حجاجيّة الشَّاهد النَّحويّ في كتاب إعراب الحديث النّبويّ للعُكْبريّ

Abstract

لقد غدا الحِجاج في الآونة الأخيرة مركز اهتمام الباحثين جُلّهم، كونه يهدف إلى التَّأثير والإقناع، فمن بين ما يُوظفه المتكلم في خِطابه للتَّأثير في خصمه الشَّاهد وهذا الشَّاهد أنواع وكل نوعٍ يملك قوةً تأثيرية في المتلقي، والملاحظ أنَّ كل النُّحاة قديمًا قد ساقوا الشَّواهد في كتبهم، فلا يكاد يخلو كتاب نحويّ من الشَّواهد، ومن بين هذه الكتب كتاب (إعراب الحديث النبويّ) للعُكْبريّ حيث ضمَّ كتابه أكثرَ من مائتي شاهد، وسنوضح في هذا المقال كيف امتلكت هذه الشَّواهد قوة حجاجيّة. In contemporary scholarship, argumentation has garnered significant attention due to its objective of influencing and persuading. The utilization of linguistic evidence in persuasive discourse has become a focal point for speakers seeking to impact their interlocutors. This form of evidence, diverse in its manifestations, possesses inherent persuasive efficacy. Grammarians of antiquity consistently integrated such evidence into their treatises, rendering it an integral component within grammatical literature. This trend is exemplified in Al-'Ukbari's work, "Grammatical Analysis of Prophetic Hadiths," wherein he incorporates an extensive corpus of over two hundred instances of linguistic evidence.
