Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the extent to which social auditing contributes to improve human resource performance. The study relied on both the descriptive analytical approach to address the theoretical frameworks, and the case study method for the Sigus Cement Company. The study concluded that social auditing greatly contributes to improve human resource performance by auditing human resource management processes, which enables them to discover social risks and resolve them as soon as possible, thereby increasing employee satisfaction.
