2009-2014أثر السیولة المصرفیة على العائد والمخاطرة دراسة حالة لبنكي ( البركة – الخلیج الجزائر )

دف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل أثر السيولة المصرفية على العائد والمخاطرة ، حيث تضمن الإطار النظري 􀀮 لهذه الدراسة كل من مفاهيم عامة حول السيولة المصرفية من تعاريف وأنواع وأهداف وأهمية وخصائص ومصادر ا في البنوك 􀁄 السيولة المصرفية والنظريات المفسرة لها مع تقييم وتكلفة السيولة المصرفية وبعض المؤشرات المعمول ( محل الدراسة ) وكذلك عموميات نظرية حول ومؤشرات قياس معدل العائد المصرفي وأدبيات حول المخاطرة وإدارة المخاطر ومراحلها ومؤشرات قياس العائد والمخاطرة والعلاقة النظرية بينهما ، أما الجزء التطبيقي لهذه الدراسة فكانت دراسة ميدانية لبنك البركة وبنك الخليج الجزائر وتم إعطاء نشأة وتعريف لكلا البنكين بالإضافة إلى الهيكل التنظيمي لهما تم تطبيق نموذج الارتباط الجزئي على نسب السيولة المصرفية ومعدل العائد على حقوق الملكية ومعدل العائد على الموجودات والأرصدة النقدية المملوكة لدى المصارف والتسهيلات الائتمانية خلال الفترة الممتد 2014 ومن ثم استخراج النتائج والتعليق عليها والمقارنة بينهاCette étude vise à analyser l’impacte de la liquidité bancaire sur la recette et le risque, son cadre théorique contient : les notions générales sur la liquidité (définition, types, importance, caractéristiques et sources de la liquidité…) l’étude reprends également les thèmes de l’estimation et le cout ainsi que quelques indices utilisés dans les banques (sur lesquelles elle porte) , et le revenu :(les indices de calcul du revenu bancaire , ainsi que le risque et son administration et la relation entre le dernier et le revenu. La partie pratique de l’étude porte sur 02 établissements financiers : EL BARAKA BANQUE et ARAB GULF BANK, pour ce qui est de leurs : établissements, et organigramme. On a procédé par la suite à l’application de l’exemple de liaison partielle aux taux de liquidité bancaire ; revenu moyen sur les drits de propriété ; revenu moyen sur les avoirs bancaires …….etc , durant la période entre 2009 jusqu’en 2014. Et par la suite en conclure les résultats, les comparer et les commenter.

