The Impact Of Entrepreneurship On Economic Growth In Industrialized Countries Covering 2001-2019

This paper aims to examine the impact of entrepreneurship on economic growth, using GDP per person employed as dependent variable, and entrepreneurship computed by Total Early-Stage Entrepreneurial Activity (TEA), Financing for Entrepreneurs (FNCENT), and Government Entrepreneurship Programs (GEP) as independent variables; and other control variables. The data consists of 28 industrialized countriescovering 2001–2019. The estimation results of an augmented Solow panel data model of 28 industrialized countries covering 2001–2019, reached to a significantly negative impact only of (TEA) in the in static model. While the dynamic panel GMM estimation indicates a significantly negative impact of (TEA), and a significantly positive impact of (GEP).
The Impact Of Organizational Communication On Human Resources Performance Into Algeria Post Corporation In Batna

Organizational communication is effective when the managers ’message reaches from top to bottom, through the communication channel, clearly, enabling human resources to understand what is required of them and perform the work effectively, and when the upward communication channels are effective.This study investigates the impact plays by organizational communication through downward and upward communication in influencing employee performance components known as (AMO) i.e., Ability, Motivation, and Opportunity to perform in Algeria Post Corporation in Batna. The study findings show that upward communication has significant positive effects on human resources performance; however, the effect of downward organizational communication is stronger and more impactful on human resource performance than the effect of upward communication. Results confirmed both hypotheses.
Managing Exchange Risk And The Impact Of The Pandemic Crisis On Algerian And Tunisia Currencies

This study aims to address the problem of managing foreign exchange risks and currency price fluctuations resulting from being affected by various crises, noting how to manage these risks in Algeria and Tunisia considering the pandemic coronavirus crisis and trying to find possible solutions to avoid this. And among the results of this study, there are that the techniques used to cover the risk of exchange rates prevent the formation of drainage situations, where they work to guard against risk before it appears, and to deal with it while it is reached and protected from it, which is why it is very important to choose the best technique for good management of fluctuations in the exchange rate of the country, try to increase the volume of international exchanges currencies.
أبعاد التميز في الفعل الاستراتيجي التنموي لولاية جيجل

تحاول الدراسة الحالية تشخيص أبعاد التميز في الفعل الاستراتيجي التنموي لولاية جيجل من خلال دراسة ميدانية على عينة قصدية بلغ عددها 23 مبحوث موزعين على أعوان التأطير، وأعوان التطبيق أجريت معهم مقابلات هدفها جمع المعلومات حول التهديدات، والفرص التي تحيط بالعمل الإداري لولاية جيجل، إضافة إلى بحثها عن المؤشرات الظاهرة، والكامنة للتميز في بناءها التنظيمي، وأدائها الإداري. على ذلك الأساس كان المنهج الوصفي الذي يقوم على التحليل المنهج الذي اتبعته الدراسة الحالية في جمع، تحليل، وتفسير النتائج التي أسفرت عنها المقابلات. وتوصلت إلى أن الفعل الاستراتيجي لإدارة الولاية الموجه نحو تحقيق التنمية الشاملة يخفق في ذلك حسب التهديدات المتنوعة التي تواجه إدارة الولاية، وعدم استثمارها في الفرص الممكنة لديها، إضافة إلى عدم إداراكها لأهمية مؤشرات التميز الظاهرة، والكامنة لديها، وعليه استنتجت الدراسة الحالية اقتصار الفعل الاستراتيجي التنموي على البعد الإداري، والتنظيمي للتميز في جوانبه القانونية دون البعد التشغيلي، والتنافسي. The current study tries to diagnose the dimensions of excellence in the strategic developmental act of the state of Jijel on an intentional sample of 23 respondents distributed among the supervising and the application agents. Interviews were conducted with them aiming at gathering information about the threats and opportunities surrounding the administrative work of the state of Jijel, in addition to their research on the apparent and underlying indicators of excellence. It concluded that the strategic action of the state administration directed towards achieving comprehensive development fails to do so according to the various threats facing the state administration, and not investing it in its possible opportunities, in addition to its lack of awareness of the importance of the apparent and underlying indicators of excellence,and accordingly the current study concluded that the strategic developmental act is limited On the administrative and organizational dimension of excellence, without the operational and competitive dimension

