Abstract

الملخص: هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة المعوقات الوظيفية للمرأة العاملة ،حيث تم إجراء الدراسة الميدانية بمستشفى الولادة ـ بشير بن ناصر-الأم والطفل ـ بالوادي ، وانطلقت هذه الدراسة من السؤال الرئيسي: - فيما تتمثل المعوقات الوظيفية للمرأة العاملة بمؤسسة الولادة؟ وحولنا الإجابة عليه من خلال التساؤلات التالية: ـ هل تؤدي المعوقات الإدارية إلى تراجع مرد ودية المرأة العاملة بقطاع الصحة؟ ـ هل تؤثر المعوقات الاجتماعية للمرأة العاملة على أداءها بقطاع الصحة؟ ـ هل تؤدي الظروف الفيزيقية السائدة في بيئة العمل إلى التقليل من جهد المرأة العاملة بقطاع الصحة؟ ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي ،وعلى الاستمارة كأداة لجمع المعلومات والحقائق الميدانية، نظرا لكون مجتمع البحث معلوم ،الذي بلغ عدده100 مفردة : منهاـ42 قابلةـ 58 ممرضة، فقد استخدمنا طريقة المسح الشامل. أظهرت الدراسة مجموعة من النتائج التالية: • ـ المعوقات الإدارية تؤدي إلى تراجع مردودية العاملة بقطاع الصحة بدرجة متوسطة . • ـ المعوقات الاجتماعية لها اثر على أداء المرأة العاملة بقطاع الصحة بدرجة متوسطة. • ـ المعوقات الفيزيقية السائدة في بيئة العمل تؤدي إلى تقليل من جهد المرأة العاملة بقطاع الصحة بدرجة متوسطة.. Abstract : The study aimed to know the functional obstacles of working women, where the field study was conducted in the maternity hospital - Bashir bin Nasser - mother and child - in the valley, and this study started from the main question: - What are the functional obstacles for women working in the maternity institution? We tried to answer it through the following questions: Do administrative obstacles lead to a decline in the friendliness of women working in the health sector? Do the social constraints of working women affect their performance in the health sector? Do the prevailing physical conditions in the work environment reduce the effort of women working in the health sector? In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive approach was relied upon, and the questionnaire was used as a tool for collecting information and field facts, given that the research community was known, which numbered 100 individuals: 42 of them were midwives and 58 were nurses, so we used the comprehensive survey method. The study showed a set of the following results: • Administrative obstacles lead to a moderate decline in the profitability of workers in the health sector. • Social constraints have a medium impact on the performance of women working in the health sector. • The prevailing physical obstacles in the work environment reduce the effort of women working in the health sector to a moderate degree.