"أصبح مفهوم الاستدامة في سلسلة التوريد يحظى مؤخرا باهتمام كبير في الأوساط الأكاديمية وسرعان ما انتقل ذلك الإهتمام إلى مجال الصناعات سنوات قليلة بعد ذلك, كتحصيل حاصل للترابط بينهما, الشيء الذي دفع بالدول والاقتصاديين إلى الالتزام بالاستدامة. في هذا الصدد، تكون الشركات مسؤولة عن الجوانب الاجتماعية والبيئية والاقتصادية لأنشطتها، والمعروفة باسم المحصلة الثلاثية. يدرس هذا البحث ممارسات سلسلة التوريد المستدامة في صناعة تصنيع السيارات لهذه المناقشة من خلال تقديم رؤية جديدة لاستكشاف هذا الرأي. التركيز الرئيسي لهذا البحث كان للتحقيق في وجهات نظر شركة TOYOTA COMPANY للتحكم في الاستدامة أثناء تنفيذ استراتيجياتها في سلسلة التوريد. لذلك ، أجرينا تحليلًا موضوعيًا ، وهي طريقة قوية تسعى جاهدة لفهم سياسات سلسلة التوريد المستدامة في TOYOTA company وذلك خلال الفترة الزمنية من سبتمبر 2022 إلى ماي 2023 باستخدام برنامج التحليل النوعي NVivo14. تكشف النتائج أن سلسلة التوريد المستدامة في شركة تويوتا تحظى بأكبر قدر من الاهتمام بالاقتصاد الدائري. تعكس النتائج علاقة قوية بين ممارسات سلسلة التوريد المستدامة المتقدمة والاقتصاد الدائري. ستخلص هذه الدراسة إلى أن شركة TOYOTA تعتبر الاقتصاد الدائري وسيلة لتحسين ممارسات سلسلة التوريد المستدامة المتقدمة. يؤكد البحث أن دمج مبادئ الاقتصاد الدائري ضمن إدارة سلسلة التوريد المستدامة يمكن أن يوفر مزايا واضحة من وجهة نظر اقتصادية واجتماعية وبيئية " "The concept sustainability in the supply chain has received significant attention in academia and industries in few years later, which obliges the governments and economists to adhere sustainability. In this regard, businesses are responsible for their activities’ social, environmental and economic aspects, named triple bottom line. This paper studies sustainable supply chain practices in the Automotive manufacturing industry to this discussion by providing new insight into exploring that view. The main focus of this research is to investigate TOYOTA company points of view to control the sustainability during implementation its supply chain strategies. Therefore, we conducted a thematic analysis, a powerful method that strives to understand policies sustainable supply chain in TOYOTA company from September 2022 to May 2023 using NVivo qualitative software. The findings reveal that sustainable supply chain in TOYOTA company have the most significant attention with circular economy. The findings reflect strong relation between advanced sustainable supply chain practices and circular economy. This study will conclude that TOYOTA company consider circular economy as a means to improve their advanced sustainable supply chain practices. The research confirms that the integration of circular economy principles within sustainable supply chain management can provide clear advantages from an economic, social and environmental point of view "

Globalization, Energy Consumption, Environmental Degradation, in The Presence of Environmental Kuznets Curve for Developed Countries. Static and Dynamic Panel Data Approach (1980-2019)

"The global industrialization process has led to a rapid economic growth for all countries around the world. The continued development in economic growth, and the human reliance on energy consumption is resulting in high increase of CO2 emissions. Many researchers assumed that the problem of global climate change caused by the aggravation of greenhouse gas emissions. The specific relationship between economic growth and environmental quality has been discussed clearly by Kuznets (1955) who founded one of the theoretical foundations of the mechanics of this relationship in his paper. This research was based on the EKC theory. The main objective of this research was to investigate the existence of the EKC hypothesis in various economies categorized in developed countries. Panel data has been used to investigate the existence of the EKC in 21 st developed countries covering the period between 1980 to 2019. The results of the study supported the EKC hypothesis for the selected countries; the evidence of EKC is confirmed for those economies. Specifically, GDP per capita makes CO2 emissions diminished. In addition, the LGDP3 implies that the movement of CO2 emissions follows the inverted N-shaped pattern of the EKC hypothesis. "
Human development and economic performance of Arab countries During the period 1990.2022

تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة العلاقة بين الأداء الاقتصادي والتنمية البشرية من خلال استخدام أدوات القياس الاقتصادي المتمثلة في البيانات اللوحية باستخدام برنامج STATA 15 بهدف قياس مستوى العلاقة المتكونة بين متغيرات الدراسة التي أجريت في الدول العربية من الفترة 1990 حتى 2022 ومن خلال الدراسة توصلنا إلى النتائج التالية: مؤشر التنمية البشرية يسبب تغيرات في الناتج المحلي الإجمالي وهذا يعني أن النمو الاقتصادي يلعب دوراً هاماً في تعزيز التنمية البشرية. وتوضح تحسينات جرينجر في الناتج المحلي الإجمالي في التنمية البشرية أهمية رأس المال البشري في دفع الأداء الاقتصادي." " The study aims to know the relationship between economic performance and human development through the use of economic measurement tools represented in panel data using the STATA 15 program with the aim of measuring the level of the relationship formed between the variables of the study that was conducted in the Arab countries from the period 1990 until 2022. Through the study, we have reached the following results HDI causes changes in GDP. This means that economic growth plays an important role in promoting human development. Granger improvements in GDP in human development demonstrate the importance of human capital in driving economic performance.
THE IMPACT OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP ON ECONOMIC GROWTH IN THE DEVELOPING COUNTRIES: A PANEL DATA APPROACH

