    هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن واقع التوافق المهني لدى المرأة العاملة بالمؤسسة العمومية الإستشفائية، حيث اعتمادنا على الإستمارة كأداة لجمع البيانات،وزعت على عينة قدرت ب (70) امرأة عاملة ومن أهم خصائصها أنها عينة عشوائية طبقية، وبعد معالجة البيانات باستخدام النسخة (22) للبرنامج الإحصائي (spss)،وتوصلت الدراسة الى النتيجة الاتية: توجد توافق مهني لدى المرأة العاملة في مؤسسة البحث. Abstract: This study aimed to reveal the reality the vocational adjustment among the working woman in the public hospital institution we adopted a questionnaire as a tool to collect the data, it was distributed to a stratified random sample of (70) women and after processing the data using version (22) of the statistical program (spss),the research led to the following result: - there is a vocational adjustment among the working woman in institution of question