De plus, il a offrt des opportunités et des acteurs clés ainsi que des enjeux imposés qui nécessitent des méthodes spécifiques afin de Construire et promouvoir l'image de marque, Dans un processus de communication, si la marque n'est pas en mesure de suivre le rythme de ces changements, elle fera certainement confrontée à des menaces inévitable. Cet article vise à proposer un cadre pratique pour gérer l'image mentale de marque dans l’ère numérique, Et cherche à mettre en relief le rôle des applications à l’ère numérique dans la gestion et la promotion de l'image, en mettant en évidence les méthodes pertinentes affin de gérer l'image de marque en identifiant les défis et les enjeux auxquels elle est confronté, et parmi les résultat de recherche: l’ère numériques dans toutes ses dimensions techniques, sociales et culturelles représentent un pari stratégique, notamment en temps de crise, qui peut être plus néfaste pour l'image de marque. استخدام أسلوب التكلــــفة على أساس الأنشـــــطة لتحقــــيق ميزة تكلـــفة أقل

جاءت هذه الدراسة إلى إظهار دور أسلوب التكلفة على أساس الأنشطة في تحقيق ميزة تكلفة أقل في ظل تزايد المستمر في حدة المنافسة، حيث ظهر هذا الأسلوب لتغطيت نقائص الأساليب التقليدية للمحاسبة التحليلة من أجل توفير معلومات دقيقة وفي الوقت المناسبة لإتخاذ القرارات الهامة. فكان أسلوب التكلفة على أساس الأنشطة يساعد في تحليل ومعرفة الأنشطة التي تضيف قيمة للمؤسسة والتي لا تضيف قيمة فتعمل على إلغاء الأخيرة دون المساس بجودة المنتجات أو الخدمات وبالتالي تخفيض في التكاليف مما يمنح المؤسسة ميزة تنافس بها في الأسواق This study came to clarify the role of the activity-based cost method in achieving a lower cost advantage in light of the continuous increase in competition, as it appeared that this method covers the shortcomings of the traditional methods of analytical accounting for an accurate presentation. And information at the right time to make important decisions. The activity-based cost method used to help in analyzing and knowing the activities that add value to the organization and which do not add value, so it cancels the latter without compromising the quality of products or services and thus reducing costs, which gives the organization an advantage in competing with it in the markets
الاستهداف الممول عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي كآلية تسويقية لجذب العملاء للمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة

The purpose of this study is to try to identify the role of targeting funded through Social Media Facebook in client targeting for small and medium businesses ; For that, We have studied a case in the Beba School entreprise, using intervew and questionnaire tools. 251 individuals were targeted by an e-questionnaire across the organization's site, where it was analyzed using SPSS V23. The study reached a number of results, which are: SMEs' awareness of the increasing importance of social media as a reference for information that helps in marketing and targeting customers by monitoring their opinions and recognizing their aspirations through participation and comments, which contributes to attracting more potential customers; Funded targeting also attracts a large number of customers at the lowest cost, reflecting on the rationalization of marketing expenses in a way that is tailored to the specificity of SME's.

يحظى موضوع التحولات الديمقراطية باهتمام الباحثين بعد موجة التحولات التي شهدها القرن العشرين، غير انه في الدول العربية يثير النقاش والجدل والاختلاف، في هذا الاطار شكلت المستجدات السياسية "احداث الربيع العربي" على الساحة العربية زعزعة وتحدي لتغيير الخارطة السياسية للأنظمة السياسية العربية لمواكبة التطورات الدولية وبناء دول ديمقراطية تراعي خصوصية المجتمعات والقيم العربية. الا ان موجة التحول الديمقراطي في الجزائر تزامنت مع فترة ما بعد الحرب الباردة وتعلقت بالإصلاحات السياسية والدستورية لإصلاح مؤسسات النظام السياسي والركود الاقتصادي والتدهور الاجتماعي، تبقى الاصلاحات السياسية في الجزائر تهدف لترسيخ الديمقراطية واقامة دولة القانون وبناء جزائر جديدية بمبادئ الحكم الراشد ومحاربة الفساد. يبقى الرهان امام صانع القرار الجزائري بعد موجة الاحتجاجات "حراك الكرامة" مرفوعا لتحقيق الوعود وتجسيدها لبناء جزائر جديدة تواكب التحولات الدولية. The topic of democratic transitions is receiving the attention of researchersafter the wave of transformations that took place in the twentieth century.However,the topic in the Arab countries raises debate, controversy and disagreement.In this context,the political developments“Arab Spring events”on the Arab arena were challenging to change the political map of Arab political regimes to keep pace with international developments And building democratic states that take into account the peculiarities of Arab societies and values.However,the wave of democratic transformation in Algeria coincided with the post-goldwar period and related to political and constitutional reforms to reform the institutions of the political system,economic stagnation and social deterioration.The political reforms in Algeria remain aimed at consolidating democracy,establishing the rule of law and building a new Algeria with the principles of good governance and fighting corruption.The stakes for the Algerian decision maker remain raised to fulfill and embody promises to build a new Algeria that keeps pace with international transformations.
التجارةالالكترنيةوتاثرها بجائحة كورونا دراسة ميدانيةعلى مستوى ولاية جيجل