The purpose of this paper is to examine the relationship between entrepreneurship, and economic growth. We use real GDP per worker to measure growth as dependent variable; and entrepreneurship measured by the Global Entrepreneurship Index (GEI), Business Freedom (BUSfr), and Starting a Business (STRbus) as independent variables; and several control variables. The data consists of 18 developing countries for the period 2004–2019. Based on Romer’s assumption (Romer, 1986), we use a specification of an augmented Cobb-Douglas production function to test the effect of entrepreneurship on growth in developing countries. We employ two estimation methods which are Static Panel Data Method and Generalized Method of Moments (GMM) to carry out the work. Our results suggest that in static model, the impact of only ‘Starting Business’ entrepreneurship variable has a significantly positive impact on growth in developing countries. The dynamic panel GMM estimation indicate that all entrepreneurship measures; 'Global Entrepreneurship Index’, ‘Business Freedom’ and ‘Starting a Business, have significantly positive impacts on growth in developing countries.
The impact of artificial intelligence adoption digital marketing capabilities and firm performance: insghts from SMEs in El-oued

"هذه الدراسة تستقصي تأثير اعتماد الذكاء االصطناعي (AI (على قدرات التسويق الرقمي واألداء العام للمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة (SMEs (التي تعمل في قطاع الخدمات في مدينة الوادي بالجزائر. تتناول هذه الدراسة الفجوة البحثية في الدراسات االدبية القائمة، حيث تركز على قياس تأثيرات دمج الذكاء ، في قطاع الخدمات االصطناعي في سياق غير مبحوث بشكل جيد وتحديدا (SMEs (في اقتصاد نامي ً نتائج اعتماد التكنولوجيا. باستخ ً َّق جيدا حيث تبقى األدلة التجريبية نادرة ولم تُوث دام منهجية بحث كمي، جمعت الدراسة البيانات من خالل توزيع استبيانات منظمة لكبار المسؤولين التنفيذيين في مختلف صناعات قطاع الخدمات في الوادي. تم إجراء تحليل البيانات باستخدام 29 SPSS و4 PLS Smart ، مما يتيح التقييم الدقيق للعالقات المفترضة وضمان موثوقية وصحة النتائج البحثية. كشف التحليل عن وجود عالقة ذات داللة إحصائية بين اعتماد الذكاء االصطناعي مع قدرات التسويق الرقمي واعتماد الذكاء االصطناعي مع أداء الشركة. ومع ذلك، فإن تأثير قدرات التسويق الرقمي على األداء العام للشركة لم يظهر على أنه ذو داللة إحصائية. توصي الدراسة بإجراء بحوث إضافية الستكشاف المتغيرات الوسيطة التي تؤثر على العالقة المعقدة بين قدرات التسويق الرقمي المحسنة بواسطة الذكاء االصطناعي واألداء العام للمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في سياقات مماثلة." "his study examine the influence of Artificial Intelligence (AI) adoption on the digital marketing capabilities and overall firm performance (Small and Medium- sized Enterprises) operating within the service sector of El Oued City, Algeria. Addressing a critical gap in the existing literature, this study focuses on quantifying the effects of AI integration within an under-researched context – specifically, service sector SMEs in a developing economy – where empirical evidence remains scarce and the outcomes of technological adoption are not well documented. Employing a quantitative research methodology, the study collected data through structured surveys administered to senior executives across various service sector industries in El Oued. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS 29 and Smart PLS 4, enabling rigorous evaluation of the hypothesized relationships and ensuring the reliability and validity of the research findings. The analysis revealed a statistically significant relationship between AI adoption with digital marketing capabilities and AI adoption with firm performance. However, the effect of digital marketing capabilities on overall firm performance presented a not significant relationship. The study recommends further research to explore the mediating variables that influence the complex relationship between AI-enhanced digital marketing capabilities and the overall firm performance in similar contexts."

