Abstract

The research aims to determine the importance and how to shift towards The green human resource which has become a contemporary appearance and necessity for every organization. The green human resource derives its importance in the management of the organization, as it is the one who exercises the functions of the organization which can achieve its goals. The two researchers concluded that the transformation by organizations from a traditional human resource to a green human resource It is a change towards a contemporary administration. And growth by building an organization with green behaviour or an environmentally committed organization. Where it is not possible to create a green image of the organization to the public without creating a green employee within the organization, the green culture of the human resource or the green human resource or a green human resource that would build an organization with a sustainable environmental commitment
