    دور الأنشطة المدرسية اللاصفية في التكفل بالتلاميذ الموهوبين والمبدعين

    تزخر مؤسساتنا التربوية بالكثير من الموهوبين والمبدعين في مختلف الميادين والمجالات العلمية والمعرفية، لكنهم في الغالب لا يتلقون الرعاية الكافية ولا الاهتمام اللازم من طرف المسئولين التربويين والباحثين، وهذا ما نشهده من خلال نقص النصوص التشريعية والوزارية وكذا غياب الدراسات العلمية الأكاديمية التي تهتم بالبحث في أوضاع التلاميذ الموهوبين في المدرسة الجزائرية، مما جعل هذه الفئة من التلاميذ تتخبط في مجموعة من المشكلات النفسية والاجتماعية كالشعور بالإحباط والعزلة، وهنا يأتي دور البرامج الإرشادية المتخصصة بما تقدمه من أنشطة وخدمات تضمن التكفل الحسن بهؤلاء الموهوبين والمبدعين. لذا نسعى من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية إلى عرض أهمية ودور الأنشطة المدرسية اللاصفية في احتواء التلاميذ الموهوبين والمبدعين والتكفل باحتياجاتهم النفسية والاجتماعية ووقايتهم من مشكلات سوء التوافق مع البيئة المدرسية. Our schools are rich in talented and creative students in various scientific and cognitive fields, but often they do not receive adequate care and attention from educators and researchers; what we note by the absence of legislative and ministerial texts, as well as the absence of scientific studies on the situations of talented pupils in the Algerian school making this category of students falls into a series of social and psychological problems such as feelings of frustration and isolation. Here, the role of specialized referral programs comes to offer activities and services to ensure care for these talented and creative students. So, through this presentation, we want to show the importance and role of extracurricular activities in curbing these talented and creative students, to ensure psychological and social needs and to protect them from problems of poor compatibility with the school environment.
