arithmetic averages, standard deviations, correlation coefficients, and multiple regression analysis. The study reached the following results: The Faculty of Economics, Commerce and Management Sciences is committed to administrative empowerment at an average level according to the respondents' answers, as well as its dimensions in the following order: effective communication, delegation of authority, work teams, motivation, training, and we also reached the existence of a relationship between the independent variable, administrative empowerment, and the performance of educational institutions as a dependent variable in the Faculty of Economics, Commerce and Management Sciences in Khenchela, and that the dimension that has the most impact on performance is effective communication.

    أداء الأسعار وسلوكها في ضوء الإعلان عن توزيع الأرباح دراسة حالة بنك العربي الوطني

    هذه الدراسة تهدف إلى قياس تأثير الإعلان عن توزيعات الأرباح على أسعار بنك العربي الوطني في سوق الاسهم السعودية «تداول» كحدث مالي، مما يمكن أن يؤدي إلى تغييرات في أسعار الأسهم. لتحقيق هذا الهدف استخدمت الدراسة منهجية دراسة الحدث وتطبيقها على بيانات البنك في البحث عن العلاقة بين أسعار الأسهم والأحداث المالية. تم تحديد نافذة الحدث والتي تشمل 10 أيام التي تسبق إعلان توزيعات الأرباح و10أيام التي تليها. اقتصرت عينة الدراسة على بنك الغربي الوطني الذي قام بتوزيع ارباحه لسنة 2024، تشير النتائج إلى وجود تأثير الإعلان عن توزيعات الأرباح على معدل العائد العادي للأسهم خلال الإعلان بمستويات دلالة إحصائية مقبولة. وهذا يشير إلى أن سوق الاسهم السعودية «تداول» قادر على استيعاب تلك الأحداث والمعلومات بشكل أفضل. This study aims to measure the impact of the announcement of dividend distributions on the stock prices of the Arab National Bank in the Saudi Stock Market as a financial event, which can lead to changes in stock prices. To achieve this goal, the study employed an event study methodology and applied it to the bank's data to explore the relationship between stock prices and financial events. An event window was defined, consisting of 10 days prior to the dividend announcement and 10 days following it. The sample was limited to the Arab National Bank, which distributed its dividends for the year 2024. The results indicate that the announcement of dividends has a significant impact on the abnormal return rate of the stocks during the announcement period, with acceptable statistical significance levels. This suggests that the Saudi Stock Market is better equipped to absorb such events and information.

    This study aims to identify the role that social media networks play in enhancing the brand image, with a focus on Mobilis as a case study. The research emphasizes the importance of the company's presence on social media platforms, examining the content it shares and how it manages this presence to reinforce and enhance the brand image among its customers.To verify this, an online questionnaire was distributed to a random sample of Mobilis customers across various social media platforms. The data collection and analysis were conducted using the SPSS statistical program. The findings indicate a statistically significant impact of social media platforms on the brand image of Mobilis, showing a positive correlation.

    تهدف هذه الدراسة الى توضيح مساهمة الرقمنة في تحسين فعالية الإدارة العمومية وتطوير التسيير العمومي للخدمات ببلدية خميس مليانة ، وذلك بعرض أهم الدراسات السابقة التي لها صلة بالموضوع ومن ثم حاولنا إسقاط الدراسة على الواقع، قمنا بتوزيع 35 استبانه على الموظفين في المؤسسة محل الدراسة . ومن أجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة قام الباحثون باستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الذي يحاول من خلاله وصف الظاهرة موضوع الدراسة، وتحليل بياناتها، والعلاقة بين مكوناتها والآراء التي تطرح حولها، ومن اجل ذلك تم استخدام طريقة الحصر الشامل نظرا لصغر حجم مجتمع الدراسة وسهولة ً الوصول إلى الفئة المستهدفة. كما توصلنا إلى مجموعة من النتائج نذكر منها أن هناك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين كل من تكنولوجيا الاتصال، قواعد البيانات، مصادر المعلومات، المتدخلون والشبكات في تحسين التسيير العمومي ببلدية خميس مليانة. This article aims to clarify the contribution of digitization in improving the effectiveness of public administration and developing the public management of services in the municipality of Khemis Miliana, by presenting the most important previous studies related to the topic. Then we tried to project the study onto reality. We distributed 35 questionnaires to employees in the institution under study and to analyze its data, the relationship between its components and the opinions expressed about it. For this purpose, the comprehensive inventory method was used due to the small size of the study population and the ease of reaching the target group. We also reached a set of results, including that there is a statistically significant relationship between communication technology, databases, information sources, stakeholders and networks in improving public management in the municipality of Khemis Miliana.

    This studyaimed to explore one type of e-marketing, thatisSearch Engine Marketing, and to highlight its impact on developing international promotion strategie for Algerian exportingfoodindustrycompanies, both free and paid. To achievethis goal, a descriptive-analyticalmethodwasemployed, and a questionnaire wasdesigned as a tool for collecting the necessary information. This questionnaire wasadministered to 155 individuals, representing the entire population of the study, whichconsisted of all exportingfoodindustrycompanies in Algeria. To validate the hypotheses, a set of statisticalmethodswasusedwith the SPSS program. The resultsconfirmedthatsearch engine marketing has an impact on developing international promotion strategies for the companiesunderstudy. Therefore, thesecompaniesshouldadoptthis type of electronic marketing, especially the paidkind, and ensureregular updates of theirwebsites on search engines.
