Item حضور مقومات الهوية الوطنية في النص الأدبي الجزائري - الطور الثانوي أنموذجا(University of Eloued جامعة الوادي, 2010-11-08) بن يحي, محمدItem تعليمية النصوص الأدبية في مرحلة التعليم الثانوي وإشكالية التذوق(University of Eloued جامعة الوادي, 2015-11-09) بن يحي, محمدItem التوجيه التداولي في كُتب الشّروح النَّحوية دراسة تطبيقية في كتاب (شرح المفصل) لابن يعيش (643 ه)(University of Eloued جامعة الوادي, 2015-12-01) كرشو, لزهرأخذت الدراسة التداولية طريقها في الدراسات اللغوية والبلاغية والنقدية بداية المنتصف الثاني من القرن العشرين؛ حتى أضحت رائدةَ الدراساتِ اللغويةِ في نهاية القرن العشرين وبدايةِ القرن الواحد والعشرين، ويندرج بحثنا هذا في سياق اعتماد (المنهج التداولي) وتوظيفه في قراءة التراث العربي قصْدَ فهْمِ خصائصِه المعرفيةِ والمنهجيةِ في البحث اللغوي، ولا سيما الدرس النحوي منه، وقد اجتهدنا في محاولة تسليط الضوء على التوجيه التداولي في الدرس النحوي القديم؛ متخذين من كُتُب الشروح النحوية مَحجَّ برهنَةٍ على غِنَاها بآلياتٍ تداوليةٍ تميّزُها عن المتون النحوية التي تشرحها، وقد وقع اختيارنا على كتاب (شرح المفصل) لابن يعيش ميدانَ تطبيقٍ وأجرأةٍ، كما سيسعى بحثنا هذا ــــ إن شاء الله ــــ إلى تجاوزِ إثباتِ وجودِ الآليات التداولية في كتب الشروح النحوية، إلى إثبات تطور المُنجَز التداولي في الدرس النحوي القديم عموما، والخطة التي ستُعتمد في هذا البحث قوامها: تعريفٌ للتداولية مع مهامها واتجاهاتها، ثم بيانٌ للتوجيه التداولي في كتاب (شرح المفصل) لابن يعيش، بالاعتماد على المستويات المتدرّجة التي قدّمها (هانسن Hansson) سنة 1974، من خلال (المشيرات/ القصدية والمقتضيات/ إنجازية أفعال الكلام).Item صورة المرأة في الشعر الإسلامي المعاصر. ديوان ''ميسون'' لمحمد بن طبة -أنموذجا(University of Eloued جامعة الوادي, 2016-01-26) بن يحي, محمدItem الأخطاء الإملائية والنحوية لدى طلاب السنة الثانية ماستر (تخصص علوم اللسان) "الأسباب وطرائق العلاج(University of Eloued جامعة الوادي, 2016-04-06) بن يحي, محمدItem جينوم الظاهرة المحلية في الرواية النسوية الجزائرية(University of eloued جامعة الوادي, 2016-04-18) بن عمر, سهيلةتتناول هذه الدراسة جينوم الظاهرة المحلية في ستة روايات نسوية جزائرية ، مخلال رصد العلاقة بين المحلي في الأمكنة و العادات و التقاليد و الطقوس اليومية التي تتعلق بالفرد الجزائري ، و ما تفتحه هذه الأنساق من الدخول في أبواب العالمية التي منفذها الخصوصية و التي تعكس جماليات الممارسات الذاتية و جمال الهامش في مقابل المركزItem The Conceptualization of Language Analysis from the Perspective of Sociolinguistics: The Shift from Langue to Parole(University of eloued جامعة الوادي, 2016-11-14) NAOUA, MohammedSince the second half of the twentieth century, the conceptualization of language analysis has been revisited several times. Modern Structuralism, for instance, focused on the study of langue rather than parole. Their justification is that the former is a self-contained system or social product of the faculty of speech deposited in the brains of individuals as a result of numerous experiences of listening to other persons. However, parole is the manifestation of that faculty in speech. On its part, Mentalistic linguistics though viewing that individuals are predisposed with language, almost maintained the same dichotomy leading to competence and performance. Since all language irregularities occur in performance, this trend emphasizes that language study should focus on competence. However, since the early seventies the pendulum of language analysis has fallen in favor of parole. Criticizing the failure of structural and mentalistic linguistics to account for the social, physical and temporal situations that language activity is taking place in, the father of sociolinguistics, Dell Hymes (1972b) proposed a model of communicative competence comprising four sectors: possibility (langue/competence), feasibility (psycholinguistic aspect), appropriateness (context) and the frequency of occurrences of speech acts. This paper attempts to trace the conceptualization of language analysis from the perspective of sociolinguistics.Item The University in the Service of Professional Settings(University of eloued جامعة الوادي, 2017-04-23) Nesba, Asma; GHEDEIR BRAHIM, MohammedPolicymakers are aware of the importance of introducing English as an ESP module in different specialties in the Algerian universities. However, in the workplace, university degree holders encounter difficulties to accomplish Language-related tasks. A study was conducted then to find out the cause of the gap existing between the university and the workplace for an ultimate goal to find solutions to bridge the gap between the university and the real work context by helping new recruited workers to exploit their previous language knowledge in professional settings. The study was conducted in a private language school in a class of eight (08) adult learners receiving intensive instruction in Business English. 02 businessmen and 06 sales managers in private companies. A questionnaire was used as data gathering tool to detect their motives to have such courses. Results reveal that their resort to ESP sessions in private schools is due to their failure to exploit their language knowledge to solve practical problems in the workplace especially problems related to business correspondence . Results led to the construction of pedagogical implications that highlight the importance of ESP and languages for specific purposes in general in equipping the present university students, the future workers, with the required language skills that will satisfy the professional settings needs. Recommendations focus on the necessity of having qualified and well trained ESP teachers at the department of Economy and Management as well as building a continuum between university and the professional settings.Item Teaching LSP for the Baccalaureate Examination: What Syllabuses are we designing?