من خلال هذا البحث سعينا إلى التعرف على واقع التجارة الالكترونية في الجزائر ، بعد تقنين هذه العملية في ماي 2018 و الإشارة إلى جائحة كورونا و مدى تأثير الظروف العامة المرافقة له على هذا النوع من صيغ التداول ، و إلقاء الضوء على وضعية القطاع في ولاية جيجل و مقارنته ببعض الولايات المجاورة ،اعتمادا على عدد المسجلين على السجل التجاري، سواء كانوا أشخاصا طبيعيين آو معنويين مسجلين ضمن نشاط التجارة الالكترونية ، و لقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ،و التوصل إلى أن الأزمة الصحية لم تساهم بالقدر المطلوب أو المأمول منه في تنشيط التجارة الالكترونية ،بالرغم من الإجراءات التي تم إقرارها سواء من خلال القانون 18/05 أو حتى التعليمات الصادرة عن السلطات الرسمية و التي تزامنت مع انتشار هذه الجائحة . Through this research, we sought to know the reality of electronic commerce in Algeria, after the legalization of this process in May 2018 and the reference to the Corona pandemic, and to shed light on the situation of the sector in the level of Jijel , it was concluded that health crisis did not contribute to the required or desired extent in activating E- commerce Despite the measures that were approved, whether through Law 18/05 or even the instructions issued by the official authorities, which coincided with the spread of this pandemic.
التدقيق الاجتماعي كأداة لحوكمة الموارد البشرية في المؤسسات الاستشفائية

الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو إبراز دور التدقيق الاجتماعي في حوكمة الموارد البشرية في المؤسسات الاستشفائية ، حيث أنه يسعي إلى تقييم وتحليل قدرة المؤسسة على التحكم في مواردها البشرية باستعمال تقنيات تسمح بالكشف عن نقاط الضعف والقوة بهدف بلوغ حوكمة الموارد البشرية بفعالية . وقد توصلنا إلى نتيجة مفادها أن تطبيق التدقيق الاجتماعي في المؤسسات الاستشفائية يساهم في الاستغلال الأمثل لرأس المال البشري لا سيما عند إدارك الموظفيين لمبادئ التدقيق الاجتماعي وتطبيقهم لمبادئ حوكمة الموارد البشرية. The aim of this study is to highlight the role of social audit in human resources governance in hospital institutions, as it seeks to assess and analyze the ability of the institution to control its human resources using techniques that allow the detection of weaknesses and strengths in order to achieve human resources governance effectively. We have come to the conclusion that the application of social audit in hospital institutions contributes to the optimal exploitation of human capital, particularly when employees are introduced to the principles of social audit and their application of the principles of human resources governance
التسويق الالكتروني عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي كآلية جديدة للاتصال بالزبون

