Econometric Modeling Between Legal Dimension Of Governance And Economic Growth In Some Arab Countries

This study aimed to identify the impact of the legal dimension of governance on the economic growth of a sample of Arab countries, by determining the impact of the following variables: rule of law, Regulatory Quality , trade openness, and capital formation on the dependent variable: economic growth represented by the per capita of gross domestic product in 12 countries, during the period 2000-2022, based on panel data and the stata15 program. The study concludes that the best model for estimating the static panel model is the random effects model, Findings also show that the rule of law index, Regulatory quality, and trade openness had a significant and positive impact on economic growth, but the total capital formation index have no significant effects.

The Effects Of The Russian-ukrainian War On Algeria's Oil Exports

This study aims to show the impact of the Russian-Ukrainian war on Algeria’s oil exports, due to its contribution to increasing production. The economic situation in Algeria before the war and during the war, in addition to an analytical measurement study using the ACP model, A period of one year was chosen for the study, 6 months before the war and 6 months during the war, where the study concluded that the Russian-Ukrainian war had a positive impact on increasing exports of Algerian oil.

Evolution Of The Insurances Sector In Algeria: The New Trends Of The Market

This study aims at tracing the development of the insurance system in Algeria and exploring the emerging trends shaping the insurance landscape, particularly during the pandemic (covid 19 health crisis). To do so, a descriptive and analytical study of the various economic and insurance indicators is favoured. The examination of the data collected showed that the insurance sector, after a decline in 2019, is knowing a growth and is undergoing profound transformations, particularly in the wake of the health crisis, which has accelerated the process of digitalisation within the insurance sector.
L’approche Du Management Par Objectifs Et Son Impact Sur La Performance Organisationnelle, Cas : Seaal.

Cette recherche vise à évaluer l'impact de la mise en œuvre de le management par objectifs (MPO) sur la rentabilité organisationnelle de la SEAAL. L'étude s'appuie sur des modèles statistiques tels que la corrélation de Pearson et l'analyse de médiation pour valider les hypothèses. Nos résultats indiquent que la pertinence des objectifs, formulés selon l’approche SMART, a influencé positivement la rentabilité organisationnelle. En outre, évaluer les performances, y compris les performances du réseau et la satisfaction des clients, se révèle être un mécanisme essentiel pour le suivi des objectifs. Contrairement à nos attentes, l'engagement des employés ne s'est pas révélé être un médiateur significatif entre la MPO et la performance organisationnelle de la SEAAL. This research aims to assess Results of applying of Management by Objectives (MBO) on the organizational behavior of SEAAL. the study employs statistical methods such as Pearson correlation and mediation analysis to validate the hypotheses. Our findings indicate that the relevance of goals, formulated according to the SMART model, has a positive effect on organizational performance. Similarly, performance measurement, specifically network yield and customer satisfaction, proves to be an essential mechanism for tracking objectives. Contrary to our expectations, employee engagement did not emerge as a significant mediator between MBO and the organizational performance of SEAAL.

تهدف الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على الدور الذي تلعبه دول البريكس في مجابهة تصاعد الحمائية الجديدة التي تبنتها الدول المتقدمة وعلى رأسها الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، والتي سعت مع حلول سنة 2018 إلى تبني سياسات حمائية معلنة لحماية مصالحها الاقتصادية. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن تكتل البريكس يسعى قدما للقيام بإصلاحات عميقة في النظام العالمي الحالي نتيجة السيطرة الأحادية للولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، وأكدت دول البريكس على ضرورة تكثيف الجهود والتنسيق لقيام نظام عالمي متعدد الأطراف، وتكوين مؤسساته المالية، وقائم على مبادئ منظمة التجارة العالمية، تكون فيه حرية المعاملات التجارية والاستثمار ومحاربة كل أشكال الحمائية الجديدة والممارسات التجارية الغير عادلة والتي من شأنها عرقلة حركة تدفقات التجارة ورؤوس الأموال.The study aims to shed light on the role played by the BRICS countries in confronting the rise of new protectionism adopted by developed countries, led by the United Stated of America, which sought at the beginning of 2018 to adopt declared protectionist policies to protect its economic interests. The study concluded that the BRIC bloc seeks to carry out profound reforms in the current global system, as a result of the unilateral control of the United States of America. The BRICS countries stressed the need to intensify efforts and coordination to establish a global multilateral system and the formation of its financial institutions, based on the principles of the World Trade Organization, in which there is freedom of commercial transactions and investment, and to fight all forms of new protectionism and unfair trade practices that would obstruct the movement of trade and capital flows.
واقع المقاولة النسائية في الجزائر مابين الدعم والتحديات (دراسة تحليلية)

