    دور التوجه نحو تقنية البلوك تشين في تطوير وترقية التجارة الإلكترونية

    هدفت هذه الدراسة الى توضيح اعتماد التجارة الإلكترونية في منصة البلوك تشين، ومدى مساهمة الأخيرة في تطوير أداء التجارة الإلكترونية من خلال التحليل الوصفي لبيانات الدراسة، حيث تم التوصل الى أن اندماج هذه التقنية في منصات التجارة الإلكترونية يساهم بشكل كبير في معالجة العديد من المشاكل التي تعرقل الأداء الفعلي لها، إذ تحقق مستويات عالية من الأمان والشفافية والحفاظ على خصوصية بيانات العملاء، كما تدعم التقنية نظام سلاسل التوريد في تتبع المنتج وتداول المعلومات بسرعة وفي وقت وجيز من خلال العقود الذكية، أيضا تعتمد المنصة على نظام الدفع بالعملات المشفرة الذي يشكل تحديا آخرا في حد ذاته نظرا لتباين وجهات النظر عالميا في الاستثمار بها في قطاع التجارة والمال. This study aimed to illustrate the adoption of e-commerce in the blockchain platform and the extent to which the latter contributed to the development of ecommerce performance through descriptive analysis of the study's data, The integration of this technology into ecommerce platforms has been found to contribute significantly to addressing many of the problems that hinder its actual performance. High levels of security, transparency and privacy of customers' data, the technology also supports the supply chain system in tracking product and trading information quickly and briefly through smart contracts s development, the Platform also relies on the cryptocurrency payment system, which is another challenge in itself owing to the divergence of global views in its investment in the trade and finance sector
