الجمعيات الخيرية ودورها في حل المشكلات التربوية

Abstract

الملخص: هدفت الدراسة إلى إبراز دور الجمعيات الخيرية في حل المشكلات التربوية ممثلة في جمعية تاج للصحة بولاية الوادي كنموذج على المستوى المحلي. و قد أجريت هذه الدراسة على المتطوعين المسؤولين بجمعية تاج للصحة، و لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي الملائم لطبيعة هذه الدراسة، معتمدين على المقابلة كأداة لجمع البيانات، و علية قد لخصت هذه الدراسة ما يلي: تساهم الجمعيات الخيرية حل مشكلة التنمر المدرسي من خلال العديد من الطرق أهمّها: المسرحيات الصامتة، استدعاء المهرج، بالإضافة إلى مطويات على الأطفال مزودة بصور عن التنمر، مع توضيح مفهومه، أسبابه، آثاره، كيفية مواجهته. حملات تحسيسية في الجمعية و في المدارس للتنبيه حول ما يمكن أن يسببه هذا السلوك من ضرر نفسي و جسدي. مسابقة الرسم التي قامت بها الجمعية من السنة 2022 إلى سنة 2023 التي تحمل هدف يخص الجانب الصحي و التي كانت بعنوان " التنمر في الوسط المدرسي". تساهم الجمعيات الخيرية في حل مشكلة العنف المدرسي من خلال العديد من الطرق أهمّها: تنظيم دورات توعوية من أجل غرس ثقافة الحوار وتعزيز التفاهم بين الأطفال. قامت الجمعية أيضا بلقاءات مع مجموعة من الإذاعات المشهورة في ولاية الوادي حول العنف المدرسي مثل: إذاعة الجديد، و إذاعة الوادي، من أجل نشر الوعي لدى الأسر. إطلاق حملات إعلامية و لفت أنظار المؤسسات التعليمية الأخرى بأهمية مكافحة العنف المدرسي تساهم الجمعيات الخيرية في حل مشكلة تدني القيم في الوسط المدرسي من خلال العديد من الطرق أهمّها: القيام بورشات توعوية تهدف إلى تعزيز القيم الأخلاقية. تقديم توجيهات و إرشادات للأهل حول كيفية التعامل مع سلوكيات أبنائهم بشكل فعال. Abstract: The aim of this study was to focus on the part played by charitable associations in tackling educational difficulties, Taj Health Association being the model of its kind at the local level in El Oued. The participants of the study consisted of the main volunteers of the Taj Health Association, where we employed appropriate descriptive methods and utilized interviews as a data-gathering tool. The study narrowed down its points to the following: Charitable associations contribute to resolving the issue of school bullying through various methods, the most prominent of which include: Pantomimes and clown-led interactive activities, as well as distributing illustrated pamphlets designed for children, which depict scenarios of bullying while clarifying its conceptual definition, underlying causes, it's consequences, and strategies for prevention and response. These associations also run awareness campaigns, both internally and in schools, to highlight the psychological and physical harm that bullying can cause. Finally, in a recent effort to combat bullying, the charity launched a drawing competition on the theme of "Bullying in Schools" from 2022 to 2023, with a focus on promoting health and well-being. Addressing school violence presents a significant challenge, which is why charitable associations are taking various steps to tackle the issue, including: Conducting awareness-raising workshops to promote dialogue and understanding among children. Meeting with influential radio stations in El-Oued, such as Radio El-Djadid and Radio El-Oued, to spread awareness about school violence among families. Launching media campaigns to draw attention to the importance of combatting school violence in other educational institutions. Charitable organizations can contribute to solving the problem of low values in the school in several ways, such as: Delivering awareness-raising workshops with the aim of enhancing moral values. Providing guidance and counseling to parents on how to handle their children's behaviors effectively.