هدفت هذه الدراسة لتوضيح أهمية المقاولة النسائية، ومساهمتها في تطوير الاقتصاد الوطني، ولإبراز ذلك اعتمدنا على تشخيص واقع المقاولة عموما، وواقع المقاولة النسائية في الجزائر خصوصا وقمنا بإبراز وتحليل أثره على تطوير الاقتصاد الوطني اعتمادا على بعض الإحصائيات المتوفرة لدينا. تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الذي يعتمد على تحليل معطيات تم تحصيلها من الديوان الوطني للإحصاء وزارة الصناعة، وبعض الهيئات الرسمية ذات الاهتمام بالجانب المقاولاتي، وكانت أهم النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها هي الإسهام النوعي للمقاولة النسائية في تطوير الاقتصاد الوطني، كما تم التوصل إلى أن مجالات المقاولة النسوية كثيرة ومتعددة تسهم في توفير مناصب شغل دائمة ومؤقتة وبالتالي امتصاص البطالة، فتشجيع المقاولة النسوية له الأثر البارز في النهوض بالقطاع الاقتصادي والاجتماعي رغم وجود بعض المعوقات الثقافية والاجتماعية التي تعتبر تحديات وجب على المرأة الجزائرية تجاوزها. This study aimed to clarify the importance of women’s entrepreneurship and its contribution to the development of the national economy; to highlight this, we relied on diagnosing the reality of entrepreneurship in general and the reality of women's entrepreneurship in particular in Algeria, and we highlighted and analyzed its impact on the development of the national economy based on some of the statistics available to us. The analytical descriptive approach was relied on, which relies on the analysis of data collected from the National Bureau of Statistics, the Ministry of Industry, and some official bodies concerned with the entrepreneurial aspect. The most important results reached were the qualitative contribution of women's entrepreneurship to the development of the national economy .It was also concluded that the fields of women's entrepreneurship are many and varied, contributing to the provision of permanent and temporary job positions, and thus absorbing unemployment. Encouraging women's entrepreneurship has a significant impact on the advancement of the economic and social sector, despite some cultural and social obstacles considered challenges that Algerian women must overcome.
Measuring The Impact Of Oil Price Fluctuations On The General Budget In Algeria During The Period (1980-2020)

This study targets to measure and determine the impact of oil prices changes on the general budget in Algeria in the course of the period (1980-2020) by using ARDL the Model. This study reveals the short-term and long-term equilibrium relationship between oil prices and public budgets in Algeria in which the model fits economic and statistical standard criteria; However, the study recommends particularly to rationalise public spending and reducing wasteful spending, as well as activating financial policy tools and working to reform the financial and tax instruments, besides of stimulating and diversifying exports . Cette étude vise à mesurer et déterminer l'impact des variations des prix du pétrole sur le budget général en Algérie au cours de la période (1980-2020), à l'aide du modèle ARDL.L'étude a constaté une relation d'équilibre entre les prix du pétrole et le budget général en Algérie à court et à long terme, outre l'existence d'une relation causale entre le prix du pétrole et le budget général dans un sens, et que le modèle est compatible aux propres critères économiques et statistiques ; Cependant, l’étude recommande en particulier de rationaliser les dépenses publiques et de réduire le gaspillage, ainsi que d’activer les outils de politique financière et de travailler à la réforme des instruments financiers et fiscaux, en plus de stimuler et de diversifier les exportations.
أثر حاضنات الأعمال الجامعية على تجسيد القرار الوزاري 1275 - دراسة حاضنة جامعة الوادي

