Abstract
This work aims to contribute to a comparison of the different methods of extracting the
phenols content of some developing medicinal plants in Oued souf , where these plants are
used in traditional and modern medicine to contain many vehicles; Infusion (15min, 30min,
1h),Macération (24h , 72h),Décoction (Réfrigérant ،Soxhlet) . As a first step, we relied on the
quantified appreciation of both polyphenols and the Flavonoits. As well as the anti-oxidant
test of the extracurrantum all of the Ramith Haloxylon acculatum , Agga Zygophyllum Album
L., and torfa Tamarix boveana .
The results of the quantified valuation of the phenols of the plant extracts showed that the
largest quantity of polyphenols amounts was for the water extract of 72 H (62.25 ± 14. 614 μg
E AG/mg Ex), the highest value of the buddha extracts was the duration of the 15d (65.37 ±
21. 27 μg E AG/mg Ex) while showing the highest amount of terminal extracts for each of the
two methods of the condensation device hydro-ethanol and 72 h worth of hydro-ethanol were
concluded and estimated at 167 ± 2. 95 μg E AG/mg EX) and (μg E AG/mg EX 166.04 ±
1.36) respectivel.
In the quantified valuation of the Lava and Nordes, the highest amount of sand plant extracts
was recorded for both the 24h and the condensation of the hydrolysis extracts (2.467 ±
18.194μg E Q/ mg Ex ),( 1.864 ± 17.690 μg E Q/ mg Ex ) respectively, when the buddha
recorded the largest value for the method of the condensation device, for the hydro-ethanol of
the (18. 271 ± 1.370 μg E Q/mg Ex ), For a terminal plant, the highest quantity of hydroethanol
of the Soxhlet (35. 713 ± 5.865 μg E Q/mg Ex).
The herbaceous plant showed a low antioxidant activity, registering the largest activity on the
two-way condensation device, a 3-day pattern of the hydro-ethanol extract, with the value
(IC50=376.00 ± 43. 1 μg/ ml/) and (IC50=324. 83 ± 6.5μg / ml) respectively, as the results in
the buddha plant recorded a decrease in activity, where the largest activity was recorded in the
method of the condensation of the ethanol extract (%70), estimated(IC50= 414.50± 8. 8 μg/
ml) while the terminal showed a significant activity as the biggest antioxidant activity of the
Soxhlet method.
