dc.description.abstractThe current research variables represent one of the most important cognitive transformations in administrative thought to form an intellectual framework, expressed as (training and organizational learning), which is a basis for the growth and success of organizations. The training has been expressed in its four components (training role, senior management support, training programs, And the role of the use of modern technology in the application of training programs) which in turn contribute to motivate individuals to develop their functions and thus reflected positively on the organizations in bringing their employees with knowledge and experience, which improves their performance and makes them able to create value for them and called this process (organizational learning) . The research problem has included a number of intellectual and practical questions, most notably (Is there an instrumental role for training and organizational learning in cognitive skills? Is there an instrumental role for training in organizational learning? Does organizational learning affect cognitive skills?) . The research was based on the descriptive method through the questionnaire tool, which was distributed to a random sample of (60) members of the Technical Technical College / Baghdad, and then using a number of statistical methods for the purpose of analyzing the data and testing hypotheses through the use of statistical program (spss) and then validate the hypotheses from which the search originated. Based on the results of the analysis, the research concluded with a number of conclusions, and recommendationsen_US
