العنف المدرسي داخل المدرسة الجزائرية دراسة تحليلية

Abstract

تعتبر المدرسة من بين الأنظمة الأساسية المكونة للمجتمع بمختلف فروعها بمثابتها مركزا حساسا تؤدي وظائفا وأدوارا حيوية لا يمكن للأسرة ولا للطفل الاستغناء عن خدماتها فهي تشكل حلقة الوصل في تربية الطفل وإعداده وإكسابه المعارف والخبرات وتنشئه وترسم له المسار الحياتي والمهني، فباعتبارها مؤسسة من مؤسسات التنشئة الاجتماعية والقاعدة الأساسية لتطور المجتمعات أصبح من الضروري الاهتمام بها وبالمشاكل والمعوقات والظواهر السلبية التي تحول بينها وبين تحقيق أهدافها ومن بين هذه الظواهر هي ظاهرة العنف المدرسي بحيث يجعل من التلميذ يعاني من مشاكل وعقد اتّجاه نفسه ورفقائه ومدرسته وقد يؤثر ذلك على تحصيله الدراسي ويجعله ينفر التعليم واكتساب المعرفة، كما تجعل من التلميذ يكتسب سلوكيات وأفعال عنيفة سواء داخل المدرسة أو خارجها فما تعرفه المدرسة من ظواهر جديدة اليوم أصبح من اللاّزم أن تعيد النظر في منظومتها التربوية وكيفية تعاملها ومعالجة النقص وضعف التخطيط لكيفية تسوية هذه الممارسات داخل الصف التعليمي. و من خلال هذا الطرح يهدف هذا المقال إلى تبيان أسباب العنف المدرسي وكيفية التأثير على التحصيل الدراسي للطفل وتقديم الإقترحات للتقليل من هذه الظاهرة. : The school is one of the basic systems that make up the society with its various branches as a sensitive center that performs vital functions and roles that the family and the child cannot do without their services, as they form the link in the education of the child and prepare him and give him knowledge and experience and create him and chart the course of life for him As an institution of socialization and the basic basis for the development of societies, it has become necessary to take care of them and the problems, obstacles and negative phenomena that prevent them from achieving their goals, among them is the phenomenon of school violence so that the pupilsuffers from Problems and holding the direction of himself and his companions and his school and may affect his academic achievement and make him alienate education and acquire knowledge, as well as make the student acquire violent behaviors and actions both inside and outside the school and what the school knows of new phenomena today it is necessary to reconsider its system Education and how to deal with shortages and poor planning of how to resolve these practices within the classroom. Through this presentation, this article aims to explain the causes of school violence and how to affect the educational achievement of the child and to make suggestions to reduce this phenomenon
