Abstract

ملخص الدراسة بالعربية : تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور التنظيمية في تحسين أداء العاملين، وذلك من خلال عناصر الثقافة التنظيمية والمتمثلة في القيم التنظيمية، والمعتقدات التنظيمية، و الأعراف التنظيمية، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم تصميم استبانة مكونة 16سؤال وزعت على عينة مكونة من 40فرد من عمال اتصالات الجزائر بالوادي، من أجل الاجابة عن التساؤل التالي: - ما دور الثقافة التنظيمية في تحسين أداء العاملين في مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر بالوادي؟ وللإجابة عن هذا التساؤل استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي الاستكشافي للدراسة واعتمدنا على أداة من الادوات جمع البيانات الا وهي الاستمارة وتوصلنا الى النتائج التالية: -للثقافة التنظيمية دور كبير في نجاح المنظمات. - الثقافة التنظيمية تعزز التكامل الداخلي بين أفراد المنظمة. - الثقافة التنظيمية ترفع أداء المنظمة مما يسبب التميز والاستمرار. Summary of the study in english: This study aims to know the role of organization in improving the performance of employees, through the elements of organizational culture, which are organizational values, organizational beliefs, and organizational norms. To achieve this goal, a questionnaire consisting of 16 questions was designed and distributed to a sample of 40 individuals from Algeria Telecom workers in the Oued. In order to answer the following question: - What is the role of organizational culture in improving the performance of employees at the Algeria Telecom Corporation in El Oued? To answer this question, we used the exploratory descriptive approach to the study and relied on one of the data collection tools, which is the questionnaire, and we reached the following results: Organizational culture has a major role in the success of organizations. Organizational culture enhances internal integration among the organization's members. Organizational culture increases the organization's performance, which causes excellence and continuity.