تهدف الدراسة إلى الكشف عن دور أبعاد الشمول المالي في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية من خلال توزيع استبيانات موجهة لعينة من زبائن البنوك التجارية لوكالات الوادي عددها 159 استبيان، حيث اعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على ثلاث مناهج رئيسية وهي المنهج الوصفي والمنهج التحليلي لوصف وتحليل ما ورد في الدراسات السابقة والمراجع المرتبطة بموضوع البحث والعناصر والعلاقات المرتبطة به بالإضافة إلى المنهج الإحصائي الذي تم استخدامه في الفصل التطبيقي قصد قياس أثر أبعاد الشمول المالي في تحقيق جوانب الميزة التنافسية باستخدام برنامج SPSS.V25، وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الشمول المالي والميزة التنافسية في البنوك التجارية محل الدراسة.The study aims to reveal the role of the dimensions of financial inclusion in achieving competitive advantage by distributing questionnaires directed to a sample of 159 commercial bank customers for Valley agencies. In this study, we relied on three main approaches, namely the descriptive approach and the analytical approach to describe and analyze what was mentioned in previous studies. And the references related to the topic of research and the elements and relationships associated with it, in addition to the statistical method that was used in the applied chapter in order to measure the impact of the dimensions of financial inclusion in achieving aspects of competitive advantage using the SPSS.V25 program, and the study concluded that there is a statistically significant relationship between financial inclusion and competitive advantage in The commercial banks under study.
اتفاق الشراكة بين الجزائر والاتحاد الأوروبي - واقع وآفاق

"في بداية التسعينات سعى الاتحاد الأوروبي إلى طرح مشروع الشراكة من خلال مؤتمر برشلونة الذي يوضح فيه السياسة الجديدة للاتحاد مع دول جنوب المتوسط ، ولقد نتج عن هذا العمل تطور في إبرام عدة اتفاقيات ثنائية مع دول الضفة الجنوبية للمتوسط ، فهذه الاتفاقيات تهدف إلى إقامة فضاء أورو متوسطي من خلال منطقة التبادل الحر بين الضفتين للمتوسط متماشيا مع مبادئ المعاملة بالمثل الناجم عن أسس المنظمة العالمية للتجارة. والجزائر كغيرها من البلدان المتوسطية قامت بإمضاء عقد الشراكة مع الاتحاد الأوروبي كحلقة للاندماج في سيرورة الاقتصاد العالمي، بهدف تحقيق أهداف تنموية على المدى الطويل بالرغم من التكاليف الانتقالية المحتملة والإفرازات السلبية. وانطلاقا لما ورد نحاول من خلال هذه الدراسة تحليل واقع الاقتصاد الجزائري ومدى قدرته على الانسجام مع متطلبات الشراكة من خلال وضعية التجارة الخارجية باعتبارها العامل المهم في الاتفاقية، ووضعية رؤوس الأموال الأجنبية التي تعتبر محرك التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية.""In the early nineties, the European Union sought to put forward a partnership project through the Barcelona Conference, in which it clarifies the new policy of the union with the countries of the southern Mediterranean. This work resulted in a development in the conclusion of several bilateral agreements with the countries of the southern bank of the Mediterranean. These agreements aim to establish a Euro-Mediterranean space through the free trade area between the two shores of the Mediterranean in line with the principles of reciprocity resulting from the foundations of the World Trade Organization. Algeria, like other Mediterranean countries, has signed a partnership contract with the European Union as a link for integration into the global economic process with the aim of achieving long-term development goals, despite the potential transitional costs and negative outcomes. Based on what was mentioned, we try, through this study, to analyze the reality of the Algerian economy and its ability to be in harmony with the requirements of partnership through the status of foreign trade as the important factor in the agreement, and the status of foreign capital, which is the engine of economic and social development."
آثار جائحة كورونا على المؤسسات العمومية غير الربحية"

تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوع أثار جائحة كورونا على المؤسسات العمومية غير الربحية حيث هدفت هذه الدراسة الي كيفية أستطاعت هذه المؤسسات لتنفيذ البرامج والانشطة المستدامة التي تلبي الاحتياجات والرغبات الحقيقية في ظل هذه الجائجة وكذلك ضمن الاحتياجات لبناء قدرت المجتمع المحلي الذي تعمل من أجلها حيث أستخدمت هذه الدارسة المنهج التحليلي الوصفي عن طريق الاستبانة وقمنا بتوزيع 47 استبانة وتم أرجاع 40 منهم ووزعت على الاساتذة والاستاذات في مختلف الكليات وبناء على ما سبق توصلنا الي هذه المؤسسة استطاعت أن تكمل مسيرتها رغم الجائحة حيث نوصي بضرورة الاخذ بعين الاعتبار بالإجراءات الاحترازية لهذه الجائحةThis study addressed the topic of the corona pandemic on public non-profit institutions where this study aimed at how these institutions were able to implement sustainable programs and activities that meet the real needs and desires under this pandemic as well as within the needs to build the capacity of the community for which they work, where this study used the descriptive analytical approach through questionnaire and we distributed 47 questionnaires and 40 of them were returned and distributed to teachers and professors in various colleges and based on the above To this institution was able to continue its march despite the pandemic where we recommend the need to take into account the precautionary measures of this pandemic

أثر أبعاد القيادة التحويلية على الالتزام التنظيمي في المؤسسة الاقتصادية "دراسة حالة بمؤسسة الهياكل المعدنية المصنعة BATICM - وحدة المغير - الوادي "

تهدف هذه الدراسة الى التعرف عن اثر ابعاد القيادة التحويلية على الالتزام التنظيمي في مؤسسة الاقتصادية حيث تم اسقاط الدراسة على مؤسسة بناء الهياكل المعدنية المصنعة baticim –وحدة المغير-ولاية الوادي . ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تصميم استبانة تكونت من (35) فقرة وذلك لجمع البيانات الأولية من عينة الدراسة المتمثلة في عمال وموظفين اداريين ورؤساء اقسام ورؤساء مصالح ورؤساء مكاتب في المؤسسة محل الدراسة، اذ تم توزيع (41) استبانة استرجع منها (41) أي كلها قابلة للتحليل الإحصائي، وفي ضوء ذلك جرى جمع وتحليل البيانات واختبار الفرضيات باستخدام البرنامج الاحصائي spss إصدار 22. وكان من بين اهم نتائج المتوصل اليها، وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية بين ابعاد القيادة التحويلية والالتزام التنظيمي عند مستوى دلالة 0.05، و أيضا وجود علاقة ارتباط معنوية بين ابعاد القيادة والالتزام التنظيمي. This study aimed to identify the effect of the dimensions of transformational leadership on the organizational commitment in the economic institution. Therefore, the study was applied on the Institution of Construction of the Metal Structures Manufactured BATICIM –EL_Meghaier-ELOued. To achieve the objective of the study, a questionnaire was designed consisting of (35) paragraphs to collect the preliminary data from the sample of the study which consisted of workers, administrative staff, heads of departments, and heads of departments and heads of offices in the institution where the study was applied; (41) questionnaires were distributed and (41) ones where retrieved all for statistical analysis .in light of this, data collection, using the spss analysis, and hypothesis testing were carried program . One of the most important results of this study was statistical significant effect between the dimensions of transformation leadership and the organizational commitment at the level of significance of 0.05, and also a significant correlation between leadership dimensions and organizational commitment .
اثر اختلاف بدائل القياس وفق النظام المحاسبي المالي على عرض القوائم المالية

