Abstract

Abstract The Summary The studyaims to reveal the differences in emotional intelligenceamongeducators of specialeducation due to the gender variable in specializedcenters in groups withspecialneedsEloued. The sample of the studyincluded(32) specialeducationeducators،where the number of male educatorsreached (13) and the number of femaleeducators (19). In the wilayat of the valley andthe pedagogicalpsychiatricmedical center for the mentallyhandicapped in themunicipality of the valley and the pedagogicalpsychiatricmedical center for thementallyhandicapped in the center of Dabaila in the schoolseason: 2019/2020. The studyadopted the comparative descriptive approach،and the emotionalintelligence scaleprepared by Othman and Rizk (2001) wasappliedafterconfirmingitspsychometricproperties in differentways.
