Les technologies de l'information et des communications ont ramené un vrai changement dans l'économie mondiale notamment aux niveaux des sociétés productifs et financières et ont changé le mode de vie notamment dans la consommation et de marketing. Désormais, les TIC sont devenus un instrument primordial à la portée des entreprises, permettant l’accomplissement du travail sans contraintes d’espace et de temps, De plus, les TIC sont considérés comme un facteur important qui contribue à l’évolution des entreprises (augmentation des profit ou productivité, diminution des côux et réduction des effectifs). Les TIC ont bouleversé le monde du travail des l’entreprises productifs et financières, tant dans la gestion et l’organisation que dans la diversité et la multiplicité des produits. Elles ont permet de créer de nouvelles prestations et services au profit de clients et de nouveau gain pour les entreprises économiques et financières. Les TIC ont permis aussi la création des sites web des différents sociétés économique et financière et cela pour faciliter les besoins et la demande de ces clients et des fournisseurs. Notamment dans le traitement des données avec une efficacité et une précision. Notre recherche sert à monter quels sont les outils des TIC utilisés dans les entreprises et sociétés économiques et financières ? Et Quel est le degré d’utilisation et d’adoption des Technologies d’Information et de la Communication(TIC) et leurs impacts sur les entreprises économiques et financières en Algérie ? Abstract Information and communication technologies have brought about a real change in the world economy, particularly at the levels of productive and financial societies, and have changed the way of life, particularly in consumption and marketing. From today. From now on, ICT have become an essential instrument within the reach of companies, allowing the accomplishment of work without constraints of space and time. They have made it possible to create new benefits and services for the benefit of customers and new gains for economic and financial companies. هدفت هذه الدراسة الى اظهار أثر التحول الرقمي باستخدام تكنولوجيا سلاسل الكتل في تحسين جودة التدقيق الخارجي حيث اكتسبت سلاسل الكتل اهتمام جميع القطاعات في عصر التحول الرقمي، فتلك التكنولوجيا الناشئة قادرة على التغلب على المشاكل الموجودة بمهنة التدقيق الخارجي، ولتحقيق اهداف الدراسة قمنا باستخدام المنهج الوصفي لتوضيح كل من الإطار النظري لتقنية البلوك تشين وجودة التدقيق الخار جي وابراز أثر تكنولوجيا سلاسل الكتل على تحسين جودة التدقيق الخارجي . وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن تطبيق هذه التكنولوجيا الرقمية "تكنولوجيا سلاسل الكتل" له أثر على مهنة التدقيق إذ سوف يؤدي الى توفير العديد من الفرص لمهنة التدقيق ما يمكنها من رفع جودة خدماتها، من حيث الاحتفاظ بالسجلات والرقابة عليها وعدم إمكانية التلاعب بها وتحقيق الدقة والشفافية وتحقيق الكفاءة والفعالية من خلال توفير الجهد والوقت والتكلفة وتوفير الأدلة المناسبة والكافية وتقليل مخاطر التدقيق . Abstract: This study aimed to show the impact of digital transformation using blockchain technology in improving the quality of external auditing, as blockchain gained the attention of all sectors in the era of digital transformation. Descriptive to clarify both the theoretical framework of blockchain technology and the quality of external audit, and to highlight the impact of blockchain technology on improving the quality of external audit. The study concluded that the application of this digital technology “block chain technology” has an impact on the audit profession, as it will lead to providing many opportunities for the audit profession, enabling it to raise the quality of its services, in terms of keeping records and controlling them, not being tampered with, achieving accuracy, transparency and achieving efficiency. and effectiveness by saving effort, time and cost, providing appropriate and sufficient evidence, and reducing audit risk.

In recent years, interest in partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) has increased. And we can know this method as the second generation of modeling that can be very useful for researchers to complete their various research, This research paper aims to clarify the difference between reflective measurement models and formative measurement models as one of the two options in partial structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) using smartpls program, which is the latest in this method. Through this study, the researcher can get acquainted well with the reflexive and formative models and establish his works in order to ensure the best model, more important and closer to the concept of his study. Thus this paper gives directions to properly implement smartPLS in this new implementation.

This study aims to present a perception of the role of genetic algorithms in the process of providing bank loans. To achieve the above-mentioned goal, the researchers built a hypothetical model and applied it to the Arab Banking Corporation (ABC) in Annaba, using data from a random sample of (10) clients. The study found that the application of this proposed model contributes well to improving the effectiveness of the loan granting process through: providing a great deal of impartiality in the loan process, shortening time and effort, reducing costs, ..., etc.

The research paper aims to identify the concept of the Internet of Things and its most important applications in the field of logistics, specifically what is related to foreign trade, an exploratory descriptive study to achieve the goal of the study. And we found that there are many applications of the Internet of Things in the field of logistics, especially in the supply chain, transportation, customs, ports and smart containers, which is expected to be reflected in an improvement in the logistics performance index in many countries, especially developed countries that are considered pioneers in the use of digital technology, in addition to increasing their investments. In the Internet of things related to logistics services, we also found that there is an increase in companies that use the Internet of things on the one hand, and an increase in companies that invest in logistics services on the other.

