Preparing students to be reflective and participate in making decisions concerning their society requires the empowerment of their knowledge about social and public issues. The EFL higher education curricula put the learners in front of different social, anthropological, historical and technological problems and questions that raise their awareness about past and present situations. Instead of presenting these subjects in a theoretical approach, Issue Centred Approach (ICA) proposes a different method that aims at not only raising the learners’ awareness but also at helping them be reflective and take the appropriate actions towards these issues and bring change into society. Therefore, this study aims at highlighting how ICA can empower the EFL students’ decision-making strategies for current and future issues. To meet this end, an exploratory questionnaire is administered to 18 EFL teachers at the department of English, University of BEJAIA. The study concludes that the principles of ICA enable the learners, through the interactive, analytical and reflective environment, to discuss and evaluate the alternatives before making any decision).Item Agricultural Property And Methods Of Exploitation In The Beylik Of The East Late Ottoman Era(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2024-01) Chibani, Hayet; Attia, Abdelkamel; Bedida, LazharThis study falls within the topics of the economic field of Algeria during the Ottoman era, and through it we can identify the most important aspects of economic activity, and aspects of the daily life of the Algerian individual during this historical era, as this is a crucial period in the modern history of Algeria, the economic aspect had a direct and effective impact on various walks of life, and through this study we can reveal the most important pillars of economic activity, namely agricultural property. The efficiency of institutions depends on the activation and investment of all their resources, in particular the human resources that control the rest of the resources, their direction and the way in which they are used. Therefore, the need for independent management of human resources has emerged. The cultural dimension, which is the sum of the common values that form the symbolic link between all elements of the organization, is a socio-cultural field where an organizational culture emerges and working groups are formed in harmony and effective with the organizational loyalty of the active individuals, and here it is clear that there is no organization without its human elements and energies. Technological development in the world of e-digitization of human resources in various organizations has become imperative and necessary. This is because of the nature of rapid and successive changes in human resources management in today's times. ICT encourages the establishment of "diverse polar networks", and organizational culture derives its characteristics from those of social culture, in which social culture and organizational culture share. ABSTRACT: Clinical findings described the psychiatric literature and the damage caused clearly demonstrates the value of studying the depressive pathology. We looked at this issue, because of its negative impact on quality of life of patients. Also, because the absence of a psychotherapeutic alternative that can stop driving the chronic consumption of antidepressants. These are the reasons that led us to issue as a starting hypothesis, the possibility of a therapeutic relationship; between on the one hand, the use of tricycle antidepressants (inhibitors of serotonin and noradrenalin) and secondly, the application of interpersonal psychotherapy (T.I.P). We wanted to understand the clinical efficacy of these two processes in parallel: a monotherapy for the control group (G.T) and an integrative treatment and / or combined for the experimental group (G.E). In order to assess the improvement and/or deterioration in major depression patients among adults (30-50 years) residents in the Setif Wilaya. After three successive years of experimentation (2010-2013), we realized that the combination of these two treatments was the cause of clinical improvement in this study population. The completed results, unveiled the effectiveness of this therapeutic relationship: clinical improvement was felt in 83.33% of patients in the experimental groups (n = 24), in contrast to patients of the control groups (n = 24) had obtained a rate of 16.66%. The effectiveness of integrative treatment was felt in patients (sex ratio = 0.71) aged between 41-50 years old having completed improvement rate estimated at 25%. The difference between the two groups: experimental and indicator at the end of the final phases of the TIP for three years was statistically significant at the Mann-Whitney test: Z = - 3.60; P = 0,99. These findings in both clinical and statistical allowed to adopt the hypothesis verified that the proposed treatment (Integrative and / or Combined) promoted the clinical improvement of major depression in patients belonging to the experimental group (GE).Item Executive Functions Among Fifth-grade Pupils With Reading Difficulties From The Perspectives Of Teachers And Parents(جامعة الوادي - University of Eloued, 2024-01) Ghedhaifi, HindThis study aims to investigate individual differences in executive functions among fifth-grade elementary pupils with reading difficulties, according to the variable of gender, as perceived by teachers and parents.