(University of eloued جامعة الوادي, 2017-04-23) NAOUA, MohammedTeaching languages for specific purposes (LSP) can be defined as the process of providing homogeneous groups of learners or trainees with specific types of instruction based on extensive analyses of their specific academic or professional communicative needs. The latter refer to the real-world situations, which learners or trainees may respectively encounter during their further studies, or in the work place. Designing syllabuses for such contexts should respond to the following criteria: homogeneity of participants, specificity of content, authenticity of task, and interaction between learners' background knowledge and syllabi content. However, this rule seems to be reversed in Algeria, where heterogeneous LSP classes of learners continue to be provided with the same program of study, which can hardly meet the requirements of one out of the seven specialties studying at the secondary cycle. This paper attempts to conduct an empirical analysis to examine the suitability of the third year syllabus in secondary education to the pupils' communicative needs.Item أبو زكرياء الجزائري و منهجه في كتاب ارتقاء السيادة في علم أصول النحو(University of eloued جامعة الوادي, 2017-10-22) عرباوي, أحمد الشايبItem Raising Students’ Awareness on the Importance of Cohesion in Academic Writing: The Case of the Students of the Second Year English at Hamma Lakhdar University in El-Oued, Algeria(University of eloued جامعة الوادي, 2017-11-07) GHEDEIR BRAHIM, Mohammed; NESBA, AsmaUsing linguistic ties makes the students' written productions more cohesive and understandable. However, it is noticed that they do not use grammatical cohesive devices efficiently. Thus, the present study attempts to measure the students' awareness on the importance of cohesion in academic writing. Meanwhile, this research work aims at investigating the various kinds of grammatical cohesive devices used by the students and their effects on writing cohesive discourse. It is hypothesized that the accurate use of grammatical cohesive devices would enhance students' writing. Seeking to achieve the study's aims, two questionnaires have been administered to four teachers of written expression in addition to twenty five students who have been chosen randomly. The findings of the study revealed that students do not pay much attention to the significant decisive role of cohesion in written discourse. Hence it was suggested that much space should be dedicated to the issue of cohesion in written expression course. إن استخدام الروابط اللغوية يجعل المنتج الكتابي للطلبة أكثر تماسكا وفهما. ومع ذلك فانه يلاحظ أن هؤلاء الطلبة يفتقدون الكفاءة لاستخدام هذه الروابط اللغوية لبناء تماسك النص. وعليه، تعد هذه الدراسة محاولة جادة لقياس وعي الطلبة بأهمية التماسك في الكتابة الأكاديمية. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى البحث في أدوات بناء التماسك النحوي المستعملة من لدن الطلبة وآثارها على كتابة خطاب مكتوب محكم التماسك. إن الفرضية التي بنيت عليها هذه الدراسة مفادها أن الاستخدام الصحيح لأدوات بناء التماسك النحوي تعزز التحكم في مهارة الكتابة عند الطلبة. وسعيا لتحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة، تم تقديم استبيانين لأربعة أساتذة لمادة التعبير الكتابي بالإضافة إلى خمسة وعشرين طالبا تم انتقائهم عشوائيا. وقد كشفت نتائج الدراسة أن الطلبة لا يولون اهتماما كبيرا للدور الجوهري والهام لتماسك النص. كما نبهت الدراسة إلى ضرورة تخصيص حيز كبير من الوقت لموضوع تماسك النص في البرامج المخصصة لمادة التعبير الكتابي.Item Approaches to Composition Literacy: Bridging the Gap between Theory and Practice(University of eloued جامعة الوادي, 2017-11-07) Naoua, MohammedThis paper attempts to trace the chronological development of the theories and approaches, which have been generating the literature relevant to foreign language writing since the second half of the 20th century. The intent is to examine the extent to which these theories have affected the process of composition in classroom practices. The study starts with the Controlled-composition approach highlighting its focus on coherent arrangement of word to structure grammatical correct sentences. Then, it introduces the orientations of the Current-traditional rhetoric emphasizing that the composing process should focus on developing (a) given language function(s). With the emerge of the Process approach attempting to reinforce learners' expressive abilities, the composition practices turned towards creative writing. However, the increase of interest in writing for academic purposes the composing practices seems now to lay much more emphasis on text genres. Being a global citizen having the flexibility to adequately react in multicultural environments is the new perspective of the English language teaching polices in Algeria.To measure the EFL teachers' readiness to include intercultural components besides the language profeciency and in order to investigate the different methods adopted by them to help in building students' intercultural competence, a structured interview was conducted with a number of 06 English language teachers at the department of English in the Univerity of El- Oued. Results reveal that EFL teachers are a.\ryare of the students' increasing demand to master not only English but the cultural dimension also associated with situations that require English as a medium of communication such as involving in interviews related to job opportunities, studying abraod and participating in AIESEC programmes devoted to the youth where they have to pass interviews with high-ups from different social and cultural backgrounds. For this reason, teachers tend to integrate new language teaching practices in the classroom based on an inevitable combination of language skills and intercultural competency by focusing on values, attitudes and knowledge about other people's cultures and otherness studies. Teachers also add that their task is getting easier with the technological advances since the internet revolutionized people's lifestyles. In other words they argue that students come to class with prior worldviews and holistic viewpoints on the other because of the widespread use of the internet. Teachers also add that they resort to various models of intercultural competence to create learning tasks that help students to gain intercultural competence.
