دور مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في تعزيز قيم المواطنة الفايسبوك نموذجا

Abstract

ملخص الدراسة: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور الذي تلعبه مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في تعزيز قيم المواطنة لدى الطالب الجامعي، ومن أجل تحقيق هذا الهدف اعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي المسحي واستخدمنا أداة الاستبيان الالكتروني كأداة لجمع البيانات حيث تم تطبيق البحث في جامعة حمه لخضر بالوادي – طلبة ماستر علم اجتماع اتصال - على عينة مكونة من 47 طالب وطالبة تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية. وقد توصلنا في هذه الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها : يشكل الفايسبوك إحدى الوسائل الجديدة للتواصل داخل المجتمع حيث يساهم في ربط الفرد بمحيطه الإجتماعي عن طريق نظام اجتماعي إلكتروني. - يمكن القول أن الفايسبوك قد أثبت وجوده وأصبح تأثيره على قيم المواطنة كبير وواسع، كما يجب استغلال الفايسبوك لتعميق شعور الانتماء وتحقيق الاندماج الوطني وتعزيز الروح الوطنية. - تبين النتائج أهمية وفاعلية هذه الشبكات في تدعيم قيم المواطنة المتمثلة في المشاركة المجتمعية، والديمقراطية، والانتماء الوطني. - اكتساب المبحوثين لثقافات جديدة من خلال الفايسبوك يدل على أن الفايسبوك ساحة لتبادل الثقافات والعادات والتقاليد. - كما اثبتت الدراسة ان موقع فايسبوك يقوم بدور رئيسي في مساعدة الافراد على التعبير على رأييهم واتجاهاتهم بحرية وثقة ودون خوف احترام الراي الاخر الكلمات المفتاحية: مواقع الشبكات التواصل الاجتماعي – موقع الفايسبوك – قيم المواطنة – المشاركة المجتمعية، الديمقراطية، الانتماء .

Abstract: This study aimed to identify the role that social media plays in promoting the values of citizenship among university students, and in order to achieve this goal, we adopted in this study the descriptive survey approach and used the electronic questionnaire tool as a tool for data collection, where the research was applied at Hama Lakhdar University in the valley - Master students in Sociology of Communication - on a sample of 47 students, randomly selected. In this study, we have reached a set of results, the most important of which are: Facebook is one of the new means of communication within the community, as it contributes to connecting the individual with his social environment through an electronic social system. It can be said that Facebook has proven its existence and its influence on the values of citizenship has become large and wide. Facebook should also be used to deepen the sense of belonging, achieve national integration, and strengthen the national spirit. -The results demonstrate the importance and effectiveness of these networks in strengthening the values of citizenship represented in community participation, democracy, and national belonging. -The respondents ’acquisition of new cultures through Facebook indicates that Facebook is an arena for the exchange of cultures, customs and traditions. -The study also proved that Facebook plays a major role in helping individuals express their opinions and attitudes freely and with confidence and without fear of respecting the other opinion.
