العلاقات الجزائرية الفلسطينية وانعكاساتها على مسار قضية فلسطين

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة الى تتبع العلاقات الجزائرية الفلسطينية على الصعيد السياسي و الدبلوماسي و العسكري وانعكاس ذلك على قضية فلسطين 1962-1988 من خلال تأثير الجزائر في المحافل الدولية على غرار جامعة الدول العربية و منظمة الوحدة الافريقية التي تحولت الى الاتحاد الافريقي عام 2001، وحركة عدم الانحياز و وهيئة الامم المتحدة في دعم قضية فلسطين ، ثم المشاركة في الحروب العربية الإسرائيلية مثل حرب 1967 و حرب الاستنزاف و حرب 1973 ، من اجل وقف الاحتلال الصهيوني وقيام دولة فلسطين على كامل ارض فلسطين و عاصمتها القدس الشريف كدولة كاملة الصلاحية وذات اعتراف دولي ، وتجسيدا لذلك استضافت الجزائر المؤتمر التاسع عشر للمجلس الوطني الفلسطيني على ارضها الحبيبة وبدعوة منها ، ليعلن الرئيس ياسر عرفات من ارض الشهداء الجزائر قيام دولة فلسطين يوم 15 نوفمبر 1988 ، لتكون الجزائر اول دولة في العالم تعترف بدولة فلسطين واول دولة تفتح سفارة فلسطينية على ارضه.Algerian-Palestinian Relations and Their Impact on the Course of the Palestinian Issue (1962-1988"( This study aims to trace the Algerian-Palestinian relations on political, diplomatic, and military levels and their impact on the Palestinian cause from 1962 to 1988. It examines Algeria's influence in international forums such as the Arab League, the Organization of African Unity (which later became the African Union in 2001), the Non-Aligned Movement, and the United Nations, all of which supported the Palestinian cause. Additionally, it highlights Algeria's participation in Arab-Israeli wars, including the 1967 war, the War of Attrition, and the 1973 war, in efforts to halt Zionist occupation and establish a Palestinian state over the entirety of its historical lands with Jerusalem as its capital—a sovereign state recognized internationally. In realization of this goal, Algeria hosted the 19th session of the Palestinian National Council on its beloved soil, at Algeria's invitation. On November 15, 1988, President Yasser Arafat declared the establishment of the State of Palestine from the land of martyrs, Algeria. This made Algeria the first country in the world to recognize the State of Palestine and the first to open a Palestinian embassy on its soil.
