Abstract

This present study deals with the subject of job satisfaction and its relation and its relation to the quality of life among the secondary education teachers in the states of Eloued , this study aims to in identifythe relationship between job satisfaction and thequality of life To achieve these objectives,and thequality of life standard study prepared by the researcher Salehi( in 2010) and the quality of life standard prepared by the researcher Abu Yunus( in 2013), and verification of the characteristics of psychometric, and treatment of the study statistically where the study reached the following results: - There was no statistically significant relationship between job satisfaction and achievement of the quality of life objectives of secondaryeducation teachers. - There is a statisticallysignificant relationship between job satisfaction and the realization of expectations among secondaryeducation teachers. - There is no statistically significant relationship between job satisfaction and the effectiveness of interest among secondaryeducation teachers. - There is no statistically significant relationship between job satisfaction and the effectiveness of interest among secondary education teachers. On the light of the results achieved, the study ended with the researcher submitting suggestions, for the most importantimprovement of aspects of work, which predicts the quality of life, to achieve the expectations of teachers on the material and moral levels, and to carry out future studies in the same field.