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على واقع استخدام كلية العلوم الاقتصادية بجامعة المسيلة لمواقع التواصل الاجتماعي كآلية جديدة لتطوير الاتصال بطلبتها ،حيث تم تصميم استبيانه وتوزيعها على عينة من الطلبة قدرت بـ 100 مفردة وتم استرجاع 76 استبانة. وقد توصلنا الى أن كلية العلوم الاقتصادية بجامعة المسيلة تعتمد بشكل واضح في التعامل مع طلبتها على الفيسبوك وان اغلب الطلبة افراد العينة يملكون حساب فيسبوك، كما ان مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي زادت من التفاعل بين الكلية وطلبتها و عززت من بناء الثقة لدى الطلبة وهذه الاخيرة تلعب دور الوسيط بين الطلبة وأعضاء هيئة التدريس في الكلية. This study aims to show the use of social media in faculty of economic science at the University of M’sila as a new mechanism to develop communication with its students, we designed a questionnaire and distributed to a sample of students estimated at 100 individuals but only 76 questionnaires were retrieved. We conclude at the end that the faculty of Economic Sciences at M’sila University is clearly use with its students the Facebook , and that most students of the sample have a Facebook account, and that social media sites have increased the interaction between these students end their teachers in this faculty.

الحدود الرقابية لعمل المحاكم المالية وسبل الإصلاح

إن الغرض من هذه الدراسة هو عرض الإكراهات التي تعيق الآداء الرقابي للمحاكم المالية بالمغرب(المجلس الأعلى للحسابات، المجالس الجهوية للحسابات) على مستويات عدة، سواء تلك المتعلقة بالإكراهات الداخلية(المؤسساتية، ضعف الموارد البشرية...) أو الخارجية (إكراهات ذات بعد سياسي، إداري، ثقافي). حيث وقفنا على مكامن الخلل واستعراض الحلول التي من شأنها تحسين الأداء الرقابي لهذه المحاكم، عن طريق من جملة من الإصلاحات ، لضمان فاعلية هذه الهيئة العليا للرقابة على المال العام بالمغرب. the purpose of this study is to present the constraints that hamper the audit performance of financial jurisdictions in Morocco (the Court of account , the regional Courts of accounts) at several levels, whether they are internal (institutional, weak human resources ...) or external (political, administrative, cultural constraints.) Where we examined the points of shortcomings and considered solutions that would improve the audit performance of these jurisdictions, through a series of reforms, to ensure the effectiveness of this Supreme Audit Institution of public fund control in Morocco.
الصكوك كتقنية حديثة وناجعة لجلب الأموال وأقل مخاطرة من السندات

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح أهمية الصكوك كتقنية حديثة وناجعة لجلب الأموال وأقل مخاطرة من السندات، وذلك باعتبار أن الصكوك هي وسيلة بديلة عن السندات لتوفير حاجات التمويل وبأقل مخاطر، حيث تم التطرق إلى أهم الفروقات الأساسية بين السندات والصكوك، أنواعهما وأهم الخصائص التي اختصت بها الصكوك الإسلامية عن باقي أنواع الأدوات الاستثمارية المتداولة بين مختلف المتعاملين. توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى أنه الصكوك بأنواعها المختلفة تساهم في تحسين إدارة رأس المال وتحقيقها لأهداف تسمح لها بالوصول إلى مستوى أعلى كفاءة خاصة وأنها توفر للمستثمرين درجة عالية من الثقة. This studyaims to clarify the importance of sukukas a modern and effective technique to bring in money and lessriskthan bonds, consideringthat sukuk are an alter native way to bonds to provide financing needs with lessrisk, wherethey dealt with the most important basic differences between bonds and sukuk. their types and the most important characteristics of Islamic sukuk from other types of investment instruments traded between different dealers. This study concluded that various types of Sukuk contribute to improving Capital management, And achieving goals that allowit to reach a higherlevel of efficiency, especially as it provides investors with a high degree of confidence.
الضرائب المؤجلة وأثارها على المؤسسات الاقتصادية الجزائرية