إن النظام المحاسبي المالي المعتمد في الجزائر بداية من سنة 2010، الذي يحدد قواعد التقييم والتسجيل ومحتوى الكشوف المالية وعرضها وكذا مدونة الحسابات وقواعد سيرها،حيث أن هذه التغيرات فرضت نفسها على بيئة الأعمالالجزائرية، وفي إطار التكيف مع هذه التغيرات أوجد النظام طرق للتقييم والقياس المحاسبي (بدائل القياس)، إلا أن صعوبة تطبيق هذا النظام يرتبط بعدة متغيرات أخرى لها القدرة على تفعيل هذا النظام للاستفادة منه في رفع تنافسية المؤسسة.Le système de comptabilité financière adopté en Algérie à partir de 2010, qui définit les règles d'évaluation et d'enregistrement, le contenu des états financiers et leur présentation, ainsi que le code des comptes et leurs règles de conduite, s'imposent à l'environnement des affaires algérien. (Alternatives de mesure) Cependant, la difficulté de mise en œuvre de ce système est liée à plusieurs autres variables qui ont la capacité d'activer ce système pour en bénéficier dans l'amélioration de la compétitivité de l'institution

يعالج البحث قياس أثر أداء الخدمات اللوجستية و المتمثلة في المؤشرات رئيسية التالية: البنية التحتية ، مؤشر ربط الشحن البحري و حركة الحاويات في الميناء و أخرى مساعدة و هي الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر ، نصيب الفرد من إجمالي الناتج المحلي، ، حرية التجارة و صادرات السلع والخدمات ،و قد تم الإعتماد على مؤشر التنافسية العالمية الصادر المنتدى الاقتصادي العالمي ، من خلال بيانات سنوية خلال للفترة ( 2004- 2023 ) لدولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة ، ولتحقيق ذلك إستخدمت الدراسة الإنحدار المتعدد بإستخدام طريقة المربعات الصغرى العادية وبالإستعانة ببرنامج 12 EVIEWS. خلصت النتائج الى أن أداء الخدمات اللوجستية من خلال مؤشر ربط الشحن البحري و مؤشر حركة الحاويات في الميناء يؤثر إيجابا على التنافسية العالمية في الإمارات بالإضافة إلى المتغيرات التفسيرية الأخرى والمتمثلة في الإستثمار الأجنبي المباشر وصادرات السلع والخدمات ، في حين لم يكن هناك أي أثر معنوي لكل من مؤشر البنية التحتية، ونصيب الفرد من الناتج المحلي وحرية التجارة على التنافسية العالمية لدولة الإمارات. The research examines the impact of logistical services performance through key indicators such as infrastructure, maritime shipping connectivity index, container movement in the port, foreign direct investment, and per capita share of the GDP, trade freedom, goods and services exports. The Global Competitiveness Index issued by the World Economic Forum was relied upon, using annual data from 2004 to 2023 for the United Arab Emirates. To achieve this, the study utilized multiple regression analysis employing ordinary least squares method with the assistance of EViews 12 software. The results concluded that improvement in logistical services, specifically through the maritime shipping connectivity index and container movement in the port, positively affects global competitiveness in the UAE, along with other explanatory variables including foreign direct investment and goods and services exports. However, there was no significant impact observed on global competitiveness in the UAE from indicators such as infrastructure, per capita share of GDP, and trade freedom
أثر إدارة الجودة الشاملة في تحقيق الأسبقيات التنافسية

