Abstract

تؤدي مكاتب صرف العملات دورا هاما في القضاء على ظاهرة سوق العملات الموازية ودعم الدولة النظام المالي والاقتصادي. وهي تنص على أحكام قانونية ومنظَّمة خدمات صرف العملات للأفراد والشركات. تبحث هذه الدراسة في موضوع مكاتب صرف العملات في ضوء ذلك القانون النقدي والمصرفي رقم 23-09 وتنفيذه (). يهدف إلى تحديد شروط وإجراءات ممارسة أنشطة صرف العملات اليدوية وآثارها الناتجة. Currency exchange offices play an important role in eliminating the phenomenon of the parallel currency market and supporting the state's financial and economic system. They provide legal and regulated currency exchange services for individuals and companies. This study examines the topic of currency exchange offices in light of the Monetary and Banking Law No 23-09 and its implementing regulations.