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم مدى نجاج حاضنات الأعمال الجامعية في تحقيق الأهداف الموسومة في القرار الوزاري 1275 المؤرخ في 27 سبتمبر 2022 ، أجريت الدراسة على عينة مستهدفة مكونة من 74 طالب مسجل في الحاضنة الجامعية لجامعة الوادي، ضمن مشروع مذكرة التخرج شهادة جامعية -مؤسسة ناشئة ولتحقيق هذا الغرض استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي والاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات و معالجتها و إختبار الفرضيات توصلت الدراسة إلى أن هناك أثر بنسبة 37 % للحاضنة الجامعية في تحقيق أهداف القرار الوزاري 1275 بشكل يلائم متطلبات البيئة الحديثة للجامعة والمحيط وهذا راجع لحداثة القرار و الألية الجديدة للتخرج بدلا من نمطية شهادة و البحث عن العمل، أصبح الطالب ريادي مستحدث لفرص العمل.This study aims to evaluate the extent of the success of university business incubators in achieving the goals set forth in Ministerial Resolution 1275 of September 27, 2022. The study was conducted on a targeted sample of 74 students registered in the university incubator at El-Oued University, within the framework of the University Certificate Graduation Memorandum Project - Foundation. To achieve this purpose, the researchers used the descriptive and analytical approach and the questionnaire as a tool for collecting data, processing it, and testing hypotheses. The study concluded that there is an impact of 37% for the university incubator in achieving the goals of Ministerial Resolution 1275 in a manner that suits the requirements of the modern environment of the university and the surroundings. This is due to the novelty of the decision and the new mechanism for graduation. Instead of the stereotypical degree and job search, the student has become an entrepreneur who creates job opportunities.
Digital Transformation In Institutions As A Mechanism To Raise Financial ‎performance And Achieve Economic Growth

تحليل العلاقة السببية والتكامل المشترك بين أداء مؤشر السوق الرئيسي (tasi) وأداء مؤشر السوق الموازي (nomuc) بالسوق المالي السعودي

This study aimed to study the relationship between the performance of the main market index (Tasi) and the performance of the parallel market index (Nomuc) in the Saudi financial market during the period from April 2017 to June 2021, by estimating the vector autoregressive model (VAR) and conducting the cointegration test and the causality test and analysis The response and reaction function and the analysis of the components of variance, and the study concluded that there is no co-integration relationship between the two indicators in the long term, and that there is a oneway causal relationship from the parallel market index (NOMUC) to the main market index (TASI) .
هل يدفع الاقتصاد الأزرق إلى تحقيق النمو الاقتصادي؟ قراءة نظرية وتطبيقية في تجربة سنغافورة

تحتل سنغافورة مركزا متقدما بين دول العالم إذ أنها أصبحت تمثل قوة لا يستهان بها في الساحتين الاقتصادية والسياسية، بالرغم من كونها أحد الدول الفقيرة من حيث الموارد الطبيعية وبشكل خاص المياه إلا أنها حققت قفزة نوعية في مجال الاقتصاد الأزرق. وبالتالي نحاول في دراستنا هذه تسليط الضوء على الاقتصاد الأزرق الذي تطورت أهميته كنشاط اقتصادي حتى أصبح بمثابة قطاع جديد يضاف إلى القطاعات الاقتصادية الأخرى لأي دولة، مع قراءة في تجربة سنغافورة حيث أصبح هذا القطاع يؤدي دورا كبيرا في تطور نشاطها الاقتصادي حيث أدى الاستثمار المكثف في تكنولوجيا المياه إلى تحقيق احتياجاتها من المياه العذبة والوفرة فيها، والنشاط التجاري والذي تمثل بشكل خاص في تصدير التكنولوجيا الحديثة لمعالجة المياه، مما انعكس بالإيجاب على مسار التنمية الاقتصادية. Singapore occupies an advanced position among the countries of the world, as it represents an economic and political power, Although Singapore's one of the poor countries in terms of natural resources, especially water. In this study we try to shed light on the blue economy, whose importance has evolved as an economic activity, has become a new sector added to the other economic sectors of any country, with a reading in, however, it has made a quantum leap in the field of Blue economy. This sector is playing a major role in the development of Singapore’s economic, heavy investment in water technology has led to the realization of its fresh water needs and savings, and commercial activity, which is particularly represented in the export of modern water treatment technology NEWater, which reflected positively on the path of economic development.