يهدف البحث إلى محاولة التعرف على آثار الناتجة عن تطبيق الضرائب المؤجلة على المؤسسات الاقتصادية، وذلك من خلال الدراسة التشخيصة للضرائب المؤجلة التي جاءت لتعالج الإختلالات والفروقات الناجمة عن النتيجة المحاسبية التي تحدد وفق النظام المحاسبي المالي والنتيجية الجبائية التي يتم تحديدها وفق تطبيق أحكام وقوانين الجبائية. فلقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الضرائب المؤجلة هي عبارة عن تقنية محاسبية وليست ضريبية بحد ذاتها، تنشأ من الضريبية على الأرباح الشركات والتي تخضع بدورها إلى مبدأ الإستقلالية الدورات المحاسبية الذي ينص على أن كل دورة تتحمل أعبائها ونواتجها. The research aims to try to identify the effects resulting from the application of deferred taxes on economic institutions, through the diagnostic study of deferred taxes that came to address the imbalances and differences resulting from the accounting result that is determined according to the financial accounting system and the tax result that is determined according to the application of tax provisions and laws. The study concluded that deferred taxes are an accounting technique and not a tax in itself, they arise from the tax on corporate profits, which in turn are subject to the principle of independence of accounting cycles, which states that each cycle bears its burdens and outcomes.

المنتجات المالية ودورها في التقليل من حدة مخاطر المصرفية الإسلامية الإجارة نموذجا

This study aims therole of innovative Islamic financial engineering products in managing the risks of the leasing formula in line with the provisions of Sharia, as the descriptive analytical approach was relied upon as suitable for presenting the concepts related to Islamic financial products as well as the leasing formula and the risks resulting from it, in addition to the field study. Distributing 50 forms to employees, and 40 valid forms were retrieved for processing using the Spss program.Al-Salam and Al-Baraka Al-Jazaery bankers are interested in Islamic financial products and this is shown by the extent of their use of these products by applying them to the available formulas. The latter also contribute effectively to managing the risks of financing formulas by developing and devising strategies to address financing problems

تعد القارة الأفريقية من أهم القارات في العالم، من حيث الموقع الجيواستراتيجي الذي يتوسط العالم، فهي تعد حلقة وصل طبيعية بين قاراته، كما أنها تستحوذ على ثروات طبيعية كبيرة، مما حولها إلى خزان استراتيجي عالمي للطاقة والموارد الأولية، بالإضافة إلى شساعة مساحتها واستحواذها على أهم الممرات البحرية في العالم، والتي تعد شريان اقتصادياً وتجارياً دولياً، كمضيق جبل طارق، وقناة السويس وباب المندب، الأمر الذي زاد من قيمتها في التصنيف الدولي لمقومات القوة، إلا أن تلك المؤهلات الكبيرة والضخمة، لا تتماشى مع الوقع الاقتصادي للدول الأفريقية، فهي وبالرغم تصدرها للمراتب الاولى عالمياُ من حيث انتاج الثروات الطبيعية والاحتياطات الهائلة، إلا أنها تعد أكثر الدول تخلفا من الجانب الاقتصادي، وتتذيل الترتيب العالمي من حيث ارقام النمو. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز وتوضيح أهمية صيغة السلم في تنمية اقتصاد الدول الإسلامية من جهة وتوضيح إدارة المخاطر التي تعتريها أثناء فترة التمويل من جهة أخرى كمنتج من منتجات الهندسة المالية الإسلامية. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن عقد السلم يعتبر أداة تمويل شرعية ذات كفاءة عالية في الاقتصاد الإسلامي، وهو من العقود الإسلامية التي تساهم في التنمية المستدامة من جهة، ومن جهة اخرى يمثل أكثر الصيغ التمويلية الإسلامية تعرضا للمخاطر، أبرزها المخاطر التشغيلية، المخاطر الأخلاقية المخاطر السوقية، المخاطر الائتمانية، والتي يمكن مواجهتها بعدة طرق أهمها سياسة تنويع وتوزيع المخاطر. The formula of El Salam is one of the important forms of Islamic conversion of Islamic finance that contribute to the development of the economy of Islamic countries. The present study aims to clarify the importance of the ladder formula and clarify the risk management encountered during the financing period as a product of Islamic financial engineering products. The study also concluded that the El Salam contract is one of the Islamic contracts that contribute to the development of many economic sectors, as it fulfills the plans of continuous development and provides good opportunities for marketing agricultural and industrial products and helps to provide the necessary funding and achieve flexibility and capacity in the use of Islamic banks Any other formula, where the risks related to commodity price fluctuations have been addressed because this contract has the advantage of the seller to use the capital in any of his needs without any interference or condition from the buyer and therefore El Salam formula is a legitimate financing tool with high efficiency in the Islamic economy.
