تقييم سياسات التقليل من حدة الفقر في الدول منخفضة الدخل دراسة حالة السودان

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الى تقييم السياسات التي تعتمدها الدول ذات الدخل المنخفض لتخفيف من حدة الفقر حيث تم تسليط الضوء على حالة السودان والتي تم اختيارها نظرا لما عرفته من ارتفاع كبير لأعداد الفقراء وانتشار مظاهره ولقد عملت الحكومات السودانية المتعاقبة على اتخاذ جملة من السياسات والاجراءات الرامية الى تحسين الوضع المعيشي للأفراد. ولقد خلصت الدراسة الى ان السياسات المتبعة في السودان تقوم بصفة اساسية على دعم السلع الغذائية الاساسية والتمويل المصغر والتي رغم النجاح المحدود لهذه السياسات في تحقيق اهدافها الا انها تعتبر سياسات ترقعيه لم ترقى ان تكون سياسات حقيقية تعالج مشكل مزمن كمشكل الفقر. The study aims to assess the policies adopted by low-income countries to alleviate povertyHighlighting the situation of Sudan, which was selected because of the high incidence of poverty and the spread of its manifestationsThe successive Sudanese governments have taken a number of policies and measures aimed at improving the living conditions of individuals. The study concluded that the policies adopted in the Sudan mainly support basic food commodities and microfinanceWhich despite the limited success of these policies in achieving their goals, but they consider the policies of the tropics did not live up to real policies that address the chronic problem of poverty.
