dc.description.abstractAbstract The Summary The studyaims to reveal the differences in emotional intelligenceamongeducators of specialeducation due to the gender variable in specializedcenters in groups withspecialneedsEloued. The sample of the studyincluded(32) specialeducationeducators،where the number of male educatorsreached (13) and the number of femaleeducators (19). In the wilayat of the valley andthe pedagogicalpsychiatricmedical center for the mentallyhandicapped in themunicipality of the valley and the pedagogicalpsychiatricmedical center for thementallyhandicapped in the center of Dabaila in the schoolseason: 2019/2020. The studyadopted the comparative descriptive approach،and the emotionalintelligence scaleprepared by Othman and Rizk (2001) wasappliedafterconfirmingitspsychometricproperties in differentways. For data processingand analysis،weused the Social Sciences Statistical Package (SPSS) and thefollowingstatisticalmethodswereused: the mean،the standard deviation،thevariance،and the "T" test to denote the differencesbetween the averages of twoindependentsamples،the Spearman Brown correlation coefficient and the Gettmanncorrelation coefficient The followingresultswerereached: -There are differences in emotional intelligence amongspecialeducationeducatorsaccording to the gender variable (male / female). - There are statisticallysignificantdifferences in emotional intelligence(emotion management) for specialeducationeducatorsaccording to the gendervariable (male / female). - there Are statisticallysignificantdifferences in emotional intelligence(sympathy). for specialeducationeducatorsaccording to the gender variable(male / female). - there Are statisticallysignificantdifferences in emotionalintelligence (emotionsregulation) for specialeducationeducatorsaccording to the gender variable (male / female). - there Are statisticallysignificantdifferences in emotional intelligence(emotionalknowledge) for specialeducationeducatorsaccording to the gendervariable (male / female). - there Are statisticallysignificantdifferences in emotional intelligence (socialcommunication) for specialeducationeducatorsaccording to the gender variable(male / female).en_US