هدفت الدراسة الى بيان أثر مبادئ إدارة الجودة الشاملة في تحقيق الأسبقيات التنافسية في مؤسستي بلاستي أنابيب وروائح الورود بالمنطقة الصناعية كوينين ولاية الوادي، كذلك مدى تبنيهما لمبادئ إدارة الجودة الشاملة والأسبقيات التنافسية بالإضافة الى معرفة تأثير كل مبدأ على حدى من مبادئ إدارة الجودة الشاملة في تحقيق الأسبقيات التنافسية، وللوصول الى أهداف الدراسة قام الطلبة بتصميم استبانة شملت (62) عبارة وذلك لجمع المعلومات الأولية من عينة الدراسة، وفي ضوء ذلك جرى جمع البيانات وتحليلها واختبار الفرضيات باستخدام الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على عينة عشوائية مكونة من (33) مفردة وتم استخدام مجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية لتحليل البيانات حيث تم التوصل الى عدد من النتائج أهمها: أن المؤسسات محل الدراسة تلتزم بدرجة مرتفعة بمبادئ إدارة الجودة الشاملة وبمستوى تبني مرتفع للأسبقيات التنافسية، وجود علاقة ارتباط قوية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين مبادئ إدارة الجودة الشاملة والاسبقيات التنافسية، وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لمبادئ إدارة الجودة الشاملة في تحقيق الأسبقيات التنافسية وكذلك عدم وجود فروقات ذي دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) بين إجابات أفراد العينة تبعا لمتغير المؤسسة.The study aimed to statement of the effect of principles total quality management in a achieving competitive priorities in institutions plastianabib and perfumes wouroud in the industrial zone kouinine state of eloued.as well as the extent of adoption principle total quality management and competitive priorities well known the effect of each principles total quality management in a achieving competitive priorities, and to reach the objectives of the study the students designed a questionnaire includes(62) frase in order to gather preliminary information of the study sample, in light of that data were collected and analysis and hypothesis testing using statistical package for social sciences(SPSS).The study was adopted on a random sample consisting of(33) single was used a group of styles statistics for data analysis were it was reached to a number of results the most important: the institutions under study highly committed of principles total quality management with a high adopting level for the competitive priorities, a link relationship escists strong statistically significant between principles total quality management and competitive priorities, having a trace statistically significant of principles total quality management in a achieving competitive priorities and also lack of differences statistically significant at a level of significance(0.05) between respondents responses according to the institution variable

تهدف الدراسة إلى التعريف بإدارة العلاقة مع العملاء كأحد الأساليب الإدارية الحديثة ومدى تطبيقها وكذالك اختبار طبيعة العلاقة بين الوكالة السياحية وعملائها استنادا إلى مؤشرات إدارة العلاقة مع العملاء والمتمثلة في مؤشر الرضا والولاء والقيمة وأثرها في تحقيق التنافسية في المؤسسة السياحية حيث اعتمدنا نحن الطلبة على الاستبيان كأداة لدراسة والذي تم توزيعه على عينة من عملاء الوكالة وقد استخدمنا عدد من الأساليب الإحصائية في برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية ( spss) . وأظهرت الدراسة إلى انه يوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في علاقة الوكالة مع عملائها إضافة إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية ترجع إلى المتغيرات الشخصية إلا متغير الجنس والمتغير التابع ولاء العملاء The aim of the study is to define customer relationship management as one of the modern administrative methods and its application, as well as to test the nature of the relationship between the tourism agency and its customers based on the indicators of customer relationship management, namely the index of satisfaction, loyalty and value and its impact on achieving competitiveness in the tourism institution. Which was distributed to a sample of the Agency's clients and we used a number of statistical methods in the statistical package for social sciences (spss). The study showed that there are statistically significant differences in the relationship of the agency with its customers, in addition to the absence of differences of statistical significance due to the personal variables, but variable sex and variable dependent customer loyalty

تهدف الدراسة إلى قياس أثر إدارة المعرفة في تعزيز القدرة التنافسية لمنظمات الأعمال من خلال دراسة حالة مؤسسة الورود بولاية الوادي. تم توزيع الاستبيان على عينة مكونة من 60 عاملاً في المنظمة وتم تحليل البيانات باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي SPSS، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها وجود أثر معنوي وإيجابي لكل من تخزين المعرفة و تطبيق المعرفة على القدرة التنافسية لمؤسسة الورود بولاية الوادي، أما فيما يتعلق بتوليد المعرفة ونشرها فقد كان التأثير غير معنوي على القدرة التنافسية للمؤسسة قيد الدراسة The study aims to measure the impact of knowledge management in enhancing the competitiveness of Business organizations, using a case study of the Woroud Foundation in the state of El Oued. Aquestionnaire was distributed to a sample of 60 workers in the organization and the data was analyzed using a statistical program SPSS, The study reached a set of results, the most important of which is the presence of a moral and positive impact of both storing knowledge and applying knowledge on the competitiveness of the Woroud Foundation in the state of El Oued, As for knowledge generation and knowledge dissemination, the effect was insignificant on the competitiveness of the institution under study
