Abstract

" ملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة شغف ريادة الأعمال لدى الطلبة الجامعيين، بجامعة الوادي حيث تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وتم استخدام الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات، وطبقت الدراسة على عينة مكونة من 200 طالب،كما تم تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج SPSS.V25، وتوصلت النتائج أن للطالب سمات شخصية وقدرات ريادية تؤهله أن يكون مقاولًا ناجحا، كما بينت النتائج أن الطالب يتابع مختلف برامج التعليم الريادي والدورات التدريبية من أجل إنشاء مشروعه المقاولاتي، وأظهرت النتائج أيضا أن هياكل الدعم والمحيط الاجتماعي تساهم في تدعيم الأفكار الإبداعية لتوجهه الريادي بشكل مرتفع حسب عينة الدراسة. . " This study aimed to determine the entrepreneurial passion of university students at the University of El Oued, where the descriptive analytical approach was used, and the questionnaire was used as a tool to collect data. The study was applied to a sample of 200 students, and the data was analyzed using the SPSS.V25 program. The results showed that the student has personal characteristics and entrepreneurial abilities that qualify him to be a successful entrepreneur. The results also showed that the student follows various entrepreneurial education programs and training courses in order to establish his entrepreneurial project. The results also showed that the support structures and the social environment contribute to the strengthening of the student's creative ideas towards entrepreneurial orientation at a high level according to the study sample.
