Item Communication Professionnelle Dans Un Contexte Multilingue Pour L’emergence D’un Nouveau Technolecte : Problemes Et Difficultes(جامعة الوادي university of eloued, 2023-06-01) Mesbahi, KhaledLa présente recherche consiste à développer une analyse objective basée sur l’observation minutieuse d’un corpus verbalisée et donc collecté via des enregistrements afin d’analyser les fragments d’un discours semi-scientifique dévoilant les difficultés de la communication en français des agents de la santé de l’EHS d’El-Oued, dans une situation de communication exo-lingue, et les moyens mis en œuvre pour les surmonter. Or, ce travail est né des observations quotidiennes en tant que membre du personnel à l’EHS d’El Oued tout en se basant sur les interactions verbales au milieu médical lors des consultations entre les praticiens originaires de la région et leurs collègues cubains d’une part, et le personnel de la santé et les patients d’autre part. D’ailleurs, ils se trouvent dans l’obligation de parler le français avec des interlocuteurs dont la langue maternelle est l’espagnol. Tous différents les uns des autres, en matière de compétence, les praticiens dans des situations de communication conçus pour eux, les obligent à entrer dans une interaction verbale qu’elle réalise souvent avec diverses difficultés.Item المعايير الدولية لإدارة أمن المعلومات(جامعة الوادي university of eloued, 2023-06-07) هدى, بن محمد; ابتسام, طوبال; نجاة, كورتليهدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على أمن المعلومات، وتسليط الضوء على مختلف المعايير الدولية المقبولة من أغلب الدول والمنظمات لإدارة أمن المعلومات، ونخص بالذكر معيار ISO / IEC 27001، ذلك لأن المنظمات الحائزة على هذه المعايير ستعزز من مكانتها على المستوى المحلي والإقليمي وسيشكل حصولها على هذه المعايير دافعا قويا للاستمرار في تطوير خدماتها ومنتجاتها وفق أعلى وأفضل المعايير والأنظمة الدولية للرفع من ثقة المواطنين والعملاء والمستثمرين في كافة الأنشطة والعمليات التي تقوم بها. This research aims to identify information security, and to shed light on the various international standards accepted by most countries and organizations for managing information security, in particular the ISO / IEC 27001 standard, because organizations that have these standards will enhance their position at the local and regional level and will constitute their access to these standards. Standards are a strong motivation to continue to develop its services and products in accordance with the highest and best international standards and regulations to raise the confidence of citizens, customers and investors in all activities and operations carried out by themItem إعادة نظر في اللامركزية الإقليمية وَ المُستَحسَنة: دراسة تحليلية للوعود وَ الإخفاقات(جامعة الوادي university of eloued, 2023-06-01) عبد الفتاح, حلواجيتعالج هذه الدراسة اللامركزية الإقليمية بمقاربات علم السياسة، إذ أنها الصيغة المقبولة والعقلانية لتجسيد فكرة اللامركزية، واعادة النظر في اللامركزية الإقليمية يحيل إلى أنها ليست شكلا مغايرا للامركزية العامة بقدر ما هي درجة من درجاتها، و أنَّ استحسانها مجتمعيا وسلطويا ومهما كانت درجة ديمقراطية المُنتظمات السياسية، يأتي من كونها لامركزية مخطط لها بواسطة القانون ومتحكم في مُدخلاتها ومخرجاتها، كما تضمن تمثيلية للمواطنين وقدرا من المشاركة السياسية، وأنَّ إعادة النظر في وعودها يحيل إلى أنَّ تحقيقها يتطلب توافر شروط يجنبها حالات الإخفاق. This research examines regional decentralization via the analytical framework of political science, as it is the acceptable and rational method for establishing the concept of decentralization. A study of regional decentralization reveals that it is not so much a different form of general decentralisation as it is one of its degrees. Whatever the degree of democracy of political organisations, the approval of regional decentralization by society and authority stems from the fact that it is a decentralised one that is planned by law and controls its inputs and outputs. It also ensures citizen representation and a certain level of political participation. The zawiyas had a leading educational and religious role, especially after the colonial control and their attempt to obliterate the national identity and dismantle the religious faith, Since the end of the nineteenth century, Souf region has witnessed major transformations and interactions that affected public life. The role of zawiyas has emerged in various ways that some families have embraced and built domes and shrines, In this research, I chose a model for the first zawiyas that began to be established by one of the families in Souf, " Zawiya Muhammad al-Imam al-Sharif", its educational and religious role that transcended narrow spatial boundaries to reach the whole country and abroad.Item الشاهد اللغوي في تفسير أسرار التنزيل لمحمد الخضر حسين(جامعة الوادي university of eloued, 2023-01-07) سليم, ضمايدة; عبد القادر, شكيمةيتناول هذا البحث موضوع الشاهد اللغوي عند محمد الخضر حسين في تفسيره للقرآن الكريم، المسمى: "أسرار التنزيل، تفسير آيات قرآنية كريمة"، الذي يهدف إلى بيان اهتمام المصنف بالتفسير اللغوي، والتماسه للشواهد العربية، طلبا لتأكيد مذهبه في التفسير، هذا لما للشاهد من مكانة في التفسير اللغوي. وقد صُدِّر البحث بمقدمة حول الموضوع، وتناول ترجمة موجزة للإمام محمد الخضر حسين، ثم تعريفا للشاهد اللغوي، مع التطرق لنشأته، وأهميته في التفسير، وفي الشق التطبيقي اختار الباحث نماذج من تفسير المصنف مرفوقة بالشواهد اللغوية المختلفة، التي استند إليها في بيان مراد الله - عز وجل- من الآيات، ثم ذُيّل البحث بخاتمة، عرض فيها الباحث أهمّ النتائج التي توصّل إليها.