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على مفاهيم أساسية حول العملات المشفرة وذلك من خلال إبراز اشهر العملات المشفرة و مخاطر استخدام العملات المشفرة و وسائل الحماية منها و تبيين العلاقة بين هاته العملات و تقنية البلوك تشين ومن أجل الوصول إلى أهداف الدراسة، تم إتباع المنهج الوصفي في دراسة هذا الم وضوع من الجانب النظري، بغرض تحديد مختلف المفاهيم المرتبطة بالعملات المشفرة. حيث خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى أن هذه العملات هي عملات تشفيرية تتداول عبر شبكة الأنترنت وليس لها وجود فيزيائي وأن البلوك تشين هي القناة التي يتم من خلالها تبادل العملات المشفرة Abstract: This study aims to shed light on basic concepts about cryptocurrencies by highlighting the most famous cryptocurrencies, the risks of using cryptocurrencies and the means of protection from them, and showing the relationship between these currencies and blockchain technology. In order to reach the objectives of the study, the descriptive approach was followed in studying this topic from the theoretical side, in order to define the various concepts associated with cryptocurrencies. Where this study concluded that these currencies are cryptocurrencies that are traded over the Internet and do not have a physical presence, and that the blockchain is the channel through which cryptocurrencies are exchanged.

It was concluded that the previously mentioned determinants (when taken into account by economic institutions) will contribute to the success of "electronic customer relationship management".

This study aimed to know the role of big data management through (the availability of physical capabilities, the availability of human capabilities, the availability of an appropriate organizational environment) in improving the high-involvement management practices for human resources through (participation in decision-making, information sharing, revenue sharing, knowledge sharing), by carrying out a field study that included all branches of mobile phone operators in the state of Jijel (“Djezzy”, “Ooredoo” and “Mobilis”), the most important intellectual perceptions of the research variables were addressed, with the use of the questionnaire as a tool for data collection by distributing it to (42) Workers, In the concerned companies, and based on the SPSSV25 program, various data were analyzed, and the study finally concluded that big data management has an important role in improving high-improvement management practices of human resources.

Résumé : Le présent document a pour objet d’identifier les tendances actuelles du e-commerce en Algérie, en permettant de donner une idée sur l’environnement de cette activité. Afin d’atteindre cet objectif, nous avons suivi une approche exploratoire par laquelle nous avons adopté l’entretien centré comme outil de recherche en vue d’obtenir le maximum d’informations. Notre analyse des résultats a révélé que l’environnement algérien du e-commerce malgré ses obstacles différents sur le plan technologique, économique, et légal offre quelques opportunités et garantit un avenir prometteur. Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to identify the current trends of e-commerce in Algeria, allowing to give an idea on the environment of this trade. In order to achieve this objective, we have followed an exploratory approach by which we adopted the focused interview as a research tool in order to obtain a maximum of information. Our analysis of the results revealed that the Algerian environment of the e-commerce in spite of its different obstacles on the technological, economic, and legal level, it offers some opportunities and it guarantees a promising future for this discipline.

Big data analytics for entrepreneurial orientation: Concepts, challenges and applications

The purpose of this study was to explore the processes leading to achieving entrepreneurial orientation through big data analytics. In doing so, we used the narrative approach to analyse thematically the key elements of the events, and because we found it useful in gathering, summarising, and synthesising several numbers of literature on these concepts and their practice. Therefore, we tried to provide readers with a comprehensive background for understanding current knowledge and highlighting the significance of research in understanding these cognate areas. As the results of the study, this review identified the knowledges on what is available on entrepreneurial orientation and big data analytics, thus helping to inform future research in this area, particularly important questions needed to be resolved to make this research area attractive.

Abstract The digital economy is considered a modern means of local and international economic interaction. Modélisation et l’analyse dans le domaine de l’assurance en utilisant les techniques de Datamining

Dans cet article, on s’intéresse aux éléments qui expliquent le nombre d’accidents déclarés. En règle générale, des méthodes de classification de Data Mining (la technique des arbres de décision) sont utilisés dans la modélisation de la fréquence des sinistres et la détermination du coût de ces derniers Cette technique nous l’avons appliqué sur les données recueillies auprès de la Société Algérienne d’Assurance (SAA), après une étude théorique de l’assurance et la branche automobile, et la présentation de quelques notions de base de Datamining. In this article, we are interested in the elements that explain the number of declared accidents. Typically, data mining classification methods (the decision tree technique) are used in claims frequency modeling and cost determination of claims, we applied this technique to the data collected from the Algerian Insurance Company (SAA), after a theoretical study of insurance and the automobile branch, and the presentation of some basic notions of Datamining.
دور التجارة الإلكترونية في خفض البطالة: دراسة قياسية لمجموعة من دول الاتحاد الأوروبي للفترة ( 2012 - 2021

This study aims to measure and analyze the role of electronic commerce in reducing unemployment for a sample of European Union countries, for the period (2012-2021). The study employed modern standard techniques for panel data, within the framework of static analysis using the (PR), (FEM) and (REM) models. Within the framework of the results of the static analysis, the study concluded that the fixed effects model is the appropriate model, and the main difference between these countries refers the intercept and not the random variable. The results showed that there was a negative and significant relationship between total unemployment index (UEM) and indicators of gross domestic product growth (GDP growth), web sales (WEBS) and Internet use (INTU) at significant levels ranging between 1% and 5%. While the relationship was negative and not significant (not statistically significant) with the value of e-commerce sales index (VECS). Keywords: electronic