This study analyzes the relationship between entrepreneurial activity and variables such as digitization, globalization index, number of patents, and unemployment rate in 17 European countries over a period of 21 years. Using the FGLS model for heterogeneous panel data with cross-sectional correlation, the study found a positive relationship between digitization and entrepreneurial activity, and a negative relationship with globalization and unemployment. These results contribute to understanding how technological, social, and economic factors influence entrepreneurship within the sample countries.

the study aimed to identify the degree of social responsibility awareness among the Algerian post-adrar- and the extent of commitment to social disclosure in the financial statements and reports, the study also represented in knowing the level of correlation between the perception of the nature of social responsibility and the commitment to social disclosure, where SPSSv26 program was used to analyze the data collected from the questionnaire tool, which was distributed to 45 members of the organization, the study showed that the level of awareness of social responsibility and commitment to social disclosure of the school sample is a vector for acceptance, the study also showed that there is a direct relationship between awareness of social responsibility and commitment to disclosing it .

The study aimed to identify the mediating role of information systems on the impact of administrative transparency on organizational loyalty among employees of the Annaba Port Corporation. Where we conducted a study on a sample of 268 individuals, which were selected in a stratified random way. In our studies, we employed the descriptive approach, and we used the questionnaire tool, which was designed based on previous studies. We also relied on (SPSS V. 25) and (Amos V. 26) programs to analyze the questionnaire data. The results of the study showed that there is a high level of the variables of administrative transparency, information systems and organizational loyalty. And the existence of a statistically significant effect of administrative transparency on organizational loyalty in light of the presence of information systems as a mediating variable for the employees of the Annaba Port Corporation.

Effectiveness Of Algerian Public Expenditure Policy In Raising The Agricultural Sector Performance (econometric Study Using The Ardl Model During The Period 1990-2022)

This study focused on the agriculture sector as one of the Algeria’s dependent sectors for achieving food sovereignty, diversifying the national economy, and separates its dependence to oil sector. It’s analysed the impact of public expenditures as one of the most important tools of fiscal policy on the productivity of Algeria's agricultural sector. This study use the Auto Regressive Distributed Lag/ARDL model during the period 1990-2022, by considering added value of the agricultural sector as a dependent variable, while public expenditure and money supply were considered as an independent variables. It found that the impact of public spending on the productivity of agricultural sector has been positive in the long run, with a reverse and insignificant relationship between the money supply and the sector's productivity. For the short term, the model has shown a reverse correlation between the agricultural added value changes and its previous values (-1) and (-2), which explain an impact of other variables on the decision and performance of farmers, and thus causes decreasing in economic performance of agriculture sector, which requires approximately two years and five months to return to equilibrium situation.

This study aimed to know the role of digital transformation in improving the performance of the organization through its dimensions (digital strategy, technological techniques, organizational culture), and to achieve the objectives of the study, the questionnaire was used as a tool to collect data and information from the study sample estimated at 50 frames from Brandt, and 37 questionnaires were retrieved and analyzed, and after statistical treatment the study concluded that the dimensions of digital transformation have a role in improving the performance of Brandt, as there is a strong link between the various dimensions of digital transformation and the performance of the organization, so the success of digital transformation requires integration between its dimensions where we find organizational culture driving the process of digital transformation

The issue of exit from oil dependency and economic take -off is only a diversity in the production basket, which has become a topic that is of great importance in the Algerian economy, which is the only product in the export process, as development processes are related to the high or low prices of this product (oil) Therefore, the inevitability of diversification of production and the structure of the Algerian economy was not a choice, but rather was imposed to achieve an alternative oil production base that included the stability of the general budget, the flexibility and immunity of the economy, especially after many petroleum shocks (1986 and 2014) As well as the global health crisis Covid19, which caused geographical closure and stops a series of supplies to and from abroad,, where the study aimed to highlight the importance of productive dynamic events at the level of various promising sectors, by highlighting the contributions of the private sector and its role in embodying economic takeoff as a development mechanism in the economy, using the descriptive and analytical approach, where the study concluded that private sector institutions are powerful Acting in the formation of gross domestic product and a mechanism to diversify the production basket and an increase in the added value of the sectors, which allows the raising of exports outside the hydrocarbons.
